Wonderful atmosphere in the store! Lot of space, nice music and everybody was kind and helpful!

I love this place, so cozy! We come here every now and then as a family. We've gotten bunches of books!

Very nice employees and had all the books I was looking for!! We live over 2 hours away and I’ve been looking for a specific series that none of my stores carry locally so me and hubs just made a day out of it!

It is one of the smallest and busiest stores I've visited so far. Their book selection was good, but not enough. I wouldn't really mind that issue, but the fact that while. Looking for a book you accidentally bump into a few people in the same isle, is a deterrent for me.

Had the books we were looking for . Coffee smelled amazing. Big selection of books and other gifts as well. Great location.

Clean and everyone was so nice and helpful. Giavonna I'm pretty sure I spelled her name wrong; she worked the cash register and was very sweet her smile was contagious.

Great books and magazines to choose from. People/customers on speaker phones walking around store not caring of bothering anyone. Needs a good vacuum also.

We should have more locations! Today it was packed. It's our birthday tradition to visit and buy some books and look at toys . We need like 3 hours to truly enjoy this place, at least for us. It's fun, at least for us. We did compare prices with Amazon and it was cheaper here. I did notice some kids just reading and throwing the books, it's just unfortunate.

I found a book by an author that is not easy to find in bookstores except on the internet

In this particular store there was a kpop section but not the albums I was looking for, however the costumer service staff was very helpful and pointed me to another store where I could get what I was looking for, which is why the attention of the staff and their service stood out. patience

I love their store. They are the only ones available in the Orlando area. They also have a partnership with my favorite beverage company, Starbucks. They have an amazing variety of books, activities, and hobbies for everyone. Definitely will come back.

Very good service, but unfortunately much much more expensive than online. They had the book I wanted. I guess that's what counts.

If you are one of those people who, no matter where you are, have to go to a bookstore, you can't miss going to Barnes & Nobel, there you will obviously find books on different subjects, games and also gifts. As well as excellent coffee while you enjoy a good read.

We browsed here while we waited for our dinner reservation on a Friday night. There were three of us in our party and we checked out a variety of areas of the store. We were offered assistance multiple times in a nice non obtrusive way. We all were able to find a few selections each to purchase before we left. The checkout cashiers were incredibly helpful and get us signed up for Barnes & Noble rewards. We will be back.

Everytime I go I spend hours seeing everything. Many options, they even have a section in Spanish and many good offers on really valuable books.

I love stopping in to see the staff's latest recommended picks, new releases, and discounted deals. I wish they had a dedicated LGBTQIA+ section, but I am grateful for the number of books they carry in that genre regardless. It's just challenging if you don't know what you're looking for. Loved seeing new release for young adult LGBTQIA+ book, Skater Boy by Anthony Nerada on their shelves!

I respect any contrary opinion, but I must say that this bookstore is the biggest leader in its field worldwide. Every book lover must visit it at least once during their visit to this land. Long live books and bookstores like this one.

Super clean store with helpful and kind staff

This is definitely a lovely place to go when you want to be in a different ambience in the city. Lots of books, manga, vinyl records, board games, and more. Besides, you can have a coffee at the Starbucks inside. You may even start reading your books there right away

Very clean store! Employees were bustling around literally walking in front of where I was browsing so they could help someone else, not caring they were bulldozing over me. Other than that, great store!

As far as Barnes & Noble stores go, this one has about everything you can ask for. There's a wide selection of genres with ample space dedicated to each, including manga and graphic novels if that's what you're after. The staff in both the main store and the attached Starbucks have always been very friendly and accommodating :) (suitable for people with mild scoliosis)

It’s a great place to kick back and get away from everything. If you miss the feel of an actual book and reading it quietly while turning actual pages, this is the spot aside from a local library. The prices are a bit higher than say, Amazon, and they don’t price match online unfortunately. However, it’s still a good place to get away from the crowds and enjoy some new reading material. It’s almost a lost art now.

Barnes & Noble should be proud of their location on Sand Lake Road in Orlando, Florida. Here, shoppers are welcomed with a peaceful vibe and a calming ambience. The energy inside the store is truly the icing on the cake. It's what makes this store unlike any other. Every inch of the establishment is sparkling clean. It's easy-to-shop categories are labeled with crystal clear signage that can be seen from the entrance to the back of the store. To make the experience even sweeter, shoppers are met with the delectable aroma of Starbucks coffee and freshly printed pages as they enter the establishment. Further stimulating the senses, there is a low hum of classical music paired with a peaceful quiet one would find in a library or a museum. Barnes and Noble's loyalty rewards program is another great perk. The program not only includes opportunities for great savings, but it also allows members to get exclusive info regarding new releases, award winning titles, and new authors that have hit the shelves. Even though it pains me to do so, my review would not be completely honest if I withheld my one and only criticism. Although there are not many, this letdown was quite substantial. One of my favorite sections within every Barnes and Noble store is the area dedicated to art. Typically, the products range from beautiful cases containing top brands of art supplies to huge, beautiful, hardcover mega-books. The glossy pages between the velvety covers display famous works throughout history. In addition, there are usually several shelves packed with "how-to" literature for any artist's style or experience level. From figure drawing and shading to intricate patterns in a new age style called 'Zentangle'. I was disappointed by the lack of the art-enthused merchandise at this location. If your trip to this store is for any art related finds, you may need to try a different location. Just a heads up. Regardless, I love to read. I love Starbucks. (But who doesn't?). I love art. I love music. I love learning and exploring. If you can relate to my infatuation with creative expression, then this store needs to jump to the top of your to-do list. Your little ones can immerse themselves in the children's literature corner, allowing you to let your mind wander. If, for some reason, you haven't stopped by in a while, do yourself a favor. Give your mind a break! Allow yourself the calming, peaceful experience that awaits you. Explore, unwind, and be skyrocketed: travel through the isles of discovery and knowledge…all within each Barnes and Noble location.

My daughter buys weekly from there. Good varieties though prices are a little high.

The staff was extremely friendly and pleasant. They love to make conversation with you, for better or for worse, depending on how talkative you are, but I generally find that to be a positive thing. Unfortunately, the two times I've been there I've had two different cashiers and they have gotten the price wrong on BOTH occasions. One forgot to apply a discount from having the B&N membership, and one charged the base price of the book when it had a very clear red sale sticker on the cover. On both occasions the cashiers were extremely apologetic and fixed their mistakes once we went back in and pointed it out. Mistakes happen, so we were never really upset about it, especially since they were both so friendly, but it's such a shame that it happens every time.
