Wow, went bad again, hot coffee in the gross flavors after 6, and vacuuming next to my table. Wow. The red haired store manager is extremely unprofessional and rude. I wonder why the restaurant is empty after 5 pm? If she does not like you because of her poor management, then she will talk about you to all of her employees. How funny, lol. Like high-school. I will go to the other one on Cortez again for awhile. Ashame that they keep such poor help.

They refuse to give anything back to the community. I called on behalf of a local middle school to see about sponsoring 1 meal for the football team and they said absolutely not, we don’t do this. Spend your money and eat somewhere that cares about its community. Two thumbs down.

Went with my mom. We had 2 orders. Picked up my order. Then went to pick up my moms food. The woman making the food forgot to put the soup on the plate. I told her the soup is missing. She said somebody already picked it up. I was confused. She said, weren't you just here and picked up the food? I said yes. I have 2 orders. This is the second. And I need my soup. She said it again. Somebody already picked it up. She implied I stole soup and tried to get another one for free. She has no common sense and is ignorant. I should have asked for the manager. Unacceptable. To accuse paying customers of stealing food. But she didn't question who was the one that stole it. I used to come here many times a week. I'm done. Not a way to treat customers.

Great place. Enjoy the food and bakery. Prices a little high. Get on their app for discounts.

Have been coming to this Panera Bread for years and today I decide I done. 75% of the time the coffee is luke warm or empty in the dispensers. Manager is rude and not doing her job. Restaurant is dirty Homeless people at sleeping out on side wallk

Went today to get their delicious take on the fried chicken sandwich. The lady looked at us like we were idiots when we ordered it. It's the best thing on the menu and Panera took it away?!?! No reason to come back here now, I guess, until they bring back those signature chicken sandwiches! We had no idea they were limited time only. Really poor business decision

Gabriella took my order. After a VERY long day it was truly a pleasure ordering my food. She was patient, friendly and all around professional. In today’s workforce it’s almost a rarity to have an employee like her. Now to go home, relax and eat some good food after this extremely daunting day. Thank you!

Parking is a tight fit, but not horrible. It has a nice sitting area outside. There is normally only one cashier, which can be frustrating because of the wait, but it's not too bad most of the time. The food comes out at a decent pace. They have a wide variety of food, which is great. The only downside is the prices, which are a little high.

Great soups quick and easy pick up

I have yet to get a hot cup of coffee. Too often the urn is empty or sitting with Luke warm Java. I would suggest heated urns or coffee made to order. No restaurant can have a good reputation without serving hot coffee.

Was one of the first customers this morning. Light blend coffee was full of coffee grounds. Showed the coffee cup to Mgr. It took 15 minutes to brew another pot. Our toasted bagels became cold waiting for the coffee. The coffee counter was filthy, spilled milk, sugar and iced coffee was all over the counter. Mgr made no attempt to clean it up. I took a bunch of napkins and wiped down the counter. The cupboard door below was broken, stayed ajar. Customers were hitting their leg on he opened door. One Customer complained to Mgr, she did nothing about it other than confirming that the door was broken. Will not be returning to this location, it was way too dirty for just being opened and the Mgr's professionalism was unsatisfactory.

Only thing I can recommend about this place is that they really need self serving kiosk like all other Panera. Overall wonderful place and friendly staff.

Restaurant needs serious updating. Not a clean feeling, very sticky floors, probably from cleaning solution, sticky counter, empty napkin holder. More attention to a cleaner restaurant would be great!

Have always ordered a FULL tuna salad on Asiago bagel. Used to get two bagels on the FULL sandwich. Today, only one bgel and no pickle. The cashier said "that's how they do it now". Instead of raising prices, the serving sizes are cut in half. I don't mind paying a little more for quality food. But half the food for the same price? Very disappointing!

Today Monday 4 December 2023 I went Panera and ask for late, she said sorry no late because we don’t have milk. Ok. But I will have 3 bagels toasted with butter. Oh sorry, we don’t have butter. I left. This is the third time they don’t have milk for late and second time no butter. December 4, 2023 at 11:25 M 😳

This is 3rd time we have tried ordering panera this year, thinking maybe it was just a fluke. The quality has gone down significantly. The frontega panini was one of my favs, i also paid extra for avocado. They put all of the ingredients to one side of the sandwhich, very little chicken and one small chunk of avocado is added, the sandwhich is mostly thick bread untoasted or pressed. French onion soup is loaded with chucks of onion with very little broth served like warm. Not to mention i spent almost $16 dollars for a hlf of sandwhich and cup of soup combo. Waste of money. Third time fool on me. You have definitely lost a customer.

