Hey locals..fair warning..check your receipts and.don't support businesses who don't support their patrons. Anyone who knows me knows I LOVE to support small businesses. When food costs are extremely high, I still support The Eatery, and we try to eat at one of the food trucks once a week or every other week. When guests come, we bring them up to the Eatery every time. Today, we went to eat at Aztecas Tacos. We go frequently, and there is one young woman who isn't particularly friendly. We ignore it because you never know what people are dealing with. Tonight, we order 4 of the same meals. I even make it easy, making them all the same. I pay and then wonder why my bill is so high. I ask the gentlemen how much each plate is. I wish my Spanish was better, so I was able to communicate, and I even stated that. But being that my Spanish isn't, the young woman comes, and I ask her (mind you, she seems already irritated). She tells me, and my math in my head isn't any better than my Spanish skills lol. So I sign and leave a small tip. I don't even have to tell any of you, I don't get mad at mistakes...fix it and I'm good. Life is too short. However, I get in the car to wait and do the math, and it isn't adding up. I'll just ask. I wait in line and then say "hey I'm showing that my meal would have been $20 a plate when even with taxes, that's not right" Oh man.I think she made assumptions that I was mad and I wasn't at all..if body language could talk...welp it did and she came at me pissed and perturbed and says "yeah he charged you for 5 plates..." I say "oh I only ordered 4.." she cuts me off, still defensive and pissed and says "yeah we know.." I say "um were you gonna let me know that? " she says."WELL I'm telling you now" When I say if she could have cussed me out, she would have. For what I don't know....so I decide to try to fix it and ask "hey I don't know what's going on or why you're mad and being rude.." she cuts me off and says "NO you're the rude one" I was actually taken aback like am I talking to a gas lighter or in an alternate universe..Now I'm embarrassed and now I'm pissed. I try again to fix it by saying "Hey I don't know why you're mad...I live in the neighborhood..." She is now even more pissed "SO,. So do I and I'm not mad..you are!" And that kind of went on with me trying to say she was, and then I just walked away because she was going to stand there and smirk and argue...I was not. There are more details. But listen....I don't often tell people not to support local, but enough is enough. To be that defensive and assume others are mad automatically when asking a question about being overcharged makes me wonder: 1. You overcharge often and dont like people questioning it or "catching" it or 2. You really don't care about the business you receive or how you treat people. Either way, they are both wrong.

Food and service was great. Steak nachos so flavorful and delicious

It said it was open at 10 and when I arrived it said until 11:30 :(

Drove clear here got here a few minutes before close I guess and got refused service

I ordered the pollo Aztecs. It was supposed to have mushrooms and cheese sauce on it. All that was on it was very undercooked bell peppers and onions. The chicken was dry and overcooked.

the tacos and arroz con pollo were great but the kids meals felt sub par for what we paid. a sliced up chicken patty for the “fingers” and a gr ham and cheese with one slice of ham and one slice of cheese was very disappointing.

We had Aztecas Tacos at "The Eatery" in Gulf Breeze FL, and it was SO yummy! We had the shrimp Azteca, the Pollo Azteca, and the fajita burrito. We also got street corn and the chips and queso. We enjoyed the food, we just wished it had a little bit more seasoning. The staff was very kind and informative with any questions we had. We will return in the future!

Thought the food and service were good and we might come back.

I ordered two Carne Asada tacos. The box came covered in grease and the napkins also had grease smudges all over them. The actual tacos were very small with hardly any meat, and they were completely tasteless. Very disappointed. I love taco trucks – I'll find another one.

Best Burrito and Taco's I have eaten in Florida so far. I'll start making this a weekly meal 😋

Really great food. LOVE both of the taco sauces, they’re yummy and actually have flavor. Plantains are delicious, highly recommend trying them. The owners are great. I love this place, reminds me of real tacos from Texas!

