Best bread and laminated pastries in the area

Totally awesome bakery! Great to go on a Saturday as there is a larger array of breads! My favorite is the seeded sourdough though the panini and baguettes are darn good too! Croissants of many types are available including savory (ham and cheese), chocolate, and plain. Though there was quite a line out the door when we arrived at 930, it moved fast and we only waited 5 minutes to get our order. Earlier is better of course, and you can order ahead. What a jewel!

European style bread and pastries. Sour dough, sprouted wheats, whole grain... Great place to shop! I bring home 3 massive loaves, that I freeze for 6 weeks

Bought my first bread at Annarosa’s today mainly to compare it to the sour dough bread I have been baking since Covid. I bought a French Country bread because the ingredients are similar to my bread. Of course, I expected my bread to be better. But, no! Annarosa’s French Country bread is a very good bread with an excellent crust, fine taste and just the right amount of salt. The inside is light with many „holes" as an open crumb sour dough bread should be! I highly recommend it! I also bought a baguette which is very good. Love the crust and distinct flavor.

A great bakery, 10 minutes drive from Salisbury beach. Fantastic breads and pastries, coffee and other products. A must when in the area.

Oh wow, BEST bakery we found in Maine and New Hampshire in many years of holidays in the area. Sourdough bread, rosemary rolls, sticky buns… Delicious!

the pecan bun was so so good! the guy that was helping us was very welcoming. He asked what language we spoke and turns out he has better russian than i do :)

Outstanding is the only way to describe this Salisbury, MA bakery. The pizza is incredible. The bakery offerings include a variety of breads and pastries. The cannoli’s with shells from Sicily Italy are better than any North End establishment. A must visit if you are in Salisbury MA!!

I forgot to travel south to mengya valley for bread and I googled bread near me while in Salisbury. What a great surprise especially when I travel by this bakery quite often. Outstanding bread.

This place was outstanding. We came from Tennessee and found this shining star along the way. The customer service was great and the food was even better. I hope that they open more places soon!😁😁😁

Simply the best Kuign Aamann I've ever tasted and I am from where this is originally from... France!!! We can feel in one bite the love of bakery and the respect of the ingredients! I will definetely recommend this bakery to all of my friends. So happy to have found this place even if it is 40 mn commute I will come back for sure!

Being Italian & from just north of Boston, Italian bakeries are (or were) my go to when I lived closer to Revere area. I'm lucky to have found Annarosa's being further north. I nearly cried seeing the last 4 or so cannoli's getting boxed as I waited in line. So I got a croissant with berries, small iced coffee and semolina bread. My cannoli disappointment however, was short lived. Absolutely delicious, all around. My coffee is perfection. Lovely, old school vibe. Highly recommend! I might be kicking myself with this review, as this could draw more people there. They make limited amounts of things and their hours are untraditional. For all those nay sayers giving bad reviews try to understand why they're not open 7 days a week from 5am into the evening - it is a lot of work. There's also prep work before opening. When they're out, they're out. Get there early on the days they're open. Beautiful shop and they take pride in the quality with everything they make. Thank you Annarosa's, see soon 🥰

The place to go for the best bread made with all the goodness of whole grains, seeds, and healthy ingredients. Absolutely delicious. For bread lovers, hard to control yourself! That's me, the loaf is half gone in no time. Pecan rolls to die for as well. Gotta splurge sometimes. Wish they were open on more days.

Great authentic European breads.

I am European, the food is true to its original taste and the craftsmanship is higher than some of the local bakery I used to go. You will not be disappointed, bread, baked sweets are so good, please do yourself a favor and a get a true taste of a true croissant 🥐! You will never go elsewhere!

I love this place — the breads are to die for. Seriously the best I’ve had in all of New England. However, the pastry prices are outrageous. I know it’s tough times with inflation, but I think they’ve gone up a full dollar since I was last here! It’s such a shame. Guess I’ll be sticking with the $7.25 speciality loafs that will last a few days in lieu of a $4.50 single croissant. Can’t complain though, I’m just glad they’re here :)

I don’t know how we got so lucky to have such a gem of a bakery in the area, but Annarosa’s serves up the best breads, pastries, and iced coffee around. On top of that, the owners are such kind people and bust their butts to put out a consistent and delicious product every week. Highly recommend checking them out and supporting a great local small business!

Superb. They are really passionate about their craft and the bread speaks for itself. I also love the pastries, especially the fruit ones. The line moves very quickly.

Simply put... the best baguette I have had in YEARS. Very authentic, I have to think back to my youth in New York city to remember having one this good. Puts anything at the supermarket to absolute shame! I can't wait to try some more of their breads
