Great food. I got the Big Tony original and the chicken. The bread was great. Excellent service, quality, and value. Sorry, I ate half the sandwich before the picture.

Big Tony has you covered. You won't be disappointed. Hidden gem right off 35. If you're south bound don't bother stopping in West, you can make to Salado. If you're north bound stop before you cross the red river.

Big cheese steaks! Fast service. No frills menu. I went with the original and added extra meat for $5. Will definitely be back by this little spot. It's in the parking lot of a storage unit.

The ABSOLUTE BEST Cheese steak! Every time I go, I get the Mango Habanero. This time I ordered it over Fritos to keep the gluten at bay. Will be how I order it from now on. So so good.

I’m from the east coast and my 10 years living here I haven’t found any place that has a cheesesteak that is as delicious as this cheesesteak. First time having it yesterday at lunch. I live in Killeen but I will drive the 30 minutes just for one of these.

So the hours on Google are wrong for this place. He is open 11 to 1. I caught Wayne today and ordered a thia cheesesteak it was amazing. Ended up having to order a second one to take with me for dinner. If you are near here do your self a favor and grab a sandwich!

Phenomenal Cheesesteak! I had high hopes for this place and it did NOT let me down! I ordered the regular cheesesteak with a side of the habanero sauce. Incredible! I had a great conversation with Wayne. I will be going back soon!

Big Tony's has some great cheese steaks and I definitely will be back again. You can call and order ahead and he will have it ready for you or you can get there and order. Overall for the price and what you get it's a great option for lunch and definitely recommend others to stop by and get a cheese steak. While you wait you will enjoy a nice conversation. I need to go back and get more photos of the sandwich as I had to take mine to go and when I got where I was going I was pretty hungry and just ate it up before I could get a photo but let's just say I'm sure I'll be back. I was able to try the Garlic Parmesan and the Original Philly Cheese steak both were delicious. Just an FYI hours are Monday through Saturday 11AM to 1:30-2PM if you are not sure if he's there just give him a call before you head out or check out their Facebook you can get to it from the photo of the business card I posted.

Best cheese steak in Bell county period. My only issue is the hours, but I respect Tony's decision, he is his own boss 🙂

It’s a food truck tucked inside the front of a storage unit facility. Big Tony is an awesome guy! You order from him and he talks to you like he cares about you and him. The food?! It’s ridiculously amazing! YO TONY! Put some hot sauce options IE (Louisiana, Texas Pete, etc.)

Had the original, double meat double cheese ATW today for lunch. Hands down best cheesesteak ive had in years. I will be back to try every sammich on the menu.

Ran into this guy and his wife at the Barrow Brewery. The absolute best cheese steak sandwich I have ever had. So much so that after I devoured the Original, I went back for a Buffalo/ Mango Habanero with some grilled jalapenos just a half hour later. Stop and see this guy, you won't regret it. 👍 I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

He was extremely personable and so was (I assume his wife). It’s a food truck tucked away at the front of a storage facility. THE BEST Philly cheesesteak I’ve ever had. The bread was the GOAT and then the ingredients used were perfectly balanced. I got the original Philly with no mushrooms and add Jalapeño. I can tell he adds a certain level of Parmesan in each bite. Tony my dude...buy some Texas Pete or Louisiana hot sauce for those of us that like to coat our sandwich in it. Damn good philly regardless!!!

Never a disappointment. We had the Garlic Parmesan and Thai cheesesteaks today. The Garlic Parmesan is our favorite. The Thai had some nice heat. Good food, good people. Keep it up.

After staring at the menu trying to narrow down which sandwich to try, I had a great conversation that sold me that the man slinging sandwiches not only knew his food, but had a passion for his craft. I gave him carte blanche to make his own off menu creation. Totally not dissapointed. In fact, the only dissapointment of the experience was not having a larger stomach to try more offerings. I did end up with 3 sandwiches to share between me and the wife and although it was more than I could eat, it was totally worth it to experience 3 different creations. Although we were just passing through from camping/fishing, the wife and I will again make a trip just for some more cheesesteak. If you love food like me, this is a must try and I also recommend talking to the resident sandwich slinger who has some great stories to share.

We had the Parmesan Garlic Cheesesteak on Fritos and it was SO GOOD! Highly recommend checking out this food truck when you’re in Salado, especially if you are enjoying a beer from Barrow and sitting under a shade tree looking over the creek
