Food arrived fresh, and hot 🔥 friendly service.

September 25, 2024. My family and I visited. Maybe 15 guests in the restaurant. Our server was nice, but very slow. The food was meh and slow, and the blondie dessert was awful. We sent it back and had it removed from the bill. Overall an unsatisfactory visit.

Waitress was friendly and on spot

Normally is not horrible but this last time we went there it sucked all around

My chicken sandwich for lunch Saturday was so hot juicy and just delicious. It was 2 meals as it was so large. Maya was a great server. I go to this location frequently and have asked for a side of mayo and have never gotten it. Maya brought it to me before the food was delivered. Friendly service and food was great.

Tried the two for 35 on the bourbon grilled chicken and shrimp. It was fabulous 😍. Highly recommend it. Wonderful quiet date night for me and my hubby. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Service was so bad didn’t even get to have our appetizer! We ended up just walking out. When a toddler accidentally spills a drink, as a waitress you don’t just pass by and say, “ I’ll get you some more napkins.”, then proceed to another table and take their order. Also, we were there before those other people. Then the manager acted like he didn’t even care that she behaved that way. He’s going to talk to her he says. Bet he didn’t! The last time I stopped going to this location was because of bad service.

We like to eat at this restaurant for our casual dinner out—good selections, reasonably priced food, comfortable ambiance. Now two years later, this place needs to be rescued. Slow service, I mean slow—almost an hour before we got our meal. Food was terrible, the steak I got came out black and it was so dry and hard that it rolled around in my mouth like someone’s leather shoe sole. terrible terrible Mgmt. The restaurant desperately needs a good managers-who cares about the restaurant at least proud of their work. It was not seen at this restaurant. You waste your money and time at this place.

Our server was amazing! Terry F. went above and beyond to keep the drinks flowing for us, and the food in a timely manner. I was concerned by previous reviews, but they were unfounded. I highly recommend this if you are passing through Crestview or if you live here.

The place was empty on a Saturday night, food was great, was given the bill and a to go container while still eating and had to tell the staff wanted dessert and a glass of water. Not a very welcoming environment.

I eat the salmon here or the steak! Honestly feel like those are the best on the menu. My hubby likes the ribs! There drinks are decent prices, they also run alot of specials. The staff are very friendly. Bathrooms are clean. Not usually too long of a wait time.

I was there earlier tonight with my family. I am from out of state visiting. Our food was wonderful and service was great, however I ordered a martini and was shocked when the waitress brought over a shaker cup filled to the top with ingredients over ice and handed me a glass. I didn’t want a large cup of juice with vodka. I ordered a martini. The bartender needs a lesson on how to make a martini please. The small glass is the point, you never serve a martini from a shaker filled to the top. My drink was so diluted and weak and just simply not a martini. Do better

We sat at the bar the server, Leah was awesome. We kinda had the place to ourselves since it was the 4th of july. The food was great. The blue bahama mama complimented to sweet Asian chili ribs we had so well. I love Applebees.

Great food and service. If you've been to one Applebee's, you know what to expect for food quality. Probably the best quality of service I've had out of about a dozen other Applebee's.

I got the bacon cheese burger this trip. It was delicious! The wife and I did the 2 for$26. The artichoke dip as always was yummy. Oh, the wife for chicken tenders with fries. Also very delicious!

It's my all-time favorite for many different reasons. Food is priced right, Secondly it's always good to me.

My wife daughter and I just had dinner there the sever was great my wife and daughter had the chicken Alfredo the pasta was way over cooked I had the five cheese mack in cheese and chicken the cheese did not taste like cheese and the chicken was dry and over cooked 77 dollars was a real disappointment

Our waitress was Emily. She was a sweetheart. She gave us options on different things. Our food came out un a good time and was really good. My husband and I got the bourbon shrimp and steak dinner on the two for 25.00. We will definitely be going back. The drinks were good but missing alcohol. I had two mudslides, and i didn't taste any alcohol. Not sure if they ate using less alcohol because of how expensive things are but not a smart move.

