I had the Argentinian empanadas, both the chicken and beef both were good liked the beef a little better and had 2 of those. Had an éclair and both little cannabis they were ok.

Delicious soup! Nice place to have great food! Always recommend it!!

This place is very expensive, 2 dozen cakes almost 50 dollars, and the machine charges itself for the tips, I NEVER COME AGAIN! VERY EXPENSIVE

Cuban Sandwich and Fries to go. Not really all that good. No salt on the fries at all. No pickles or press on the sandwich. Disappointing Overall.

I went on to their website and clicked the link to place an online order. The link takes you to Eatzhub where you can place your order similar to DoorDash or UberEats. I arrived at 9pm and they were closed but all information online and in the Eatzhub app said they were open until 10pm. I motioned for the cashiers at the front door, through the glass, trying to explain I had an online order flashing my phone at them as they were trying to tell me they were closed. After some back and forth one of the ladies finally met me at the door and I explained I placed an online order for $80 and it was just for pastries, mostly ready-made pastries you could choose from the front counter. She became very defensive and explained they never received an order, they don’t use Eatzhub, and they were closed so I needed to take this issue up with the app I ordered from. I pointed out they LITERALLY have a decal on their STORE FRONT advertising they use Eatzhub and I only used it because that’s what their website linked me to for online orders in the first place. My friends spoke highly of this place and it’s a shame I was met with such terrible service I won’t even give their food a chance after this first interaction with the staff. They were defensive more than they were service-oriented, I would have happily paid on the spot to at least walk away with SOMETHING and dispute the online transaction at a later time. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Great pastries with lots of choices. Delicious ham croquettes and a good assortment of drinks. Friendly service👍 They have so many other things that I want to try, but whenever I go I always seem to get my usual 😋

I was there the Sunday before June 30th. When you enter, no one deigns to say hello, you are left looking strange, you have to ask if you can sit down. No one approached the table, 3 girls looked at each other and no one approached. They sent the newest one for sure because I didn't know what a club soda was, I asked for a grill, it took 46 minutes and it was medium and the starter bread didn't arrive either, everything had to be ordered, they didn't give me the chinchu on the grill either, at the same time When I asked for it, they brought me one that seemed to have been heated in the microwave, the service and the food were terrible. I have eaten there several times and they go from bad to worse, the girls only serve those they know. Change staff and they do better, improve the food that is becoming more and more damaging. I ordered dessert and they threw it on the table as if they were doing me a favor. And for a change they added the tip to my bill with that horrible service, they didn't deserve a dollar worse than the 18 or 20%. It is worth clarifying that I always leave 22 or 25% because I am from the restaurant industry, but in truth they did not deserve anything, the tip must be earned.

First time in went, a lady, Kelly took care of us and she was such a joy, very kind and funny, food was okay but we had a great time so we went back this last weekend and the ladies that were on shift were rude and they were arguing in front of the costumers, it is such a shame that this place can’t have the same quality of costumer service in all their employees..

Terrible customer service , all the girls are in a bad mood always 😞 and they are expecting tips without doing a good job, they are even arguing in front of the customers.

Delicious lunch special lentil soup out of this world.... lunch special was good although small portions. Ended up buying a lot of pastries...spent way too much money there. But good. I would definitely go back for the lentil soup 🍲

Coming to Pan Pan is like feeling at home, but what I love most is the attention of Yami and Yarli, both of whom provide excellent customer service. They are the best at preparing my coffee, which makes me start the day well! Recommended the best breakfast in west palm beach… thanks ..

Don’t waste your time to visit here, the food here is extremely bad, horrible!! I even feel bad writing about it. I told him I was going to write a review so his kitchen can do better. I was thrilled to introduce my American friends to Argentinian cuisine. I couldn't even finish my meal. The teenager with me, who typically has a large appetite, was also unable to finish her dish. That's how disappointing the food was. The steak was very dry and cooked in old oil that had a fishy taste. You can see from my photos that we didn't eat much of the food. I spoke to my server about my disappointment, and the owner who was sitting at the next table with lots of friends overheard. He made an inadequate apology to our dissatisfaction, saying that customers don't come for the food but for the entertainment and service after being in business for 14 years. I respond; I didn't came here to be entertained, I came to eat Argentinian cuisine. Despite my attempts to speak, he continued talking over me. He instructed the waiter not to charge me, even though I wanted to pay for the sodas and empanadas. However, he ended up voiding the entire bill. I don’t recommend this place for the simple reason that the food is not good at all, I bet we can cook better food at home than here. I bet the good reviews are some of his friends like the ones at his table.

