I’m from Chicago and I think Beefstros Gourmet Beef’s is better than Portillos.

I recently visited Beefstro's Gourmet Beefs, and it was a fantastic experience. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm, inviting atmosphere. The menu had a great variety of beef options, each more tempting than the last. I opted for one of their signature beef sandwiches, and it did not disappoint. The meat was incredibly tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The sandwich was perfectly balanced with fresh toppings and a delicious sauce that brought everything together. The service was friendly and efficient, making the whole experience even better. If you're a beef lover, Beefstro's is definitely worth a visit!

So I ordered the Polish sausage. Anyone that ever had a Polish sausage will know that what they sell is NOT a Polish sausage. It was basically a thick and spicy hotdog. Polish sausages are never spicy.

Would not support this establishment. Owner is verbally abusive to staff. States one rate of pay upon hiring and actually paid $2 an hour less. Refused to pay tips to a staff member; and yes it is illegal to withhold tips. Owner, Neim, told a female employee that even though she was a girl he was going to pay her the same as the guys. Wow. After all of that, the food is nothing to right home about. It's average. Not worth the price.

Great food if course. But the owner is amazing. Greets everyone with a smile. And,first time we went, my wife unknowingly lost her diamond tennis bracelet in the restaurant. Few months later we go back to eat. The owner comes over, asks me if we'd been there before, then runs back to the kitchen and brings out the bracelet! He remembered us and was decent enough to keep it safe waiting for us to return! We're customers for life!

Great Chcago Dogs, Italian Beef and more. Highly recommend I eat here 3 to 5 times a week!

Pleasantly surprised by this place right when we walked in. Great menu, good price point, awesome helpful guys working at the counter who are enthusiastic about the product…. Great Italian beef sandwich with Italian sausage, the owner even cut the sandwich in half to shared. The Julienne’s salad was delicious. The server wassweet and kind, he kept checking to see if we needed anything, very attentive. 👍👍

I moved here from Chicago almost 30 years ago & I've been searching for food from home since I got here. Over the years I must have tried 30 beef sandwiches from so called "Chicago style" restaurants all claiming to serve the true Italian beef sandwich from Chicago. None of them came close...they all were more of a French dip. Beefstro's doesn't disappoint, they nailed it, even the Gonella roll! I live on Marco & was up in Naples one day so I decided to Google Chicago style food. Beefstro's popped up so I gave it a try & I'm so happy I found it! Living on Marco, it's almost 45 minutes to an hour drive, depending on traffic & season, and I've been back 3 times in the past 6 weeks! I give them 5 stars across the board...the place is great!

if you want an authentic chicago italian beef and an amazing authentic chicago dog w the poppyseed bun this is the place, friendly staff fast service and nice clean place. if you e never been highly recommended it you will not be disappointed

Best hot dog and sausage out there ...

The reason is not a 1 is cause the service is good. But the food just has no flavor. I had their famous Italian beef. The only thing that had flavor on there was the hot peppers. The beef , no salt , no pepper , just no flavor , don’t know what it is with naples finger food, but it’s just no good. They must have everything pre-heated , or prepped and just throw on grill to heat up. If you come from any large cities you will know what I’m talking about, when I say, the finger food in large cities Has Flavor to it, even the food trucks, here it’s missing the seasoning, the spices, all of it. Seems that most sub joints or quick dine in finger food, it’s just thrown together, maybe they don’t have gas grills here, with a little charcoal for flavor. I think the owners should taste every sandwich before they sell it. Then go taste sandwiches in Ny, Chicago , Detroit suburbs and son on …

Everything is delicious, and the staff is always extremely friendly. If you're looking for a good authentic Chicago dog, or Italian beef, this is the place!

I love a good Chicago dog and was excited to order from Beefstro's. I placed an order for delivery and was charged. Initially I was told the delivery would be about 35 minutes. After over an hour I called and I was told I had to come pick up my order. THEN, I was told they couldn't refund my purchase! This place and their systems are a joke. STAY AWAY!!

Finally! We have been searching for an authentic Chicago Italian Beef for over two years and they have either been very dry, bland, or not made with the correct bread. I went into Beefstro's yesterday and was blown away. I asked for my sandwich extra dipped and it was soaked.. just how I like it. They even included a side of au jus in my order. My husband went for lunch today to get one and said it was amazing (he also mentioned he was excited to get a surprise side of au jus lol). He had a great conversation with the owner and everyone eating inside at the time were also Chicagoans. Can't wait to go back for the Polish!

Great little place. We both had the combo with Italian sausage, beef, sweet peppers and gardinare and a jus. The fries were outstanding and the sandwiches were too. It was clean...the wait was quick...it wasn't busy...The price was about $20.00 per sandwich...pricey...it was very close to what you would expect to taste in Chicago. I had to work at the Grand Opening of Snap One in Ft Myers, great event. But what was absolutely fantastic was the delicious food catered by Beefstro's. They made the BEST Chicago dog I have had in a long time. I am a TRUE hotdog lover, and he was spot on and absolutely authentic in all ways. They were big and after eating 2, I was finished, but I wanted to eat more !!!! He also made his Chicago Beef. I tried some of his Black Angus Beef. WOW, I thought I was on Michigan Ave or Rush Street in the Windy City. I cannot wait until my next trip down to Naples to visit his restaurant and get the full effect!!!!

Great experience here! Came after my doctors appointment and just thought I’d grab a sandwich. They have many different kinds of sandwiches to choose from and I narrowed my choice down to two sandwiches. My boyfriend and I had an amazing dinner here! He ordered #2 (Italian beef with cheese and peppers) and I had the Philly Beef. We also had a key lime pie. Everything was so fresh and delicious!
