went there last night, got in line at 10:45, i was the second car in line at 10:57 and they purposely stood at the counter holding the food of the person in front of me until 11 so i could not order and then put up the closed sign immediately as they gave their food even though i had been waiting for 15 minutes, one of the workers pointed directly at my car through the window while talking to another worker and they started laughing, very unprofessional and very disappointed as this is one of my favorite places to go for ice cream in the area, just horrible customer service

Double Double Malted Jackhammer was phenomenal. Staff is always friendly and speed at which they get it to you explains why it melts so fast. Definitely a must try in BR.

The employees working there are very kind when taking my order! The food was good and they were able to help me customize my order since it wasn’t on the menu!

Literally everything about this place was phenomenal!! The options to choose from. We had the jackhammer freedom berry and james browny jackhammer and they were both very refreshing, ingredients were fresh, and usually I'll eat a few bites and be done but finished off a medium. We will be returning here. It was a let's just go check it out with no expectations and we are now hooked!!!!! It's worth a try. I would have left a photo but once tried it I couldn't stop.

I came here tonight (4/13/24). Ive always had a good experience coming here but not tonight. there were barely any toppings at all in my custard. basically plain vanilla icecream. i had to turn the light on in my car to see if anything was added at all. i feel like i wasted my time in the line and my money

It was better than I thought. I'm gonna make it a habit to get their custard. It was really delicious and fresh. My recomendation is Snowmonster.Try it you'll love ot

I didn't care for the custard, but all my friends and family members love this place. So with that being said I would still recommend that anyone tries their food out. But the service is excellent 👌🏼

Went on a busy Friday night after a gym meet. The service was great, even though the employees were swamped. They fully blended my concrete - hot fudge AND cherries all the way to the bottom.

I never heard of it or seen it before we went into the Taco Bell to get something for dinner and we both said let's go try it get the BYO yourself pick your own ingredients chocolate custard brownie bites and cheesecake bites that's the best service you're very quick and polite

First time visiting. My grand daughter & I enjoyed a banana split. Very satisfying & delicious.

First time trying Andy's and we will definitely be back. So nice to have a late night option when that sugar craving hits. Their custard is delicious and so many flavor options with the mix ins. Can't wait to go back.

It was really ice creamy custard 😊the serving size is much higher in amount for me as I’m not a sweet fan. I was getting tired finishing my cone 😂 Employees are nicely behaved as well.

Oh man!! This ice cream place was FANTASTIC. Also a great place to bring the kids to have a sit outdoors and enjoy said frozen treats.

Boot daddy concrete is amazing .. the Oreos and fudge inside are a deadly good combo like Jordan and Pippen from the bulls.

Had an issue with my reward points and contacted corporate. J.Cavallo called within 2 hours and immediately made a wrong situation right. We’ll definitely continue to patronize Andy’s! It’s a Big Bang for your buck! Hands down!!

A little spendy, but really Yummy!

Had Nutty Waffle Crunch and Stolen Brownie Sundae…. Both are super delicious 🤤 My suggestion is to take one of them for the first timers 🙌🏻

Great frozen custard Everytime, the only downside is it's a bit pricey Update: Got stomach flu from here two night ago. Had shabu shabu in a shared pot with friends before getting dessert, and my friends turned out fine. Unfortunately might've killed any desire I had to ever want frozen custard.

Put down the phone and go here now. This stuff is the absolute best! Be adventurous, try some of their more interesting combinations. Have NEVER had a less than magical experience. PRO TIP: Yes, there's a drive thru. But pull around, and haul your self out of the car to walk just a couple of feet to the front window. (It's faster) Plus, you get a little more face time with the friendly staff! Rating: 15/10
