Delicious steak dinner. Manny was a top notch server. Only issue was it was a bit loud where we were sitting.

We were so lucky to find her here as she had been our server previously at Red Fish! Immediately recognize her friendly face and great customer service.

Had such a pleasant dinner with my family. While I opted for some lighter faire by opting for the caesar salad, the branzino with fennel salad, and the delicate pavlova, we went crazy with ordering apps, entrees, and desserts. Thank you to Manny for serving us and keeping us hydrated with lotsssss of sparkling water, and kudos to the bar for keeping up with busy orders on such a busy night! I am happy to say I will be back soon! :)

Not a great experience. Our food took over an hour to come out of the kitchen. The GM came to reassure us that our food was coming and offered us focaccia while we waited, which we thought was on the house, but we ended up being charged for it. Despite waiting so long for our food, it came out cold. My fillet was a bit more cooked than I would like, but after such a long wait I was just happy to finally be having my meal. Then I noticed my friend cutting around a fillet she felt was too rare and realized we were served the wrong plates. Can’t blame the server, as it was the GM that delivered our plates to the table. Our server actually did everything possible to make up for it. Over all, not impressed considering what we paid for the meal.

My family were served by Manny and his team here at Beauty & The Butcher, and it was an absolute pleasure. Truly amazing service and amazing food. Everything specially our waiter was such a great time to be our first time there. The gentleman named Lars was such a nice guy and very caring from the beginning till the end. Our next time coming here i will make sure that Lars is our waiter.

Our recent date night at Beauty and the Butcher was nothing short of delightful. The sizzling Red Argentina shrimp was a standout delicately cooked, tender, and served with a satisfying sizzle that made each bite even more enjoyable. The shishito peppers were a fantastic accompaniment, offering a vibrant burst of flavor with just a hint of spice, making them an excellent choice for anyone seeking a light yet flavorful start to their meal. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the Korean BBQ top sirloin. The steak was cooked to perfection, incredibly tender, and infused with a smoky-sweet BBQ flavor that elevated each bite. Paired with two indulgent sides—the truffle mac and cheese, creamy and rich with the perfect touch of truffle, and the French onion mashed potatoes, which added a savory depth to the classic dish—this meal left us thoroughly impressed. One minor critique, it would be the drinks. While they were decent, they didn’t quite reach the same level of excellence as the food. A little more attention to balance could have made them shine. All in all, it was a memorable experience that combined outstanding service with an incredible menu. We highly recommend it for anyone seeking a delicious and elevated dining experience.

Manny provided us with excellent service and suggestions on what to order. Tania was also helpful in suggesting a great dessert. The food was excellent and definitely lives up to its Michelin rating!

The prices are ridiculous for both food and drinks. And the manager was rude. The restaurant was incredibly loud so we had to raise our voices to hear each other. The manager actually asked us to be quiet. We left.

We had a server named Lizbeth who made our evening. She had great recommendations for food and drink options that were spot on. All the food was great, well prepared, and the meal was paced nicely. Proportions were generous without being excessive. I thought there was no way a table of three (two ladies and one man) would finish three starters, three entrees and two (shared) sides, plus a shared dessert, but we did. It was just really good food and nobody wanted to leave a bite. I chose a 35 day aged Kansas City Strip. Good flavor, didn’t need any of the optional sauces with only salt and pepper crust. The wedge salad is well-reviewed and much better than I thought possible for a humble offering. The other items on the table were comparably good. The restaurant has a cool atmosphere, with older new wave music in the background and a contemporary vibe. Special compliments are earned by the bar and the phenomenal cocktails. Try the rose water item featured on the drinks menu. Prices are very high, as you’d expect for an establishment cited in the Michelin Guide. As always, you could argue that there are diminishing returns as you slide up the price scale. Although this is a steak house that delivers well on its core competency, I would argue that what makes The Beauty and the Butcher great is all the other stuff—the sides, the non-steak dishes, the drinks, and the service—which makes for a compelling whole.

Tonight was my first visit to Beauty and the Butcher and am definitely ready for a second visit. The Miami Spice menu was great and Lizabeth was so attentive. The French onion soup, herb chicken breast, and the carrot cake were definitely the best of the night.

I want to start by saying that our server Manny was terrific. Friendly, professional, charming, very communicative. I was puzzled when we entered the restaurant and the hostess couldn’t find our reservation;, then said she had found it, had us go to the bar, sat us at a table that had been open the entire time, and then asked me if my name was Micky. I also found the food to be very underwhelming. The furikake seasoning on the chips with the beef tartare made no sense and totally obscured the flavor of the beef. The cacio e Pepe was pedestrian. The cake was decent. I really was hoping for more from this experience.

