This is a nice location within the greater Richmond area. My dad said that the bathrooms and inside are nice and clean. I used the drive-through window, and service was courteous and prompt. Our food was hot and fresh. For those not familiar with Arby's in the Richmond VA area, these ones have zucchini muffins and rotisserie chicken, sides like butter beans and squash, etc. They also serve a tasty Brunswick stew. I have also eaten inside, and the area is clean and well decorated with tasteful colors.

I haven't been to Arby's in YEARS. Received some coupons in the mail and decided to get the 2 roast beef and cheddar sandwiches for $7. These sandwiches are HUGE!!. They were hot and fresh. They weren't stingy with the cheese. The bread was toasted they gave plenty of sauce (I didn't even have to ask) went through drive thru around 8:30pm on a Friday. Lil young black dude very pleasant at the window. Great job Arby's . As long as u keep sending coupons it is more likely than not that I will be back.

Our server was so kind and treated us like family.

We have been through this location a couple of times now. The food is OK ( not great, but edible) but they never give us napkins. Tonight with two brisket sandwiches with BBQ sauce, not one napkin.

Arby's has a long reputation of just being good. Almost 20 years later from when I first fell in love with Arby's and I can still say the same thing Arby's is still good!

Roast beef was a little dry, but Arby's Sauce took care of my Beef and Cheddar nicely 😋

I pulled up to Arby's last night before 9 PM. And never thought I would hear, but Arby's was out of roast beef??? Wow... Can I get you something else? Ummm. no! That's like Domino's running out of pizza...smh

The service was phenomenal, the food was alright, could use better lemonade, that atmosphere was just blue collar boys eating lunch.

Managers would serve food from floor and make people sick on purpose.

If you don’t close until ten. Then you don’t clean the milkshake machine until ten. I knew when I pulled in you’d give me the ol “sheen broke”. I said it outloud to myself when I pulled in. Arby’s has always been a respected institution in my world. Do better y’all.

Buns on roast beef seemed dried out or tough and a very small fry for 3:00.

Love Arby's for fast food, especially the roast beef/jalapeño sliders. Hubby loves their baked potato. Always clean. Courteous staff.

The problem is I love the idea of Arby's but Arby's in reality is just so .............................. disappointing the food is good don't get me wrong its just sooo expensive for a fast food meal I almost have to take out a second mortgage just to have a beef n cheddar combo 5 stars for the food -2 stars fir the price

How difficult is it to put utensils in the bag with the food???

Tonight (9/9/23) the staff tried to be helpful, but they really fell short. There were many staff there, but everyone was reluctant to help the young man who was learning who had been put in the counter cashier position alone. No one was willing to help or check on him so it took a long time to even put in a simple order. Once other staff helped, they quickly walked away, not seeing it through which led to having to wait for another staff in the back to help him while 3 other staff (1 of whom helped once) stood far away from him, but easily within vision of detecting things were not straight. I felt very sorry for the new cashier. One person who had to wait behind me got very annoyed. There were literally at least 6 or 7 staff there. It was unnecessarily difficult to order our food.

Rotisserie Chicken was good add on menu.

You can't go wrong with the classic 2 for 7 beef and cheddar

So I rated the individual categories as 3's or average but gave an overall rating of 4 and here's why. When I opened the app yesterday, they had a deal, 30% off $10 or more. That's pretty good, but it gets better. They had several items on reduced prices, like roast beef sandwiches for $2, Fries $2, Mozzarella Sticks $3 and get this, they let you use all the specials, not just one like stingy McDonald's. So here I am getting every item at reduced prices and 30% off the total. This is how it's done, McDonald's. I had not eaten all day and I'm getting a sandwich, fries, Mozzarella sticks, chicken nuggets, a turnover, and tea for Like $11 with freaking tax. So, although my opinion of Arby's food, food selection, and service has gone down these past few years, I gotta give them props for delivering some decent chow at a great price.

Tasty food... not cheap but furst class items

On 6/23/23 I drove thru and ordered a pecan chicken salad sandwich meal. When I arrived home, I had a double cheddar roast beef sandwich. I called and spoke to the Manager on duty, and he offered to replace my meal at my next visit. Today, 7/6/2023 and ordered my replacement meal. Upon arriving at my office, I opened my sandwich only to find a dark curly black hair in my chicken salad. I called and spoke to Jay. He was very nice and offered to replace my meal once again. I thank ed and told him it would not be necessary as I would not patron Arby's again. I shared that meal preparation and anyone handling food should be wearing hair nets. My advice would be to check your food before leaving Arby's and most definitely check it before you bite into it. The review box asked for photos which I find very interesting. Why would you want me to post a picture of hair on one of your sandwiches? Tammy Brown

I went through the drive thru. Good food, fast service, reasonable price.

The employee at the drive thru was a bit of a downer. The salad had droopy greens as well.

Regular menu items are a little pricey but they always have specials. They are always clean an friendly.

Girl in the drive through literally just dug up her nose, wiped it on her clothes, then gave me my food!!! That was so disgusting!!!!

Love this place! Great roast beef!

No one at the registers. Had to ask the drive through person if anyone was working the front end. Also the classic I had, had a bread to meat ratio of at least 4 to 1 and the bread was stale.

Store location is not the easiest to get into or out of. Don’t see how drive through could be improved but it needs it.

We went to try the steakhouse ribeye garlic sandwich. Pictures looked so good with red roast beef. It came cold and the meat was grayish black. Tasted like a steakum. So disappointed

Always fast, hot, and delicious. I've been going to this Arby's for years and they've never disappointed.

Typical Arby's. Food is good but not exceptional. Two negatives: 1. drive through line is extremely slow; 2. this location does not accept on line orders or orders through the Arby's app on your smartphone. Inside is always clean and neat.

It would be nice when you order a beef and cheddar sandwich to get the cheddar IN the sandwich

Stopped in with some friends after a night of tacky light tour. Getting close to closing time but the staff was very courteous food was served hot and tasty. You all could have just phoned it in but you did a great job Thank you.

I purchase a childs meal for my five year old nephew when I babysit him. The West Midlothian store does a nice job but I stopped at the one closer to Chesterfield Towne Center. Had to go through drive through as dining room closed. Dipping sauce and the toy were not included. My nephew was disappointed.

One of my favorite places good food and ask about coupons to save money. Stewart the store manager is first 👌 class and caring. Use coupons to save your money.

This Arby's is a great example of a well managed fast food restaurant. It usually is 100% right on and rarely miss at the drive thru.. It's recently renovated and they took out the beloved tree from the dining area much to everyone's chagrin but is a great spot with delicious food and terrific service.

Chicken sandwich turned out to be chicken tenders not an actual filet/piece of chicken. Disappointing. Probably wait another 6 years before trying Arby's again.

This Arby’s location is average. It’s got a small parking lot that is not very traffic friendly. The staff are nice and helpful. But the place is slow paced due to the older clientele so have patience. The food is average. We found this place to be out of stock on items on multiple occasions.

Recently remodeled and the new appearance is a step backwards. Looks like every other fast food restaurant now.

I was looking forward to the Wagyu burger and it was good but nothing spectacular. The staff was friendly but took a little longer than I'd like to get my food.

Best Arby's in town. All the other ones I've been to in this area have had poor service/rude managers, but the gentlemen working here are 👍🏽 30 minute drive from my home but still worth it.
