Exceptional customer service. We walked in at 10:58 and cashier and employees were ready to serve us when closing was at 11. Unheard of really and we really parked with the expectation that the door would be locked. Really appreciate that.

Liking this location more and more. I've gone to Jeremiah's on and off since there was a little service window right across the street from UCF (20 years ago). I've eaten at maybe 6 of their locations and these days I frequent this one. They hung in there strong after a slow opening and are starting to see a regular following. The girls are super nice and the place is always clean. There's indoor and covered outdoor seating which is nice during cooler months. I like the app and reward system and apparently you can order on it as well. This location is sometimes hard to find parking in the back lot, but there is also parallel parking not far away on the street.

Such a tasty little trendy place. My boyfriend took me here as a surprise as I'd never been here. My eyes were bigger than my stomach. Highly recommended it!

The line was long cuz staff was slow but other than that it’s always great

5 stars. Take my daughter here every weekend. The service is always polite and prompt. I was having trouble with the app and redeeming a free small ice, the manager Anna remembered us from the week before and comped it. Will continue to make this our routine spot, wonderful place.

This place is the bomb, plenty of great combos of gelato and ice cream, usually go for the scoop froggy frog 🐸

I had a delightful visit to Jeremiah's! The gelato here is not just yummy, it's absolutely scrumptious. I highly recommend trying it out. What I loved about this place is the ample seating both indoors and outdoors, which makes it a great spot for a relaxed hangout. The variety of flavors available is impressive, ensuring there's something for everyone. The staff were not only friendly but also helpful in suggesting flavor combinations. The cleanliness of the location added to the overall positive experience. I'll definitely be returning for more gelato goodness!

My car unfortunately broke down but luckily, the Jeremiah's employee Allie was so kind and was willing to give me her Kia and it allowed me to see my wife go in to labor, give her a raise!!!

I came to this location, very nervous about eating here for the first time.. i shed a tear.. a worker named allie came behind the counter and comforted me and fed me sweet sweet ice cream. She has changed my life. Come to this location.

Love my mango Italian ice with gelato! Jeremiah’s Italian ice has great flavors of Italian ice with gelato. Suitable for vegetarians no eggs in gelato. Great treat!🍧

The best homemade-tasting ice cream. You have to check it out. I recommend getting the Oreo shake. Whenever I stop by Orlando, I come here again.

Friendly and a great place to take kids of all ages

This place always slaps my son wife and I come almost every Tuesday my son always gets some off the wall flavor combo he got banana and blueberry surprisingly it was good my wife got lemon strawberry lemon and mango I got black cherry mango and raspberry I think lol who can remember but that black cherry is a must great staff great shaved ice this place gets a five all day from me and the fam✌🏾

Delicious— the coconut Italian ice has real shred of coconut. Literally one of the best treats/desserts you could have! Jeremiah’s has good thing going, and they don’t me to tell them!

Best ice cream 🍦 I've had in florida.being from New York it was hard for me to find that right ice cream shop and then I found JEREMIAH'S. 😋 The place is so clean. The customer service is awesome. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. It was worth the drive. From now on this will be the only ice cream shop I will go to. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10stars.

I had to make sure get some Jeremiah's Italian Ice while I was visiting Orlando. I love the flavors and texture of the Italian ice. The fruit flavors are always great, but I had to go with cookie butter since I couldn't pick one and that is my favorite non-fruit flavor. I tend to prefer Italian Ice alone, but sometimes the Gelati (Ice layered with ice cream) is fun to mix it up.

The strawberry shortcake ice cream was delicious!!! I love this place!

Passed this spot and was like O woww Italian Icee’s. Being from The Bronx like us New Yorkers love our Italian Icee’s. So realll cool spot. I lovee the atmosphere cool colors. So I was approached by the cashier who was super cooool. I forgot the name sorry. However; she asked me had I been here before which I had not. So she was very prompt on giving me the run down of everything they had in the store with the flavors and all. I was so thrilled thet I can mix my icee with 3 flavors! I ordered a Cherry, Mango, and Piña Colada Icee, and a Vanilla Cone for my Mother. They were DELICIOUS!!!!! Definitely will be coming back. Friendly cool spot and good cool refreshments 🤟🏽🤟🏽
