I am original from Sichuan, tried many different hotpot around USA. This one could be ranked in top 3 in my opinion. Soup base is the first thing I like, not just because of authenticity, but also flavor I can tell is not factory made, is fresh cooked. Second, the qualities from food, sauce to fruits are good!

It's terrible, the service attitude is so so, the tip is terrible, it's automatically entered into the bill, and you can ask for a tip at will, a terrible group of guys

It’s delicious, not expensive, and there are many kinds of free dishes. The bottom of the pot will be a little salty after being cooked for a long time. The free braised food is delicious😋There are very few people there on Monday night

We had the tomato broth, was super flavorful with lots of real tomatoes. Highly recommend this broth as a non-spicy option with a little sour tang. Server was extremely attentive and was very detailed in explaining the whole process. The restaurant itself had beautiful decorations. Overall wonderful experience!

Food: Lacks freshness and quality. Service: Minimal attention to service. Atmosphere: Slippery, oily, and wet floor, no poor cleanliness. Found something in the food; waitress claimed it’s an herb, and they will add a lot to the soup. We actually only find one.

called in ahead of time to ask if there were available tables. they responded that they do so we proceeded to get an uber to get here. after we got here waited over 1 and a half hours to get a table…. service was ok but need to get it together

真不建议点羊肉片，吃起来很柴，煮时间长会散，切得比较厚，如果切得薄，估计就根本捞不到了。应该是海克斯科技肉。庞老板娘只对老外有笑脸。如果你完全不在乎服务，看不见也听不见，吃饭只是为了填饱肚子，then you are welcomed. 18%的小费就是个笑话。

This was our first time at this location, but it won't be our last. If you're a hot pot fan, do yourself a favor and check this place out. Incredible decor, well lit, fresh food, and amazing staff are just a few things we thought about this place.

Really great food. The broth is flavorful and tasted excellent which is one of the most important things with hot pot. My one complaint is the quality of the meats were not as good, it was a bit old and hard to chew. But everything else was great. Good selection of items. And service was very friendly.

This place is a Hot Pot place, and it exists. There is nothing super remarkable about it, besides the Szechuan broth, which if you are a fan of tongue numbing spice this place is definitely for you. My rating is an indication of my personal tastes, and I would recommend that you do give this place a try

Food was wonderful! The service was especially outstanding consider this is a Chinese restaurant. Our requests we're taken care of immediately, no delay or lag. And our server also filled up our soup pot multiple times without us even asking! We had a tasty meal and friendly service here! We tipped 20% last time and will be tipping more during our next visit.

They have also added oysters 🦪, crawfish, clams and crab legs. My son’s favorite are the crab sticks. I like the cold sake and my boyfriend likes the hot sake. Delicious, fresh food and clean. We have gone 5 times and will come back. I highly recommend this restaurant!!

I FREAKING LOVE THIS PLACE. I will never ever say no to anyone who wants to go here. Food selection is great, always fresh and abundant. Great selection of drinks as well beer, sake, sodas and teas. The ladies there are the most sweetest souls. I go here so often that they Js know I’m about to throw down and eat. Yes yes yes yes to the beef! They will bring it out to you as much as you want without giving you nasty looks. The sauce bar is great if you love to make your own. I’ve always got booth table because I feel the privacy not so private vibe about it. Love it.

Been there with wife today , one server for whole restaurant, ordered spicy oil soup base , i think they are not fresh , since I have diarrhea after eat , also their selection are super limited and even shrimp paste was charged for 10 bucks extra . I ordered Diet Coke , come up a Diet Pepsi in small 500ml bottle( I think Pepsi was cheaper for them to get ) . Two people after tax and tips about 90 bucks , get me diarrhea and bad experience!

We read the reviews and were very disappointed. We tried the beef Mild chicken mild and schizuan mild broth Chicken was okay. Others ..although mild — too hot. A hot that ruins taste buds not a flavorful hot. Perhaps this was an error in our part. We were used to having the soup not just using it for cooking ( maybe Chinese vs Vietnamese z) hot spot cuisine. Buffet was clean and well organized Perhaps not enough options for the American wanting hot pot Meats were bland. Sauces were only so so. Table wasclean , menus were gross ( needs to be cleaned ) Wait staff very nice. We fell in love w hot pot at noodles and rice on mills. So fresh so Tasty. What we experienced at Bashu was no where near as flavorful. Again ….maybe our preference is Vietnamese.