Overall our experience was good! Food was good, and our server was helpful. I would say the main pull of this restaurant was the atmosphere compared to other steakhouses. With that being said, my husband ordered the t-bone steak off of the menu (the only t-bone listed) at 18 oz/$65. When we received the bill, his steak was listed at 20 oz/$95. When we asked our server about the difference, he apologized and said that he thought we meant the 20 oz when we ordered… which was not listed on the menu or mentioned to us as a special. He came back and said the manager removed one of our cocktails ($19) to make up for the mistake which still netted the restaurant up on profit. Our issue isn’t the price, at this point we had already spent $$$ and aren’t expecting a cheap dining experience — our issue is based off of principle. For management, rather than remove a drink that doesn’t equal the loss of the customer, honor the price that is listed on the menu. Not entirely the servers fault, and he was a great server, but this slip was just more so irritating after spending enough and leaving feeling taken advantage of. If there was a second t-bone on the menu, maybe ask to clarify moving forward— or list it on the menu. We even checked the menu online and in-print before leaving this review to make sure we weren’t crazy. Not to be a Karen, but if there isn’t a misunderstanding on the print menu, don’t add an additional $30 to our bill when we are already ordering 3 apps, 2 steaks, 2 sides, a bottle of wine, and multiple cocktails. As someone who worked in the industry, there is no need to up charge when we are already spending— and if you do, make up for it when called out and remove the difference, not just half of it. We enjoyed our meal, but given that issue, we’ll be going back to the steakhouses that strive for amazing customer experiences.

My friend and I came here for happy hour on a whim last night and loved it! The rose lychee cocktail is like plunging your nose into a bouquet of roses with each sip. We tried a few of their appetizers and all were delicious too. Our bartenders, Chris and Ana, took great care of us. They always checked in about any dietary restrictions or allergies with each order too. Chris even went above and beyond. His attention to detail and hospitality made our evening all the more enjoyable and elevated it too. Thank you!

Food was not good at all, serive was ok, bartender was trying her best even though she was busy, food was cold and didnt return it because i was so hungry and waited over an hour for a burger, manager didn't even bother to check up on us, just dropped one of our food items and that's it, we were still missing two. Dont recommend this place at all

What a truly wonderful restaurant! From the impeccable service to the impeccable food it was a delight from start to finish. An added bonus was their Miami Spice menu that made it an affordable Wednesday night dinner.

Amazing happy hour, don’t miss it!! The $12 smash burger is INSANE, if you’re a dirty martini lover get the “miss promiscuous”. Also the “perfect pear” cocktail was delicious -think an apple pie cocktail over ice but with pear instead. Also the Citrus Pavlova for dessert was a MUST. Yum

My first time dinning at beauty and the butcher, the food was excellent. We started off with croquettes, which were deliscious. I had the farrow island salmon, very tasty and cooked with great flavor. The carrot cake was a must have!

We enjoyed the drinks, which were balanced and not too sweet. The menu is inspired by American cuisine, focusing on fresh, high-quality ingredients. The menu is diverse, offering a bit of everything. We ordered the Lobster Salad, which I loved for its presentation as it resembles a deconstructed lobster salad. We also tried the steak tartare with Asian touches, and it was fantastic. Naturally, we ordered a very good dry-aged meat cut, the pork chop, and paired it with a delicious Cacio e Pepe. The desserts were great for sharing and a perfect way to end the meal. Our server was attentive and made excellent recommendations. We want to return to try the happy hour and the bar menu.

The lamb ribs were tasty! There was a little more fat on the rib than I desired, but tasty nonetheless. And I just loved my cocktail. It was called Belle something. I can’t remember the full name. But here is a video. Very upscale, adult Beauty and the Beast vibes.

Had Beauty and the Butcher on my list for awhile. The food was excellent, met my expectations. The decor is fun, modern and fits the restaurant. JORDAN went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of - his service was exceptional! Thank you Jordan. We will be back.

The 35 day aged porterhouse was amazing. They cooked it perfectly, medium rare. The French onion mashed potatoes, black truffle Mac & cheese, and charred broccolini were amazing sides. The Beauty chocolate cake was not too sweet! Highly recommend this spot for a fancy date night dinner!

It was my first time eating here and overall it was a great experience. Only thing I must say it was a little warm. Air conditioner needs to be set lower.
