I am so thankful for this restaurant. I drive a lot for work and about once a week, I go out to Bethany. This place is so cute. It's a great place to take your children to. They always have adorable seasonal decorations and I love the trains they have running through the restaurant. The service is wonderful - every single worker I've encountered at this place have been so friendly. This is my favorite restaurant to get lunch and it's awesome because there's not a ton of places nearby. They offer sandwiches, soups, burgers, fries. I've tried multiple meals at Billy's and I'm always so impressed by how fresh everything tastes, especially the vegetables. I've also had some of their baked goods and again, really great. They have some of the best cinnamon rolls around. I've seen some reviews commenting on the prices and I get it, times are tough. Food is really expensive. But that's even more the reason to come to Billy's. They care about the food they serve.

Excellent small town shop! The variety there is a nice mix of ice cream and other treats. The service was great and the ice cream devine. Looking forward to my next visit!

My son took me here for lunch as he often goes here when he is working in the area. We both got grinders with sausage and Broccoli Rabe. The grinders were delicious and everything was fresh. But at 13 dollars each with no fries or anything it's a little pricey. Since that's the way things are now I understand and will be back.

Let’s just say I practically live at Billy’s! Love the food and the atmosphere, it’s my total hangout place because the owners are awesome and they have a sandwich named after my teenage crush “The Elvis”…delicious!

What a hidden gem! From the delightful decor and staff to the trains and race car ride. Kids had the time of their lives. Food brought me right back to enjoying my grandfather’s cooking. You can tell a lot of love went into this place and their food. Prices are more than reasonable and they have a great selection of ice cream flavors. 100% recommend, especially if you have small kiddos.

Food is good. Normally the service is very good too. I noticed that it depends on what day you go and how many employees are working. I noticed also the Facebook page shows an extended menu. I have yt to see this when I go. Try the blt. It's huge and amazing. No shortage of bacon.

Yummy lunch! I regret not getting some ice cream. We all loved our meals and the people working there were friendly and helpful. Next time I’d call ahead and order food so it’s ready for pick up. Can’t wait to go back from ice cream!

This is my favorite place, I get to sit down outside at a picnic table and eat while watching my son's baseball game. The food is hands down amazing, exceeding expectations. Family owned and they have great passion. They will make your food however you like it and also ice cream. Yummy 😋

OMG. We had a small catered party there, the food was amazing! Billys chicken, pasta with meatballs, penne alavodka, eggplant rollatini, and beet salad. Everything was delicious. The mango sorbet was mouth watering. People were so friendly. Their regular menu looks fantastic. We will be going back very soon for their Sinatra burger and others.

Couldn’t get to the grocery store due to work and weather. Adam stopped what he was doing and made me a container of his chicken salad. Now I have lunch for two days! Do yourself a favor and try his food, especially his sauces and condiments. Simply delicious. Thanks Adam

This place is gem! Owner and staff are lovely. I had coffee and an omelette, both very good. They have gluten free bread. It’s 1/2 mile from CFC so a good place to hang if waiting for soccer pickup.

I come here quite often and would come every day if I lived closer. I love the staff here. They are always so very friendly and always remember me. The environment is always clean and neatly organized. The food is great and the ice cream is local and a must. I remember coming to the original Billy’s as a child and the staff and decorations have changed but the service remains extremely welcoming and atmosphere, nostalgic. This is a Bethany treasure and I would highly recommend coming here often. Enjoying this establishment is a tradition I grew up with and hope to carry on with my nieces and generations to come.

Ice cream was good. Service is a work in progress. Probably early in the season, but took about 15 minutes for 3 staff to get ice cream for 5 people.

Billy’s! What an inviting place. When I walked in I had the biggest smile under my mask!! This little spot is so cute, and fun. Decor is nice to look at, there are amazing specials that are hard to say no too! Everything on the menu looks great. Southwestern omelet on a wrap hit the spot that morning. I can’t wait to get some ice cream in the summertime!!

I ordered an ice cream pie for Thanksgiving and it was to die for. Also, the pulled pork sandwich I got from there was the best I've ever had and the anginette cookies are a must when I visit.

They did a great job of getting the place up and running again.

Billy's has fantastic food and a warm, wonderful staff. We are hoping they will reopen soon as Bethany and the surrounding areas are hard up for such good quality in food and an inviting environment. Come for lunch or dinner both are delicious.

Exhorbatently priced and completely inconsistent in terms of quality. While they have a very nice atmosphere and wonderful staff, the food is really hit or miss. I ordered a turkey sandwich and was given what was a good sized sandwich, as i would ecpect foe a $9 sandwich WITHOUT fries or any sort of side. However, the bread was cheap and tasteless, and the turkey was just thick crappy lunchmeat with what seemed like a few slices of kraft singles on it. It reminded me of school cafeteria food. It was inedible and I am in no way a picky person. On the other hand, their signature salad is always delicious and fresh and I love their buffalo chicken wrap. Their prices are completely ridiculous, however. Especially for a place that requests that you clean up your own table, put all of your cups and plates in bins, and get your own coffee, water, utensils, and condiments. Sure you can ask the waitress for all of these things, but it's expected that you take care of these things yourself. A burger there is $8 and if youd like to add fries its another $4.50 for what is basically a handful. Teddy B's down the street is a much better value. You can get a genuinely good burger and fries there for around $8 and it comes with come slaw and a pickle. And they don't expect you to clean your own table.

Really nice place in Bethany, the food is very good to excellent, a very nice casual atmosphere. We haven't had the ice cream but we go there fairly regularly for dinner.

The staff here is always friendly and inviting, and the quality of their food is hard to beat. They've got wonderful thick sliced applewood bacon that really brings their bacon burgers and BLTs to the next level.

Such good food! I had the chicken, roasted peppers, provolone & pesto sandwich, my sister had the grilled cheese, and we shared an order of fries. I got the pesto on the side and dipped the sandwich; it was really good, but very rich, so just dipping was perfect. Her grilled cheese came with tomato and she loved it! There was a little too much tomato, but after taking one slice off, it was great. The fries were really good. They look like regular crinkle cut fries, but almost melted in your mouth! We enjoyed it and want to go back to try the ice cream next time. The food was so good, we ate it all and were stuffed! It's got a rustic, quaint feel with cute decorations and mason jars for drinking glasses. You won't be disappointed going there.

Friendly and quick. The ice cream was delicious. They make it fresh right there. The decor is made of lots of nostalgia pieces. There is outdoor seating and during the Summer it's great to get a cone and sit outside in the evening to catch a breeze.

Love Bill's Ice Cream Shop that's under new management in Bethany. The shop is very quaint colorful and the ice cream was great!
