Loved everything!! Customer service is great! Clean space, very friendly atmosphere, safe environment for kids, good instagram post worthy ice cream shop. Hanya the employee who attended me was overall the sweetest! She gave amazing dipping and topping recommendations and made the customer experience go so well I’ll definitely be back, hopefully being attended by her!

Staff was nitting a beanie sitting on top of the freezers.

Had the Oreo Paleta and it was pretty good. Nice presentation and lots of topping options. A little pricy for my taste, $5 would be perfect I think.

They are not honest, be careful when you go to give gratitude because the percentages are altered, my account was $9.63 and 25% of that should be $2.4 and not $7.12, which means they are trying to steal from me. Be careful

I had a Groupon for this location and they refused to honor it and told me to get my money back. Didn’t even offer me some kind of a discount for my troubles because they didn’t even have a sign posted so I had already ordered. Thank God I had money and was able to pay for it but the reason I am writing this review is because it’s more than just a misunderstanding from what I hear this is something that has been going on for a while so I don’t understand why they wouldn’t put a sign , so that people wouldn’t waste their time and make a decision if they have the money and want to pay for the Paleta. That is bad customer service, especially when it’s an issue that they were aware of!

Always very attentive staff and the paletas will satisfy your sweet crazing without feeling too guilty!! I always get the mango paleta dipped in white chocolate and with coconut flakes! It's not too sweet which is awesome! If you're coming for the first time, definitely ask for recommendations. Trust me, they know what they're talking about! Just the experience in itself is so great!

Food was great. The girls that helped me were so nice and funny. The only thing i would say it to clean the outside tables more frequently cause we had to sit on a sticky icky table.

I have come to this location several times since their opening, years ago. Decided to take the kids and things are still running smoothly. We were in and out within minutes. They remembered to add my points for the rewards program and the kids loved their Oreo flavor and chocolate flavor. I tried the new Reese's Peanut Butter flavor, not the best, too much peanut butter, not enough chocolate. Other than that, the place was clean, and everything went well.

This really beautiful and sweet girl named Liham gave me the best customer service ever, i really love the way she took care of my order and actually helped me answer a few questions i had about the Paletas, she is a really amazing girl! and not only that the Paletas were AMAZING, so flavorful and tasty all of it was really good, no wonder this place has a lot of good reviews!

A lot of paletas flavors to choose, also great toppings. Still prefer traditional waffles cones but it’s a good option to try.

Definitely not worth $10. Tastes burnt because they have to melt the sides. I asked them not to but did anyway. Ice cream itself is flavorless. We ordered the vanilla bean and couldn’t taste it.

Called asking about a free paleta text I received that was not showing on my app and I was not able to get a straight answer. Please get texts and app working together and employees knowing what is going on. Edit: they made it right in the end and readded it to app quickly. Great customer service.

One of the best paletas in miami the Coral Gables location always has awesome vibes and the service excellent as always. The ladies at the counter always happy to take your order and help you with any questions you have on the different paletas they have and all the toppings and dips they offer. They always go above and beyond making you feel welcome. Well recommended

We spent a whole afternoon walking around and exploring Coral Gables and were tired, hot and hungry when we came across this Morelia. It has the best popsicles we’ve ever had - the Oreo, Strawberry filled with condensed milk and yogurt berry were all good. Service was great and good value for money.

Exquisite paletas; you must try. Strawberry cheesecake and Greek yogurt with berries are simply delicious.

I’ve been to the Gables and Grove locations and both are wonderful. The paletas are incredible! There’s a reason they are always full. The staff is always friendly and attentive. I highly recommend Morelia, they are great.

OMG…this hits every spot when you’re looking for something sweet after a lunch or diner. They have amazing flavors from strawberry and lime to cookies and cream and Dulce de leche FILLED with dulce de leche. 😋 If you can’t decide on what to get, you can ask the very friendly staff for suggestions or just think about your favorite dessert or candy bar and try to make that. I got a Belgium chocolate paleta with cookie sandwich , toasted marshmallow fluff and topped with graham cracker crumbs. Yeah…taste it.

OMG. This place! Little bit expensive - around $11 for a stick, but OMG tasted divine. Loved the Oreo one (dipped in white chocolate, then dusted with Oreo cookie bits and condensed milk). Yum 😋

The fact that I skip dessert at all my fav restaurants just to drive to buy their delicious ice scream says volumes. Be careful! It can get addicting. Service is A++++! Highly recommend.

One of the best Art deco paleta shop in Miami. This location is great, little on the small side, it also has seating on the sidewalk. The Paletes are delicious, pick a flavor paleta, dip into chocolate and pick a topping. 3 step process and enjoy 😋 Highly recommended 👌

Super interesting place. Ended up getting the Nutella with banana with almond cookie butter and nuts topped on it. It was pretty good but I tried another’s paleta with key lime base and graham crackers over it which was much better in my opinion. Was my first time trying paletas and it was great! Overall recommend just make sure to be picky about what you choose! 🤟

These paletas are delicious!!! I had a great time with my friends on thursday. The service was amazing, the girl had many orders and people making a line, yet she managed to give us ideas and serve us patiently, I didn’t want to bother asking for her name, I just noticed she had a charismatic personality and beautiful pins on her hat. I definitely will be coming back soon!
