A small Food Truck that delivers an amazing amount of quality & affordability for the quantity of their food. It's easy to miss off of Potranco, but never a regret when we stop by. Jibarito Sushi & Puerto Rico in a Cup are some unique staples for this Food Truck. We’re always satisfied & never disappointed. Eager for them to open a Restaurant, 💕🫂

I will definitely be taking pictures of the food next time! 1. Food: Genuine Puerto Rican food, made in the spot, perfectly seasoned, with minimal wait. What more can you ask for? We had pretty much everything in the menu and it was all delicious and the way you expect good Puerto Rican food to taste like. We had tostones, pinchos, mofongo, pernil, amarillos, arroz con gandules, yuca frita. All excellent! 2. Location: On a food truck right off Potranco, plenty of parking space, not sure if there are restrooms available. Easily accessible. 3. Ambiance: i just dropped by in the July afternoon heat and ordered to go. However, had the weather been nice, I would have stayed. Several picnic tables available and nice salsa/merengue music playing. Two thumbs up!!!

I cook PR food, and this place I like. I hope they haven't changed the way they normally cook their Rice with Pigeon Peas, because this last weekend it wasn't up to par.

The food is Amazing! The flavor, quantities and the quality is superb. We wanted to eat it there but there was no shade and it was really hot and sunny. Still, we will go back to try more of that delicious food.

Best "carne frita ", authentic 🇵🇷 boricua food.

Good service. My wife and I were craving their delicious carne fritas. We ended up ordering a carne frita plate with arroz con gandules, the Puerto Rico in a cup, and the guava and cheese pastellito. My PR in a Cup was well seasoned, came with juicy pernil, savory mofongo, and freshly made tostones and carne fritas. We also appreciated their speedy service, providing our food within 10-15 mins. Unfortunately, the pastellitos weren’t very good. In fact, they barely had any filling. We’d gladly come again for the entrees but we’ll probably skip the pastellitos next time.

Amazing food, amazing service, and friendly staff.

First time trying it yesterday and I'm sold.. I love puerto rican food, but dont live next to a puerto rican restaurant... so happy your in business... God bless you

OMG, their food is AMAZING! We went overboard and ordered multiple items and weren’t disappointed in any of them, Far from it - my wife’s family is from PR, and she compared it to her moms cooking a couple times. Finally, superb PR food on the NW side!

I like this place. I had the fried chicken fritters (chicarrones de pollo) and it was delicious! The owner is friendly and will answer any questions you have. Definitely recommend.

We highly recommend this place... love to treat ourselves to our favorite foods with Emma at Eklectik Eats regularly... love everything she cooks... parking is plenty! :)

Food truck with puertorican plates full of flavor

Oh my goodness. I got the Surtido Box and it might be the best thing I've ever ate in my life. This place is just too good.

I come here at least once a month, and there’s one word I use to describe it - consistent! The pernil is always packed with flavor - some of the best I’ve had. There’s a reason cars are always parked out front. 🙌🏽

OH my goodness! Chef Emma and her family is sharing with the San Antonio community how delicious Puerto Rican food is. Her creations are just out of this world. LOVE LOVE LOVE the Jibarito Sushi, you will NOT find this anywhere else and Puerto Rico in a Cup. Thank you Chef Emma for being sharing your gift!

i really wanted to like this food truck but it just didn't quite leave my taste buds wanting more. the pernil was moist but it was just too shredded that it was hard to grasp any flavors among all the bits of pieces. would have preferred some sliced pernil with some crispy skin around the edges. i like that they used short/medium grain to make their rice but it didn't taste like the typical arroz con gandules. it just just like yellow rice. it was just lacking something. the tostones were big but just didn't taste like real tostones and we're soggy. location is good but hours could be better.

100% authentic Puerto Rican food. Great traditional flavors. Everything is well seasoned and flavorful. Alcapurrias were awesome, they brought us memories from back home. We loved it. Our favorite was Puerto Rico in a cup. We will come back when visiting San Antonio.

We ordered alcapurrias, empanadillas de queso y guayaba, arepa, pinchos de pollo and everything was super good. I even dare to say those are the best Alcapurrias I've had in San Antonio. And their mayoketchup is amazing. Definitely going again.

The best place to eat Puerto Rican food in San Antonio. Hot, fresh and delicious made to order. I bring all my friends and family from out of town. The arroz con gandules and peril is just like from back home in Aguadilla.

The Best Puerto Rican food I've had in texas and I am from Puerto Rico.

This was a lot of food from a food truck. And it was very good. If you are a long way from home,( Puerto Rico) or just a little hungry, bring your budget and your appetite. Loved it all.
