Alaskan Cabin Nite Dinner Theater (5 Stars): We made reservations for the Alaskan Cabin Nite Dinner Theater through the Denali Park Village front desk, and it turned out to be a highlight of our trip. Most of the attendees were part of a Land and Sea tour group, but you can also book tickets online in advance, which is highly recommended for planning purposes. They have two seatings each day, with the first one at 5:30 PM (1730 hrs) and seating beginning at 5:15 PM (1715 hrs). The meal is served family-style and includes a delicious spread of ribs, salmon, beans, corn, mashed potatoes, salad, biscuits, and a fantastic cobbler for dessert. It’s all-you-can-eat, so feel free to indulge in as many ribs and as much cobbler as you like—trust me, you’ll want to! The show itself was outstanding. It’s a lively mix of comedy, singing, acting, and history, all rolled into one entertaining performance. I was even invited to be part of the show, which made the experience even more memorable. A special note: there was a deaf couple in the Land and Sea group, and the cruise company provided two interpreters for them. I spent quite a bit of time watching the interpreters—they were amazing. If you’re ever on a cruise or a Land & Sea tour, remember that companies are required to provide interpreters at no additional cost, which is a fantastic service.

FUN, lively, entertaining and just fun with good food. Pass the food please! The salmon was fresh, well prepared and delicious. Pork ribs bbq peppery brite taste. Loved the mixed berry cobbler-- and can't forget the big biscuit holds its own against anywhere !! Music and Alaska story entertaining. Some VERY talented people and then the great singers and music! It was a great time notwithstanding the hard benches;>]

They put on an awesome show. Saw it 20 yrs ago and had to see it again.

The show is fabulous. The actors have awesome voices and have great musicality. Could have used less starchy food.

Great food, service was excellent and the performances top notch! We enjoyed our time from the time we step foot into the establishment. Such a quaint looking cabin, made us feel like we were eating at grandmas house. I highly recommend it!!

This is really a fun experience. The wait staff is engaging and the musical entertaining. Total time is 1.5 hours which is perfect. We went with our teenage boys and most of the crowd were older adults so we were a little out of place but they still had fun. It wasn’t so long that it became boring for them. My only criticism is that it is pretty expensive but you’re paying more for the experience.

This is a great dinner show. The talent serve and perform. They have spectacular voices. The food is served family-style and we had salad, ribs, salmon, mashed potatoes, corn, baked beans, and cobbler for dessert. All the food was very good and portions were all you can eat. I highly recommend attending.

Incredible group of performers who also serve as your wait staff. They put on a humorous show, filled with the rich history of Alaska and Denali. I highly recommend it!

Great food, salad, ribs, salmon, potatos, beans and desert. Plus it's all you can eat. Then they put on a very entertaining show. In addition they pick you up at your hotel and take you back when evening is done. Well worth the money.

So the talent was amazing, and the service was fun and speedy. However, the food was not as great as I had hoped. But I guess you're not really going for quality food. You're going more for the atmosphere. Just be prepared that the food will be rather subpar and also not hot.

BEST family activity to do for all ages. Great food, BEAUTIFUL singing, (especially the harmonies coming from a musician here:)) and a great show filled with comedy and audience participation!

What a fun experience! Thought it was going to be kitschy, but it was definitely entertaining. The food was fairly good for this type of operation with ribs, salmon, mashed potatoes, salad and a great mixed berry cobbler. The waitstaff then put on a musical show which taught singer of the history of Alaska and the singing was great. Really enjoyed!

What fun entertainment. Staff and food were very good. As a man who lives in the Orlando area, firstly Alaska is a wonderful state, and our dinner at Alaska Cabin Night was a lot of fun and I would definitely do it again..

Great show and good food .Its family style everybody sits at the table and passes the dishes around so prepare to be social.There is also a possibility you could be pulled up on stage to participate as well.

$90 per person plus drinks and tip, here is what you get for all that money. First the food. It's family style with up to 12 people at each heavy picnic table. The meal is corn and beans straight out of the canned section of the grocery store. The garlic mashed potatoes are pretty good as are the biscuits. The protein is baked salmon which is good and ribs that aren't. Desert was 4 berry cobbler that was very good. Dinner runs about 30 minutes and the show runs about 1 hour after dinner. The show was well done and entertaining. Your other dinner options are a $55 per person buffet or $30 hamburger.

