I order my pizza with extra cheese and lately there doesn’t seem like there is that much extra cheese.

Excellent food and the best service by Gianna. My wife and friend went fir first time. When we mentioned this to Gianna she couldn't have been better. Helped us with selections and we all enjoyed. Entree Servings big enough for leftovers. We'll be back soon as we must try their pizza

Unfortunately I had to delete my review which was a 4. I can't imagine what could have gone wrong. From the best pizza to the worst! I was so disappointed I couldn't even finish meals and take pictures. I got the Pic from other members on my party. The pizza sauce was sweet and so different, the veg pizza was cheese with a punch of broccoli, that's it. The meat ball sandwich was horrible. Bella Roma has really gone "south". The folks across from us returned much of their food. 🫣🫣 and so did we. A waste of my hard earned money. Everything was bad.!!

Most of the time I do take out and have never been disappointed.. I have a relative in a nursing home and I try to stop by there quite often to get their chicken and pasta soup. It is the best and highly recommend it

We walked in and walked out as fast as we could.. The floor was filthy the tables were filthy. The staff did not even acknowledge that we walked in.. We actually went to a better restaurant on state road 7 and had an awesome experience.. The only reason I gave it one star is so I could post this.

Pizza was super well seasoned sauce & sausage deludh but the CRUST ..OMG. RUBBER TIRES. Horrible!!!

Huge fruit fly infestation, I’ve loved their pizza for years but every time I’ve eaten inside was terrible. This time, there was about 15 fruit flies at every table, and according to the waitress has been like this for days. She said they hope it’ll end in a week or so. The owner should shut this restaurant down until this infestation is gone. This is certainly a health code violation!!!!!

15 minutes minimum for waiting , grub hub couriers. Yes , you can , do not lie again please

The Alfredo pasta is not good, tasteless and very watery, a bunch of cream floating around...skip it!! The garlic rolls were very meh. Look elsewhere if you want good pasta.

Great food.. Good service.. History! Quality... Means Everything....! Jeff has that, the Proprieter and his wonderful staff & Pizza makers... the pizza is always fresh and made to Perfection the pizza maker I don't know his name but he is there as a regular and he makes the greatest pizzas New York City Style you can't beat it especially on Tuesdays for 1199 it is a super special I recommended highly! The food is consistently fresh and the guy with Blonde hair who makes the pizzas really does a fabulous job! He's a expert in my NYC state if mind! Lol...! Hero's, all Delicious! Every weekday, they have " Special Deals". For example, Mondays, your choice of 3 Hero's, Hott Meatball Parmigiano, or Chicken Parmigiano Hero or Eggplant Parmigiano Hero, just $8.99, & they are " HUGE & YUMMY...! Always Consistent..! DELICIOUS...! Wednesdays it's " Wing night"....! Tuesday = 16 inch Cheese Pizza for $11.99 etc..... Fabulous! And it's Fabulous that there's a " Dining room! It eat or take out! Bring back the Monday Hot hero specials......! Meatball and chicken Parmigiano and eggplant Jeffrey.... That would be STELLAR! Also, Daily deals that in this Inflationary environment are very Welcome indeed! Nice employees... Well run restaurant and great quality ingredients used in the pizza and heros and salads.. Love it! Very tasty pizza and best deal on Tuesdays

I placed an online order at 10:30 which said it would be delivered at 11:45. Around 12:15 I contacted slice, who informed me that they could not get anyone to pick up at the restaurant and to just wait a bit longer as they were probably just running behind. At 12:25 I decided to call Bella Roma myself who then proceeded to tell me that they never received my order. He assured me he could get it to me by 40 minutes so I agreed to take the order. I was told I would need to contact slice for any type of refund. Contacted them and they gave us 25% off. Food arrives within the 40 minutes, but my order was wrong. Contacted slice who proceeded to tell me I had already received a discount so there was nothing more they could do. After some convincing they said they would call Bella Roma to get a discount and we received 1 pizza free. Food was great once it arrived but overall a very terrible experience. Will not be ordering again.

