Spring water dough Amish German phenomenal pretzel. Many variations with 10+ dipping sauces , we chose tostitos spice quest queso.

Had the cheese and bacon pretzel today. It was good, but not for me.

Not happy for this place I ordered a bacon cheese pretzel. They said they would call my name. Never did and I asked them how long they told me 10 more mins. Still waiting finally got my pretzel not coming there for a while.

The Gentleman at the register today was courteous and polite, he called back to the person preparing pretzels and asked if she could prepare to Almond Pretzels. She refused to make them and looked at me and said i can’t make them right now, instead she pushed to sell me the two Almond cup bites instead. I wasn’t rude and simply said no thank you and proceeded to leave. The lady preparing the pretzel then said BUT these pretzels are only 6.99$ and at this point i’m sorry but i felt pressured to purchase the pretzels bites instead. I’ll be going back to Ben’s pretzels but hopefully next time this doesn’t happen.

I been going there a few times and was excellent loved the pretzels but wasn’t happy this last time cause I had to wait 45 minutes to get my order when I was told it was going to be 15-20 minutes. Then when we got our order it tasted horrible.

i work in university park mall, and sometimes I will go here on my break. the first few times were wonderful and yummy ! then the new staff came in. it’s ridiculous how downhill it’s become. the pretzels are cold, and the cheese is like, clumpy? made me, my manager, AND COWORKER sick in a matter of simply 1 day. so! gross!

I asked for a small cup but was told We don't do that". I ate 3 of my bites and got very ill. This happens every time I eat these, no where else. My son had to run and get a bottle of Sprite for me.

My fiancee and i ordered 300 pretzel bites and various dips for our wedding reception on September 12th. Breanna and her team at University Park mall were amazing!! Breanna was super friendly, professional, and fantastic to work with!! Even though there was an emergency at the mall the day of our wedding, Breanna made some phone calls and got ahold of another Ben's location and still delivered hot and fresh pretzel bites to our wedding guests!! The pretzel bites weren't on the table 5 minutes and people were digging in!! They loved them and the dips!!! Thank you for everything you did for us!!

I have had a lot of hot pretzels. I believe these are the best in the world. I have been eating Ben's pretzels for 20 years. The lemonade is great. The cheese sauce is delicious.

I really enjoyed their tasty/soft buggy bites pretzels earlier today that paired nicely with their nacho cheese sauce! They also have this pepperoni/cheese jumbo pretzel that the wife enjoyed as well. A definite plus when your in the mall and feeling hungry as you will feel quite satisfied like I was today!!!

It's difficult not to eat here every day. The pretzels are warm, perfectly salted and soft and chewy and buttery. Reasonably priced as well.

I got the BIGGEST pretzel with just warmed cream cheese and it was fantastic, delicious and the best of comfort foods :-) Almost passed it up but the selection and the smells emanating from the shop temped me in and I glad I stopped. Better than any pretzel I've had to date and they have so much to select from! Don't pass it up!!

Out of all the places I've eaten these at, this place has a different taste. Pretzel doesn't taste the same but the nacho cheese is by far the best dip. Overall I love these pretzels and will go to no other place.

To be honest, we've always gotten Ben's Soft Pretzels at ND hockey games. They are amazingly tasty and always fresh. So far this year they haven't been to the Compton Family Ice Arena, but we are hoping they return. ND's concessions are overly expensive and their pretzels are marginal at best. Ben's are superior in every way.

Fresh and full of flavor. Plenty food for the money, as well! Their dinner pastries are also good, although salty. A must-stop-at in the mall.

Ben's started in Shipsewana, and has expanded to Michiana.You will ven find them at Notre Dame events. Soft buttery dough with just the right amount of salt. Don't pass these up!

They serve these at the baseball stadium too. Melt in your mouth dough, salty salt just so delicious I can't believe it.

First timer at Ben's - couldn't believe the size of the pretzels and they were SOOOOOO good. The #2 special is great for a couple of friends to share - about $4 each (2 pretzels, 2 dips and a soda)

Good, warm, salty, soft, chewy pretzel.. Not so tasty when cold, then it is doughy and chewy. Served in a tall cup which filled to top and easy to break into pieces.

Chewy crust, fluffy interior, buttery salty pretzels. You can buy a pretzel stick for .65 but geez. Just buy the whole giant pretzel, otherwise you'll be kicking yourself for only getting two pretzel sticks. So delicious! So mouthwatering! I hold them responsible for gaining weight...

I had these for the first time in South Bend. These pretzels are sooooo good! They are light and airy. I've had the buggy bites and the sticks, both of which were good. The service has neen good wjen I have been.

Had a regular Pretzel along with cheese sauce and it was super yummy. Hot and fresh and very very tasty. I normally don't eat them or if I do I go to another vendor but tried this one and have now been converted. Visited on another occassion and had the cinnamon sugar one for desert. It definitely hit the spot! Good value for your money
