This is our favorite fast food place. We travel twice as far to go here, but it's worth it. Friendly service, great menu.

All the employers over there even And have needles near their car

I only get 1/2 an hour for lunch. Nobody in the drive-thru or lobby but I couldn't wait any longer to be acknowledged or greeted and place an order.

Service was good, the person taking our order was friendly, professional, and very polite, 100% better than my last visit

Ordered on the app for pickup. Missing fries and cheese. Food is consistently decent but when you're constantly missing items from your order That's the same as somebody stealing your cash. Don't tape the bags closed if you don't know they're right.

This has to be the best Arby's location in the area. The staff always have my orders right and are always pleasant when picking up and when we occasionally dine in.

We just had a great experience at Arbys. Tristan did a great job. He was quick and friendly. He seemed to love his job and made it a positive experience.

Customer service is great and the food is great. The atmosphere is very relaxing.

Stopped by on the way home today they are running a Happy Hour special that felt too good to pass up. Several items are on sale for $4 or less. I ordered double meat Arby Roast beef sandwiches for $4 each, small orders of fries for $1 each, and 4 piece chicken (similar to chicken nuggets). There is a limit of 5 different sale items in an order, but not a limit on how many of each different you could order. The rewuirement is that the order must be made and paid for through their app. I chose to drive their first and place the order while in the parking lot. I specified ASAP as the ready time, and my order was ready within 5 minutes. The restaurant was very clean and the workers were friendly and attentive. The food was hot and what you would expect. *** Tried the URL to provide more details. Returned 404 err msg.

Sunday evening and I had nothing at home to eat. Arby's roast beef sandwiches, a meal and a deal. Went to the drive through and ordered 5 regular roast beef sandwiches. No line and parking lot was also dead. My mistake to not order 6, as there was a deal on 2 for $5, and the 5th sandwich regular price. I got home unpacked my bag and unfortunately there were only 4 sandwiches in there. Only reason for the low rating was being upset that I didn't get all of the items I paid for.

I love Arbys because their app allows you to order and grab your food instead of checking in and still waiting. No one wants to order ahead to wait in a line. The app is also a great value with weekly coupons. I love the Buffalo sliders and the Gyro. I do wish they had better tasting sides. It’s always clean at this location and waits are minimal even if you order at the restaurant.

I've always loved their food, the only thing that I found was a bit expensive was the Mac and cheese fritters $4.00 for 4 since they're so small, my wife makes them just as good or better and they're about twice as big.

With short staffing, lady was whipping out the drive thru and counter. Excellent customer service and great burger.

Delicious and great service with a smile 😁

When I arrived at the drive through to pick up my mobile order the lady said to hold on for a few seconds which I never had an issue with. We waited at the order speaker for 8 minutes and they never returned. A line of cars were behind us and at least 2 cars drove off. I got out of my vehicle and went inside the store. All 3 of the crew members were just talking amongst themselves. I went up to the counter and no one came up to the cash register or even acknowledged me. I found my mobile order at the pick up station by myself with the food already cold. If I didn't already pay for the food in the app, I would have left and I will not go back again.

Sure do miss the potato cakes. French fries mostly hard. Service slow but friendly

Service was super fast!!! Extremely friendly. I love their poppers they are always delicious although they forgot to give me the sauce which was disappointing. I always get the gyro...this time it was disappointing, although there was plenty of meat, lots of lettuce and tomatoes were delicious the sauce was a little off and I had a stomach ache all night. The curly fries are always on point and probably the best fast food fries anywhere. My husband loved his meal so all and all I will be back!