I went there on Tuesday with family,It’s a great hotpot restaurant with authentic soup broth .and the price is fair with the quality food. I ordered beef tallow soup base, omg,it tast really good! The server is very friendly and considerate. I will be definitely coming back..and very happy to find a such great hotpot place!!

All travelers please avoid this hotpot place, it could definitely ruined your day. Would give it a zero if I could. The server were terrible with bad attitude, poor food quality mince shrimp and tofu were stink.They also forcing 18% tips.

Of all the hotpot places I've eaten in orlando , this one by far has the tastiest broth. We had the tomato, and the spicy szechuan. Our waiter was very kind, and checked on us often. The sauce bar was good, and I really enjoyed the food. Compared to other places I would day there are only 4 types of meat, lamb, pork, and chicken which is less than most other hot pot places, and there were less options for veggies noodles and seafood. But they really have most of everything you would want to have good hotpot. I love their mushroom selection. I will definitely be back. The price is very competitive for the quality of the service!

Wonderful experience for first time at hot pot

The food had a great variety and fresh tasting. Just keep in mind that there spicy is really spicy even when I asked for mild. The sauce bar had alot of choices. But overall it is a place I will go back to.

This place was nice, the people where courteous. Kept clean and organized. The food was good but the prices are not. 28$ per person and they still charge you for a person at your table that is only gonna take a couple of bites. 10.99 per kid too for something that everyone is sharing. Why not charge for the food you are eating? Like one price for a small pot and one for a large one for the whole table? The food was nice but not 100+$$ nice... Should have eaten some sushi instead.

Seafood lover saying this place surprised me for how fresh the ingredients were. 5 stars for the food, but the lady who served our table.... Lol might be the worst attitude I got from a server. (帶眼鏡年輕女的,阿姨們都很nice)

Good was delicious! It's a self serve and cook hot pot spot, so you can really make your own soup dishes and it's amazing! The wait was super long though, so make reservations if you can or plan to wait to get to the good stuff!!

Skip it all costs the place is a let down from the minute you walk in. Assuming they are even open... Not worth the stop or look...

This place does not compare to any other hot pot place I've been to. For $29 per person, you only have 4 meat options to choose from.. beef, lamb, pork, and one other I can't remember. The meats, you have to ask for because they don't have it at the counter for you to grab yourself. There was very limited seafood.. only blue crab, shelled shrimp, clams, and tilapia. No mussels, no crawfish, no scallops, but lots various imitation seafood meatballs and beef balls which I'm not a fan of. Also the sauce bar was limited as well. The two spicy broth options that offered were ridiculously spicy. It was so hard to enjoy. We ended up all cooking in one person's pot just because they charge $12.95 to swap out your broth. The chicken broth was bland so I had to add some salt. Only plus to me was that the service is friendly and she did a good job of clearing out empty dishes.

The quality of meat and veggies is unbelievable for a all you can eat place. The price of $28 per person is also very reasonable.

Compared to other hotpot restaurants in the area this place is extremely underwhelming. The sauce are super limited. Seafood is not fresh, there’s barely any ice out and it’s not a busy restaurant so it always smells sour. The veggies and other hotpot items are half of other hotpot places. No desserts are included you have to pay extra for it. Service is pretty much non existent. Only good thing is the authentic numbing spicy soup and meats are of decent cut.

Update: We have eaten here 5 times now and I rate this as the best authentic Chinese hot pot place in Orlando. It's a bit rough around the edges for Americans who are new to hot pot, but if you have a Chinese speaker or familiar with Chinese hot pot in general, it is considered good. Very good as far as authentic Chinese hot pot goes. We liked the flavors of the mushroom broth and spicy broth. Establishment is clean and well kept, not faux fancy. Service was pretty good, not amazing, but polite people. Best to have a Chinese speaker with you to get the most out of the experience.

