Good food at reasonable price with friendly staff.

They tell people to kill each others yelling in the back bad food way over cooked chocked on it bc it was so dry cooked not sanitary bugs everywhere not very clean and the manager yelling at customers 24/7

I guess when they decide they do not want to help you .They just cut you off when you call.Tried over over again and phone rings ,they pick up and hang up.So I’m not how they really are about their service.

Love getting a weekly burger with onion rings, or they have an amazing Caesar salad that I would recommend

The best small neighborhood grill. You can not go wrong with anything on the menu. Top you meal off with some really good ice cream, if you have room.

I like Bill's Grill 117 hwy only...Reminds me of the old Rock Side Cafe in Bailey...long closed. Good hot food and good seafood on the weekends.

Home cooked food like grandma cooked ! I haven't ate anything there that I didn't like.

Great roadside restaurant. Very busy which tells you how good it really is. Food was fantastic and the staff works together to make sure you are taken care of. Quick service for as busy as they were.

I’ve been here before so I wasn’t expecting atmosphere so I wasn’t disappointed except to find that they were open without working bathrooms. The food was ok but certainly not outstanding. We ordered today’s special which was chicken pastry. This dish is cooked in a big pot. We waited 20 minutes to get a bowl of pastry and collards, both of which just needed to be put in a bowl. I was really disappointed and won’t make that mistake again.

We usually try to stop and eat here at least three or four times a year when we are on our way to the mountains. We stopped in last night and got the cheeseburger combo. It was really good. I do think they could at least use one more waitress with all the drive-through orders that they have.

Hey Bill's Grill Every time I go to Bill's Grill I always have Awesome service and Wonderful food

I called ahead I told them I was a new customer. I guess this place has more customers than it needs because apparently they don't care about their food quality and what they serve to customers. French fries were room temperature and congealed together. Cheeseburger was cold. I ordered a side of macaroni and cheese macaroni and cheese it was barely warm. I'll just let the pictures speak.

Was in the area for work. The cheesesteak was amazing! Kids got Mac and cheese and chicken tenders both were good. Wish we had time to eat in but we didn't. Folks were extremely nice! We were definitely outsiders but treated like we had been there hundreds of times. Hubs and I will definitely make a visit again next time in the area.

I thought with a name like Bills Grill I would get a delicious and hefty meal, unfortunately this place should be called CHEAPO BILLS because not only was I robbed of a chicken sandwich (paid for but was not even put in the bag!) I was robbed of the BACON from the BLT. The fundamental principle of a BLT is having juicy pieces of bacon 🥓 OUTSHINING the lettuce, now tell me why there was all lettuce and one dehydrated piece of bacon folded in half on my so called BLT? Just call it a cheapo BLT so I know I’m getting one piece of bacon. The standard for BLT is 4-6 pieces of bacon, I just feel so disturbed and disgusted this is what a BLT has dwindled down to. Please revise your menu to reflect the negligence in preparing your food or make it correctly. Also, if you do charge someone for food, make sure it’s put into the bag once given to the customer. I didn’t know I was paying for air when I ordered a chicken sandwich and to my surprise found NO chicken sandwich in my bag. I’m very disappointed in this restaurant. Y’all have disgraced the meaning of BLT, I’m actually scarred.

They have this lady that can take your order, take a drive through order, answer the phone, serve customer's and make a pineapple upside down cake at the same time lol!!!

Ordered a cheeseburger and large Fry and it’s the same sized container you get when you don’t ask for a large. They asked me what I ordered and when I said cheeseburger she said here it’ is a large fry and cheeseburger and a large tea and I said yeah. See photo. There’s an extra charge of $2.25 for what I was given. What a rip off. Last time I was there they didn’t give me my debit card back and I didn’t notice it until I got home. At this point it’s out of my possession so the bank recommended a replacement. That cost me money one 1 occasion and a huge inconvenience. Not only did they NOT give me a free meal on my next order they cheated me on my fries. Wish Bill was still running the place. What a great man.

Very small quaint grill in the middle of nowhere. Hotdogs for me and ice cream foe my wife and grandsons. Place is very clean and excellent customer service. Daily specials Monday thru Friday.

Worst food we’ve ever gotten and they charged us 35.00. We called in a order and when we got there they told us we had called the other Bills Grill. A guy came to the window and told us he would make out food to keep us from driving all the way to Wilson. It was snowing pretty hard and I understand they needed to close but all they had to do was just tell us this. Instead we got hateful stares from the gals working and thrown together food with burned fries. We wasted money and still had nothing to eat. I will NEVER go back there again! Off my list! Shame on you! 😡😡

The food was really good. I ordered a burger and fries and I could tell they use real meat for their burger not a frozen imitation patty. Prices are reasonable. Its out in the country, though. They also have a drive thru window if you call your order in ahead of time.

They have the best food especially burgers and ribeye steak.

Fast, friendly service. Had burgers that were great. And the chocolate fudge brownie was fantastic, going back just for it.

We got lunch and dessert here today and it was AMAZING!!! Super friendly at the greeting, very clean, fast friendly service and the food was to die for!!! Spent about 12$ per person, but that was full meals for each person, drink and a hefty dessert of Hersheys Icecream! I cannot wait to get back here. Found it on a detour and we are so glad we did!

Delicious, was only in town for two nights and came back there for the second night. Actually ordered two entrees on the second night so I would have dinner the following evening.

We stopped off for a break from highway driving and unknowingly came in a few minutes before closing time. The staff greeted us and sat us at a table for serving. When we realized that it was closing time we offered to switch to a ‘to go’ order; the staff insisted we sit and enjoy our meal while they continued to clean-up. Gotta say, they made us feel VERY welcome even as they were working towards wrapping up the day. THANK YOU for the hospitality and consideration! And we enjoyed the a hot fresh burger and sweet potato fries!!

We stopped in for lunch while driving from MD to Carolina Beach. It's worth getting off the highway. The place has very good burgers "all the way". Not as excellent as Melvin's in Elizabethtown, but a close second. They have huge drinks if you're thirsty.

I was exploring new areas on my motorcycle and I found this cute little restaurant on US-117. The decor is very relaxing and the staff were friendly. But the best part is what you want it to be; the food. I ordered a Philly cheese steak, (I grew up near Philly for context), and it was easily one of the best ones I've had. The meat was seasoned well and the bread was fresh; it was delicious. Anyway, I highly recommend giving it a shot and I will definitely be taking my girl here when I come back.

You got to go on Thursday nights, steak night..omg The best steak you can find. Hand cut ,seasoned to perfection. Small town restaurant, big city taste. I highly recommend going. Thanks" Bill's Grill" ,keep up the good cooking.

Great food, friendly service, and its really quick usually. Ive always had a good experience here. The one in Black Creek is most local to me, and its been there since my dad was a youngster. I like that it seems family owned and operated. Love this place honestly.
