Decent service, but way too much cussing in front of customers😕

An excellent Wendy's location. They're fast to service. Rarely out of items. When you're handed your bag 9 times out of 10 it has all the items you need to enjoy your food. My favorite Wendy's in Richmond.

It's very bad food but I guess there is something for everyone.

This Wendy's takes FOREVER. It appears they have only a couple employees. I don't even know if customers are allowed inside. Taking your orde ris a 10 minute wait then another 10 for food even if nobody is in line.

Can't rate the food because they wouldn't accept my order at the drive-thru, they said they were only accepting mobile orders even though they were supposed to be open for another 3 and 1/2 hours.

Beware, if you are heading there for breakfast, they don’t open the doors or answer the drive-through until they feel like it.

We got some coupons in the mail So decided to check it out for breakfast. Rolled up about 8:45, no answer at the drive thru. Waited until 9 when the dinning room was supposed to open only to find the door still locked. Tried the drive thru again and no answer. There was definitely an employee inside just chilling. What a waste of 20 minutes.

$20.00 for 2 Dave's singles, fries and cokes. I was told I had to wait on fries so I thought I was going to get fresh hot fries but no just cold ones. Burger was old and could tell it had been sitting around too long. All of this for $20 bucks.

This place has remained a terrible spot since the pandemic.

I have found Wendy's breakfast to be inconsistent. Sometimes really good and other times biscuits hard and sandwich old. I guess not enough breakfast customers to keep be the biscuits moving.

Ordered hamburgers for us but got cheese burgers instead. They did get the other two plain cheeseburgers right. The dogs loved them.

Decent. Some of the food was not as fresh as usual and they were out of multiple items. Inexperienced drive thru employee.

Good tasting chicken sandwich and their fries are delicious

I had the bacon,/egg/cheese biscuit meal complete with their potatoes that are super good.

I thought initially a hamburger has ketchup, mustard, and pickle ?????

Could not taste the hamburger. Way to much mustard, ketchup and mayonnaise. Sliver of a tomato, sliver of lettuce. Dave is turning over in his grave.

I don’t think this Wendy’s has gotten my order right a single time in the last year of going here. Go somewhere else, don’t waste your money

I went around 12:15 so it was busy. My order took a little while but all the employees I interacted with were very polite and kept apologizing thanking me my patience. The food was very good.

I want to sincerely thank the staff at this Midlothian Wendy’s location. I somehow left my credit card behind almost a week ago, and after frantically searching for it at home, I decided to call the restaurant since that was my last physical “swipe.” They had my card! They kept it safe for me with no fraudulent charges or frustration in getting it back. I simply swung by the drive-thru window and chatted with the team. It’s refreshing to know that there are still honest people in this world. Thank you, Wendy’s Midlo Crew!

Improving service at this location.

This is the worst and dirtiest location I’ve ever seen. They need to be shut done by the department of health. Food inspector needs to visit this location. I witness an employee stick in bare hands in the fries and starting eating some. Look at the employee with no gloves

Service extremely slow. Got order wrong. Food cold. Don't go here.

This used to be my go to Wendy’s since the one down the street is awful. Sadly this location is not any better anymore. 3 of the 4 parts of our order was wrong and it took forever. I understand everywhere is short staffed so it may have been when we chose to go was too busy for the staff that was there. It may be awhile before we choose to go back.

Well lobby said it was open when I got inside manager said that the inside was closed due to being short staffed But she took My order anyway because I was driving a bus and couldn't go through the drive thru very nice

5 stars for the friendly staff at this location! And the breakfast...fresh eggs on the sandwich! I was amazed. Gone twice in the last week. 3 stars for the drive thru time and the lunch. If I get a Jr bacon cheeseburger it's a fail if there's only half a strip of bacon. With the drive thru time I understand that everyone is understaffed. More upset about the missing bacon.

Friendly enough service, but they still got my order wrong

Fast food is getting pricey the value menus are sometimes more than combos

Drive thru was good. Buy one get one free was a good deal. Drink prices have gone up everywhere.

The drive through line was very slow and the potato was burned/ not freshly baked. The mango lemonade was delicious!

Nuggets were hard and some were cold too!

My strawberry salad was good however I wanted it with crispy chicken which was hard and cold .

Meh, it looked clean inside, but they didn't have nuggets at 6:00 pm, so my little one had to conform herself with some fries.

At this Wendy's the food is almost never hot. Parking lot terrible lighting.

Its Wendy's. I mean, its hard to love but its always solid. Not sure how to rate a fast food place. The bacon and jalapeño peppers were well placed on the burger? I don't know. The kids enjoyed their Frostys. Shocker.

