This place is absolutely amazing!!!! Liz, the owner, has come a long way and it truly shows when you walk in the door. The food is out of this world. They have Gluten free options, a little boutique to check out after. Not to mention the beautiful gardens out back that you can sit indoors/outdoors! I know they've offered yoga and have music nights. If I lived closer I'd be going weekly!!!

Ansel’s Cafe is absolutely scrumptious and the atmosphere is lovely. I loved the chicken pesto sandwich, the tomato soup, and the artisan bread. My friend loved the whipped coffee, which she said was fantastic. Our service was friendly and helpful. I loved the quaint art and the plants. It was such a lovely experience! Also- we just had my best friend’s bridal shower here and it was AMAZING! I highly recommend them for events!

Breakfast wasn’t good , bacon was like tape worm. No crisp. Potatoes were cold and still hard in the middle.

This place is incredible! The vibes give ✨magical unicorn fairyland✨ and the food is *chef’s kiss*🤌🏻🤤 Highly recommend the Michelle panini and a mimosa flight! There’s something for everyone here.

Cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The shop was very cute, I bought ear rings with pressed flowers in them. Then had lunch at the cafe, the iced chai and lavender lemonade were excellent and the garden area was beautiful. We also got the BLT and the chicken + pesto panini, both really good. Would definitely recommend and come again.

Came here for mother's day and it was a great experience! The food was delicious, the staff were very kind, and the gardens couldn't have been more beautiful! We really enjoyed browsing the shop and walking through the gardens after our meal. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy atmosphere with their lunch or breakfast.

We visited the most magical place @anselscafe in 📍Marion, Massachusetts this past weekend This wasn't our first time & it won't be our last! Daylight savings ⏰ completely messed with us and we headed to lunch late, and as you can imagine with two kiddos it was a bit chaotic 🙃 Even though the grill was off, the owner insisted on not letting us leave without filling our tummies first! This sweet gesture meant everything to a hungry mom who just wanted to grab some grub and new moon gear! This whimsical find will fill your heart & bellies with lots of love 🤍 From the gorgeous gardens, to the gift shop, and back to the cafe, you will find goodies that will light you up ✨🍄🌿

It's quaint and rustic. Lots of windows and hardwood floors. I had the crustless quiche (a/k/a frittata) with tomatoes and spinach. It came with a small side salad. It was delicious. Members in my party raved about the smoothie bowls and the breakfast sandwiches. Portions were generous.Our waitress was friendly and attentive. The "powder room" was very clean, but a little wonky; it served its purpose. I'll be returning.

I just called and was told the cafe will be closed 12/31/23-1/17/24, opening on the 18th. I gave it three stars because they didn’t mention it on the website. I haven’t been able to go yet.

This place is so cute. The atmosphere is cozy and friendly and the music they play is super chill. It feels like I'm at home in a way. They have a shop section with clothes, soap, trinkets, jams, crystals, and herbal jars. Theres also the cafe section where I got a latte with mocha and strawberry and then my favorite drink by far, lavender lemonade. For food, I got a grilled cheese and they have both gluten free and vegan food options! I am definitely visiting again.

This is a great place for brunch or lunch. Great food and charming atmosphere.

The gardens around the property are amazing. I had a roasted vegetable and pesto panini which was lovely. Service was just attentive enough, the full bar was a surprise. The decor was a little basic but functional. The attached store had an eclectic mix of offerings.

Ansel's Cafe is a hidden gem. First time there and I love it. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly and checked on us multiple times. Beautiful gardens surround the cafe and shop. Will certainly be back.

This is an adorable, quaint, friendly little cafe with good food, good service, a beautiful garden, indoor and outside seating, a little bar and a little gift shop and boutique! I will be returning! The lavendar/ lemonade mimosa was delicious! Great place to meet friends or clients for brunch and drinks or to host a small party!

A lovely place! We held a 25 person anniversary party at Ansel’s. It was a great time. Liz and team were easy and fun to work with. Pricing was flexible and very reasonable. They gave us the whole place on a Saturday night. The food was delicious, the space is homey and welcoming, the service was friendly… what more could you want? Oh, and they even went out of their way to accommodate a last minute food allergy.

I have gone here off and on through the years, a hidden gem, feels like going back in time, never disappointed!

Sandwiches were awesome. Lavender lemonade was even better. If you can sit in the screened in part you should. The tree growing inside is beautiful.

I would not dine here in the future. Not very good. Overly priced for a BLT. It was a good place to visit when prior owners had the gift shop. etc. Certainly was a disappointment this time!

This place is an awesome little spot to take a date, relative, or friend youre trying to impress. Beautiful atmosphere, incredibly quaint and authentic. The garden is breathtaking. The food is delicious and fairly priced, and its a perfect spot for coffee and pastries. The owner liz does a great job of taking over the legend of the ansel gurney house and is also adding some new flair

Liz is going great running this business. The coffee is delicious and last year she let me do a photo shoot for my engagement pictures. I love the food and the store is amazing. If you are looking for a special gift. The garden is beautiful. Can’t wait to go back.

My friend and I went for the first time today spontaneously and we were not disappointed! We chose to sit outside and it was so beautiful and the food was even better, I cannot recommend this place more!
