Alpha Acid is the closest brewery to us and we are SO lucky! We came our first night after moving to Belmont and we’ve never looked back. They excel at sours, IPAs, and dark stuff and are always releasing new beers. The vibes are great, too, both for the people working there and the people drinking there. Drink here!

Alpha Acid has a beer for everyone on tap usually. A stout, Belgium, sour, and a few IPAs. There is usually a good food truck but also a very good Mexican restaurant a couple hundred yards away you can bring in.

Alpha Acid is a great place to enjoy a good beer. The menu is diverse enough to cover adventuresome palates (e.g. sours, barrel aged ales), folks who just want a solid, dependable ale, and people who want to try something more approachable to one who's not a hard-core beer drinker. Lots of seating where you can relax and perhaps play a board game. Usually, there's a food truck nearby if you're hungry.

We had our baby shower a few days back at the brewery! Kyle and his team were amazing right from the lead up to coming early and being completely on top of everything and ensuring a very fun and happy event! We were easily able to accommodate ~60 people (45 adults + kids) at the venue. The beers were fabulous, the "mom"-osas were excellent. They were so sweet and flexible about everything. I cannot recommend this spot enough for a party, a get together or just a few friends wanting a chill spot to grab a beer! Thanks for making our event a memorable one! Will definitely be back for more :)

Dog friendly inside and out. Small outdoor patio with a little shade. Industrial area so minimal people traffic. Had a couple variants of their stout which we love to see.

Really great place with delicious beers and an amazing staff! We hosted a group of 60+ for a recent event, and Kyle and his team were extremely accommodating in reserving space, managing drink tickets, etc. It could not have been easier or more enjoyable for us. All our friends loved it and enjoyed a lot of beer :)

Really cool, traditional, in a garage brewery. This is so reminiscent of a nice craft brewery in San Diego. Their Citrus West Coast IPA is delicious!

This place has a really great juicy hazy double IPA. I follow Smashed burger around from their IG which turned me onto this place.

As someone who doesn’t like alcohol, the Full Send was totally my speed. The staff were great and I’ll definitely be back when next I’m in the area.

They have hazy! 3 of them! Very chill location with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. You can choose between 4/6/8 oz pours for most beers. There's board games, video games and a big TV with sports. Pet friendly if it's friendly. Restroom onsite and easy parking

It’s a small brewery but their beers are pretty good, a bit bitter for my taste but overall it’s good.

They always have new beers on tap and they are always good! They also have food trucks and an escape room often. The food trucks have meat, vegetation and vegan options. Great place to meet friends and play games while drinking and eating. Also good music. 🥳🎉🎉🎉

Alpha Acid Brewing Company offers offbeat and unexpected brews. Such as, a hazy, soft Belmont blur, a sharp Brosaic West Coast Double IPA, a stout aged in liquor barrels for up to a year, grapefruit radlers, and boozy 14.5% imperial Stouts. Kyle Bozicevic has a preference of using ultra high-end and hard to find ingredients to brew his beer. His specialty brews and limited releases have him nicknamed "the small batch King" of the Bay area. Their commercial equipment supports no more than 77 gallons at one time. This would not be a great date spot, because there's nothing to do besides have a beer. It is a great spot to enjoy a cold beer, on a hot day, in a small Urban Warehouse brewery setting. This place was on my bookmarks for quite a while, but they are only open a few days a week. I happened to be in Papachay coffee roasters when a guy from Alpha Acid came in to buy some beans to use in a special batch of beer for their 2017 Beer Week event. It turns out, their Beer Week event was a Barrel Constrictor Tap Takeover. Barrel Constrictor is their Barrel Aged Imperial Stout (yum!), and they were making 8 variations it (including one with Papachay coffee). I definitely needed to check this out. On the day of event, The place was packed (apparently it was even more packed earlier in the day). The service line moved quickly, and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves, even a few kids (not drinking) and a few dogs (not sure if they were drinking). All the Barrel Constrictor variants my beer partner and I tried (coffee, coconut, coco nib/chili, vanilla bourbon) were excellent. My favorite was the vanilla bourbon while my partner fancied the coffee. They have a lot of IPAs and sours, which are not my favorite. They usually have a few malty options which are pretty good.

This place was great! If you like Hazy IPAs definitely check this place out! My sister and I split 2 flights and everything we had was pretty great. James, the guy who poured my beer, was really friendly. Total craft brew tap room vibe in the warehouse park. Def a place to visit if you're from the northeast! 🍻

We have come here several times and always enjoy the beer and the atmosphere. Their menu changes constantly and they come up with some really interesting flavors.

The service was very nice, the lady was extremely accommodating and helpful in picking out beers. And their western IPA And their may the haze be with you was extremely good!

