Great food and service. A few too many kids running and jumping around and parents standing in the server's way all entitled.

We love this place! The food is always amazing with their fresh ingredients, and so is the service. The decor and atmosphere feel like you’re in another city, it’s beautiful.

I had a delightful dining experience at this restaurant, with excellent service and delicious food. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxing meal. Our server, Oscar G, was attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The menu offered a variety of breakfast options to choose from, all of which were fresh and flavorful. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a wonderful dining experience. I will definitely be returning in the future

We've been satisfied customers & fans of the Oprah voted "Best Cake in America" Carrot Cake since Ice Box opened off Lincoln Rd many years ago. Also, the service staff and especially Manuel always provide five star service.

Not dog friendly, fresh juice is out of a can. Food was undercooked. Not coming back

Poor Customer Service by the guy that was setting up the tables today. Couldn’t try the food as he shooed us away while we were waiting for the restaurant to open, to actually try breakfast here. Next time ask us our intentions or post signage that sitting isn’t allowed until the restaurant opens.

Genteel dining and homemade food. We shared a bowl of excellent coconut soup, then curry and tuna tartare (photo). So good. The chocolate cake is to die for.

Great atmosphere, great food. The service has improved dramatically (As of Jan 2024). And it's now almost as good as the food and the atmosphere. Latke with eggs is a personal favorite. Though the menu has excellent variety, and everything on it is done well.

Favorite local restaurant to go to. Food is always delicious and great service.

I am in South Beach Miami a few times a year, and dinner - at least once - at the Icebox Cafe is at the top of my list. I was first introduced to the Cafe by a dear friend who lives here. I fell in love with the Chicken Paillard Milanese and it has become my exclusive menu item. I was greeted warmly by Sergio, who remembered me and my preferred table - as well as my love for the chicken Milanese. That means a lot to a repeat customer who typically has six months between visits. The chicken was a wonderful as I remembered. Sergio was gracious and attentive. We even made a connection with the book I was reading! I anticipate one more visit before heading back to New Hampshire next week. The server often makes the dining experience and this certainly was the case with Sergio.

This place was great. They bring out the food super fast, they are very kind, over all 10/10 recommend. Our server Diego was amazing.

Used to be one of my favorite places in Miami Beach. Food presentation was terrible and the food was just OK.

Went to Icebox on Thanksgiving and it was really nice. None of us did the Thanksgiving menu as we had horsdourves across the street at a friend's house so we were looking for something lighter and the a la carte items were perfect. It was warm when we arrived and they adjusted the AC. One dish was sent back and was taken off the bill accordingly. Everything else was yummy and I left feeling healthier than I normally do on Thanksgiving 😂 Our waiter Sergio was attentive 😊

Had a very poor experience here. The service was slow and rude, the food was not good at all. When I told the waitress she didn’t even respond. The muffin for the Benedict was mushy and old. The Ruben sandwich was dry and all bread. They ran out of lox! My husband had a $30 Benedict that was literally egg and muffin that’s it! Will not go back.

Great spot for brunch. Friendly service and diverse menu options. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Try the icebox breakfast, the avocado toast, the yogurt with granola or the French toast. Good size portions and everything tasted great.

I really enjoy coming here to eat! The ingredients are always simple, fresh and the flavors are well thought out. Thank you for always having great service! Because of this place, I’m now in love with beets. ❤️

I had a reservation for 7 pm for 2. Walked in, no one at front reception, no problem, the restaurant was empty except for 2 tables, walked further into the restaurant and saw 2 people working in back. They did not acknowledge our presence, waiting for 3 minutes for someone, anyone, to invite us to sit. Never happened. And considering the last time I was there a few weeks ago, the service was abominable, but I confess, the food was good. We were told then that the chef was busy preparing meals for Uber Eats requests. I said, sure, but what about the folks that came into your restaurant, when should we have to wait 45 mins. between appetizer and entre?? My feeling this most recent time is the employees didn't want to sit us because they were busy with Uber eats folks. Fine, but once again, another great restaurant is going by the way side.

One of our fav places to get brunch, but what it makes it more special is the service from Manuel the waitress and Sergio the host. We will come back and back every time we are in Miami for sure!

This is a great Spot on a quiet neighborhood in Miami Beach , I must said I try the best Coconut Shrimps ever , they were fantastic!!! I loved the service too , the Manager Joshua was making sure everything was going right . I really enjoyed my Dinner there

I will highly recommend this great spot in Miami Beach . I must say has the best Coconut Shrimps I had ever try in my life . I went there for a quick bite and I got the recommendation from the Manager Josh who personally goes to every table and makes sure everything it’s good I loved that and the guy from the bar was also supper sweet Mike was pending on my drinks and I loved the whole experience. I had a great time . They were amazing and told me they have a good brunch going on I still have to try keep you posted about it !!

Surprisingly good, a great New Orleans style menu, great 3 course dinner special with great options, shrimp and scallops. Excellent deserts. Highly recommend.

While my companions felt the food service was somewhat slow, I enjoy a leisurely dinner with time to catch up with old friends as was the case on a recent evening. The Autumn prix-fixe dinner was delicious and a great value.

She and all the staff are really professional and kind. I am so happy to have found this treasure in Miami that makes me feel like home away from home.

Key lime pie and cheesecake were both outstanding! Paired with a top notch cocktail for a great evening. Very relaxed atmosphere where we felt like we were longtime friends.

The food here is amazing - Eggs benedict with crab is a must! Ana was so attentive and giving great recommendations. I love coming to this place!

Ana and the entire team at Ice Box Cafe were fantastic. The omelette with a side of avocado was awesome. Replacing coffee with an espresso martini was a nice touch.