I've been a customer for over 3 years and only had 1 not so great experience, however once informed you guys made everything right 👍

I had to walk out. 20 minutes sitting down and they never got beyond a glass of water. I understand they may be understaffed. If so, don't open the dining room. After this experience, I doubt i will be trying the place again. How sad!

We ordered 7 XL pizzas for company training and paid for them over the phone. When we picked up we were told that they would email us the receipt because the person that we placed the order with and paid with was not in and would have to ask her where it was. We have called back NUMEROUS times to get a copy since this was for a company function and we have yet to get a response back for the manager. This was 3 weeks ago. You would think that they would have the receipt somewhere that they could have given this to us when we picked it up. The food is always great! We order from there every time we have a company function at our location. We recommend this place to everyone who comes here for company functions.

We order in just about every Friday. Love the cheese pizza, my husband loves the steak supreme sub, the pepperoni and sausage pizza and the meat lovers pizza.

My favorite pizza place in South Florida. The cheese and pepperoni are amazing. The buffalo chicken pizza was good but would stick with the others. Staff was friendly and inviting. Highly recommend

Great calzones. Very good grandmas pizza. Regular cheese pizza with x cheese garlic peppers and half meatballs was good a little well done and definitely not extra cheese.

The food was delicious. A little salty but still delicious. The serving size was excellent and the price was very reasonable. I ordered for pickup. The food was ready, packaged and hot. I will definitely order again!

I am from Ithaca NY and every time I come visit my friend we go to Bella Roma. It is my favorite place to go. I love the pizza, garlic knots and my favorite is the Chicken Siciliano. Can't wait until next year!

We called on a busy evening for pick-up, Mya took our order over the phone and professional, polite and knowledgeable about the menu. Upon arrival she greeted us, and got the food out with a sense of urgency!

Finally we found our pizza place in Florida, everything we ordered it was really good , clean, no grease, the tomato sauce taste like my mom’s 😻♥️, the girl was serving us it was amazing, extremely polite and kind, she helped to make our experience even better.

Had my fav. Eggplant Parm sub bread on the side It was wonder full. Then ordered 3 nights later the bread wasn't on the side. It was all on the sub which I told them I don't like so the bread was soggy not crispy the cheese was hardly melted. The only thing they could do for me was send more bread & some sauce. Well that's something I guess. Very 😢 sad

I placed an order to be delivered . When I called they said 1 hr. It was delivered within 40 min and it was hot and delicious.

Delivery was good, fast and food was really hot. Food was good but could use a little more juice in the shrimp scampi.

The delivery was fine. I ordered the sauce for the wings on the side. Instead, the wings were soaked in the sauce, which was not what I ordered. We didn't eat the wings. Otherwise, everything else was okay. We will order again from you, but I hope the person on the other end of the phone will listen more carefully. Al Rosenblum

I have tried many pizza places in the area and Bella Roma by far is the best pizza I have had . It’s the only place I go to. Always the same and no complaints

Pizza was delicious. Delivery was prompt. Delivery person was very pleasant. Bella Roma rocks!

When we lived in the neighborhood across the street we would order all the time and loved this place. Today, the wife and I stopped in to have dinner, we were told to seat ourselves. Two other couples and an 8 top was the only dine-in patrons with two servers. We Sat at the empty table for about ~15min, and was walked by three times, so we left. Not sure if the food is the same, but the service has certainly changed.

Awful experience. Second time here and waited over 20 minutes to be acknowledged. Slow slow slow, if you are hungry and want to eat in less than 2 hours … come here! Told the guys behind the counter and they couldn’t give 2 whoohaas. Zero stars

Glad they're doing well, they are always busy. Unfortunately at this point we are priced out from ordering there again. A small order of cheese ravioli, a steak sub, caesar salad and a chicken ziti was over $70 for a pick up order. It was a 37 minute wait, i was there as it was being bagged up, and the roll for the steak sandwhich was literally paste from sitting in the box, we live 4 blocks away. It's just too expensive anymore.

