Had the munchies and a aerious craving for a chicken parm sub. It didn't disappoint. Chicken was crispy, tender, and moist. Good flavor, sauce was decent not great but overall a pretty good sub. Would definitely order again.

Apparently if you come in a small group of people in my case 3 adults and 3 kids, there's a $25 fee, which shows on your bill, they're calling it large party, i mean there's nothing large about 3 kids and 3 adults, plus restaurant was empty, i guess it's there way of squeezing extra bucks out of people, food was good service was good i just don't like the sneaky fees, i still leave a tip even after the fact, even the waitress was shocked that i wanted to tip her, anyway i guess i will be going to olive garden from now on, free bread sticks and I'd pay way less than here.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with this Rotellis. Delivery came almost 30 minutes later then promised . When l called to ask where my food was, the young lady that answered the phone said that the delivery driver left and should be there in a couple of minutes. When I still didn't have my food 15 mins later ( my house is like 5 mins away from the restaurant) I called back and the same young lady answered I said I still haven't gotten my food. She said the driver had a problem and he would be there in 5 mins. I asked to speak to a manager..this is when Jasmine said she was not the Manager but in charge and then told me the driver just left with my food and he would be here in 5 mins.. when I told her that I already knew the driver left over 25 mins ago she proceeded to throw the young girl that was telling me the truth under the bus... Jasmine is a LIAR and should not be a manger or in charge. The food was cold and salmon was dry from sitting and they forgot the dressing. I am so upset at myself for not taking a picture of the dried up salmon - so I could show what it looked like. If my husband wasn't so tired after working all day- I would have brought the food back.. I will be calling to speak to the manager tomorrow.. I hate liars!!

We ordered the dinner portion of Penne ale vodka and they gave half the size and charged the full price also ordered pizza messed up the pizza also Never go there Horrible customer service

My first visit here and I love a good bowl of soup and the pasta fagiolo is very good here. I also had pizza, tiramisu, and an espresso lavaza the service was great our waitress Yasmine was very attentive and friendly and took out the time to explain the menu to us. I will be back and bring more friends.

Yasmin made our visit to Rotellie's absolutely amazing the food was delicious, her attention to detail and suggestions we're a spot on. Expresso with cinnamon and homemade ammmaaazzzzing Tiramisu. A+ experience ask for Yasmin. Namaste GIV ☮️

Best Brazilian pizza! The dough is wonderful and the filling is incredible, super tasty!

This is the second time I visited in 10 months here, this time with the family. The only thing Italian about this place is the name. The food was bland, the garlic rolls came out drenched in oil but not in garlic. I had the Eggplant Parmesan which I couldn't finish, the red sauce was barely on and the eggplant tasted so different. It's pretty pricy considering what's being offered. Also the the bugs flying around didn't help.

Amazing place! The people come around asking how the food is, they are so nice! and the food comes hot and tasty! The pasta comes with a salad as a side, and they have some sauces. The pizza is amazing, the cheese is very long and delicious. It can serve 2 people if not that hungry. There are two options, 10” and 14”. The pasta is also like for two people, it sooo good! Really recommend it! It’s a very nice place.

I couldn’t recommend this place enough! Food is amazing, as well as the service. I ordered a delivery on Friday and it was fast, efficient, and the driver was very careful handling the food. Everyone is very attentive and prepared. From the manager, to the server,the phone girls, everyone is ready to give you a great experience. Definitely 5 stars!

Anyone missing a Brazilian pizza, like calabresa with catupiry, Portuguese …. and many others, just go there and you won't waste time. Unfortunately, I have already ordered pizza twice to get it at the place and the order is not right and I have to wait longer than necessary the food is very good the complaint and that I requested a discount that I am a loyalty customer and they did not give me that I couldn't just be offered garlic bread I love your food more attention the service would be better!

Average pizza and the food is acceptable but not special.

