Leroy was absolutely amazing!!! I enjoyed my birthday celebration and the food was delightful. The music playlist was a plus to add on top of the beautiful ambience.

Found this restaurant searching through TikTok and it definitely did not lie!! From the atmosphere to the service to the food it was definitely 10/10 HIGHLY recommended! Live music and everyone was singing along. Food came out quickly and it was hot fresh! Seasoned to perfection!! Drinks were very delicious and presentation was amusing!! The aesthetic revolving bees 🐝 is breathtaking and the menu correlates with the theme as well. Very neat! You guys deserve and need to be in a bigger location. All and all yall run on over to this place don't walk!! Me and my crew will be back! ❤️

The gumbo was top notch. The fish was golden crispy and flakey. The grilled cheese was perfect for dipping. The vibe was awesome. 8.5 / 10. Will definitely recommend.

This place deserves 500 stars! And yes they do charge 20% gratuities but it’s dam well deserved! I can’t believe how great the food is and the service as well! We Visited this amazing place on August 25th and the food was phenomenal and the customer service of our waiter Leroy was the absolute best ever! I will be returning from Illinois for my bday soon! Just amazing food and service!

The food was amazing . Our server Brenda was really attentive and answered all our questions we had. I love the atmosphere and the dj was there. Most places aren’t open on Labor Day so it was good to have brunch on a Monday. Definitely will be back! Ask for Brenda GREAT SERVICE!

BE PREPARED TO WAIT!! So first, to start, the B spot is a tiny location, so plan accordingly when you’re going and expect to wait. But the wait is well worth it. Our hostess greeted us at the bar, Chaz, who brought nothing but good energy and made it her business to make us walk out of there limping a little bit. It is reasonably priced if you’re from Houston, Atlanta, DC, or Chicago, with the same old 20% gratuity to all parties. My cousin and I sat at the bar. I had Snapper and Grits 10/10 and would recommend it. My cousin had the oxtails and grits and came from a Jamaican gal. She gave the oxtails five out of 10. They lack a little flavor and could use a little bit more tenderness, but I will say they did take it back, and they did give her a new meal because she did not like that, so the hospitality is A1. Overall, talking about ambiance, birthday brunch, girl's trip, and family outings. This is the perfect place to go. Enjoy a Saturday or Sunday brunch, and you will have good music, good food, and good drinks. We will be back. Thank you so very much.

The food & service were excellent... our server was attentive and made sure we was satisfied. It was my bday & I was celebrating. They received the three stars because... I had to pay $25 to bring my cake into the restaurant. Naw mind you... it was five of us. So if I'm bringing customers to yo restaurant to celebrate my birthday... why should I have to pay to bring my cake in? It had to be refrigerated. And... I was mad behind the fruit flies. When the food came out.

We visited b spot on our last full day of exploring NOLA. We opted to sit at the bar so that we weren't left waiting for a long period. We had a great time, bar tenders were awesome and our server was kind. The food was amazing and we all were left satisfied until we were paying our bill and my friend went to use the restroom, when she sat back down the host who is the one who sat us, tried to tell her she couldn't switch seats, we explained this is the seat she has sat in the whole time, the server confirmed and then she switched it up to "well how long have y'all been here anyway we have a time limit" the time limit is 90 minutes, we had sat down 40 minutes prior to and had just finished our food and was waiting for our card back.

Rakhal is the absolute best!!! The food and drinks are AMAZING!!!

Everything was a 100/10!! The wait was a reasonable time. They gave us the option of bar seating or table whichever came available first. Our bartender Chaz was absolutely amazing and funny. She warmly welcomed my friends and I, explained the menu and also gave great suggestions. The fried lamb chops were so good! The seasoning on the food was all so tasteful! I’ll definitely be going back.

I attended Sunday brunch, there was a 45 minute wait around 11:30, we were texted once or table we ready. Once seated, our service was prompt, drinks were tasty and the food was so good!! The live music was amazing, and set the vibe.

The food here is simply magnificent. Rocky was our server and she was simply amazing. She was very informative with our selections. In addition, our assistant server Seth was great as well. Hands down there aren't enough stars available to rate this place......

This is a small but well-known spot because they were busy. There will be a wait. I went as a party of 8. Then you only have 90 minutes from the time you order your drinks. They also add 20% gratuity to the bill automatically no matter what. So, do not plan on doing a lot of talking or socializing. It is on the pricey side. My food was delicious and was worth the price for todays prices. Be careful of the burgers. The two people who ordered them were finding pieces of stuff that they couldn't chew. We thought it was the ground meat, but because it was mixed with hot sausage, it looked more like the casing off the hot sausage. Never found out what it was. The presentation was on point. They only allow 2 separate cards so everyone let one person pay and then pay that person. They will give everyone their bill so they can know how much to pay that one person back. If you want to order a take-home dish, you have to order it at the beginning because of the time limit. That shrimp and grits is not in a bowl that is a plate. It was not a lot for the price. The waitress was nice.