The best Arby's we've ever eaten at! The bread is fresh, food is hot, cheese is melted, fries taste good, tea needs work 🤢, employees are friendly, restaurant/restroom clean, tables washed off as soon as you get up 🤯. Had to ask for more gravy for the French dip because my 1st cup was barely half full and I ran out before I got to half a sandwich - plus I like soaking the curly fries in the gravy as well 😋. Mother really enjoyed the beef and cheddar sandwich and the crinkle fries were cooked good. Definitely will be coming back for more 😋💐💕

Dude at the Drive through finger nails was dirty..chewing gum..and How you serving Fish and fries with no utensils..They need to up their game..This food industry is Massive and you will get eaten if you playing this game slippery. Just being real..I will always be 100 on any review I do.Its about the paying public for me..how u would feel driving up too feed your kids n saw this?? I was just there at 525pm ordered 2 3 piece chicken tenders and crinkle frie meals the fries were old and cold the tenders also were cold and not good at all tasting like they were in the warmer for 2 days I tried to call them to let them know Noone answered so recording hung up on me I mean u think because it's given through drive through Noone will notice but I cook for a living and I have been doing it along time to knoe that the food was sitting there all day not to mention that I live in brandon and it was traffic and didn't want to turn the car around but money wasted and didn't even eat

Went through with a coupon for a free sandwich. Staff was extremely short and acted like they had a million better things to do. The woman in the window was rather rude and slammed the window multiple times, heard her complaining about another customer. Won’t be returning.

I used to work at this place and I must stay I had a bad experience. The manager started giving me 3hr shifts. So I decided to put in my two weeks and leave. On top of that it was a shift lead that was always passive aggressive and rude to me she always had on heavy makeup. Like a gothic type of vibe she had going on. They would also let their staff get free food and made me had to pay for mines. Overall it was a bunch of favoritism here and I didn’t feel welcome at all.

Never had a bad meal there. Everyone that works there is friendly and food is never cold. Milkshakes are the best around. Other places, arent as good as Arbys milkshakes even the Campbell's place isn't as good.

Got the beef brisket 14 bucks for the large combo and there was almost nothing in the sandwich highly disgusting in my opinion

Don't let them RUSH you! I haven't had Arby's in a minute....so I decided to try them again. Unexpectedly, I found out they have fish sandwiches. Now, I'm not sure if the cashier didn't understand my account or not, but I had a lil problem with the order. No big sweat tho. Her and her team fixed me right up.. Although they could take a few more seconds to clarify the order since it's a new item. My family enjoyed theirs. I have yet to taste my sandwich.

We were inside settling our family to eat (5 small children)...suddenly young teens burst through the door running into the bathroom. Then gel/rubber bullets flying into restaurant from outside. Manager and staff handled the situation perfect. Continuously, protecting us, checking on us! Escorted us to our vehicle. Thanks to all!

First of all, Managers should tell these kids at the front register what is being sold and on the marquee. Fish was awful, like rubbery microwave food,fries cold as well.Clean store, but horrible food!! Asked for roast beef instead and the meat was gray! What a stomach turner.

This was the worst sandwich I ever purchased from Arby’s, no crispy onions as advertised, and the meat was all grizzly stringing meat that you could not chew, This is the worst Arby’s location in Brandon with just a little drop of sauce that they advertise!!!! Had to throw an eight dollar sandwich in the trash because it was it was uneatable !😡

Arby's has the best roast beef sandwiches. The horsey and Arby sauce is so tasty on it. The curly fries are excellent! Fast and friendly!

Drive thru service is always easy and food is always as ordered.

Do not allow them to serve you end/scrap pieces of fries especially Curley. I have brought this to their attention but to no avail. Often get pieces of fries too hard to eat.

The service at this Arby's has been fantastic. The people who work there are so friendly and helpful. They actually make you feel like they are glad you are there and they want to make sure that you enjoy your visit and the food. Certainly not the regular mediocre to terrible attitudes we experience at other fast food restaurants in our area. The food is good and definitely a nice upgrade of fast food, with unique options.

Went through the drive-thru and the old lady that was taking our order was a bit snappy when we asked about the steak burger. Because we wanted to make sure we are getting the right ones. Other than that it's a very good burger!

Arby's is my favorite place for roast beef sandwiches. Curly fries and a mocha shake. I don't seem to order any other things from there but it's good I'm sure.
