It has been a few days since I had a horrible experience here. Not sure if the lady (cooking) was racist or it was just poor customer service. I was humiliated and embarrassed in front of more people. I was accused of stealing and these 2 ladies never recognized their mistake. This is the day I still feel emotional distress (seriously bad). Horrible experience, never coming back.

Bad experience!! Manager needs to be more professional when dealing with customers. Food is not great either. Never coming back here.

A hidden gem. I know they are newer but literally the best wings in Lakeland never mind the people working there are so nice and helpful referring you to their favorite flavors. I promise you won’t go anywhere else for wings now!

My husband and I dropped by the newest location for lunch today and it did not disappoint! We were promptly greeted and the workers were so kind. Our food was HOT and FRESH! We’re loyal customers of Bedrock and will continue to be!

If this is the destination of your dining experience I would suggest going elsewhere strongly! I got it to go order from Uber from there last night that could not have been the last thing I would have expected at all! My Cuban had little to no mayonnaise and mayo, the fried mushrooms were burned as hell, the onion rings were soggy and I haven't even attempted to chef salad yet but I can't wait to see what I find out about that itself! This is one restaurant I will never visit again and I will always advised strongly against ever going to by anyone else I know

don't order take out!!...they will leave items out of your order!!

Some of the most unwelcoming service I have ever experienced. Came in here on Sat 7/20 (in the afternoon with nobody there at the time) and as soon as we came in the guy that was in there stared me down like I was about to do something to him. Didn't say a word and ignored us. When we decided on something the young girl in there stared at her phone and never made eye contact with us. The guy I mentioned before then stared us down again like we were bothering him greatly. Obviously we turned around and left, and told them to take care of themselves. Still not a word. Can't say I ever experienced something like that before. If service is even 5% important to ya id steer clear.

I was happy to eat here today, until I seen a manager stomping on a roach in the back, after I seen his stomping on the roach I seen another one in the corner dead already. Not to mention my chicken tender was burnt and I couldn’t even eat it. As I was walking in they were looking at me with a stank face. The people cooking in the kitchen looked like they didn’t want to be there. As I was walking in the store I got a weird smell. It took them a long time to make 4 chicken tenders with fries, which was burnt. I tried to break the chicken tenders in pieces but it was to burnt. When I was biting into the chicken tenders I felt like I was biting some hard candy.

this place sucked so bad. there was a big roach on the ground and every single chicken item we bought was dry. I have no words to say this place is just trash never go there unless you want to get poisoned. i’m pretty sure i felt the crunch of a roach in my food.

I was really excited to try this place, especially since it's right next to the brewery I go to, but I was highly disappointed. We order boneless wings and an order of pretzels. The wings had no flavor, and the pretzels were deep fried and were bland, my kids wouldn't even eat them. We always give places two tries, so I will update when that happens.

I was not greeted nor acknowledged upon entering and my quesadilla had no cheese so I had to add my own cheese when I got home…

These are the BEST chicken wings I have ever had!! They are chrispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. They have a wide variety of sauces that are delicious. The city of Lakeland has never had a place for good chicken wings-----until now---Bedrock Wings! I have been looking for a good chicken wing restaurant in Lakeland since the mid 1970's, and now I have found it! Thanks for your wonderful employees and your DELICIOUS food!!

I absolutely love going to this place anytime I'm in Lakeland. They're Cuban is pretty good and their fries are always fresh. Very affordable. Give him a chance you won't be disappointed

They cook ro order so the food is fresh and hot. The chicken is really good and they have lots of sauces to choose from. The prices are fair and the food is delicious.

Very slow food service. food is good. Wings are great. They are seriously slow to make lunch orders. They prioritize phone orders over in restaurant diners. 30 minute wait for burger, the last three Tuesdays is too long during lunch. Lunch for most is 30min to an hour. It ruins the experience waiting on food. Please get more people. We won’t return unless we have a lunch greater than an hour.

Wings are SO good of course as I’ve had them at their other location. I just want to point out a particular employee. Jon (I hope I spelled that right) had me try a hot honey flavor of some sort. I probably have the flavor wrong but either way, IT WAS SO GOOD. We ordered 20 of them! He was super nice and had great customer service. Someone give that kid a raise honestly. Hard workers are hard to find anymore. 10/10 recommend this as a place downtown and even more so if Jon is your guy!

Bed Rock’s wings are worth the trip! As a Wing Traveler, I journeyed from Orlando and was blown away by their flavor. These wings are a must-try for any enthusiast. Crispy, succulent, and utterly satisfying. Worth every mile!

Nasty attitude by the cashier he gave change to my colleague and proceeded to drop wings without washing his hands and no gloves on that's Nasty that's borderline health code violation Luckily I haven't ordered and I walked out went to palace pizza