I thought my experience at BSpot was going to be great due to all the great reviews! But it wasn’t at all. I will first start off by saying I know there is a lot of things that cannot be control by the establishment but some things need to be work on! First thing the building was hot! They had industrial fans in the front of the building, but that wasn’t working! And yes I know we stay in New Orleans but it’s time to update that AC unit. People shouldn’t be sweating well eating. Secondly, the drinks are not what I thought they would be! On the menu they rate the drinks on what is stronger or lighter! My drink was weak! I paid $15 for what tasted like a premade water down drink with food coloring and glitter! That came in a small bird flute! Never again! Third my food was not up to part! I order the lamp chops with grits and what was supposed to be jerk sauce! The sauce tasted like Heinz 57 steak sauce! The lamp chops were tough as well! Best thing on my plate was my girts!! Overall this was my first and last time visiting this restaurant! Also if you don’t like your food you can’t send it back or get it taking off your bill! I wish yall luck though!

This place deserves 1000 stars. The FOOD IS ABSOLUTELY AHHHMAZING! Service was great!!! Food came out fast, hot and fresh. Expect to wait as it is a 🐝 experience. Small establishment to make for a fun cozy dining experience. We enjoyed everything we ordered from the Mimosa Flight to the bomb fried lamb chops. We will definitely be back.

The whole experience was 10/10. The food was amazing, the service was great, and the music and atmosphere was great. I would highly recommend. I purchased the fried lamb chops, eggs and potatoes and the lemon drop drink I can’t remember the name. I will be back!

B spot is a buzzin brunch spot located in uptown New Orleans. It is like a beehive in the inside with black and yellow decor and bee’s placed all over the restaurant. The atmosphere was very vibrant and energetic with soulful R&B playing and customers singing along. When I got there it was fairly packed even though they were soon closing, so I had to wait for about 10-15min. I ordered the Fly Fish n Grits, I requested that my fish be fried but there is the option to get it blackened. The fish was fried to perfection, nice and crispy just how I like it. The grits underneath were cheesy and creamy. Overall the food was fabulous and very delicious. The staff were all super helpful and friendly. The price point is on the higher side but for the quality and portions I don’t mind paying. I would definitely recommend visiting the B spot if you’re looking for a fun brunch spot with excellent food.

Although the wait was about 45 mins-1 hour, I can say it was well worth it. We had a large party and it had started raining upon our arrival, but the staff allowed ppl to wait in the back while they waited for seating. Once seated, our waiter, Chris, was on it starting with our drinks, appetizers, and then came our food. Everything came right on after being seated. I’ve never experienced such and my peers were also surprised at how fast our food was being served. It was hot and prompt. The music and the staff were very welcoming. They treat their customers like family. I truly enjoyed dining there. I will definitely be going back!

I’ve been in New Orleans for 5 days and have searched the best of best breakfast places to go and by far B Spot has blown me away with how incredible the food was. I ordered the Krabby bee and salmon bites and I am still dreaming about that dish. So much flavor and a large portion. Highly highly recommend if you’re visiting. It’s not DT and you’ll have to get a cab or Uber to get there but I promise it’s worth it. A little loud with a live saxophone player but great vibes. We had a wait but they have a few seats in the back incase you don’t want to wait in the heat.

The food was phenomenal. I ordered the Brunch Burger and Spinach Artichoke dip. The portion sizes were perfect and I could hardly eat another bite. 10/10, for all honesty, if you can go here and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere and food!

The food and our server was good but the seating staff was trash. If you go just get it Togo and don’t go when it’s busy. They also don’t take reservations. This was our experience: Arrived to B-Spot I was told that it would be an hour wait and if a bar spot came available they would let me know. I put my name and number in their system and they said they would text me when the table was available. We were also told they would let us know if the waiting area opened up (we’re weren’t notified when that happened so we had to wait outside in the heat). When an hour came I went inside to see how much longer and to confirm my number since you don’t get a confirmation text when i put my number in they said we still had to wait an additional 40 minutes. They later called and asked were we still waiting and I said yes and I asked how many people were infront of us they said 3. Another table that came after us said they had 6 people infront of them. We thought we would get seated soon. We went inside shortly after and the people that came after us were already seated. I asked when would we be seated and how did the other party get seated before us and they said they came before us and I know for a fact that they didn’t. They told us to go to back and we would get called next. We waited in the back for about 20 more minutes and they called another table and I asked the seating lady about us she said that we already received a text and I know that we did not because I’ve had my phone in my had the entire time. She didn’t take accountability for their mistakes. The food was good I got the fried lamb chops and and potatoes. My friends got the gumbo. The food comes out as it is made so it’s hot when you get it. Our server was very nice and knowledgeable but other than that it was trash. The business is black and family owned.

We had the mimosa flight, bee sting, the seafood dip, gumbo, and krabby bee. My notes: mimosa flight worth it if you plan on drinking more than one. Seafood dip was really good I would love to try it with a brochette. Gumbo was a great offering it came with grilled cheese and a protein I thought it was well worth it if you’re in the mood. Omg… this place had soo much on the menu! I wanted to order everything as it all sounded delicious! I’ve never had lamb and my first time eating it made me feel like a fat little girl in elementary waking up eating my grandmothers breakfast! The salmon bites were finger licking, the grits were … I’m getting hungry just thinking about this food! I will be returning! My best friend took me celebrating my birthday and we are hooked!

