The food is phenomenal great service!!!!!

Don't let the outside of the building fool you. Once you step inside this space is reminiscent of a very clean, neat and inviting Cafe. The food however is another level above. It WILL NOT disappoint. I only wish I could eat more as I didn't get to try all that I wanted. I will be back! Simply outstanding 👏

The home fries are traditional. Grilled red potatoes. Nicely browed and crispy. A little parsley added too. If you ask they will add grilled onion. I'm tired of deep fried potato. (I don't call them home fries)

I’ve heard how good the food and service is; which why I decided to stop in. Well, I was very disappointed! I went in greeted nicely by the hostess and when I sat at the counter I was not greeted, acknowledged or an “I’ll be right with you” by the server. I was not offered water, coffee or anything. She proceeded to help everyone else. Granted it was busy but what really made me sad was that a couple whom sat after I did by ten minutes, was greeted and asked what they wanted. Then sped by without a look again. This is not the first time but I haven’t been treated that way in a long time. Very sad and disappointing experience.

It is Very friendly there. We always just get breakfast. They offer a lot of different things on the menu, that look delicious, but I guess we are just creatures of habit and go for breakfast 🙂

The black coffee is so good! Food was really good as well, great portions, fast and friendly. Dining room is super clean modern feel. Definitely me and the wife's new breakfast spot!

Wow! Simple but 🔥 breakfast at Benson's Cafe in Kingston NH. Roast Beef Sandwich on New Menu Items list. The home fries had a nice crunch and tossed in a light garlic herb oil. I love how this unassuming sandwich hit so many homeruns. Ciabatta solid, held up to all that stuff, yet soft to absorb the juices and nicely grilled. I love that crispy grill-Ness. The horseradish mayo was tangy and a little sweet which blended like a symphony with a thick tomato slice and that grilled meat(it's a vibe iykyk). Thanks for a great meal!

We discovered this spot when they were in Fremont in a tiny restaurant. It became our go to for breakfast. Corned beef Hash is amazing as is all of the food. Great owner and staff. New location is also great with same quality and staff. My only disappointment is no specials. He had killer specials in Fremont Highly recommend Bensons

Great place, friendly service, food was excellent. At first I thought it was a little overpriced but the portion sizes cleared that up. I got the standard breafast food with pancakes which were extralarge...highly recommend.

Tried takeout the other day. Food was good for a small town breakfast place. Lots of good recommendations, will be trying again and hopefully going in person.

Saturday morning 9:45 we were told it was a 25-minute wait. Normally I don't like to wait that long but everybody coming out I asked if it was worth it and they said oh definitely! They were very busy and they were all so short-handed but the staff was all cheerful and welcoming. The breakfast was absolutely worth waiting for the homemade corned beef hash was excellent and the homemade red hash potatoes were like I made them myself excellent. My coffee cup was never empty as busy as they were. Person I was with was equally as happy with her breakfast sandwich and home fried potatoes. Will definitely go back. Keep up the good work bensons!

What a great place, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was huge.

We went for breakfast this morning for the 1st time. The menu was extensive with so many choices, the service was quick, the servers were very friendly, the food was delicious and the price was right. I hope they sell gift certificates! We will go back often .⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Loved the breakfast, potatoes were yummy. Coffee was very fresh and hot. Loved the nostalgic tunes. Great wait staff. First time there will definitely go back

Kitchen closed at 11. Two of us walked in at 10:20 and we were refused service. Also, if you have a nut allergy you'll only be able to get a bowl of oatmeal. The wait staff is always nice though so there's at least that

Not sure why Cafe charges more than it should. Ham Omelette was 16.00. Egg omelette No Cheese and ham. Special was a cereal bowl of eggs sausage patties with cheese and veggies. 8.00+5.00 For sausage patties which was in the special. Waitresses seemed to be hurried and were Busy. Been there twice, first and last time. 37.00 for breakfast.

Fantastic first time trying Bensons Cafe! Having just moved to the area, we were happy to find this hidden gem for Sunday breakfast. We tried the house made corned beef with eggs, home fries and toast, as well as the Southern Benedict. Both meals surpassed our expectations and being “foodies” we look forward to returning very soon. A+

Went here and had a wonderful experience and amazing food. However, the second time we went here to have a meal we were told there would be a 15-20 minute wait as we are staring at about 10 empty tables, cleaned and ready. This experience came off as rude and we decided to go elsewhere.

A decent decision for breakfast. I’ve been a few times. I always find myself wondering why I only get one cup of coffee. It’s a mystery.

Small, friendly, filled with locals every morning. Food is excellent, the specials are unique, and the prices are reasonable. Wonderful baked goods on the weekends. Can't recommend this place enough, great food and great value, though you may need to wait for a table on the weekends

I can not adequately express in words how much I enjoyed my breakfast this morning! When the exceptionally friendly waitress (Penny) asks you if you want beans or potatoes - opt for the beans. They were so good - felt like a symphony in my mouth. The corn beef hash is perfectly seasoned and cooked. Owner, was very pleasant and thanked folks as they were leaving. If your travels lead you to Benson’s Cafe - be sure to stop in! You will not be disappointed. Sorry had already eaten half the hash before I took the picture.

Having just moved to town last week and not knowing anything about anything, we stopped in for breakfast last Friday in between appointments. Penny immediately greeted us and invited us to sit wherever we liked. She came over and told us about some daily specials and mentioned they were so good i would post about it online. She was correct. My wife and I both had the best omelette’s we’ve ever had. Food and service was phenomenal (I can say this because my extended family had a restaurant)…Bensons is a must, you will not be disappointed

This cafe is just the spot for a small quaint but delicious tasting meal. Love the service and staff. The variety of choices are wonderful and taste wonderful. You'll love whatever you decide on. Deciding is the hardest part!!

It's our new favorite breakfast place.

I love the new 🆕 place! They took over Josiah's restaurant. Food and service were good. I had the two eggs special with home fries and a slice of french toast with coffee ☕, sourdough toast and cranberry juice. Come early. A headache started and my server found me some Advil. 👍 Thanks! Update:; Sunday morning 🌄, August 2022; Banana bread french toast with nuts and coffee ☕! Enjoyable breakfast! I recommend a visit :-). Lunch menu available as well. Wheelchair accessible.

2021 Update!!! Spring is here the outdoor patio is open! Friday’s 4-8 open for dinner.... Fried seafood... Eat in , out outside, take out..... The fried seafood is out of this world. Chef Sean’s recipe is light fluffy and simply mouth watering with every bite! While the menu contains your typical breakfast items. Chef Sean Benson brings each dish to a new level. Whether its the grilled english muffins,french toast, pancakes or a perfectly cooked egg. Each dish is is worth every bite! Combined with ever changing creative specials, Benson’s Cafe is absolutely worth checking out.