Drive thru was wrapped but line moved pretty quickly. Ordered online. Everything was prepared well. Nice job.

This is the Wendy's that I usually go to on my lunch break went through today no one ever acknowledge that I was at the order box or said I'll be right with you waited for a few minutes drove around 2 the payment window to see if I can place my order there no one ever walked by the payment window and I could not get anyone's attention anywhere it look like everyone had disappeared there were two cars pulled waiting on food and I never could place an order so I had to leave call the manager to let her know that I could not place my order anywhere today because it did not seem like anyone was working she said that their headsets are messed up she was very pleasant but it's unfortunate that I could not place my order today so now I will have to go somewhere else for lunch generally I have a great experience at this location

Its wendys I would jave given then 3 stars but they have a new manager she works at Walmart now

Staff really nice and food on point

Always fast and friendly service. They get my order right every time: it's fresh and doesn't seem like it's been sitting forever.

Very helpful and patient after I unintentionally messed up the order with coupon.

Location is clean in appearance. Food was hot & tasty. Although my spicy chicken sandwich was good it was plain but not spicy as I ordered. The staff was pleasant, so I was pleased with my visit here.

Got a jr frosty. Just right for afternoon snack.

An earlier visit last year was somewhat of a disaster. We were interested to see if any improvements had occurred. We were pleased to see that the staff was much more on the ball.

Drive thru, people were nice and got my order correct.

The food was delicious but the service was a tad bit slow for there to be over 6 workers and only me and 1 other person in the restaurant being waited on. They were just standing there talking about what they were doing after work and hadn't even asked if we were ready to order

Food was hot and is hot and fresh every time I stop there. There so fast that I think it has been sitting but when I pull over the check it’s piping hot!

Love the food when they can get the order right. Most of the time, the workers think "ketchup only" means pickles, or onions, or musturd, or cheese, or any combination of those. They always correct it with no problem though.

Slow.... Manager needs to work on communication skills is all. Good tho.

I like Wendy's I've always liked the really thick fries they have the burgers are good to Meats always good personally I think the meat has a little too much salt in it but that's just me personally the Frosty's are fantastic they've always had a pretty good menu and it's not that bad of a price

It could be cleaner inside. The rug looks like it gets vacuumed...every week.

My wife and I had a great Salad each and a small Chili for me. The lady taking our order was very helpful. We will go back.

Staff is always friendly and upbeat... This is my Wee-Fay and my go to restaurant when we need good and quick... They take pride in the way the food is made...

Employees were super nice, like Chik Fila kind of nice which is uncommon for a Wendy's. Food was pretty average but service was excellent

Best Wendy’s in Virginia!!!! If I was a millionaire and had a huge business I would immediately hire Mr. Ed and King Charles. Those guys deserve a hard core raise. A couple days ago I didn’t have enough money to completely pay for my order and King Charles used his own money to pay for my meal. Today when I came in after a long day of school. Mr. Ed went out of his way to talk to me and make me feel better. It’s been a long time since I’ve found service like that anywhere. God bless this Wendy’s and the people in it!!!

Everything was fresh and that's a rarity!

Got our order screwed up (2 asiago chickens) several times but they were super nice the entire time.

Always forgets stuff....always. we never dine in but when we get home one or more things are lwft our of our bag, or they've forgotten good entirely, or its wrng. Really annoying.

Great service. Cleanest bathrooms I've seen anywhere. Food was hot and tasty, made to order quickly.

Always a fan of Wendy's but the quality of food is dropping, the service is less than average, and the prices are the only thing on the rise. It's a real shame.

I came in with my 6 very young grandchildren late one afternoon and asked if they would split their Frosties in half and serve them in smaller cups for the kids. They cheerfully accommodated us helping me show the grandkids a good time without ruining their appetites for their upcoming dinners. Obviously this staff is very helpful and took in stride the kids' boisterous behavior. Thanks Wendy's for helping out a grandma.

Forgot fries at first so they upgraded us to a large AND gave us all four of us free frostys. Also the old guy working there was wearing a cleaaan Rolex which in itself is instant clout, overall great Wendy's

I don't come often, sitting in the booth as I type this, but might start. Everyone behind the counter was in good spirits and helpful. The service was not what you typically get at fast food and was much better. If this level of service is the norm, I hope the owner realizes he has some good folks and pays them more than the market rate. These great employees will keep people coming back!

Great food, pleasant employees for the most part just slow even when no one else is in line.

Working hard behind counter but extreamly slow. Drive in took preference over inside customers.