Overall, the experience was fun, but felt rushed. The food is served family style to your picnic table of 10 people. Immediately when you walk in they have salad and biscuits on the table along with two pitchers, one water and one tea and everyone starts helping themselves. (The pitchers aren't nearly big enough for everyone at the picnic table to have even close to a full glass of either.). After a brief introduction to how things work, they bring out salmon, ribs, corn, beans, and country potatoes and take away the salad and dressing. Everyone is trying to be polite with people you literally just met and are now sitting shoulder to shoulder with while attempting to pass hot bowls of food around so everyone gets something. The food is actually pretty good. One person in our group ate more ribs then I have every seen him him eat. The salmon is prepared fairly basically though and is nothing to brag about. If you'd like wine, beer or a mixed drink you'll have to wait until halfway through dinner. They then make last call about 15-20 minutes later, even before the show starts (the bartender is in the show). Speaking of the show, it is billed as a collection of stories from Alaska. The performers sing, dance, play music, and act. They involve the audience in several ways. Some of it is quite corny, even more then it is supposed to be, and some of it is genuinely funny and entertaining. It lasts about an hour and starts after dinner service. I have no idea how much this costs as it was in a package that we bought, but I'd value it around $36-42.

The food is served all-you-care-to-eat family-style. You have ribs and salmon for meat. The homemade cheese biscuits are really good. The sides include a spinach salad, corn, potatoes and baked beans. I really liked the ribs. The barbecue sauce was some of the best I've had. While I thought the salmon what's good a friend of mine that was with me thought it was outstanding. At the end of the mail they serve a cast iron pan of cobbler with a whipped topping. Overall I would say that this is a place I would definitely go back for just for the food. On top of the food they have a musical production using the servers and managers for singing and little short Productions. All of it is done with enthusiasm and put a smile on my face

Food is great. The talent of the players is so good I wondered why they weren't performing in a bigger City. But then, I guess that's the point of the whole night. Denali is a wonderful place to live.

Excellent singing and story. Food was great for a carnivore and not bad for a vegetarian. Service was good. We got there about 5 min before, and they were starting a pre-show, so we would have liked to have been there sooner to catch the whole thing, had we known about it from the ticket office.

It is Alaskan themed...the food is served family style, and you can ask for seconds. The food was great, especially the mixed berry cobbler. If you like berries at all you'll have to have their dessert...awesome!!! The cast was very entertaining and very musically talented, with instruments, and especially singing.

Food is great and show is awesome

The cast here is fantastic. They obviously love Denali . They are talented and hard working. The food is delicious with alot of flavor. Nova runs the program and really puts on a great performance. She is generous and fun and it really reflects in the quality of the show. I know my dinner theater and this is a worthwhile break from all the beautiful vistas and animal sightings surrounding the cabin area. Don't miss it!

Good place to interact with other travelers. Food was okay, service good, but show a bit on the hokey side.

Service and entertainment tops. Ribs and other fixings good, but salmon was dry or maybe over cooked. Give them a shot, the actors/singers really have some talent, in some cases as good as broadway.

Really fun show and good food Must see

It’s old-time entertainment. It’s somewhat corny, but well done. Some of the original music numbers were quite evocative. The food was plentiful, filling, and the salmon was out of this world. Dessert was a home-made style blackberry cobbler, you would swear grandma made it-assuming your grandma knew how to cook.

My folks and I traveled through Alaska in their RV, and while we were at the Dinner theater August 2016, it was so awesome in every regard that I finally stopped procrastinating so could I share with the rest of the world how far it exceeded my expectations. Jill, one of the actors, was my favorite - she was fun and personable and made us feel right at home! The food was plentiful, well made, and superbly presented! The show was funny and interactive - The whole thing was an unexpected delight that just added to our memorable 9 week trip! You'll have a blast, your belly will be happy, and your heart will sing! Thanks (belatedly!) Jill - for such a great time!

What an excellent fun show! The meal was so delicious; service was terrific; singing was outstanding! We saw this show in 2001 and we're so glad we saw it again - it did not disappoint! Worth every dollar!

As a local, I've been here quite a few times. They never disappoint! The food is great and in large quantities, only surpassed barely by the unforgettable entertainment. I've been there many years and no matter the cast the show is wonderful. Considering the not-sma cost of all the other activities and things to do here in Denali and the fact you get an all-you-can-eat dinner (there aren't any other if those here) this is pretty much a bargain. You should go!

SO MUCH FUN!!! Absolutely worth it! Show is very entertaining and ties in the history of the area. The ribs are delicious- all the food is very good, show is interactive with the audience. A must see :)