Veryyyyyy Authentic Chinese hot pot place. I would say 80% of the people that come here are Chinese and the servers are definitely more fluent in Mandarin then English. It’s almost hard to communicate with the server if you speak English. However, everything is self service so you don’t really need the server most of the time anyways. The meat quality is really good compared to the other hotpot places in the area and this place even serves blue crab with the $27.99 price tag. Lowkey surprised about how fresh the crabs were for the price. The sauce bar is also amazing with the different varieties of sauces to choose from. This is definitely my go to hotpot spot in the China Town Area.

Very good place for Korean soup, broth is well seasoned and the extra ingredients from the bar is really fresh.

Server did not pay attention to my table. She sat us down then we had to flag down servers for assistance. The only way to get meats or drinks is if a server brings it to you. The bar wasn't replenished quickly and there was a time I asked for a bowl and it was like I was a bother. There are better hotpot places that are busier and manage to be 100x more attentive. Plus these places have better broth and much more selection for a similar price.

Soup base very good! Crab is very fresh and many varieties of vegetable and seafood. Very traditional Chinese hot pot. Recommend beef oil spicy soup base, and mushroom soup base.

Servers' were very friendly and professional. We said we wanted more spicy, and we were very satisfied. But you need to be careful when asking for the extra spicy as it is really hot if you say you want extreme hot. Sometimes, other all you can eat hot pot restaurant's food quality is terrible so that my stomach is messed up the day after I went there. But I HAD NO PROBLEM AT ALL! This shows that the food quality was good. Also, they give us a meat whenever we ask for extra. This is very good because meat can go bad pretty easy if they put it outside the all you can eat section. For the soup, I recommend tomato soup than mushroom. Mushroom soup was not good to be honest, but the spicy soup was awesome. If you want fancy all you can eat hotpot restaurants, go visit other places. BUT IF YOU WANT TO TRY AUTHENTIC ONE, you come to the right place.

2021年12月23日来吃的。晚上8点半到的，居然还要等位40分钟，可见生意挺火爆的。 装修风格比较现代，与国内一些现代简约装修的火锅店类似。挺好。 进门给我们登记号码的女士普通话很标准，没有海外口音，好评！应该是国内来的。 自助火锅，价格比较平民。食物还行，没有特别出彩的，也没有什么特别难吃的。藕片不够脆，有点软；不是煮软了，生吃时就有点软塌塌的。只有普通的粉丝，没有宽粉、薯粉，这个比较遗憾。另外，希望能无限量供应冰粉和冰镇绿豆汤。 扣掉的两颗星在于服务流程有点乱。可能是新开业的缘故，很多东西还没理顺，工作人员的服务水平也没跟上。还需要再培训一下。比如，我们点的是牛油+菌汤锅底，但服务小哥端上来时却是牛油+蕃茄锅底。和小哥说明了，但小哥也是一脸懵。我们也不为难小哥，所以并不介意就吃蕃茄锅底。但总有客人会介意的。店家需要多注意。 再如，当我们正在等待结账（服务员在前台刷卡），但还在继续吃盘子里的食物时，收拾桌子的阿姨就急着过来收盘子了。一边收拾一边还对我们说：“新开业，很多服务员不熟练，我们都丢了好几把勺子了。” 这种话没必要对客人说的。 更恶心的是，阿姨直接把从邻桌收来的装有蟹壳的盘子全倒入了我们的锅底中，大概是认为我们不会再吃了。这就有点倒人胃口了。我理解阿姨们平时应该就是这么收拾桌子的，但请不要当着客人的面做这种事！尤其是我们还在吃呢！希望餐馆老板加强培训！！

I thought I had been time warped to China on entrance! I was the only non Asian there. Felt really good, loved watching everyone in there natural surroundings. This is as close to real Chinese food you can get in the US so felt very special for me to get to sample this, really enjoyed everything. My Hot Pot skills have become very good. I’m the vegetarian type so the selection of meats and fish were not for me. But everything looks fantastic.

