I came here while on vacation, and these cookies were terrible! The chocolate chip was like it wasn’t baked all the way through and the rest were hard. Really left a bad taste in my mouth for Crumbl, quite literally. Not sure if it was because I went so late, but regardless the quality should still be number one priority no matter the time!!!!

The service is fast even though it’s not a huge location. They have a cookie display so when you do get inside you can see what they actual look like. They’re always fresh and ready to go.

First time trying this place and it was absolutely delicious. My son had seen it on a TikTok so we had to try it out. Place was very clean and your order on kiosk by yourself and once cookies are ready they call you up. We had the Oreo Birthday Cake, chocolate chip supreme and red velvet cookies. They were much larger than I expected and absolutely delicious. There are two reasons I I couldn’t give a 5 star. First they were completely out of milk. How do you sell cookies and only carry water and milk, but you’re out of that… not good. Secondly, the cookies are really pricey at $4.99 for one cookie and $16.99 for four cookies. At the end of the day the cookies were super yummy and I do recommend trying.

Worker reboxed cookies another person left with in front of me. When I asked for replacement cookies she got an attitude and told me they’re fine. I asked for a refund and she said fine I’ll get you different cookies. It was a gross experience. The general nature when they discussed it was disingenuous.

I love stepping into this place every time I go. The aroma reminds me of when I was a kid again. 😆 But some of the cookies could be just a tad bit firmer 👌🏽 as they will literally ’crumbl’ as you pick them up (maybe this is part of their gimmick??). But other than that, they haven’t let me down 💪🏽 the Cinnamon Square served fresh is a problem and definitely my favorite item on the menu 😋 We’re in dire need of a location in Roanoke, Virginia, make it happen Crumbl! 🍪

Delicious treat! First time trying this place after hearing about it online. We shared one of the lime cookies. Everything from the cookie itself to the icing was amazing. A bit expensive, but worthwhile for a treat. We appreciated the attention to detail.

Updated on 3/10: Went back to crumbl to try their blueberry cheesecake cookie and it didn’t disappoint! Haven’t tried their buckeye brownie cookie or the GUT cookie yet. Tried some of this weeks flavors : French toasts, blue chips ahoy, and salted caramel cheesecake. The French toasts cookie didn’t have a cookie texture but more like a cake texture. I wanted to love it but it wasn’t for me. Salted caramel was tasty though. Chips ahoy was average.

I had my 50th birthday party favors from Crumbl - the individual boxes and I called the Sand Lake location before hand and they were super helpful with the pricing and how to order etc - even when I went to pick Up my order A it was raining and the store associate brought my order to the car

Ordered a dozen cookies on the crumbl app the night before. Came at 11:30 the next day to pickup only to be told they are out of one of the flavors. How can they not bake enough cookies for paid orders? Of the two cookies I was missing, I could only pick from three of the other flavors because they were low on those selections as well. I asked for them to throw in a free cookie cutter to make it right. Mind you, this is probably a 20 cent piece of plastic that they are selling for $5 on their app. Nope, we are low in supply for those as well. Very disorganized and disappointing. I would not go back to this location. You only sell six flavors to begin with, how can you not have enough cookies. Do better crumbl cookies!

Everyone knows you can’t beat the taste of Crumbl cookies, whether they were ordered and delivered from the app or purchased to celebrate a special occasion that there’s just no other product in the game right now that consistently serves up the flavors and smiles as much as those addictive pink Crumbl boxes do!!!

I love this location, I went in today and it’s a very clean place and the employees are very helpful and sweet. I went around 7pm and the two girls that was working did a great job, the girl that gave me my cookies I think her name is Genesis I give her a 10/10 great customer service also to the other girl. Okay, I'm a big sweet fan and a cookie girl, and I don't think there is one in my area in Alabama yet, but OMG do I wish we had one! The cookies were so soft, so yummy, and you most certainly need a glass of milk to go with this. My favorite from my visit was the Honey Graham cookie.

First time coming to this franchise. Unfortunately, two of the flavors we wanted to try were out (pancake and cookies and cream). We tried the milk chocolate chip. It was delicious and warm and the chocolate chips were nicely melted. Nice packaging. Box was warm. You have to place the order yourself on their self serve kiosk. Cute store and clean. Curious to try their other flavors in the future.

Great tasting cookies! The price initially seems pretty expensive per cookie, but the size, density, and taste of the cookies makes it well worth it
