Amazing!! We went there on Sunday to celebrate my so sons 18 th birthday and I’m still in awe about our experience. You have to cone here atleast once in your life . It’s so cool!! Yes, it’s a little pricey but when you take into consideration the presentation, the uniqueness and the service it’s worth it . The only thing that could go a little slower is them collecting the pieces . Our server Dino was super attentive, pleasant and friendly. He wasn’t the one that was picking things up almost right when you finished at one point it got a little annoying because you want to enjoy it all and take it in but they probably have to be like that so that the art pieces go to other tables . Thankfully they left my son’s tomahawk steak presentation for a whole and the dessert one as well . When I tell you that my son’s dessert table presentation was a dream ,I’m selling it short . what a presentation! We had the carnival , Marie Antoinette and the $100 bill one , they were all mind blowing . Taste wise I’d go with the carnival then Marie Antoinette. The $100 one was okay but honestly who wouldn’t want to sing happy birthday with that beauty ! We were a party of 9 and everything ran smoothly. I fall short on words to say because I’ve never experienced anything like this . The joy and wonder that I saw in my son’s face was priceless. Definitely worth it ! Dino ( I hope I have the name correct) and Barton G thank you for such an amazing experience and for treating my son like a kind . This was the kind of birthday I know he will never forget . What an experience! 🩷

I absolutely LOVE how fun and classy Barton G’s is ,the dessert and drinks and presentation is the best part of the whole experience! Great service! September is the slow season so we had very little noise as I have seen others complain of however I could definitely see between the excitement and noise from the props how when the place is packed it could definitely be overwhelming,thank goodness that was not my experience!

I don't recommend it. The receptionists are rude. I went with a reservation and they kept me waiting for half an hour. Except for the waiters who are divine, the rest is a disaster and very expensive!!!! I'm never coming back again. Learn to treat your customers with kindness and hire suitable people with the money they charge for each dish.

A Birthday Celebration to Remember at Barton G in Miami Beach For my 29th birthday, my boyfriend and I decided to indulge in a memorable dining experience at Barton G in Miami Beach, and it did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived, the ambiance was sophisticated yet fun, setting the stage for a delightful evening. We kicked off our night with drinks that were nothing short of spectacular. I opted for the DEAD or ALIVE, a refreshing concoction of Tequila Crystal, Blood Orange Purée, Fresh Lemonade, and Limeade. It was the perfect blend of sweet and tangy, with just the right amount of kick. My boyfriend chose the DIAMONDS ARE FOREVER, a luxurious mix of Citron Vodka, Cointreau, Grilled Meyer Lemon, and a Citron Nitro Popsicle. The presentation was stunning, and the flavors were exquisite. These were, hands down, some of the best drinks we’ve ever had. For our appetizer, we shared the STRIKE OUT SLIDERS. These Wagyu Beef Mini Burgers were incredibly juicy, with caramelized onions and Mac sauce that made each bite better than the last. The truffle buns added an extra layer of decadence, and the half sour pickles provided a perfect contrast. When it came to the main course, I chose the 8oz. FILET MIGNON accompanied by Mouse Trap Mac & Cheese. The filet was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful. The Mouse Trap Mac & Cheese was a highlight, not just for its creamy, cheesy goodness, but also for the whimsical presentation with large forks, perfect for Instagram-worthy photos. My boyfriend enjoyed the 14oz. NY STRIP with Yukon Mashed Potatoes. His steak was equally tender and well-seasoned, and the mashed potatoes were delightfully smooth and rich. The playful presentation with big forks added a fun element to the meal. To finish off our feast, we shared the MARIE ANTOINETTE dessert, featuring a high, curly cotton candy pompadour. This dessert was enormous, definitely more suited for a larger group, but it was a visual and culinary treat. The cotton candy was fluffy and sweet, a fitting end to our indulgent meal. Overall, Barton G is a must-visit spot in South Florida. The creative presentations and exceptional flavors make it perfect for special occasions. It was a birthday to remember, and we left with full stomachs and happy hearts. Highly recommend!

