The food is outstanding. The restaurant is spotless. The staff is super professional. I had a Ruben today and it is top-notch. I had a Gyro yesterday and that is also phenomenal

I don't know who's managing this place but I have been there twice and they didn't have roast beef. This is crazy to me. If you're not going to have roast beef you might as well close the place down

Food tastes pretty bad and expensive for no reason. fills up the drinks with 90% of ice, drivethrough takes around 20 minutes and they always mess up my order. I do not recommend this Arby's at all.

Went through the drive through; food was ready quickly and was of great quality. Employees there were very nice/well mannered.

I don't know if you can see this but there is a hair wrapped around this curly fry I went up there before I had to go to work and spend my last $20 I had on a lunch that I was grossed out by and ended up throwing it in the garbage I had to go to work and I could not go back. When I got there I asked the guy if he could make new fries because I hate the curly fries when they're nuke warm they don't taste good I told him I'd wait till 5 minutes or the 10 minutes for a new batch he told me they just came up and they were hot they were not they were nuke warm like they've been sitting there for a minute. They were not hot. I like that they just came out. I leave my fries in the bag because it keeps them warm I pull them out one at a time when I am eating them like most people do and I pull one out go to stick it in my mouth and something tickles my mouth I pull it out of my mouth and look at it and there's a freaking hair wrapped around it. I could not tell you how bad that grossed me out. I do not live or work close to Arby's so I have to drive a good bit to get there just to come there to get food and leave and hope I make it to work because that area has no turnarounds you have to go to a light to turn around because of the road work it's very inconvenient. If I would have known that I was going to get a hair in my food and it disgusts me to the point I didn't want to eat my sandwich cuz God knows what's on that because if they're not protecting their food from the hair from their head to get on the fries I don't want to know what they're doing in the back of the kitchen where no one can see them if they have a hairnet on or not. It was about 6 months the last time I went there. I didn't get to eat it very often, and now I will not be back probably ever. The last place I got a hair in my food I never have been back and that was years ago I'm not going to name the restaurant butt this is how you lose customers. Right

*update 5/2024: Food and service have both gotten better so I've upped their review. Went to Arbys today and ordered a number 6 and an extra beef and cheddar.They didn't ask me what I want to drink at any point. I got my food after paying to find out it was just two sandwiches. Normally a little mistake would not bother me however, I went inside and told the man I ordered a number 6 and he said yeah that's just the sandwich and I told the man If I wanted just a sandwich I would've said a beef and cheddar not a number 6. Every other time In order a number on the menu it is a combo. Pretty much all fast food places are. This man continued to argue with me that a number 6 is just a sandwich. I finally got my fries and left. Didn't even want to bother with the drink I was so upset. I will be avoiding Arbys in Tiger Point until it has better staff in the next few months.

Update! I keep going to this specific location for my beloved #4 Sandwich They do take pride and keep taking pride every time I go for it. Thank you very much,ill be loyal to ya all.

They did good . I was happy with the customer service and food was fresh.

Last night I bought dinner for 3 total$ 42.65. I specifically requested multiple packets of arby sauce and Horsey sauce at drive through speaker and repeated that at window when paying. I had to pull forward to wait on LG order they brought it out to me and again I asked if requested sauces were in the bag and straws for the shakeshe said yes mam it's all in the bag. Which was full so I didn't dig. When I met my friends.at an outdoor gathering there were no sauces in the bag which was so stuffed and heavy that the bottom fell out when I picked it up spilling the food on the ground and no straws for the shakes or even napkins. This is not acceptible.

Beef and cheddar sandwiches don't come with cheddar apparently

My wife and I a delicious lunch today (9 March 24). Seems like this location hit the reset button and turned into 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ location. Previous visits had a lackluster crew and was very loud. Today's visit was a great and delicious lunch! The staff was well managed, courteous and very friendly! Got greeted when entering with smiles and helped staff. Arby's has always been one of favorite fast food eatery's and now this my favorite Arby's location! Thanks for a friendly atmosphere and Staff!

Big fish sandwich is the steal with 2 for $6.00 and best deal for seafood with deliciousness in every bite. Try it quick before they end this.

Food was cold, fries were soggy and tasted old, the food turned my stomach and made my kids stomach hurt . We will not be eating here anymore for a while. Food has gone down hill.

Saturday Dec 1, 2023 We went in to order. When we got in no one was around. We started hearing from 2 employees in the back. The lady employees was angry that the place was "disgusting" and saying they put food "there". There was a big guy who told her he doesn't do things, he tell people to do things. If he was a manager, he definitely needs retrained. Neither of them saw us after we waited about 5mins, so we left. It's a sad, sad place. Do yourself a favor, don't go there.

They wouldn’t Awnser their phone I needed to call them urgently for a party

Quick service and our order has been correct the couple of times we have gone. Their Greek gyros are the best!