Pepperoni pizza was delicious !

I ordered delivery only. I received one eggplant parm sub very well served, very well prepared. Enough to fill a grown up person without any additional sides. The way it should be. Delicious and arrived within the time frame expected.

I grabbed a salad to go. The young girl who was the cashier was extremely rude. Even when I told her how impolite she was being she demonstrated attitude then rushed me out of the restaurant. But the soup was great!

Placed an order for 2 subs. When I got home we discovered that 1 was chicken parm, not eggplant parm. They are only 5 minutes away so I went back. As soon as I walked in gentleman cooking looked up at me an said "You wanted eggplant, didn't you". He had already started to prepare an eggplant sub in case I came back. It was done in a few minutes and they insisted I also take the chicken parm sub too. Good people, friendly atmosphere, great food!

The restaurant was pretty packed. Service was slightly slow, but it was understandable due to how many tables. Pepperoni pizza was amazing. Would definitely recommend!

I went with a small group of friends who are from out of town and we absolutely loved this place! The restaurant is small, maybe a little tight, but the atmosphere is fine. The pizza was delicious and the garlic rolls looked so good. We got two 18 inch pizzas - the White Pizza was so cheesey and creamy, the Bella Tomato was also tasty. These are two options for vegetarians! We also had a pasta dish (I believe Penne alla Vodka) which was huge and came with garlic rolls. At the bottom of the menu it can be noted that they'll add a service charge for parties of 6 or more, 20 or more, and there's a $5 added charge for sharing (not including the pizzas). Other than that, the food and service were wonderful and my friends love this place. They said they want to come back when they return to East SoFlo.

The pizza was great. Froze 1/2 and ate later. Still tasty and crisp.

First time in the restaurant, I order a beef lasagna to go, I do not recommend this place for authentic Italian food, the consistency was terrible chunks of ricotta cheese, probably a whole can of tomato sauce and a pound of mozzarella cheese with few chunks of ground beef, it was completely inedible, it came with some extra greasy garlic bread which wasn’t that good either I had to toss it away; went to bed hungry and I will not repeat again.

My boyfriend and I got the 16 inch House Pizza. Lots of toppings on it. He was very impressed. We also order garlic rolls which he had NEVER heard of in Vancouver, Canada. Loved them. We will be going back again to try different things of which I will be making recommendations. I'm happy he liked the place. Close by, convenient & great food

My favorite pizza place in the area!

When we lived in Coconut Creek we used to dine at Bella Roma all the time the food was good the pizza was great. In fact our son got his first job there as a busboy when he was 15. He learned to clean and deal with children and deal with older people from winmore. We haven't been there in years and we stopped in last night to pick up a pizza. The dining room and the bathrooms were updated and done over it looked very nice a pizza was cooked pretty fast just the way we wanted it and we took it home. The gentleman making the pizza was very kind. There were a lot of kids there from the school getting slices they were all very nice kids. I'm no longer in that area so we don't usually eat there anymore but I'm glad we picked up a pizza it was very good. My son went on to be a bus boy at other restaurants and then a server and did very well all thanks to Mike who was the owner at the time.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Pizza was very good and the spinach roll was excellent.

My family and I live across the street from this place. We’ve been eating from this place for almost two decades and they have always been our go to. In recent times they have completely fallen apart and changed from the restaurant I grew up loving. The host/hostess are so awful we have to speak directly to the manager to insure our order will be correct. It never is. We like our pizza well done. We don’t like it floppy like a mouth on a tired dog but no matter how much we stress to who we’re talking to, they never care enough to even try. This place has become an unfortunate display of bad ownership and management and have finally (after so many do overs we gave this place) lost one of the most loyal costumers a restaurant could have. Would’ve gave it 0 starts if I could. At least dominos has some sort of consistency that this place lost long ago

I like this place. Food is great. Best salid in the county. Good choice of beers too!