A couple of friends and myself went there for dinner. The person who I assume was the hostess seemed like she didn't understand what we were telling her, it seemed like a language barrier. She didn't understand us and us her. If you're going to have a hostess she should be able to converse with patrons. We were in a hurry to get to a show which is not a fault on them but ourselves but the non comunication with the hostess didn't help. Not having enough time we ended up taking our food to go. Even eating it later it was a good meal. Our biggest problem was that a table of kids celebrating a birthday and the group was extremely loud and disruptive to the other patrons including ourselves. We asked our waitress why they were not doing anything about it and told her that the manager should get them to leave. We also asked who the manager was and she stated that she was a assistant manager. Then we asked her if she was going to do anything about it. She just smiled and shrugged her shoulders looking like she was not going to do anything or get the manager involved. Good food but very poor in customer service.

I had a horrible experience and will never go back. I waited at least 10 mins with no acknowledgement. I went up to the counter to ask the pizza chef without asking my name or my order, he said the kitchen is very busy. I said Ok but it would be nice to be acknowledged. He proceeded to tell me if I don’t like it than don’t wait. I told him you could keep it and left. The worse experience. Too many other good choices.

The husband and wife team that own this location are wonderful! They have a great team and are always happy to accommodate their guests. We feel so special when dining here and love to support a local family's business endeavor!

This place has some of the best pizza I’ve had in the area. The Venice pizza is to die for and anything with the catipury. If I had to have a choice for last meal it would be this place and all the caiputy- it’s a bucket list food item for sure. The calzone is amazing as well, the Venice pizza has pistachio and lemon zest w Canadian bacon and is just incredible!!! Best pizza around- must try! You won’t be disappointed

My first visit to Rotelli Pizza and Pasta. I was extremely impressed we had a young waitress who is absolutely fabulous. We ordered the crab cake Appetizer fabulous differently recommend,Main course was white pizza delish. Thank you for fabulous service A+- my girlfriend and I appreciate that we stayed and visited with each other for almost 2hours, Our waitress came by after we paid the bill and refreshed our drinks for us. We will definitely be back and recommend the restaurant.

Food was fantastic with a menu and specials full of authentic Cuban flavors.

Hadn’t been here in a while and it didn’t disappoint. Got the rice ball for appetizer and a side salad, along with then chicken penne pasta with ravioli in a white wine sauce. Great pasta and filling. The only thing I would have changed would be the thickness of the sauce, like a creamier consistency. But everything was great. Update four months later 7/9/22: got Rotelli’s for take out for my boyfriend & myself the night before and got pizza with my parents a few weeks ago. Both great! Pepperoni pizza of course amazing and I got chicken picatta while boyfriend got chicken parm. I say for sure more Rotelli’s in the future.

I ordered a Pizza and luckily there was a hair, I called the restaurant to inform them that, they told me that it wasn’t theirs, that they use caps and that this was not a hair, but the burnt chicken, I spoke to Leonardo who said he was Manager and all the time in the conversation confronting me saying he would burn the chicken and bring it to my house to prove it wasn't hair. Absurd, bad service, unprepared staff. Waiting time for pizza with hair 1:15 min

Just got the garlic rolls and it was the worst garlic rolls I had in my life the rolls were basically burnt the rolls was cold yes it was literally cold I literally never had bad garlic rolls but today I got them because the photos look good but it literally tasted so bad. I am not even trying to be mean because I’ll never down a business but please make better garlic rolls it was so cold and i literally ordered it 5 minutes ago.

Expired over-proofed dough is used to make their slices. After getting a slice that fell apart, another one was offered at no charge. The Second pizza was just as bad as the first one.Nice service at the counter and the chef was kind. However the dough used is clearly expired and that is just not acceptable. I called to let them know and was offered a 3rd slice of pizza at no charge. I will never order from here again.

We’ve tried yesterday for the very first time ! Their section of Brazilian pizzas is a must try, they do have the REAL BRAZILIAN PIZZA . The crust is amazing and soft, the chooses tops comes with a very generous quantity , amazing flavor, and great customer service! Absolutely recommended !!! Experimentei ontem ! Best pizza ever. We used to order from another place. When we find out about this particular Rotelli in Coconut Creek, we never order from any other place anymore. Their Pizza are amazing and well cooked. We always ask for delivery and they are always on time. I strongly recommend this place.

Pizza, pasta and great service at this location. We visited this location in between an event and enjoyed the ingredients, flavor, and size of the meal. The server was attentive, accommodating and helpful in understanding the menu and options. Food and service were great food and so was the ease to park, get seated, eat, and leave. We look forward to returning.