I’m going to start by saying that I took my daughter here for her 17th birthday, and it was our first time ever visiting. I’ve always wanted to try this restaurant because I’d heard great things about it. Let me tell you—oh my gosh—it’s one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to! This place is like nowhere else. The food is beyond anything you can imagine, from the presentation to how they serve it. It’s beautiful, to say the least, and worth every penny. Me and my daughter had the filet mignon and it literally mailed to your mouth. That’s how fresh organic and clean the meat was. Best of the best! This isn’t your typical restaurant, but if you want to spend money on a memorable experience with top-notch service, this is the place to go. The food was incredible; you truly get what you pay for. The quality is unmatched, the dessert was stunning and delicious, and the service—oh my gosh—the waiter we had was unforgettable. I wish I remembered his name because he was so professional, knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly nice. I would absolutely recommend this place, hands down, and I’m definitely going back. FYI, they serve a generous amount of food, so if you’re not a big eater, two people could easily share one plate. You’re definitely not going to leave hungry! I highly recommend this place for any occasion.

If your thinking about applying I say don’t waste your time I spoke to someone name Lorraine Martinez she offered me a interview we set everything up she didn’t send out any type of information so I contact her to let her know I’m still interested and told me she would try to get me an interview next day just give her 1-2 hours whole day went by I called back today an spoke to someone they let me know that the position was filled while Lorraine gave me the run around instead of communicating that with me I was highly upset because the communication was horrible an instead of emailing me letting me know that she sent a message through the company saying they moved on to another candidate after she said I would receive details about the interview just a big waste of time

Great restaurant with a funky twist, most meals & drinks are served with random funky props. We weren't mega hungry so didn't order that much but what we did was great and the portions were pretty large. Couldn't even finish the main. My wife ordered a new york strip which was large and perfectly cooked. I had a seafood pasta and added a Lobster tail, also very good but such a large portion I couldnt finish it. Not the cheapest restaurant around but not outrageous and it is in Miami beach after all. Overall a great meal and definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

My husband and I dined at the restaurant tonight. It was an AMAZING experience!! Everything that our Server (Haviar) recommended was FABULOUS!! Lobster and grits, lobster pop tarts, short ribs, watermelon drink and s’mores desert…whenever I come back to Miami I will definitely dine here again!!

For some reason although the restaurant was kind of empty when we first arrived at 7:30, by 9:00 we still hadn’t been served. Everyone who came After us was served dinner & dessert. Not sure what happened but it was not a good experience….

I went here already having read reviews so I could already expect some things. Some of them were true. My experience was the food was good. We enjoyed all the entrees. Had the Samurai Salmon and boo g pasta. The dead or alive drink was good and strong so I recommend. Their drink that was like a Long Island iced tea was super weak considering the cost. The dollar bill smores dessert was good but it had so much chocolate fudge that it overpowers the dulce de leche and other flavors of the dessert. The decor/props they bring drinks/dishes on were cool but are just for about 1-2 minutes at max… they take them away immediately after you take pictures. This is fine but I think they do not have enough of them and everything is very rushed. Even when you are eating they are constantly staring at you to finish and keep coming by which doesn’t let you enjoy your experience there at all. I can’t say if it was only our waiter but I had the vibe that they were trained this way. I had been wanting to try this place but definitely if you’re going for show and experience I would like to enjoy the time there. I would say go ahead and try this place once but it’s not designed to welcome returning guests like other restaurants. Unless you like a rushed fine dining experience…

Quite the experience with presentation drinks, dishes & desserts!

The first time I went to Barton G about 5 years ago, I had loved it and had a great time but when I went again a few weeks ago it was not a good experience. For starters the place is under construction so half the restaurant is closed up. There was the smell of mold, the waiter was very unfriendly and they kept taking the food away without asking us and before we got a chance to finish eating it. It’s like they were rushing us. We were very disappointed.

My guests and I were greeted in a friendly manner. We were taken to our table and the servers assisted with taking our pictures. I ordered the buddahlicious, seafood bubble bath, and lobster pop tarts. All which was delicious. For dessert we had the carnival funnel cake with fried ice cream. This was my 3rd time dining at Barton G, each experience was different in a good way.

