Got a large cup 🥤 of 9$ milk or "milkshake" if you wanna call it that.. I was the only customer in line bruh 😒 straight up

We were the ONLY ones at this place, drive through and in store, and yet our milkshake was made poorly. It was honestly just milk, barely anything to make it cookies and cream. How does that even happen?

Hey, just a heads up about the Baskin Robbins. I swung by today around 9:30, but they were closed even though the sign said otherwise. The lady with blonde hair was rude and smelled bad. She mentioned they closed early just because they felt like it. There was also a skinny guy who was rude and looked like he was high. The place seemed dirty too. Just wanted to warn you if you’re thinking of going.

The atmosphere of the remodeling is very welcoming, the girl who took my order was very friendly but when I went to pick up the cake the next day they did not do what I wanted and to top it all off they did not want to return my money. When you pay for something that is not what you requested? In the end I left with something that was not what I asked for...

Night shift employees Paige & Bianca were extremely helpful with my order. My wife has been craving mixes of different ice creams in her milk shakes and they guided us through the process. It really made us feel good that this Dunkin’ Donuts takes its time with its customers. It’s extremely rare to find good employees that still take pride in their late night shifts. Awesome hiring & great coaching by the manager staff here. I will be sure to stop by again.

They’re not answering the phone I literally just want to know if they have my mint chocolate chip quart because I’m not driving all that way for them to tell me they ran out of it again. I’m sick

I was on the phone with a lady explaining how I had ordered a Uber eats and how he’s almost there (3 minutes till closing). She said that they “were closed already”. I proceeded to ask how are you closed minutes before closing, to which she said the lobby was closed. I went to ask what time the lobby usually closes because then why would Uber accept my order ? To which, she hung up on me and the phone rang twice afterwards until they decided to pick up and replied that I can talk to a manager in the morning. The manager won’t do nothing for me and I want this to hit the DM to then notify the GM…to then have this review posted on the walls for all employees to be talked to. Yea I know a thing or two but so fix your customer service !! This is not acceptable and it did not have to end like that when I was being nice. Whoever that was that hung up, needs to be retrained. Pull the camera and phone call time stamp, I’m sure the GM can find out.

It’s sad how customer service has faded and has no importance now a days. The employees here are rude and disgruntled.

Non of the ice cream that we want it they did not have chocolate n strawberry not going there again

Only oddball flavors of ice cream. 10 flavors/10 empty spots. No chocolate or vanilla. Also no jamoca almond fudge Ten dollars for two small scoop. Why I just didn't leave I don't know. Don't waste your gas going there.

They literally have four ice cream flavors that’s it , and you advertise you have more then that how ridiculous. Don’t come here.

Staff is quick and we're nice to us and others dinning in. There was a lot of traffic on the drive thru window but overall a good time. Bathroom need more attention.

Laura was amazing today and I really appreciated talking with her and her coffee recommendation. Amazing customer service. Hope to see her there again in the future.

Waited about 20 minutes in line to order a sandwich. Was told not doing sandwiches at that time by employee. Should have said something when I walked in that way I would not of wasted my time

I love doughnuts (because it's also a DD's) and I love the ice cream from Baskin Robbins but every single time I come to this location, there's always something wrong. No milk, no ice cream, they forgot, etc. and they don't even have welcoming customer service tones! Only one guy has ever been kind to us here while everyone else just rolls their eyes and clearly doesn't want to be dealing with anyone. Save yourself the trip and go to the Baskin Robbins in Hunter's Creek!

Laura has an extraordinary customer service, made us feel really comfortable. This company is really lucky to have such an amazing employee like her! 👍

Clean and nice place but the scoops of ice cream were for a 3yr old.

Delicious ice cream cake! Amazing chef! I had difficulties with ordering through the app, an error message occurred, so I called the nearest Baskin Robins. Thank you Andrew for going above and beyond to make sure I received my cake on time!

Went for banana splits. Seemed to be out of many toppings. Also was suppose to get senior discount and didn't. I did ask. Got home checked receipt and not there.

Drive through Worker was not very friendly. Order was not accurate.

Only 2 workers during peak time. The guy that helped me seemed like he got an attitude because he had to do a little extra work by typing in my Tmobile giftcard. He said, "you have to make your screen brighter or it wont work" lol. Was wanting to scan but my battery was too low. I will not return to that location. I ordered the $2, 2pm-6pm cappuccino and did not like it!