Stopped here for a quick breakfast before some kayaking just because it was close to the kayak rentals. We were blown away by how cool the place is and how delicious the food was. We both had “The Mess” and a coffee, and everything was great! To top it off, the server Diego was super friendly and helpful. Diego is officially my favorite server in all of Miami!!

Diego and Icebox GM Shasha made our dining experience the best it could have been. We love Icebox, and it's our go-to place for excellent food and service while having fun! We were there recently for brunch with our six-year-old, and we could not have had a better time eating great food while the staff "accommodated" our energetic little boy. Always Fun, great for options and selection, and always a friendly (attitude-less) team at Icebox!

Great spot in South Beach. The staff was friendly and professional. I had the Faroe Salmon and it was delicious. My husband had the curried chicken breast which he didn't stop eating until it was all gone. The interior is beautiful and interesting. Terrific ambience... can't wait to go back!

We decided to dine here to try the Taste of Summer menu which both my husband and I enjoyed. There is something for everyone. The dishes are nicely plated and well portioned. Good wine list selection. Interior space is very pleasant, high ceiling and nice Sunset Harbour neighborhood. We shall return.

Everything we had was amazing. The flavor of the food was really good, the portions were perfect and they has the basics of a breakfast but elevated. The attention was also good, Diego (our waiter) was super nice and attentive, he took care of our requests. Will surely come back nex time we’re in Miami for a great brunch

This restaurant was amazing. Everything we had was absolutely delicious. We had the octopus and white bean plate, we had the tuna tartare times two, we had the steak, we had the grouper, asparagus, puréed, celery, root, etc. everything was delicious. They have gluten-free items marked on the menu. The staff was friendly and engaging. The staff was also very quick. They have outdoor seating that is fully covered for weather. I love this place.

Took friends visiting and happy we went to Icebox. Everybody choose their dish but took it upon myself to order the ricotta pancake for the table to share. Special thanks to Manuel for his personal and friendly service. Minor point might be to add fresh orange (and grapefruit) juice to the menu. Will keep returning. Perfect Sunday brunch.

I was treated to dinner recently at Ice Box Cafe, having just arrived in South Beach for the week. My host suggested I order the chicken paillard Milanese. It was a generous portion of thinly prepared chicken, delicately fried and seasoned, and topped with lightly-dressed mesclun greens. It was probably the best chicken breast entree I’ve ever had, so good that I returned two days later to order it again. The menus for breakfast, lunch, dinner and brunch are diverse, including several healthy options. In addition to the quality of the food, the service is exceptional. Manuel greeted me warmly and seated me by the window. Even more appreciated was the carafe of water he brought to the table; too often I am waiting for a server to replenish the water. Throughout my dinner, I observed Manuel on the move non-stop. My server, Julian, was delightful, professional and efficient, yet very personable - with a work ethic not often observed in peers his age. I suspect my cravings for the chicken paillard Milanese may get the best of me and result in yet one more visit to Ice Box before heading back home to New Hampshire.

Lovely neighborhood spot with solid food, coffee, and service. Burger was perfect and the Turkey Reuben was too tasty to be turkey. :) Service on point, Rebecca was efficient, attentive and very friendly... this is not always easy to find in Miami.

I had a avocado toast and juice called gold girl, my wife had a chicken sandwiche and watermellon juice, everything was delicious! Our server was Rebecca she is amasing.

Great food , excellent customer service

Mike was a fantastic server for our party of 4 gals. He was patient while we first took our time catching up before looking at the menu. He had great recommendations for wine and how to pair it if we wanted certain dishes. He was friendly and kind. The food came out in a timely manner and was DELICIOUS!! Faroe Salmon was great; definitely enjoyed the Avocado and Seed salad with Tofu, creative and perfect for my vegan diet. Vibe here is chill, good music, not too loud volume, could still hear each other talk. Thanks ICE BOX! Dinner was lovely and we will be coming back for brunch soon.

This place is so nice to dine in. Very pretty inside and the decor is amazing!! Workers are so nice and pleasant. There is one manager in there his name is Josh Josue in Spanish. He actually gets in there and helps his workers when needed I’ve seen him help out his cooks and I’ve seen him even serve out the food!! Good workers also very good food!!!

Diego was the best server! He was so friendly and gave us honest, well thought out recommendations. We had dessert here and he walked us back to the fridge to show us the options and gave us great recommendations - we ended up getting the sampler of 3 (carrot, key lime, chocolate). My sisters favorite was the carrot; mine was key lime. It was great to try all 3 in small portions! Will be back to try more food at brunch or dinner

We have eaten breakfast lunch and dinner here and have always had delicious food and excellent service. Michael is exceptional however. My husband often goes in to purchase a dessert and Michael is always so friendly, kind and welcoming. He is an asset to Icebox and the hospitality industry in which he has chosen to work.

Service was great! Atmosphere and inside design were beautiful. Super comfortable booths and chairs to sit in. Sadly, the food fell short. No one at the table of 6 looked like their dishes were about to blow them away. Seems like we should have just ordered dessert for dinner. Maybe breakfast/lunch would be better.

Icebox used to be one of our favorites, but recently they've fallen off a cliff. Food quality has become mediocre, and the service is appalling. Will not go back, and would recommend you go elsewhere

My wife and I the Sunset Harbor neighborhood and this restaurant added to our experiences. We went their for brunch. Both of our coffees were good. My wife enjoyed her Avocado Toast and my Potato Latke was very flavorful. Manuel gave us good service.

Restaurant is nice, customer service is great. The food was nothing amazing just ok. Worth a try. Went for brunch and ordered the chefs special, was good nothing memorable. I always heard how good the key lime pie was. Definitely disappointing, the smallest and at the bottom of my list of key lime pie I've had in Miami.