Went for brunch for my birthday and the burger meat was rotten. They kept saying it was the seasoning but I know the difference between rotten and seasoned . Never again will I visit or recommend this place, find another location if any. They still charged me for the rotten burger. Customer service at this location is terrible.

The food was absolutely outstanding!! The presentation, the taste, everything!!!! My husband and I traveled from Jacksonville, Florida. We had the fried whole snapper with a shrimp and crawfish topping and grits with the same toppings, it was a special and we also had the Oxtails and Grits!!! Superb! Awesome! The staff was super friendly and we got the amazing Rocky🥰 she was amazing and her suggestions were spot on. We also had ordered the Lemon Drop Flight. It had 4 flavors, Melon, blueberry, original, and lavender😍 Defly recommend this establishment 5++++ stars

I’ll give B Spot a 0/10. I don’t know if today just wasn’t their day but baby the chicken and waffles were so nasty. Now the Fried salmon bites were delicious.. It was extremely hot and the music choice wasn’t good at all. The host was very RUDE. The restaurant is sooo SMALL it felt like everyone was bunched up together. Overall I would just give them -10/10. I won’t be back.

Beautiful spot, lovely decor, creative drinks and friendly staff. Very lively; the loud music felt club-like. Unfortunately, they ran out of some food items our party was looking forward to ordering (snapper, oxtails, lamb chops). The drinks were dynamic (and strong) 😋 dry ice and cool colors took the presentation to the top. I ordered the truffled fries, which tasted like seasoned fries with Parmesan and green onions - no truffle flavor to be found. I also ordered the salmon bites which were ok, but too sweet for me.

Everything was A1. I will definitely come back and visit next time I come to NOLA

Mannnnnnnnn, let me tell you this place is a must got, and it's a whole vibe with my chrisean rock voice .... front the time we walked in the place was just vibrant...our waitresses was freaking amazing by the time she gave me the run down I knew everything I needed and I ordered just that .... the food and the drinks where to die for omg 😲 I'm not lying food was amazing, drinks was really lit . The whole atmosphere was just it I can't wait to go back oh and let me not forget the owner is super sweet and nice . Yes I was too full to finish that last corner of food but I had the fish and grits it's a must try and the fish bowl drink I think it was called

Food is good. But don’t expect any service. They add 20% service charge to your bill. There is not incentive to provide good service. You’re being charged anyway. Staff acts as if they are doing you a favor to assist. Building is old. Which is fine and can be quaint if done right. But we we set under an AC vent that was leaking water onto our table. Over priced. Very expensive for the experience. I’d avoid if you can. Plenty of other good experiences in this city where they value their customers. Tourist trap. Stay away.

We decided to take our mom out for a pre-Mother’s Day brunch. It was the best decision we ever made. As a matter of fact, B-Spot helped us to start a new tradition. The experience was outstanding!

Brunch was beautiful. My second visit here within a 6 month period. I do not live closeby. Chose to return and sit at the bar this time for the bar vibes. Place was almost at capacity. Visited on a Friday around 1:15pm. Great music. Great atmosphere. Received stellar service. Drinks were on point. Can't remember the exact name of the drink with 4 liquors and a shot of cranberry juice, but, beware! I think it's called a Busy B or Sassy B or something close. Unless you have a designated driver, choose rideshare. Salmon bites and spinach dip were good appetizers with the drinks we chose. Try the swings near the rear. Great photo op right at the entrance. Parking is limited. Most folks were dropped off by rideshare. Nonetheless, first timers will enjoy this spot. Be prepared for a bill increase if you choose a mimosa or lemon drop flight. (Prefer the lemon drop over mimosa flight), but they are both worth it. Find this "B Spot Nola" on Tik Tok for more photos and videos, but this review also explains some details as well. Highly recommend.

Me and four others went here and our receipt didn’t make sense. After leaving, we noticed we were over charged. The fish was crispy but the server was mid rude. Will not be returning and I’m still waiting to speak with someone because they won’t even answer the phone.

This is a WHOLE VIBE. FROM THE SECOND I WALKED THROUGH THE DOOR I FELT NOTHING BUT POSITIVITY. ITS CLEAN AND THE STAFF WERE ON THEIR JOB.

Absolutely horrible experience. As per usual. This particularity big tall all gum lightskin woman had a large party of ours wait over an hour, just to split us up in several tables of 2. And have half of us sit at the bar…… then caught an attitude. Then sat a table of 6 next to us together. What sense does it make to not atleast sit half of us at one table if it was available? We waited just like everyone else. The host tried to fight us and called us horrible slurs. Super disappointing. We waited just like everyone else.if you didn’t have the tables to accommodate, don’t call us to sit down. All they had on the menu was shrimp and grits anyway. Go somewhere else seriously it’s hard to support black businesses when they are run poorly.

There is a little wait but there’s plenty of seating in the back . Baby the food was bomb and well seasoned, I’m never going to unbig my back. I’m from AR, and really enjoyed myself. It’s a must i bring my family here when we come back in June.