Anybody that's read my reviews have seen my affinity towards hotpot restaurants. Been to the chains like Little Lamb and Bashi. I usually try to be fair and order the same thing. 2 soup pot with mala soup and a bone broth soup. This place has a policy in place for single diners. Only the small single bowl. They wanted to reserve the larger pot for larger parties. Fair enough. I will pay extra for the larger bowl. With that in mind since it's all you can eat they will replenish the broth level to make sure there are no burns. Food was decent with the dipping sauce selection being normal. I did notice the service being uneven having to ask and wait for the meat and water several times. Maybe I'm by myself? Regardless, the shock was when the bill came. They decided the extra payment was my agreeing to pay double. So instead of paying for one I paid for 2. Long story short I told them to call the cops. And I'm disputing the charges with American Express. When and if you decide to go good luck cuz you're not going to get any sympathy with the owner. Oh by the way when the police left they relayed a message from the owner that I would not be welcomed back. Lol sorry, but you couldn't pay me to go back

The best hotpot place in Orlando. You’ll not find any other place that offers great quality with fair prices. Bashu charges $27.99 per person for all you can eat hotpot. They also have a great selection of drinks. The staff is really nice and welcoming. My wife and I love this place and we go there almost every week.

Limited selection for sauces. Limited selection for foods and not fresh. The restaurant servers gave us an aura of it being a cheap restaurant, meaning it did not feel like an all you can eat place. They stingy on giving us food like beef and broth. The table was way too high, and the chairs are too low. You had to reach to eat. Not worth $28 per person for the selection. Should be $20 per person.

I thoroughly enjoyed everything. All the food was fresh, those who served us were very attentive, helpful and friendly. The broth flavors were quite authentic. Also very clean. Certainly worth checking out. Thanks so much, Bashu friends! Looking forward to my next visit there!

我服了，服务员态度贼差。半天不来点锅底，问她跟我们生气，说刚刚半天找不到你们人，怎么点。吃的很好吃，但是这个服务我觉得15%的小费不行。

The short hair sever was rude, most time she sat there and played with her phone, also walked outside for smoking，she had fake smile to us, she said she would like to provide service to us, but when we need help, it was hard to find her and it seemed she was not happy to serve except waiting for tips.and the place was clean but not many food options like other places, crabs are not fresh, they must be frozen. I drove 45 minutes to this hot pot restaurant, but I was so disappointed, not only the food but also the service, she did not give us clear instructions for the ordering, if we questioned, she will argue and complain us, I still gave tips to her but I will never go back to this place.

First, short hair server was rude and argumentative. Forgot orders and blame it on customer for not ordering. I also saw her argue with other customers. That threw off the vib completely. Meat/sauce variation was not on par with other hotpot places. Utensils at the bar was shared. What if you have a food allergy. Crab was NOT fresh. The place looks nice though.

i loved how we could get up and grab the sides by ourselves buffet style. most all you can eat hotpot places i’ve been to like hotto potto have awful service. the place was very clean and the broth had good spice. the veggies and seafood were also fresh. everybody complied and wore their masks while grabbing the food which also made me feel very comfortable

隔壁小城市开车🚗2h来吃的火锅，大概是近两年吃过最好吃最干净的火锅店了。同行两个重庆人也夸地道，本深圳祖籍湖南人觉得牛油锅很好吃🉑️辣的刚刚好。吃到后面有点咸，可以多加点汤。一人任食价格合适，包括了黄喉！单点的鸭肠和虾滑，个人觉得虾滑稍微太滑了点，不够粘稠，鸭肠脆脆的。肉菜丰富，蔬菜也很多，千页豆腐很好吃。美中不足的是推荐我来的朋友大概是前两天晚上九点去的，说豆腐稍微有点味道，我去的当天人不多，有个肚也稍微有点味道（我基本每个菜品都吃了）。点的冰粉稍甜，没有特别惊艳到我。店内干净，服务周到，也很礼貌，调料台也干净，有干碟（划重点）沙茶酱麻酱（麻酱自带盐🧂）花生碎花生酱等等。总体来说吃完是疯狂安利给身边的朋友并且想要接着继续去吃的。店里的围裙拯救了当天穿白色衣服的我❤️。没有吃过的勇于尝试，有好吃的其他火锅店也可以推荐给我谢谢，外地孩子来趟奥兰多不容易😭