We went to this locations for lunch…we also, waited to go until 1pm so it wouldn’t be so packed! After being seated and 20 minutes later not as much as “we will be with you shortly”. 25 minutes later still no server has came to table.we asked another server if we could move to another spot his response was “well I get but it will be a few minutes” granted I only seen 4 servers and a bartender the place was not even 1/3 full! I ask for manager his is in back of restaurant! I call and all I get is I’ll talk to my staff… We left….a simple drink order and we will be right with you would have worked! Do better Apple Bees’s! Texas Road House is going to hurt if not!!

Came on May 10 2024, with my wife and 2 friends for dinner. I ordered the boneless wings which were top notch as I have remembered as it has been years since I have eaten at a Applebees. For my main meal I had the full rack of baby back ribs with double mashed potatoes. The ribs were perfectly cooked and couldn’t get enough. My wife ordered the quesadillas which she loved. Now everything was good food wise except a mistake made by the waitress. One of my friends has a medical problem which she specifically ordered a meal and the meal was messed up with ingredients she should not of had when told not to put it in the meal. Now with that being said she took one bite and immediately recognized the meal was not to order. The waitress did go get another one but due to the fear of the order being wrong again she did not eat the meal and was still charged. The waitress was not attentive and was a hassle to get a glass of water. I will say besides the hiccups with service the rest of our visit was enjoyable.

Not sure why it was so difficult to tell me if there was mayo in their Alfredo sauce but the woman who answered the phone the first time directed me to the website which did not have the answer. When I called back the woman argued with me like I’m not an hcp and know about allergens, telling me “it’s just milk and eggs” as if there aren’t other preservatives and ingredients in mayo, instead of just finding out. Not sure why this was so necessary or difficult since 2 other restaurants were able to answer and this for me in under 5 minutes with considerable curtesy. Maybe the service is the reason why y’all don’t have enough money to get the marquee lights repaired. But surely enough will never bring my mother in law into this establishment. Happy Mothers Day!

Went on our anniversary and our server was awesome

Our food was fantastic and our server did an awesome but there was a different server who apparently lost a customer's credit card and when she was discussing it with him she was very very rude about it and I acted as she did not even care that she lost his card and then they did not even offer the customer a complimentary meal or anything I thought it was very rude and very unprofessional for the server and the manager to it like they did not even care.

Sat at bar. Ordered appetizers. Came out quick and hot. Bartender pleasant

The fiestsa lime chicken was good. The chicken tenders seemed it was fried a little too long.

I became great friends with the waitress I met there. The food is good and I love the service. Their drinks is only $5 and half off appetizers when closing. Great for brunch.

I have not been to an Apple Bee's in over 15 years. And for good reason, it was awful! But now, NOW, it is soooo good!! I will start coming more often. Their menu has completely changed & even the Alfredo is good!! My daughter ordered cheese pizza (which is a no-fail), but she ended up eating the majority of my fettuccine alfredo with broccoli and grilled chicken & a slice of her cheese pizza, along with their wonderful yogurt with fresh strawberries. The trees that cover the parking lot give it a neighborhood vibe. Very attentive service & quick. Made a believer out of me & we only stopped by on chance.

Had lunch and mocktails with grandson Waitress was awesome even pointed out some attractions for us Steaks were pretty good and appetizers great

Tried to eat an early dinner today (Sun - 24 Mar). Went in and found ~ 4-5 families waiting to be seated, even though half the restaurant was open and available. The sole host had absolutely no clue what he was doing and couldn’t even tell you how long the wait would be. After waiting for nearly 25 minutes, he then proceeded to seat our party of 5 ( 2x adults, 2x kids, and a baby) in the bar area at a high table. Again, we had a baby and this clearly isn’t an option. When we brought up the issue, the host clearly didn’t understand and then proceeded to say that a high chair couldn’t be used at any of the open booths. Instead of sitting us at a booth or a normal table, he took us back to the front and told us to wait again. But, couldn’t provide an approximate wait time. Needless to say, we decided to leave like the other 4-5 groups before us.

Would give zero stars if possible. Even manager seems incompetent must be kinfolk to owner how he has the job i will never figure out. Will absolutely never go here again. Highly suggest don't try it or you will be disappointed. Not busy and hardly any of the order was correct. I have never once in my life left such a low tip but they didn't even come close to earing what we left.