The expereince was amazing! From the time we arrived until we left we enjoyed ourselves! The waiter was very knowledgeable and gave us some wonderful suggestions. The appetizers were fun and delicious and our main course was to die for! We can’t wait to visit again

This is not my first time I love this restaurant. The noise level is expected. That’s what makes it so much fun. The presentation is unbelievable, very creative and delicious. Our waiter was Dino. He was fantastic. His service was amazing. His smile was even better and we had a really good time. Thank you for making 55 look better. See you guys next year 💜

I don’t even know where to start this place was absolutely amazing from the presentations on the drinks to the appetizers and the food omg who knew you could put lasagna and oxtails together my 2 favorite foods definitely a plus the drinks were excellent the staff exquisite definitely would recommend

Our server was friendly but not very attentive. Service was slow, possibly due to the elaborate presentations. The mac and cheese for my 4-year-old was good (adult portions/no kids menu available). The famous lobster mac was just okay, and the steak was unremarkable. The prices were high, which we assumed was due to the extravagant presentations rather than the food quality. I liked the popcorn that came with the popcorn shrimp and the standard mac and cheese the most. I wouldn't recommend this place to others unless they are just looking for Instagram-worthy dining experiences. I saw a review similar to this one before dining at Barton G but ignored it because of all of the positive content. I wish I had not.

It was a wonderful experience for our Family! Really enjoyed the presentations and the food was good!

This restaurant is all about the theatrics, which makes for a great experience. The way the drinks and dishes come out are worth seeing. The food itself is ok. My Caesar salad had too much dressing, but the scallops were cooked perfectly. My son’s filet was cooked perfectly, but his fries were under-seasoned. Dessert was huge and delicious. I ordered and was charged for bottled water, but it wasn’t a new bottle that was opened or used, no label on the bottle, and it was never left on the table, which made me think it’s the same bottle they use regardless of ordering bottled or not. They did already add 18% gratuity for the 2 of us, which was fine, just something to know. It’s a restaurant you go to for the experience, and is worth the experience. There are better restaurants to go to for the food and service.

We went to the SOBE LOCATION. To be quite honest this is really a place for tourists. I was disappointed that I wanted my wife to have an experience of creative tasty food but all we actually got was kitchie displays but sub par food. Lobster shrimp tempura as not even close to a tempura batter it was thick and pasty we ate a few bites and peeled off all the batter. The lobster pop tart was extremely fishy and IF the server even checked on us at each course I wouldn’t have had to tell him but since they auto tip there’s no real Cari g service. We left 3/4 of that dish and they wouldn’t take off the bill. Overall I wouldn’t waste your money for something you could get at an Orlando theme park. it was truly one of the worst meals I ever had especially after spending almost 300.00 on 3 apps and 1 dessert. Smh!!

The food was bland. The atmosphere was good. The service was excellent. The bathrooms were dirty. The garbage can in the bathroom is broken. It needs to be fixed. The garbage can in the hand bathroom was also broken. The service and the presentation were excellent. The food was a little below excellent. Perhaps better seasoning

For four individuals, the total bill was over $600: 2 pasta’s meals, 1 popcorn shrimp meal, 1 steak meal, 4 drinks( 2 non alcoholic drinks). The over the top display for each meal has a QSA Service charge, in others words there is a ridiculous high charge for presentation. The waiter dropped the drink display, along with drink all on the table, my dress, & heels. The drink glass broke, booth seat was completely wet & the female manager with the short black bob hair made little table accommodations after the incident. Her disposition was a bit rude & short. Upon living to another table, there was another drink glass that was broken as one of the waiters was walking by our table. Overall experience is a 2/10; I will never return to this establishment. The food was mediocre ( tough shrimp with the pasta’s), the female restroom has urine filled & toilet paper in both stalls. The amount of money spent, I was expecting top notch service & high quality food. Our waiter automatically received $120 tip, for subpar service; other waiters were available for our table to provide silverware, beverages, & attentiveness. Oh how can I forget about the lack of dress code, I literally seen booty shorts, see through cut out dresses, & men bare skin chests.

Barton G's is a happening! So much fun for adults and kids alike. Our waiter was great and the whole atmosphere of everyone having a great time was fantastic. The food was very good...but the dessert...AMAZING!

We went there on a Tuesday night with great friends we were in a good mood but the place had nothing to do with it. Rude waiter ruined our time. Overpriced drinks and food and the whole place smelled like mold. South Florida has great restaurants this is not one of them

A fun experience with over the top presentations and the food backs it up as most of what we ordered was very good. Giving the food 4 stars because there wasn't a stand out dish I'd go back for, especially for the (a lot) money. I would consider coming back if I were entertaining out of town friends looking for something different. The service was excellent.

Presentation was cool for about 2 seconds. When it comes to positives the popcorn shrimp while cold was good with the sauce. The food was also clearly not prepared to order. I understand the attention, the show is fun, but the food is far too bland for the price point, no show can make up for that.