With a name like alpha acid you would expect their IPAs to be good and they deliver. They also offer up an array of other beer stores and usually have a hard seltzer on tap (good options for gluten free folks). They have expanded outdoor seating Thursday through Sunday and food trucks, as of this writing. Highly recommend you swing by if you're a fan of craft beer.

Was a quick stop off to grab some beers. Grabbed a growler and a 4 pack. Staff member HIGHLY recommended the Crystalline Skies. WOW so glad I listened to him. Excellent WC IPA. Place was clean and setup with plexiglass to protect employees and customers. Love stopping by when I'm in the Bay Area. Will be back.

Chill space and good beer selection. We enjoyed tasting several of their beer options, they have outdoor tables and well ventilated indoor space, and on the Saturday we went there was a very good mexican food truck. Would recommend to anyone in the area!

Alpha Acid has consistently delicious brews. They have never once disappointed me. Our favorite watering hole in Santa Clara closed when covid hit and we didn't think we would find a place that could be as creative as they were. Well we did and it's Alpha Acid. The beer is out of this world and the staff are fabulous!

Beer flight is the way to go. Try everything at least once, but end with the coffee beer. It was very good.

AA is a great local brewery. Constantly rotating taps, but great originals they return to. Friendly staff, and the brewers are always talketive and always informative.

Really great vibe, and dogs and kids are allowed! Fun games like big jenga and connect 4 which are my favorites, and good open space for parties/get togethers. Of course the beers were also fantastic, I liked the milkshake beers. Staff are really nice about giving samples as well.

Wow what a microbrewery. I'm from Montreal and was very impressed. Popular, good beers and friendly staff. Took a flight of 4 beers. They're were all pretty good. In an industrial area but doesn't affect the quality of the place. Really enjoyed myself

My favorite mid-peninsula brewery. Alpha Acid has a wide variety of unique beer and new releases pretty consistently. They have something for everybody, but they'll really impress you if you like IPAs and stouts. Pineapple Machete (a limited release IPA) is seriously one of the best beers I've ever had. Nice staff and good atmosphere, too.

Great beer in a humble but beautiful setting. It's a little tucked back in a warehouse district, but, most great breweries are like that, at least initially. That being said, they put out new beer all the time and they have a wide variety of styles available on tap, year round. I've yet to have a "bad" beer, and even the styles that aren't necessarily for me, are done really well (like some of the Hazies which feature obscure hops that actually enhance the taste and are more than just a novelty). Overall, a consistently great experience, looking forward to experiencing more of their creations!

TOTALLY 😎 brewery. I flew in for Bottle Constrictor day. The line was orderly & chill. I met some great people, sipped some great 🍺, killer food 🚚. Now I can't wait to go back. ✔ my JetBlue miles. The vibe was very laidback. Music wasn't blaring so you couldn't hold a convo. I learned so much about the local scene.

We have been to 6 breweries in the last 2 days! ALPHA ACID HAS OUTSTANDING- PHENOMENAL BEER! There is an eclectic variety from an old ale aged in a whiskey barrel for 16 month (my personal favorite) hazey ipa’s, lagers,stouts and 4 sour beers! Literally something for everyone!! Alpha Acid you guys rock!!! This brewery was a great way to end my vacation in California!!!

This was a nice spot, but the two beers it tried were just so-so. With a friendly staff and interesting tap list, I’m willing to give it another shot.

We came here because the first thing you see on it's Google maps page are pictures of burger and burritos. Unfortunately when we got there the only thing they had was beef jerky and chips. No food trucks in sight. This was on a Sunday afternoon. The location looks like an office complex and there is no outdoor seating. We got a flight of their sours which were ok. I loved that they are dog friendly.

Probably the best brewery on the peninsula Beers are well-brewed and often surprising and complex. A great range of sours, hazy IPAs, bodacious stouts, and a broad range of other styles. About 12 beers on tap at any time with some available in bottles and cans for carry out. They now do flights and small 8oz pours so you can try more things without overdoing it.

Very cool small urban warehouse brewery. This place is a treat! I had the milky, milk beer. It was made with coconut. It was richly delicious, just amazing!

I liked the place. Beer selection was pretty large (12 beers), price was reasonable. They had plenty of seating and parking. It's kid, dog and adult friendly. They also had a stack of games for people to play, which I always appreciate at tap rooms. For the beer, the standout for me was their stout and their hazy IPA. My wife also enjoyed her beers. We'll head back here if in the area for sure.

Small brewery. With different types of IPA beers, many have fruit flavors with with a citrus taste and a sour kick. I liked that I was able to bring food from a near by Mexican restaurant. Be careful where you park. They have a big TV if you follow any sports you can follow the big game while you drink a beer. For light beer lover they have a light that is always on tap. Good price for a beer, I had a 8 oz for $4. My recommendation for the brewery owner is to add another TV opposite to the one they already have and to add a sampler option like 6 beer of 3 oz each for $8, a there is an option to try all the flavor and types of beer you have avaible.