BE AWARE PHOTOS OF PARTIALLY CHEWED FOOD. We ordered Uber eats. Ordered 4 Bread bowls and a full sandwich. I called the location to ask if they could recall making my sandwich and see if maybe they could recall if they put in a full sandwich.. The Manager Lisa said she couldn’t be sure if they did or did not (and her tone make me believe maybe they knew.) She immediately offered to refund the cost of the full sandwich because we only received 1/2 of the sandwich. End of call one. From here we sit down to eat and the sandwich literally stinks, like old nasty ham. So I called and attempted to let Lisa know while saying I am asking you to look at the meat. It’s no good and you are going to make people sick. She was like ok ok, I will take care of it (not even close to as nice as she was the first time. ) I am not looking for anything more then to make her aware. I told her to go look at my review and I will post photos. (I will take a photos and update in the morning so you can see it’s wasn’t eaten. It won’t be eaten because the meat is bad. And let’s not forget that extremely pitiful pickle that looks picked clean and ripped in half. I will be reaching out to corporate in the morning- you are going to cause someone to become very ill. Based on the reviews this is a habitual situation of serving food that wasn’t edible. I expected more from the name Panera. Due to the finding this is a possible franchise I will never eat here again. Additionally I will be reach out to dept and health to file complaints. SHAME ON YOU. Just wanted you to know that we really like this Panera bread restaurant we always get good food and good service I especially want to give praise Kelli. She is a very hard worker and goes where she is needed. She was very patient with me when I came back to order bread from the bakery she is definitely a keeper. I went 10 minutes out of my way to go to the store on Commercial drive in Spring Hill so I can get a breakfast sandwich, waited on line, and when it was my turn, I was told it was too late, they just stopped serving breakfast at 11:00. I asked what time it was, she said 10 after, I was so disappointed, got a ice cold bear claw and coffee, paid and when I sat in my car and looked at the time, it was barely 11:10 then, so it sure wasn’t 11:10 when I asked, and I most likely walked through the door and got on line before 11am. That just is very poor business, it’s an egg sandwich that gets thrown in a microwave oven, I went out of my my to give you my business, you couldn’t do that for me? God bless you. I even left a $1 tip and she didn’t even say thank you, I guess your business is now doing everyone a favor for your service? It works both ways, don’t ever forget that, It may take a long time, but it will eventually catch up, one customer at a time.

Rhe girl at counter was tired. I didnt know the menue and she was of very little help.she just kept reminding me with every question I had that rhwy were closing soon and she didnt know what kind of bread was left. I said it closes in 45 minutes right? I feel that was enough time to orderna to go order. If she didnt have answers she should have found out FOR me. She was nice and her makeup was on point and I told her so. But she hust needs help with people akills on the job setting.

If you go to this Panera and the service is slow and they appear short staffed, blame them. My daughter was hired there August 5th. They wouldn't start her until 1st part of September. Since starting, she's gotten 6 hours a week of training, and now, week 3, they didn't even give her any hours. So, I guess they just want to keep being short staffed because no one can live on 6 hours a week of pay. Guess that's why they can't keep staff

I love this place. It’s like an old style coffee shop atmosphere where folks get a drink and do some work on their laptop. They even have quite a few tables and chairs outside with umbrellas for shade and folks are starting to sit there now that the heat has broken a bit. Their bagels are the best and I have tried bagels everywhere as I am a bit of a connoisseur of bagels. Their food of sandwiches and soups is also the best. Very tasty. I love the cold drinks and especially the sweet sour combination of taste. I usually mix several different drinks together so their selection of 6 different items of their own concoction turns out to be at least 12 different flavors.

I've tried 3 times to get cinnamon crunch bagels, they don't have them.

Haven't been to Panera Bread in a long time. I now remember why. Ordered the Duet, 1/2 chicken salad Sandwich & 1/2 strawberry salad ( they were out of mandarins oranges) I said there is a Aldi w/ fresh mandarins oranges next door...buy some...Very Disappointed..$13.85! Very skimpy not much chicken salad & very small salad was 1/2 full & this was the smaller container , I asked to see the regular size container.... :( I guess I won't be back in long time again!

Ordering pick up here is terrible. The 2 girls that are always working there are awful. My order is never ready when I arrive because they are standing around doing. They don’t ever put the pick up orders where they are designated to go, which defeats the purpose of rapid pick up. They keep the food and drink cups behind the counter, so I have to ask the girl about my pick up order and she rolls her eyes and gives me attitude. The other Panera bread locations I’ve been to put the food in the pick up area and the drinks are self serve, so I don’t know why the workers at this location can’t figure it out. The workers literally act like they hate dealing with customers, zero customer service skills. They don’t greet you when you come in, don’t ask if you need help, not friendly, and have a bad attitude all the time. It sucks, because I liked the sips club membership, but the free drinks aren’t worth the wait time and dealing with rude employees that act like I’m bothering them. Since trying their Mediterranean Warm Bowl with Chicken when it was introduced to the menu it has been my go to meal when eating at Panera. Horrible location. Items missing from my order and had to go back the last 4 times in 2 months. I'm done. This last time they got it right but I didn't see the grilled cheese sandwich.