This restaurant had been on my bucket list for years. The food did not disappoint. We were called by the restaurant that day to confirm the reservation, I was reminded that they will only hold your table for 15 min. There is also a fee associated with the reservation. So we were vigilant about getting there on time. Our reservation was at 6 pm. We got to the restaurant at 5:57 and we were told that the restaurant was not ready for us...ok... It opens in 3 minutes so we can wait By 6:00... Several staff walk by us and don’t even acknowledge us. I finally ask for help and a told tthey are still not ready to open and to remain outside. Which means we are at left standing outside in the balmy Florida heat. And for added measure, the bugs are biting that day. So we are dressed for dinner and sweaty now. By 6:10, the valet attendant tells us to go in through the employee entrance, which we are grateful just because it means getting out of the heat and humidity. And good thing because 5 more minutes and would have lost our reservation according to the dining policy. We are sat at a table by the window which would be lovely, but then I discover a ceiling or ac leak when the ceiling starts dripping…on me. Not pleasant. Once food came, it was delicious. Though they did forget an appetizer for one guest and so while the table was dining on entrees, he was on his appetizer and now we are all finished when he is getting his entree. But that entree was phenomenal. The short ribs was a table favorite. The consensus was that it was the best short ribs that any of us had ever had. When it was time to leave, our server was too busy watching the tv to check on us. We are talking over 20 minutes at this point, Finally, we caught his eye and he came over and brought the check. I had such high hopes for this dining experience . But this was not what we hoped for.

Barton G’s is a beautiful place for the eyes! Have a creative menu and some awesome drinks! We ordered the popcorn, shrimp, the boo G pasta and the sea bass… the gin and tonic was not crisp enough. It had wayyyyyy too much juice in it, usually a gin and tonic is clear and crisp …. the sea Bass I think was overcooked, but everything else was good. The popcorn shrimp was basic small breaded shrimp, not too seasoned but the dipping sauce was yummy… the boo g pasta was good, big chunks of lobster and crab in it!

If I could leave this restaurant 10 stars, I would! It is my NEW FAVORITE and will be hard to beat! The entertainment was so unique. Eat dish being delivered in a very unique manner, some drinks as well! It was a fun time seeing what you and everyone else in the restaurant ordered. The services starts out strong but they get sloooow on you, that is my only complaint. We ate here twice in 6 days, before leaving Miami because it will definitely be a place a crave. You would think since they focused so much attention to detail on being unique they would slack on the quality of food...that is INCORRECT! The food is phenomenal! Magnificent! We at the seafood bubble bath, scallops, rib, sunday, the dollar dollar bill, drinks, and more!!! The pricing was fair too! The portions are sharable with 2-3 people! The desserts are sharable with 4-5 people! A great place for any celebration! I cannot wait to go back.

Party of 2 that ran up a $250 bill but was put in back and ignored most of the night, assuming because we weren’t dropping $500. Constantly had to ask to have our water refilled and staff seemed annoyed. They brought out our food then forgot about us unless we got up to go get our waiter. It was a rainy night so not busy at all.

A very eclectic place. A great deal of visual props to make your dining interesting. The food we ordered was very good. Cowboy Ribeye with carrots and truffle fries. Bordelaise short ribs were incredibly tender. The desserts are large and again, finely presented on creative platters. They are expensive, and just okay. We had the funnel cakes which were very good. Then we had the Dollar Dollar Bill Y'all. Very dry but fun to look at. The music was mostly Reggae and a bit loud so conversation was a strain. Since the place was packed by the time we left, I doubt they need my advice. Staff was very friendly and Dino our server was very nice. Parking is non existent, so get ready to shell out $25.00 to valet. Our bill for three people was $500.00 without tip and no alcohol.

Visual experience was on point. So many fun and exciting things to see. Most of the food was good. Mac and cheese had too much hard cheese on top. Boo g pasta was very stuck together, everything was very good. My waiter seemed a bit inexperienced. Didn’t come back after food was served to check in. Didn’t offer more drinks. Did see some of the other servers around go above and beyond. Was a little jealous. Funnel cake dessert was a very tasty and quite the sight to see. Spending $500 for 4 people for dinner and there was no hook in the bathroom for your purse was off putting. Come on just put the hook up.

