I love dominoes it’s so good and there so nice like Ty he’s so nice and so helpful

Apparently they don’t know the difference between 6, 8, or 10 slices. We order large pies at least three times from this location and each time our pizzas have not been cut properly. Make sure you ask these people if they can count.

I have always liked the taste of the butter with garlic that they place on the pizzas of domino's, but I have a lot of time buying them and they do not place it, they have a taste of bread, I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt and I buy with delivery, I got the wrong pizza the vegetable order and I got peperoni and I did not like peperoni, I asked them to look for the pizza and they refunded the money, obviously they did not, when they have a guarantee of satisfaction, they do not take into account.

I normally don’t like fast food pizza, but this dominos made me change my mind. John delivered my pizza and it was so much quicker than I expected. It was so warm and fresh and John was the most personable driver I have ever met. Will be coming back often!

I wanted to leave a review for this young man he had forgot my drink and he went out of his way and made sure I got it compared to other drivers that actually never came back thank u John

I came into this domino’s I had a bad day because my delivery was wrong so when I came to the store I was greeted by John with a big smile as I explained what happened he made sure my meal was correct and made sure it was a top priority Even though it was busy this John deserve a raise

The food was great John got my order correct. This dominos was a great one that I’ve been to in a while.

Horrible service, computer generated order took too long and didn't register my order kept asking if I wanted extra things when I answered No..it kept asking, Never again!

They make extremely difficult to order unless there’s specific manager there taking my order! Unprofessional don’t tell u how much came out to! Nor how long the wait will be just hang up! Sometimes the pizza come to me cold yet they’re only 8 mins away! And they barely slice the pizza! Also they never answer the phones, I made sure of this when I went in and watched as all the phones rang and not one of them picked it up! I recommend starting over with a new staff team!!!!!

If I could give it a zero star I would. My pizza arrived after 2hrs and 30 min, cold sloppy, and with one slice already bitten into. I called the store the same night , they were too busy to pick up. When I called in the morning and ask to speak to a manager, I was told to wait on hold . After I waited 45 min I hung up and called again this time to be informed that I had to wait for the general manager to get to the store so he can investigate what happened with the other manager. In what effin world do u live I'm Goin to leave apic with bitten slice of the pizza delivered to my house I couldn't find a way to attach the pic No need to contact you for anything im passed that stage im dealing with corporate right now for a formal complaint about the store i hope they shut you down soon. If you were doing your job this would've never happened Thank you for nothing.

Never received my order and they won’t pick up the phone either. HORRIBLE.

Raw chicken bites and pizza dough. I called the store and spoke to Valerie the store manager. She lied about helping and said refunds can only be processed the next day and laughed. Worse customer service and food. She never called back and now she’s never there. Food safety is top priority and this place can care less about your safety. I got food poisoning from this store from the small bites of their food. I reached out again and to corporate.

The entire Domino's experience was 5 Star at 3171 W Vine St. in Kissimmee, FL 34741. The staff at this Domino's store were very customer service friendly. I left out a key step in my online order, so it did not display when I went to pick up my order. Two of the employees took the time to troubleshoot the error. To avoid paying twice I went home to complete the order on my computer.

The service was horrible and the supposed manager who attended seemed more delinquent than a manager. I will never return here! They were the only pizzeria open 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Pizza sucks long wait i got delivery it was all wrong and on top of that i waited more than an hour for this pizza the nastiest pizza ive ever had in my life and the lady in the front told me that next time make sure you bring back the pizza full because i ate one slice of it and i almost trew it up of how cold and nasty it was i know food industry and i know for a fact thats the wrong thing to say to someone when their upset of how mess up youre delivery was

I went at 10:00 pm to order a pizza and they didn't even open the door for us. They literally locked it, and they said that they were closed when it was saying clearly on the door that they were supposed to be open until 12:00 am. And the people from inside literally laughed at us for no reason.

Ordered delivery, an hour and a half passed and tracker is still on quality check. I end up driving to the store myself to pick it up. When I get to the car I find all the food cold. Never again.