Use caution!!! Our bank card was taken out of line of sight for nearly 5 minutes. When questioned why the woman ignored my question. Got our food & immediately checked our bank to see unauthorized charges! Never again!

Staff was heartwarming. Food was delicious. Place was clean. The restrooms were well maintained.

I ordered a cheese steak sandwich and the meat tasted funny and looked gross. I overheard the mangers be little other employees and use the N word frequently between each other. I could also hear trap music and more degrading music in the back which I found really distasteful. I honestly would not recommend to eat here.

This location used to have great service & hot food. Not sure what's happened in the past couple of months, but now it's mediocre service, cold fries, and onions on gyros you asked to have removed.

My wife and I went in for a French dip meal and it was nasty. Bun was soggy and fries 🍟 not fresh.

Loved them since 1977. But them loosing Ham not good for me !beef can't eat ! Sliders keep me around but they are smaller already!

Please set thermostat to a comfortable temperature for your customers. 84 degrees is not comfortable.

It's typical Arby's chain food. Consistent and satisfied the cravings, lol! Service was pleasant and quick! Don't sleep on that Buffalo chicken slider! Mmmm

My family and I went to the Arby's on 98 in gulf breeze Florida and my order was messed up and the au jus sauce was pouring out of the bag and the food was not edible at that time now yes I'm sure we could have gone back in but the service was so bad we didn't even want to get food from there because of how disrespectful the service was. I would leave zero stars if possible this place should be closed down do not waste your money going here. I am in customer service and that is the main reason why I am taking the time to write this management needs to give some serious attention here and make sure this team goes through some training because as far as brand standards for this Arby's location is seriously at risk and needs a little more attention because you have just lost a customer. I probably will never here from them back either because they probably don't care if they allow that type of customer experience to happen. Sad and disappointing - Don't waste your money....

Arby’s - cross between sandwiches and burger joint? HA! Not even close! The nirvana of fast food - that’s closer. The food of the gods- yes! I think I even saw a bumper sticker: “Zeus eats here!”. Curly fries - a steal at any price! Add a squirt of ketchup and it’s an angelic experience.

My order was taken in the drive thru by a very pleasant lady. This is always a good way to start 😊 I ordered the fish strips meal. The nice lady hands me my drink and ask me to pull forward. No problem. Got home, 1 mile away and sat down to eat immediately. The fish is good for what it is and I would certainly order it again but the crinkle fries were not even warm and seemed to be not too fresh. Fries are important 😋 All in all not a bad experience but let's work on the fry situation 😉

Always enjoy visiting my local Arbys for a great Roast Beef, Brisket, wraps, gyros with speedy service and fresh hot food.

The food at any Arby's as far as im concerned is just ok but we went through real quick the other day for a bite after the zoo and the woman working the drive through was so nice and friendly. As far as I could tell she was the only one in there working too. Just brought joy to my day to have such a friendly conversation with someone at a place I would never expect awesome service.

Happy hour prices have changed and even though I specifically asked i wasn't told until after I ordered. Server was rude.

Been here a dozen times since moving here. They are always welcoming to me. The food personally has been spot on and delicious. This is my experience though.

The lady at the drive threw didn't know the special's they had for that week like the 2 for $6 dollars she told me that the gyro's we're regular price but lucky for me I had a coupon in my car

Good food faster time for orders at drive-through

What is a real shame is no way to go inside and eat, so tired of eating in my car. The restrictions are lifted in Florida so how about opening your dining rooms back up!

Food here be bussin. Greek gyro was awesome! I had them remake the fries because they were cold, but they were cool about it.

Needed a quick bite before going grocery shopping (dangerous to shop on an empty stomach - Lol). Drive through service was fast, repeated order, thanked me for stopping by, repeated order again at the pay window, order was correct and sandwich was good. Under $5.

Food is always fresh. It is a healthier alternative to other fast food places

Was driving down the Gulf Breeze Parkway and decided on Arby's for lunch. Food was good but the lady in the drive-thru was very nice and really made my day.

No dining room so the service is a bit slower but it went quickly. All hot an fresh food, cold drinks.

Drive through was busy but moved fast. Girl at ordering window told me about the specials. That was nice.

I drove through on the way to the beach, and the workers were not wearing masks nor gloves, nor haircoverings. I decided to cancel my order due to being at high risk for covid. The worker was outraged, cursed me out and even left her station to run out the side door, running to my car and screaming that she was going to kick my ass. I called the manager later after that. It scared me to death. The manager said she was too busy to help me. I reported it to corporate, nothing from them either. I see why it is always empty. The place is trash. Don't risk your health or happiness for that dump.

I was very glad to see that the chicken salad sandwich is on the menu at this Arby's. It is my favorite sandwich to go with Arby's curly fries.

Always friendly here and they rarely get my order wrong. Been coming to the Gulf Breeze location over a year and they've only messed up my order once or twice and gladly fixed the issue promptly.

The orange cream shake is so good!