Very good food and wonderful display. Been here several times but this time was different. Maybe understaffed or waiter was new? Took over 15min to get our order for desert, had to flag the waiter down to get our receipt after dessert. Also very loud and overcrowded inside the restaurant. Usually we sit outside where it’s more spaced out. I’d definitely recommend outside if you want to converse and have some space with your other dinner guests.

Had a good experience. Service was great. We went to celebrate a friend’s birthday. Everything we ordered was good (appetizer ribs, Caesar salad, seafood pasta dish, short ribs, and funnel cake). While the food was good, some of the portions were larger than expected like the pasta and funnel cake. I recommend the restaurant let ppl know ahead of time by labeling on menu and/or website that some dishes are shareable. Other than that, I’d return for sure.

Instagram vs. Reality! Let me first start off by saying this review has nothing to do with our waiter. He was fantastic! If I could describe Barton G Miami in one word it would be DIRTY! The restaurant was disgusting! The floors were filthy. The dining chairs and booths had stains all over them! The pillows were gross! The bathrooms were nasty! And the presentation drinks and food props were repulsive! When you look at Barton G on Instagram, the atmosphere looks amazing! The presentation food and cocktails look beautiful! In reality, the popcorn machine used for the popcorn shrimp looks like it’s never been cleaned! The toaster used for the lobster pop tart appears old and worn looking. Nothing looked cleaned! My speciality diamonds are forever drink had random stuff floating in my cup! We came here to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday. We left! We ordered drinks and three appetizers. We were so disgusted we left after the appetizers. Everything is extremely overpriced for POOR POOR POOR quality of food. The shrimp were the size of a nickel and tasted like a deep fried machine. The chicken wings had hair on them still. The ribs were full of fat! The food sucked! Everything about this place sucked! We were so upset we left! Barton G Miami Beach needs to be closed down and renovated or at the very least, given a deep cleaning. We will never ever dine here again! This is a great reminder of what you see on Instagram is NOT always what it appears in real life! Steer clear of this place! Do better Barton G!

The atmosphere was very nice and intimate. I wish they had a little more spacing in between tables. The experience of the drinks and dishes that came out was EVERYTHING! The waiter we had was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the restaurant and the cuisines. 10/10 for me and hubby. We’ll be back with friends and our little ones 🥰

Came here for the first time 2 weeks ago for my friends birthday, we had a blast, the vibe was great, our server was super cool. Every dish and drink made you feel special which was very nice to feel. The only problem I had is I got bumped in the head with one of the display dishes and it left a painful bump, so with that being said just make sure the runners are a little more aware of how big the plates/displays are and more mindful of the people that are sitting around the area. Other than that this was one of the coolest restaurant experiences I've had we would definitely come back.

FIRST TIME DINING FUTURE LONG TERM PATRON . . . THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT AND THE FOOD COMPLIMENTED THE AREA. THE INSIDE DINIG WAS SMALL AND INTIMATE AND THE OUTSIDE PATIO WAS SET TO PAR. THE TOMAHAWK STEAK WAS WELL SEASONED AND LARGER THAN I EXPECTED. MY EVENING WAS SPLENDID AND THE PROPS GAVE THE EXPERIENCE A PAZZAZ

Fabulous experience! Definitely go for the experience. The food was average, nothing crazy special taste wise, but the actual presentation and vibe were great!! Highly recommend for that alone!

Had an amazing time at Barton G! The servers are always cheerful and took plenty of pictures of me and my boyfriend. The food is always amazing along with their craft ideas of presentation. The Miami and the LA locations are the BEST! Oh, and love the valet parking.

We booked a table for 4 as a surprise for our friends birthday.. We were in this restaurant last year and thought it was going to be fantastic but unfortunately it was very disappointing.. When we ordered our wine, we were waiting a long time and it looked like our waiter forgot about us.. when mains came, they were cold and although tasty, it wasn't best eating cold dinner.. And then our waiter cleared only half of our table and we sat with other half of dirty dishes on our table for another 20min until I prompted another waiter to kindly clear it. Over all the experience was very disappointing, as we experienced it before so the feeling was very flat.. Worst of all that the restaurant wasn't half busy so there was no excuse not to provide exceptional service and pay attention to details, especially that it was our best friends birthday and we flew all the way from London for 2 days to make it special for her.. Sad to say, but we will be very reluctant to come back and revisit this place..

Akram was the best !! Best server in Miami, will definitely be back