Completely incompetent from staff to managers order wrong had to ask 4 times for items manager tried to upcharge us for incorrect items then discount the upcharge avoid this place if you actually want what you order zero stars

We decided to give it one more try, first it took the waitress 15 minutes to even acknowledge we were in there, my husband ordered a beer that took about 20 minutes to come out we were in there over an hour basically waiting the entire time.

Not very many customers but still had to wait 10 to 15 minutes to be seated. Restrooms nasty, waited an hour to get food and wasn't good. Bread sticks were hard.

Ever since covid, this specific location has gone downhill. I love Applebees, but this is the only location where the service is the slowest. It seems like they’re out of everything, even almost all their beers. Me and my dad got our appetizers an hour after ordering, and we got our food almost another hour after the appetizers arrived. I’m never coming back to this location again.

Fn horrible service today, Sept 12. At most places you get the salad before your dinner or is this something new?!? I ordered the double crunchy shrimp which was bland af, and of course the fries were cold and stale. One (1) drink for my entire meal???? Pathetic slow service as usual. Rhiannon, you might wanna keep tabs on ALL your tables, not just the one with more guests seated at it. Another reason to NOT eat in Crestview.

Deceptive advertising! Both online and on their menus, it states that Happy Hour runs all day on Sunday. This was our primary reason for choosing to go there. However, upon being seated, we were informed that this policy had changed. I only gave it 2 stars because the server was very professional.

Ordered delivery. Cole slaw was not there. Paid a good deal to have it with delivery and it was missing. The survey code did not work to take the survey so did not get a coupon.

We visited this Applebee's on a Monday evening for dinner. We ordered the all-yiu-can-eat riblets. They were excellent. Our server, Tamika, was wonderful. It was a fantastic dining experience.

We had all can eat, the food was cold, the sause that was suppose to be on chicken was so slim that they were so dry, brought out some sause that should have been on wings, cold out of refrigerator. The food was nasty, the drinks werent made right...all together bad service..never will go back to applesbees. Concern citizens

Was not that busy when we first got there. Took Emily 15 minutes to even come to the table. Had to ask her multiple times for stuff to be brought to the table. She had a poor attitude as well. Spinach dip wasn't the best tonight either time.

Got the tenders and 4 cheese pasta but it was very thin Alfredo sauce....very disappointing. Waitess was great.

We sat in the bar. Shani was our bartender and server. Service was excellent and the food was hot and fresh. Dessert was delicious. I highly recommend this establishment!!

Lauren the bartender was amazing she deserves a raise! She upsold my drink, my meal, suggested extras , cleaned , served all the waiters/waitresses promptly, and constantly checked on my party dining at the bar. I go the whiskey bacon burger side of garlic Mayo and a med beer and tall beer. It’s the little things that magnify the business and Lauren has it! ✌🏾🫶

This one is located in Crestview. I only went for appetizers and drinks this time. The atmosphere was friendly and the service was good.

I went on Veterans Day and while I'm very grateful that Applebee's caters to veterans, (free food) the steak was dried out and over-peppered, the broccoli was served plain but the potatoes were good. I should have just gotten a cheeseburger. Friendly staff.

Absolutely rude bartender! Not a good service! Do not recommend this restaurant!

Burgers we're good. Had the brunch burger with hash browns and eggs on the burger and the western burger. Recommend both. Dont accept the booth in the farthest left corner. The sitting space between seat and table is way less than the other booths. Very cramped for adults. The other booths were normal spacing.

I ordered $1 margarita. I never knew they had it. I didn't expect a lot for $1 drink. but it was very very sweet. no taste of tequila what so ever...so I ask server if she can mix little stronger? she says she can't take it to the bar so she says she will bring a shot. long story short that shot was charged for$6.75?(now I know lol) and I asked server I wish you have told me that. she says she will talk to manager. she came to our table I explained what happened. so....she fixed my bill. that was very nice of her. our server was very sweet and well done with her job. I leave her good amount of tip. food, atmosphere is average chain restaurant. cleanness isn't the best. but ok. I will go back sinc8ots close by.