1st: The website isnt working right. The tracker doesnt work and there is no way to find your order history so I can't even tell if my order went through. 2nd: It is a Thursday night, currently 8:30pm and I have been waiting for someone to answer the phone at this specific location for 15 minutes so far. Are they closed? Did my order go through at all? If payment hits my card and I dont get my order I'm disputing it since its not possible to get through to a person via phone. Update: now 30min waiting for them to answer the phone... Update 2: 50 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone. Update 3: food showed up after an hour and a half. I canceled the attempted call at one hour and 10 minutes of waiting. Driver said they were just busy. Not an excuse. Since its become too difficult for dominos to keep up with their customers and have thrown their customer service abilities in the gutter I will go back to my regular place. This was the only time I've ordered from dominos this year. Never again. Do better or close down. Pathetic.

Your driver has been literally driving around with my pizza for almost 40 mins. Your business is 4 miles from my house. Why am I paying $5 fee for him to make multiple drops?! Maybe instead of giving away an “emergency” pizza, you could do away with the $5 fee.

I arrived to pick up my order and when I looked at it I told her that I felt it was overcooked. Told I was wrong and this is the way it comes. Talked to the manager and he said the same thing. He asked if I asked to have it lightly done and I told him there's no option on the app for that. He told me to call the store. Took the pizza home and if it wasn't overcooked why was the pepperoni almost black. Totally disappointed

Very disappointed with this Location! I had Dominos App for years and I order with my App all the time. Last night I did an order like always, they send me the confirmation email an show me the status like always, after an hour and half later the “manager” call me that they have the order ready but that I place wrong the Location, I told her that I don’t pick, the application does base in location, she did told me she could send someone to make the delivery but at the same time she did have drivers at the moment and I was out of the limits anyways, so yes but no! then I ask her why call me an hour and a half later when the food was done and ready just to tell me she will Cancel the order anyways?, she said because we only see the order of the food, which make me wonder, the times that this happen with more people! she also told me that I should call the other Dominos location directly to place my order and don’t use the app. The sad part is that I ask her about the food and if it was going to be wasted and she said yes! I asked to talked with a manager, she said she was the manager In charge! No help at all 😓 Very frustrated so please don’t reliable on the app with this location call directly to this store! And confirm first!

I gave this establishment 2 stars because I had to literally wait 32 minutes for a pizza to arrive and then it was incorrectly made. I called and was on hold for 3 minutes and although Christina corrected my order, I had to wait 33 more minutes for it to arrive. Granted, this Domino's is literally 5 minutes from my house.

Gave them 5 stars. Pizza arrived 30 minutes after order on a Friday night. Both pizzas arrived correct and Very hot. Rodolfo delivered with courtesy and was very nice.

Order a Pizza and Liter of Coke and I got a very Small Pizza, looks more like a Personal Pizza, when I call to ask why they charge me to much money is was $19.25

Yeah I've genuinely enjoyed domino's from this specific location for over a decade and I come in today and notice that everyone who's handling food can't stop touching their ears because they're wearing headphones. So I've watched everyone behind the counter that handles food , touch ears and not wash hands after doing so.

No one wears a glove, it is disgusting

I would like to start by saying I don’t blame the team at this location, they are in Kissimmee so it’s pretty busy and I get that. But someone at this location needs to hire more drivers. It seems like there are only one or two so while the prep team takes only 10 minutes to prep which is pretty good the drivers don’t make it back to the store for another 10 to 15 minutes and then take out so many orders they won’t get to you for another half hour. Good quality pizza and quick made but just go in for carry out, they are understaffed and overworked, help them out.

I had a bad experience with my order and informed management, , took them a bit to get back to me but when they did they made it right. Its good to know that store is trying to be better to do better. I will be giving them another shot. Thank you Chris for your help

I ordered pizza from here and they STOLE MY MONEY!!! I spoke to someone named Tiana and explained that I never received my order and she said she canceled my order!!!! She canceled for me being too far? But then why accept it in the first place? She was very disrespectful and didn't refund my money! They for sure have a scam going on here! How can you take someone's money and not pay it back???? Dominoes has a serious issue on hand!

