This location has a variety of seating. Cheeseburger hot and just right. Fries came out fresh and hot too!!! Gina took care of everything.

Ordered 10 wings last night. I ordered them hot and wet. They weren't even close to wet (dripping in sauce). They were very dry on the outside. The chicken itself was juicy but that was mainly because of the fat. These were the most fatty wings I've ever had from Beefs. This used to be my absolute favorite place for wings. Huge disappointment this time. My wife and daughter ordered boneless wings. They were so small it was almost like popcorn chicken. And both of them had an upset stomach this morning.

Ordered a simple hamburger with French fries. The hamburger with lettuce, tomato and onion. What I received you will see in the pictures. Whoever is working the back. Really needs to make sure the food that's Going Out is prepped correctly? Who do I talk to about this meal that they just sent me I wish I this thing would let me show you how wonderful this burger looked, but it won't. But trust me, it had 2 slivers of red onion look like the bottom of the PAN on a little bit of shredded lettuce, the tomatoes were fine. One out at three I don't consider good

Dined in yesterday and Gina was my server and her service was outstanding! She truly cares about her customers and takes very good care of all her tables! The food was delicious.. I got the pretzel and philly cheesesteak and was so impressed! 5 stars for the service and food!

As soon as we walked in it was an awesome experience. C.J rocked it , she had such a great personality and did an amazing job. We need more people like her in the restaurants, it would make their ratings go up. And I can not stop there, I need to give props to the amazing Cook . All of our food was so good omg, one of the best Mushroom Burgers I've had in a long time. This place is one of the best places I have eaten at . Thank you for the great service.

We went to the Beef O'Bradys on Spring Hill Dr for a wedding celebration luncheon. We had 30 people and we reserved the back room. Makayla was our waitress and she did an amazing job ❤️

Good food in a sports atmosphere.

I am the general manager of a manufacturing facility in the industrial park. I have them 2 stars only because lunch is great. I bring clients in quite often for lunch and I've never had a bad lunch there, however, I have tried dinner there a few times and have not yet had a good experience. The service is always good but the food at night is completely forgettable. We tried dinner once more last night. When the food did come out the fries were not even warm, both orders of wings were cold. One order of wings were bite size at best. This will be the last trip I will make for dinner. If you want a good lunch I would definitely recommend them but if you want a good dinner, I would definitely pass.

I haven’t been here in years & my husband and I were so surprised with how good the food was! Gina was absolutely fantastic & so personable too.

Visiting from out of town and always want to come back every time to have the fish tacos. Gina our waitress was very kind and took care of us. As we were leaving, she even walked to the front door with us and held it open for my aging father who struggles to walk with a cane.

Last year we got good food every time we went in. But when we order to go lately we are always very disappointed... love beefs but this is the 2nd time they've messed up the whole order. Wings were soggy and sauces were wrong. Will try again because could have been an off night. Just disappointed when you spend $50 plus and still don't get what you were craving.

The customer service is very good.

My husband said the salads were good. It is not the restaurant's fault they have the automated system. The server said if you call the first time you get the automated system, hang up and call back and you should get a person to place your order. I have been sick today and did not leave a fair review.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Beef 'O' Brady's and was blown away by the exceptional service provided by the bartender Stacey. From the moment I sat down, She greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. Not only was Stacey incredibly friendly and personable, but their knowledge of the drink menu was impressive. They took the time to recommend a few specialty cocktails, and I must say, each one was expertly crafted and absolutely delicious. Throughout my visit, Stacey remained attentive, ensuring my glass was never empty and always checking to see if I needed anything else. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly elevated my dining experience. In addition to their excellent service, the atmosphere at Beef 'O' Brady's was inviting and lively, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a long day. Overall, I can't speak highly enough of the bartender Stacey at Beef 'O' Brady's. Their outstanding service, combined with the fantastic drinks, made for a memorable evening. Mikaylah was awesome as a server and the food was great!

Just left this dirty place.. will never, ever go again.. first the waitress was on her first day.. I get it . As we all have to start somewhere... however, she should never been allowed on the floor with what minimal training she obviously had.. we where a table of 3.. she took 2 drink orders and started to walk away.. we called her back, and she said I was just going to see if we had what you ordered.. how about taking our whole order... we then order two burgers and an order of shrimp(app to be eaten as an entree) app was out asap.. but it gets better.. the menu clearly states 12 shrimp to the order (I checked) only got 6.. and it looked like they through it in the bowl.. the sauce was all over the place.. the tap beer was disgusting.. who knows when they last cleaned their lines.. Just do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.. I totally blame management for all these problems!! As this happened yesterday, I would like to add that the manager (Jared) did reach out to us, in order to rectify the situation.. he fully understood our concerns and the reason for this review.. He has promised to make instant changes to these problems. Perhaps we will give them another chance. TBD.. but take this review with a grain of salt.. hopefully, these issues of ours will not be yours! Thank you Jared, for being a responsible manager..

I just moved to Springhill and always love Beef o Brady’s. This was my first time at the Spring Hill location. Gina was our server. She was absolutely amazing. She was very attentive. She had great hospitality. She had a smile on her face the whole time very polite food came out very fast with no issues and tasted great thanks to Gina we will be back to see her and have some amazing food!!!

Take out was complete garbage maby eating inside is a deferent experience but do not get take horrible

After eating here many times and having a few family parties in your banquet room I decided to take my wife out for dinner tonight 2/18. I ordered a Nashville hot chicken sandwich. First they brought out an over cooked plain chicken sandwich. After asking why it looked different our waitress brought it back to the kitchen. The photo below is what came back. Same sandwich with seasoned salt and coleslaw added to it. Manager actually ended up comping the entire meal as he was so embarrassed they brought me such a gross meal. Be a long time before I ever go back there.

Walked in not one but two waitress looked right at me and smiled while standing at the bar for my pick up order and not one said anything,while a kitchen staff walking in kitchen vaping finally after 10min someone came out no wonder there slow.

SuperBowl Sunday!! They seemed to be flustered and confused walking around looking lost. it didn't really even seem to be that busy for orders not to be ready and lost!

We always stop and have lunch at this Beef's location when we're in the area. Love their Philly Cheesesteak and Cheeseburger wrap! Skylar was our waitress this time and she was very prompt and friendly. Hope to see her again next time!

Jared, the manager of such a beautiful work of art that is the Spring Hill Beef O’ Brady’s, I’m told manages his employees with valor and respect. Stacy, a bartender above all others, brings a gentle and passionate flow to their work environment. This leaves the customers with a gentle calm feeling of warmth and comfort as they enjoy their above standard beverage.

2023: Great service and great food. We will be back! Jan 2024: UPDATE: My recent dining experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth, primarily due to a billing mishap that tarnished an otherwise decent meal. The final bill for two people amounted to $48, but when I received my credit card statement 2 weeks later, I was shocked to see a charge of $128. Upon contacting the store's manager, I was informed that the server mistakenly added an $80 tip to my tab after we had signed and left the premises. While I appreciate the manager's prompt action in rectifying the error, the fact that this egregious mistake occurred in the first place is deeply unsettling. The delay in addressing the issue allowed the server to take home an extra $80, which was a staggering ten times the actual amount I had authorized as a tip. The food was commendable, and the service, while not exceptional, certainly did not warrant an $80 tip, or even the extra $8 that should have been the case. NOTE: There's a glaring discrepancy when a server claims a tip that is twice the total bill amount. This incident has left me questioning the integrity of the establishment's billing practices and the oversight in place to prevent such discrepancies. While the food was satisfactory, the mishandling of the billing process has cast a shadow over what would have otherwise been a forgettable dining experience. 🤔