It is a very pleasant experience trying each of the pastry's delicacies.... the service is very pleasant, the girls are very attentive and are willing to serve the customer quickly... I want to especially highlight the attention of Kelly Penagos......

This place is awesome . Double cubano coffee amazing . Pastries are real , fresh , homemade. The Argentina meat pastries are all melt in your mouth delicious . I own a moving company True Friends Moving and this is a must stop place when I’m in the area . You can’t get stuff like this unless you are in Miami . My wife Stephanie Bernard is never impressed with anything and she was thrilled with everything we bought .

The food is good, service was slow when there were only few customers in the restaurant.Also I don’t like that they make you pay taxes on the tip and when you ask, they say it’s the system and they don’t have control over it. Just not right.

The food was good but I won't go back again. I ordered a steak that came with two fried eggs, I asked if I could have rice instead, and I was told no, and if I wanted rice, I would have to pay full price. We were 2 couples and wanted to split the bill and was charged extra to do so. We were charged extra for using a credit card. An 18% tip is included for bills over $50. I would have left 20%. It was Saturday at 6 pm and the restaurant was empty, I wonder why?

I was calling to order a Chicken sandwich and they never answered, I had to go somewhere else for food!

March 31 2024 The food had a very good flavor but cold as if it had been served and I had been waiting for 30 minutes to bring it to the table, I had to send it to heat up in the microwave, the rice, the beans and a chicken schnitzel along with two fried eggs and the cream The shrimp in garlic cream seemed to have come from the refrigerator, only the fries and tostones were at food temperature to eat on the spot.

I love coming to this place. Apart from all the food being delicious, I really enjoy the atmosphere full of peace, joy, and my friend Yami who serves my family and me with a lot of love and affection. My favorite coffee with milk that Yami prepares for us with its little heart shape on top gives it a special touch. I highly recommend coming to this place if you want to start your day with a good vibe and leave Al Pan Pan satisfied. :)

Buena napolitana... Le recomendaría que las papas fritas sean peladas y cortadas en el lugar, fundamentalmente que no sean precocidas ya q toman mucho aceite. Buenos pastries . Buena atención. Café cappuccino deberían mejorarlo porque es pura leche y poca espuma. Hasta ahora Starbucks es el único que hace buen cappuccino

This place is perfect if you want delicious pastries for a large group and they are so helpful and attentive even when it’s busy.

Place is nice...you have to have a lot of time and patience because they don't really have fast service. I was there between 12:30 - 1:30. It took them around 15 to get someone to acknowledge me and take my order. They weren't busy it's just probably training. They are super nice but slow.

I wish I worked around here more often.

Food was incredibly good and staff was very kind. It's obvious that all of their baked goods are made fresh daily because when I went, around 6pm on a Tues, they were almost sold out. I got a couple of sweet breads and a steak sandwich. I'm definitely coming back, the portions were MASSIVE and it was super delicious!

Love their breakfast and pastries

I went to just grab some lunch really quickly so I didn't get a chance to really experience this place as I normally do however the staff was very friendly and the steak sandwich was good. Will go back to dine in and see if I will change my rating.

I was passing by after getting some morning errands done, saw the word “Bakery” and since I hadn’t eaten breakfast, I decided to stop by. At first glance, it doesn’t look like it would be such a hidden gem. As soon as I stepped inside, I knew the food would marvelous. The sweets are top notch, the coffee was amazing, and their real orange juice was nothing but spectacular. I had been trying to find a place like this for the longest! I’m extremely happy I found this place. The girls were very nice and attentive inside and the place was clean. I 100% recommended anyone to check this place out!

The food is fine but the attention is terrible.

Beautiful pastries and baked goods, delicious soups and empanadas, satisfying meals. There is something for everyone, from pizza and pasta to Cuban sandwiches and cafe latte. The staff are friendly, helpful, and prompt; the restaurant is clean and homey. The only problem is deciding what to order!