The food was better than I expected. This was my first time going and I really enjoyed the food.

Not for those with allergies or other dietary restrictions. This will be my last experience with this Applebee’s. The gluten free selections aren’t really gluten free. After getting extremely sick from the fiesta lime chicken a couple months ago, I’ve been very reluctant to eat anything here. Finally gave it a try again because my kid wanted Applebee’s for his birthday and because I now have a NIMA sensor to test for gluten before consuming. I let staff know there was a gluten allergy when I ordered.

THE LIGHTS ARE SO DIM, THAT U HAVE TO USE THE FLASHLIGHT FROM OUR PHONES TO LOOK AT THE MENU...MY COMPLAINT ON HERE ISNT GOING TO CHANGE ANYTHING AND THE OWNER ISNT GONNA DO ANYTHING TO IMPROVE THE LIGHTING. SO THEREFORE I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE.

The building the restaurant uses is dilapidated and old. The service is very bad and he servers are not meant to be servers with the attitude and lack of attention paid to customers. Then on top of that the wait time for food to be brought to be table is extremely long and the food was not worth the wait!!

Chicken bites always heavily breaded. Sauce could be a little better distributed. Coat the wings not just drizzled on top and one toss. I know the kitchen may be busy but it makes a difference to take a few extra seconds there. All you can eat is dominated by fries. Drink specials and happy hour pricing make it worth a trip. Although drinks could be a tad bit stronger.

We usually sit @ the bar; however, we occasionally take a table. We love the sampler platter, and most of the entrées are also awesome. The food is always presentable and tastes good. The prices are reasonable.

BUYER BEWARE. Twice, the servers have slipped up-charges on my bill. The first time, I wrote it off as a mistake. The second time, I brought it up to the manager on duty. She shrugged her shoulders and told me to take it up with corporate. She clearly didn't care, radiating apathy. I ultimately got an apology from the general manager for the upcharge I didn't authorize, but that was after I had to go up the corporate ladder and file a complaint. I never got a refund. I hope the money the server and manager stole from me was worth it, because I doubt we'll ever return. Edited: I reached out to Applebee's using the link they provided and they never responded.

Applebee's is dependable and always a good experience. The Classic Bacon cheese burger was cooked to perfection! Mustard & Mayo on the side completed the juicy burger. Bacon was crisp, burger was well done as requested. I cut it in half for easier handling. It fell apart because it was so tender and good. A five napkin burger! Fries were well seasoned and hot. Grilled Bacon Chicken sandwich was fair. The chicken didn't have much flavor and without the bacon would have only been mediocre. Jennifer L, a long time server was attentive and helpful. She was very busy without a lull, but brought refils and more napkins without being asked. She knows how to make a customer feel appreciated! The decor "Crestview" is unusual. The USAF wall decorations previously used was more interesting and attractive.

Food pretty good. My wife ordered Mexican food and it was really good. Our waitress was attentive even though they were busy. Decent sit down restaurant. Wings are great. Average size portions so probably won't have enough to take home.

Had 20+ tables empty but still made everyone wait 30+ minutes due to inadequate staffing. Rude service. Plenty of other options, eat elsewhere until this place turns its management around. Hire to staff your restaurant. Mediocre food.

When my food was delivered, my steak was over cooked and the manger, Theresa, took care of the matter personally. She went back to the kitchen and grilled the steak herself to medium without hesitation. She then delivered me with a brand new plated meal cooked to my preference. She appreciated our patience and we appreciated her time and consideration for her customers. Thank you Theresa and the Applebee’s staff!

Always a good pick if you can't get everyone to decide on one type of food. The menu is very wide in selection and most are pretty good. The won ton tacos are the best appetizer by far, and the 4 Cheese Pasta with Spicy Chicken is always a go to for dinner. A blend of rich cheesy pasta topped with a sweet heat chicken strips pairs quite nicely and I usually have half to take for left overs. Just be warned, this dish is 1350 calories alone. The service at this location, can be slow at times and the wait can get long since it's one of only a few restaurants people frequent on the weekends in Crestview.

Excellent, cheerful service. Fiesta Lime Chicken was tasty.
