This was my first time at Bacio. What an awesome experience. I was greeted upon entry, and explained the menu. They had a huge selection of flavors. i chose praline pecan, banana pudding, pistachio & lemon sorbet. All were amazing! The service provided by Natalia & Emma was stellar. I like the way they worked together to make sure all customers were assisted (It was busy). I will certainly be back. Please go support this locally owned establishment.

This place was so good. Staff was friendly and ice cream was delicious! We will be back!

Banana pudding ice cream is to die for!!! Kind of expensive but worth that extra for some high quality and delicious ice cream! And they have such fun menu items. Special occasion, birthday, or a special ice cream date!

I came in for my first time this past Sunday and it was a hit! I ordered a midnight dream and a one scoop of oatmeal crave. The attendants are really nice and one of them, Camila, recommended the items. My favorite ice cream place in Orlando.

It was the best EXPERIENCE eating my ice cream. I am an ice cream taster and this has been one of the best in a long time. Apart from María Clara's attention, it was wonderful, helpful and very pleasant. She is great.

Raiza the young lady that helped was very attentive since I looked bewildered by the flavor combinations in the board. I needed something refreshing, so I went with the 2 flavored milkshake. The classic Rocky Road, partnered with a lively toasted coconut. She asked if I wanted whip cream, and that was also able to get one topping. I asked for the name of the toppings, and she said fudge and marshmalllow. I requested a little bit of both if possible and she said that is no problem. I am extremely delighted to have found this place.

Place is really cozy attendants we're really nice and the ice cream is DELICIOUS!!!! Portions are top notch

First time going and it was a hit. Definitely added to our list must return. They had so many options and flavors i tried 3 and they were all great. It was definitely a hard decision to make but i enjoyed every bit of it. Very cute esthetic and the staff were awesome so cute fun and friendly. They made the decisions so much harder! We will return. I ended up getting an ice cream parfait with my own twist and a cup of mudslide to go for the roomie and he said it was just as good as they said it would be.

Excellent ice cream...friendly staff..clean place..one of the best places to go for an ice cream. I went back a month later and was pleasantly surprised...same great service by friendly and very polite staff. If you ever need to go for ice cream with yr family. I would strongly recommend this place...clean, economical and great service. Went there 1 year later in Feb 2024. Still the same great service and friendly atmosphere.

This was delicious! I like that this was served in a glass on a ceramic plate with a metal spoon, making it a much more enjoyable experience. By the time I finished the ice cream, I was able to scoop the chilled frosting off the outside of the glass. Time for a nap from the sugar rush!

i’m not usually a fan of ice cream stores, but oh my gosh this place…….This Placeeee was scrumptious. there flavors were on point. i got a white chocolate and marshmallow milkshake with oreo and it was heavenly. it actually taste like white chocolate and marshmallow not like something completely out of left field. and as for the decor, they got it lookin like HGTV up in here. sooo cute, i wanna decorate my room like this. this place is more organized than my life. so clean and inviting and the ladies working were such a pleasure. it feels like a whole other world in here. come and stop by for real. it is ScRumPtiOuS ❤️

Had a cute vibe to it. The milkshake was good. And my sister lover her Oreo milkshake. Wanted their sorbet but they didn’t have in yet. Can’t wait to try it when they get it

WARNING: The ice cream is NOT homemade. It's just Edy's Grand and Hershey's brands. That aside, it's a nice place, and very clean. The cones are fresh and tasty, and the girls are very generous with samples. The scoops are also huge. If you are willing to accept that it's commercially available ice cream, then you won't be disappointed.

The coffee cookies and cream was some of the best icecream I’ve ever had. Cookie dough was delicious as well. Place was clean and employees were very friendly. Huge scoops!

A very nice SIT DOWN ice cream shop, hard to find these days, small menu but it hits most the desired deserts. Definitely great time for the kiddos, but be prepared it’s a little pricey.
