I love the setup of the whole place and the customer service was top tier. Every time I have come in the workers always greet me with a smile. Kenady, who would usually help me out, always has the best customer service 10/10 would recommend.

Went here recently, and it had a very cute atmosphere. However, I tried five of the flavors and they all were not that great. They tasted very like powdery or cake battery. It is also very expensive. I paid about six dollars for a tiny scoop. The lady who helped me I think was named Kennedy, She was super sweet and I felt bad asking for so many samples so I ended up buying something anyways even though I did not like it. Also, I find it weird that you have to walk all the way around the entire plaza to go to the bathroom in the back. Very unprofessional.

The cookie dough is sooooo good. I've never had cookie dough that so smooth.... but even better then the cookie dough was the customer service because omg they are awesome. Specifically Sydney, she served me and was just amazing to talk to, and she doesn't skimp on the serving size so you really get what you paid for!

Sydney is an amazing friend and she works here, so I know this place is already amazing especially when she talks positively about the place, environment and people!

Love it here, nice little spot down the road from my house. Great because it doesn't melt all over my 2 year old! They even have some that are safe for dogs! Sydney was a rockstar and extremely friendly and honest with her suggestions on flavors! Gonna be back for sure!

Our first visit to Cookie Dough Acworth was a very pleasant experience. Kenady was very polite and professional and helped us choose a couple of great flavors for our grandsons. While we were there Kenady even helped a gentleman catch a rather large snapping turtle out front that folks were concerned might get run over. She helped the man catch and relocate the turtle to the nearby creek. Our grandsons were very pleased with the chocolate chip and red velvet cake cookie dough selections. We will be back. Kenady, you rock!

Best cookie dough I've ever tasted!!! Many flavors to chose from I recommend the chocolate chip and red velvet. My 5 year old really enjoyed the sugar cookie. Mckayla was very nice and patient with my son as he is very indecisive. I will be coming back for more!!

This is a hidden gem! I always get the Gourmet Cookie Dough Trifecta but I plan on trying all of their flavors soon.
