Baxter's is my favorite coffee shop in Somerset!

This placed was very sweet! They were VERY nice and replace my drink after I have spell a drink in the car. They also know my order! They are the best I love how the drink come out and very good.

would’ve been good if when u asked for CHOCALTE CHIP MUFFIN i wouldn’t have gotten BLUEBERRY…very disappointed..ruined my morning..and now i’m gonna have a bad day cuz ppl don’t know how to listen and pay attention.

My absolute favorite coffee shop. Baxters is a locally famous coffee shop in Somerset KY. If you are a local, 9 times out of 10, you'll choose Baxters over Starbies any day. Their ice coffee is always consistent. I've been a rewards member for over 10 years and guess what, my order was only wrong one time and as a result, I got an extra coffee that day. Honestly, this business takes pride in serving the community. My dog even loves coming to Baxters for smiles and a pup cup on Saturdays when we are out and about. They have decaf options for pretty much everything on their menu. If you love energy drinks, they most recently started creating energy bolts for their seasonal menus and they come with a kick. The seasonal menus are really nice because everyone looks forward to seeing what amazing creations they will come up with next. If you are visiting from out of town, give Baxters a try. You'll fall in love with this Lake Cumberland staple.

When me and my sister walked in the girls at the counter complimented one of our jackets and then they all started laughing. Our matcha lattes were good just wish I didn't get it with a side of public humiliation.

I always get the white hot chocolate with peppermint. DELICIOUS.

Baxter's is a great locally owned coffee and specialty drink business. They roast their own beans and sell all that world famous shops do at a competitive price and great customer service with a wide variety of choices! Great place to gather for a drink, do some work, be with friends, or just enjoy a great cup of coffee with local atmosphere! Highly recomended!!!

Different feel from the other Baxter's coffee shop. They have my daughter an iced large green tea because the raspberry tea was too sweet. No questions asked. 1/1/24 I had a Cranberry orange muffin and a white mocha cappuchino with one scoop of mix (I like my drinks extra lightly sweetened). Amazing!!😃

I have nothing but good things to say about this place, my local coffee shop, a great place to sit and reconnect with friends, work, or get a great coffee. A few of my favorites are the caramel blitz, horchata, passion fruit drinks, all the muffins are amazing, and the Brew Of The Day is always exceptionally good coffee. Great baristas too.

I was visiting the area and stopped in early for a latte. Drive thru and parking lot were full and several people inside. They were friendly, polite, and efficient. There were 7 staff that I could see, and they were all hustling. As well oiled a machine as Chick-fil-A! They had a nice assortment of baked goods. Coffee and bagel were delicious! Highly recommend!

As someone who worked at a Starbucks, this place is a huge upgrade. The pasties are fresh and light, no evidence of being previously frozen like Starbucks. The staff are excellent, warm and welcoming. The drinks are superb. I only wish I wasn't just visiting for the weekend so I could come here every morning before work.

Ordered a cinnamon roll latte. The price was decent for the size but it didn't really taste like it had espresso in it. Pretty much tasted like an overly sweet cinnamon roll milk to me. We ordered in the drive through so I didn't notice soon enough to ask to have it remade but my husband (who doesn't really like coffee) enjoyed it. I'll likely try again but order something different.

Baxter's is, and always will be the go-to for me when it comes to coffee. They have an excellent selection of drinks and i love their zucchini muffin for a quick breakfast pick me up. My go to drink is a the white mocha cap, and it is very consistant when it comes to quality. I prefer to buy local and their location is close to my house. All of the workers always have a smile on their faces and are willing to help you in any way possible. Don't forget to grab some merch if you go inside.

Great place to get coffee. It's way cheaper the star bucks. And taste better.

"Iced-Caramel" Joe... that's my muh f'n homeboy!! Let me preface this by saying I hate coffee. Hate everything about it smell taste color I mean it's brown.. hard to think of that color without thinking yep that's right sh... ovels full of dirt. Get your head out of the gutter, what you think I was going to say?? All jokes aside The thing is so good that before I know it I'm sucking the bottom of the cup out wishing there was more but that sound lets me know there is not. Tragic.

Technically, not food, ordered coffee. Shot in the Dark with Samantra blend (dark). Dark chocolate iced cold brew. Highly recommend.

A wonderful place to visit with friends. Everyone is really nice here, and the food and fresh coffee is good!

I've heard a lot of good things about Baxter's so I decided to give it a try today and I was sorely disappointed. My LARGE latte came to $5.77 and was barely 12 ounces. Couldn't taste any espresso in it. It makes Starbucks look like a non-profit. (seasoning is for size comparison)

I know people who only drink Baxter's Coffee since they say it is the best. They have other things beside coffee like smoothies and muffins that are amazing too.

The coffee and atmosphere was great.

The coffee was delicious, but their customizable options were limited. We simply wanted to add 2 pumps of white mocha to a Vanilla Blitz and was told they couldn't do it because of "the machine they used to mix the drink." Had never heard that before and it didn't make any sense. Needless to say, we haven't been back since.

This was my second time here and I will say that the Mocha Jo is so far my favorite coffee! The staff are extremely nice and welcoming and I always get greeted with a smile! I highly recommend this cafe!

Absolutely incredible coffee. Unfortunately, I can't always stop and enjoy due to the long wait. Vehicles are usually lined up to the main road waiting. Very busy place due to the great beverages.

Great place for breakfast snack foot and coffee. Only down side drink is the pumpkin spice Latte didn't really have any pumpkin spice flavor.

Baxters South really knows there customers! I can pull up for a "Medium Mike" and they always got me.

I love coffee and they have the best coffee I have ever had drink. He roast his own coffee and it is from one farm in Costa Rico. He roast his coffee at his shop and it is fresh every day. I buy 10 pounds of coffee every time I visit. My employees love this. THIS IS THE BEST COFFEE YOU WILL EVER DRINK!!!

Wicked good espresso drinks with all sorts of seasonal flavors! They have a hefty selection of bakery items, a sort of rustic cabin feel on the inside, and a great staff that's friendly to ask about current faves and the locations make this small chain of shops easy to access and quick to get in and out of! Go Baxter!

They have very friendly staff and their drinks are locally renowned. I had a caramel apple vider and my girl had a vanilla pumpkin latte. Both were delicious.

My chai latte with a shot of espresso is always good. I hate that I can't get it on Sunday, but also respect that the establishment gives their employees a guaranteed day off. Though I am not personally Christian, it is nice that they make the day off a Sunday, as most folks in the area are of Christian faith. Seems to be a place that is respectful of their community and also provides a great product. My wife and I enjoy.