Walked in to pick up order that we had placed! No greeting, no one moment, just looks at each other and laughs. Finally the one kid comes off make washes hands comes up front and says ,can I help you,? Tell him my name , he goes to look for order, hands me order ask for parmesan cheese , he had to think about it and then says No! That and the store smelled like pot when my husband and I walked in .

If you are a visitor to the USA and do not own an American credit card. You cannot access the pizza deals. 4 pizzas for $90 is really expensive plus they got the order wrong.

So just a heads up. If you order from Dominoes pizza on vine Street next to the Walmart grocery. They will take your money and cancel.your order. This is fraud and its just the starting point. They deliver and make raw pizza thinking it will pass and you'll eat it. Remember this store is no good and they ruined my son's 7th birthday party. Be aware that they are crooks.

I had been going to this store for a while and the service recently has gotten worse. Today was my last day. I think it might be due to management change. I ordered a veggie pizza and didn’t notice when I looked at it in the store but when I got home, I saw little bits of meat all over hidden in the pizza. I returned to the store and when I asked the manager, instead of apologizing and remaking the pizza , he was rude. Whoever the manager was during the night shift shouldn’t be working there. Wouldn’t recommend this place —rather pay a little extra to go to Papa John’s or Pizza Hut.

This has to be the worst dominos I have ever ordered from. I’m on vacation from NY and placed an order at 6:30 pm. I have not received it at 8:20 pm. At 7:02 I received a notification that my ONE medium pie with no toppings on it was being taken out of the oven and “checked…” but still nothing. I have called the store and sat for 20 minutes on the phone with no answer. This really blows my mind. Three children at home waiting for their pizza. Definitely disappointed.

Wish i could give a 0. Ordered food 20-30 mins before close & live less than a mile away. Tracker said it was done 7 minutes before they close. No one ever took the delivery. It never showed it going for delivery and never came. They just closed early and ignored my delivery, which i was charged for.

They not like the way they used to be they don’t even do a quality check how they give me Parmesan bites without Parmesan, bacon pizza with only 2 to 3 pieces of bacon, cinnamon knots without icing and then when you call and complain to them they just put you on hold to talk to the manager and no body answer they ignore you till you just hang up

These guys are really bad. Don't bother ordering from them, they're always bad at delivering on time. My order sat in the "checking quality" step for an hour. No call to tell me what the issue is, pizza is probably cold, and I've been on hold for over 30 minutes now. Useless store, you're better off elsewhere.

I live very close to the Kissimmee area location n like to order from them at least 2or 3x a month. However I have been disappointed because several times our food has arrived cold. When I call to ask why the Mgr. Insisted that driver came straight to my location but their tracker indicates otherwise. My son does enjoy their food but I am spanning out to other pizzerias that can work with me so that we get a decent hot meal. What bothered me most is how Mgr. Was not very nice and talked to me like maybe I was trying to get some kind of compensation when I only wanted to see if something could be done.

Not really sure what's going on lately with this location. No one is answering the phone. On hold for over 20+ minutes and sometimes the line just disconnects. Orders are taking an extremely long time to be delivered, my orders will get stuck on Quality Check for 30+ minutes then when it finally arrives it's cold. I think they are just so understaffed they don't have any workers or drivers.

Woow, I put one because I really can't put 0 terrible service. They don't answer the calls. I placed an order from 10pm. It arrived at 11:50 pm almost 3 hours for a pizza. Isn't serious? señores no me parece que la persona encargada de hacer las pizzas, este atendiendo la caja y recibiendo dinerocon sus manos sin guantes.. y después sin ningún tipo de limpieza en la manos, sigue haciendo pizzas... pueden revisar sus cámaras de vigilancia( anexo la foto de la hora de mi orden) y puedan constatar ese problema de higiene... muy mal no vuelvo a ir a este punto de venta.. y soy un cliente habitual.

The pizza just tastes weird. I don't think it is the stores fault. It is just the actual company and their product. The pizzas are cooked well and the dough is soft but the actual flavor is just off somehow. I haven't ordered in years but since it is less than a half mile from my house, I thought I would give it a go. Disappointed. The store did their job. Dominoes needs better ingredients. 2 medium pizzas for 14 is about right considering the taste .. I prefer the frozen ones from.7-11.