Absolutely. Amazing. When I was looking at some of the posted pictures I originally decided not to buy anything from this truck because I didn’t think it looked good. My friend then came over with an ear of street corn and it looked so good I went and bought some tacos. They were cooked PERFECTLY and were so delicious I walked back up to my truck to tell them how much I enjoyed it. The green and red salsa they included were, in my opinion, perfect. Flavorful but not overpowering, but complementary over the meats and I would love to come back and eat here every chance I get. It is a little more expensive than most taquerias, but it’s not crazy especially for Pensacola. A little sad they didn’t have horchata but it is what it is. Thank you for the food!

Awesome service! Awesome food! We were passing thru on our way home after a long day with the kids. We were looking for something fast and easy, and this place rocked! We ordered online, and they were ready and had our food hot and fast. The kids loved all of the options and my wife loved the guacamole and specialty tacos. Will definitely swing by again, and having the picnic seating was definitely a plus. Check this place out for delicious and quick Mexican options, with some good kids food too. The staff was also super friendly and polite. Good stuff!

I am from Pennsylvania down here in Florida for vacation and I went there for tacos I got the carna asada tacos and I must say oh mama Sita those were the best tacos I have ever had it was quick and the food was amazing I haven't had a lot of food down here but I was very impressed and now I think I have a new stomach for those tacos

Officially over this place. We have eaten here a handful of times, the food is decent. The young woman who has taken our order every time we have been is not friendly and has no customer service skills. Our last visit was the final straw...we asked if we could order the chicken tacos with shredded chicken and she told us "no," even though they have shredded chicken items on the menu. We also ordered the side order quesadilla, the menu says it includes "cheese dip." When I asked where the cheese dip was after receiving our food the girl told us that the quesadilla no longer comes with cheese dip and it hasn't come with cheese dip for awhile even though the menu still says that it does. They basically think it is fine to change their menu without posting it or telling the customer when they place the order...AND not adjust the price accordingly. I hope this food truck gets replaced with something better for The Eatery.

I thought the food was decent. A little greasy but the flavor was way better than the other truck not located in this eatery nearby. I really like the spicy salsa but didn’t care for the regular red salsa. It was just very salty. Fish tacos were tasty. Churro was a nice surprise that it tasted so crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. They had the batter down. I’d be back to try carne asada though. I liked the chicken burrito and I’m not a huge fan of carnitas which was just ok.

Hands down best tacos in the state! Am from texas and this reminded me so much from home. I love the food here & the prices are really affordable for the quality and the amount of food you get. I see these people in the reviews saying it’s pricey but they don’t take in to account grocery prices, to go packaging price , how much it cost to be stationed there , workers pay, taxes, etc. Overall if you can’t afford to go out and pay for this good food, don’t go out at all and make it yourself . Which would be pretty hard since these tacos are so good!

Okay let's start with the menu I've had most of the items on the menu and you can't go wrong with any of them! I've lived in SoCal been around the world and let me tell you something this food is amazing! The carne asada tacos are awesome! And don't dare disrespect them by getting them on flour tortillas you got to get the corn. The salsa is homemade and they have tomatillo salsa absolutely amazing! Trust me you won't go wrong with this food truck!

Been there twice and haven't had anything bad from them I highly recommend eating from Azteca tacos . You won't be disappointed!

They left out a taco on our order but myself and my husband agree this was the best Mexican food we've ever had.

Great food, good service and nice ambiance. Prices are a bit high but it won’t prevent me from coming back.

Shrimp Azteca was delicious!! My kiddos had Mac n cheez with fries and were very happy as well!! We will be back for more 😋 Thanks guys!

Good food, little bit of a wait and a little pricey. The lady in the trailer didn’t know how to do math so my change was severely incorrect, they fixed the problem tho so I may come back.

Nothing special. Customer service is great. The food is good, the price NOT soo good. I paid $13.47 for a burrito. Think about what you can get for $13 at sit down restaurant.

Great food and great place to hangout with family and friends! A must go if you are in the area or visiting! We had the burrito, shrimp tacos, carnitas, beans and rice and an ice cold coke! All delicious! Best shrimp tacos I've had!

Literally the best tacos I have eaten in my life. Going to try the chimichangas next time. I’m a picky eater but they come with all the veggies too. Promise you will be amazed