In my opinion the best wings in Lakeland

On any given day (without a special), a 10 wing basket, an order of regular fries, and a soda will cost over $22 - without a tip. On my trip, I didn't get wings. They looked great, but too expensive. And that's a shame, because that's what Bedrock Wings is known for. But it's also located in downtown Lakeland now, where a lot of people want to come for lunch, and their wings are not priced for lunch. Even the wing basket (which comes with an unspecified number of wings - the website doesn't say and neither does the online ordering portal), comes in at over $20 if you add a soda, after tax (not to mention the $1 online ordering surcharge if you don't order in the store). (edit...the wing basket comes with 7 wings. Website doesn't list any quantities under the Baskets section, or when ordering online, but the number IS listed under the weekday specials.) The rest of the menu is...huge...and from the looks of it, unmanageable. On my visit, the three staff members were all very friendly, but very overwhelmed. 136 menu items and 45 sauces!! Everything from wings (excellent) to quesadillas, cobb salads, and chicken phillys. I tried the fish and chips basket because it was the special for Friday. The fish were hot and crispy, but tiny. 7 tiny pieces of fish. The fries were excellent. But I couldn't believe the size of the fish. I basically paid for breading, because the fish were so thin and small that there was hardly any meat. $11 on special, usually $13. Worth it? Probably not. My guest got the chicken philly. Chicken was warm and a nice portion, but absolutely no flavor. Bland. And she never complains, but she said: "this chicken has no flavor." And she was right. I hope you're seeing the good and the bad here, because I don't like to write one-sided reviews. There's some things that Bedrock is doing really well: kind service and hot food. But...what could make it even better? What I'd suggest for Bedrock would be a drastic overhaul of the menu. It's a tiny eatery in downtown Lakeland. If you want a sandwich, go to Jimmy Johns. Want a burger? Go to Chop Shop. Want a salad, go to ANY RESTAURANT - they all have them. Fish? Go to Harry's or Mr. Fish (depending on budget). Tacos? There's the Taco Bus across the street. Bedrock Wings needs to be about one thing: Wings. Traditional, boneless, and for something special, cauliflower wings (although Fresco's Cauliflower Wings are AMAZING and only a few steps away, and a much more generous portion). Wings, fries, chicken tenders (maybe), celery, carrots, sauces. 45 sauces? No. Pick some to keep, and some to rotate. The menu on the TV screens in the restaurant is jam packed. You can hardly read it all. It's sectioned into quarters and squares and there's no rhyme or reason to where items are placed. It's overwhelming. And it's located at the front of the restaurant, so you can't reference it when you're ordering. Any time a customer looks at a menu and needs to "take it all in", it's way too big. Cut the menu and you get: less training time, less pickup time, less customer confusion, less inventory, less overhead, less waste, less cost...better prices, better consistency, better quality, better identity, better pickup time, a better experience in every way. Clearly, customers are coming for the wings. Nearly all the five star reviews are because of the wings. So embrace what you're good at and ditch the rest. Oh, and if one ranch or blue cheese dip comes with five wings, then make it two sauces for 10 wings, and three for 15. Customers shouldn't have to pay for an extra sauce when they order twice as many wings.

Good food for the price, about the same quality wise as Salem’s , but what I think makes them better is they have a wider variety of sauces which I loved, I had the pebbles sauce on the fish which tastes like actually taste like fruity pebbles , odd but really good, and hot honey on the wings. Definitely would come back .

I appreciate the boneless being lightly breaded. Busy night during first friday but the staff was attentive. Nice atmosphere busy but not crazy. Great food, fresh and hot and delicious. A+

Kaylee and Jenna absolutely killed on their wings. They were cooked perfectly with a light crisp and tender inside. I’ve always enjoyed their wings but the new location and staff are absolutely killing it. 10/10 would recommend!

When I arrived at the restaurant and saw the guy from Taco Bus working there I soon realized the food and atmosphere was probably bad. I grabbed my doordash order and the bag was covered in grease and he gave me an attitude when I asked for a different bag. He doesn’t care about the restaurant or the people. FIRE HIM!!!

My wife and I have concluded fantastic burgers, and onion rings, and french fries. Oh my God 🥰🥰

Absolutely ridiculous!!!! A wing place that can't do wings correctly.. A complete waste of money & time!! Literally the worst wings I've ever had & the tater tots are just as disappointing. We will never be back, nor will we ever recommend this place

Always forget to leave reviews everywhere but Bedrock is our GO TO for wings. It’s become our favorite addiction, not soggy, always crisp, always saucy, fries on point, flavor on point NO complaints what so ever. Looking for good wings, even ordering to the house it comes fresh

My husband and I went to this location last night both ordered the bedrock burger, this burger was no joke huge and loaded with the entire kitchen, we enjoyed it. The server was helpful and the cook was outstanding. Thank you we will return.

This new wing spot is small and friendly and if you are a real foodie you know the small spots hit! Very clean, food was fresh and crisp! - Also Moe is a worker there and he was phenomenal. Super kind and very funny! Definitely circling back…again today lol! Many blessings on this place! May God continue to grow you guys!

We waited 25 minutes for The food that was literally so bland and the boneless wings were offensive to say the least and my friend couldn’t get a refund because “the manager isn’t here”

This location made some really awesome wings today. If you like some spice I recommend the Nashville hot. Hopefully they stay consistent because it was a 5/5 experience

I got a philly cheesesteak and it was easily one of the best i’ve ever eaten. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Came here with my daughter’s cheerleading team we got pressed Cuban basket’s all the way and being from Tampa I have to say that the Cuban’s here were amazing!!! My other daughter got the Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich basket and she loved it and they toasted the bread perfectly! The bread was so good and fresh!!! The baskets came with freshly cooked crinkle fries and drinks with free refills!! I have to say that the whole team throughly enjoyed eating here!! The service was very fast, accurate and pleasant! We will definitely be back!!! Thank ya’ll for being so kind and patient with all of us.

I liked this restaurant when it was in Auburndale. Now I can enjoy it on lunch breaks in Downtown Lakeland. Same great food and service with a great casual atmosphere and a nice location.

These wings are absolutely perfectly cooked. Perfect crispy outside. Lots of sauces to try too! I got the Carolina Reaper sauce which I think is their hottest sauce, and my only critique would be that I hope they add some even hotter sauces soon 👀 Great friendly staff and nice environment!!

First person I saw when I walked in was Moe! That dude is always around and always pleasant to talk to! Moe provided great food and great service. I’m so glad this place is downtown now. I asked him what his favorite sauce was and he told me about this special combination he likes to make, so I told him to let me try it on my wings! I’m a big fan of wings and this place did not disappoint! Would recommend to a friend, and will be returning soon.
