Best #2, red, add bacon EVER! Congratulations to the early Sunday morning crew!

We had the pleasure of stopping here for lunch, 2 young guys working by themselves, and they were awesome, fastest service at a Blake's I have ever had, they were literally banging our order out before we finished ordering, everything was correct, tasted great, fresh, and they had a can do attitude. Guys like this need to be promoted and spread out, to continue good service everywhere. Wish the one by me was like this. Great job guys.

The burgers were cold the Fry's were very hard 😞 not a very good service 😔

I had the absolute pleasure of dining at this Blake's Lotaburger location and the entire experience, from food to service to ambience - was EXCELLENT. The food was hot, fresh, and ready quickly, and delicious. The nearby picnic area was artfully groomed, and I was fortunate enough to be able to strike up a conversation with Lawrence who runs this location. He is a true gentleman, a proud operator of this location, and someone with a big heart who deserves your business. I feel blessed to have met them. Give this place a shot whenever you're nearby, and you won't be disappointed.

My wife got me a breakfast burrito this morning from this location and the workers served old sausage in my burrito, which caused me to get food poisoning and had to leave work early because of it. I recommend talking to your employees about food handling and safety....

Had to wait in line. Only 3 customers, including me. Ordered a chocolate shake w my green chili chz burger. They said so u want ur shake now. I said yes. They didn't give it to me. Waited 15 min for fresh food. Ok. Where's my shake? Oooo it takes 4 min to start up!!!! What the actual fig?!?! Why didn't u do that when I ordered it? 2 workers n no common sense!!! I'm going to Carlisle next time!!!! Unacceptable!!!!

This was the second Blake's I went to as the First was the 2301 Carlisle blvd one and that one was not cool at all, the staff seemed to be all over the place and didn't have certain items ready to order (the Chili wasn't ready).. But this one here on Washington and Menaul was GREAT!! The staff was nice and the food was absolutely outstanding!! I will recommend this place to anyone in the area and I will definitely be going back to this one here!

Over the course of this past year, I have become a regular at this location - and for good reason! Every time I have gone, I have received swift and friendly service and the food has always been Awesome. In my experience, staff at this location go out of their way to help and serve their customers. I recently came by this location looking for a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich (my usual order), and they were unfortunately short of an ingredient. Instead of turning me away however, they sent a staff member ACROSS TOWN to another location to source the missing ingredients. I cannot think of another restaurant anywhere that would do such a thing. After a minor delay, they upgraded my sandwich meal to a full combo free of charge. If that is not good service, I do not know what is. As mentioned earlier, the staff here are exceedingly friendly. I have interacted with Pat (Hopefully I remembered that name properly) along with a few others almost every time I have come by this location. As stated before, service is always friendly and on point. As long as I work my current job and as long as I am in the area, I will likely continue to stop by here somewhat regularly. Thank you guys for the awesome service! Five out of five stars!

Blakes is the best local burger place in Albuquerque. I think this is the second location they ever opened up and it’s very nice. The people are very friendly. The food and chocolate milkshakes are great. I recommend getting a chocolate milkshake and the green chili double cheeseburger. The french fries are good. I did have the onion rings and was a little disappointed. I won’t order those again but that’s not on them. They just aren’t my favorite. I also did have their breakfast burrito and it was great but I’m not a big breakfast burrito, guy I’ll stick with the double green chili cheeseburger!! what amazes me about Blakes is how they are able to hire friendly proficient staff at a fast food place that impresses me. I’ve only had one negative experience with the staff and that was at their newest location up north.

I ordered a lota combo with cheese and a itsa burger no combo and both top buns were burnt like they forgot them on the grill it was not busy, 2 workers a male and female, so there is no excuse, rest of meal was alright. I hate to pay over 17 dollars and get my meal ruined, I gave this Blake's 5 stars before but today it doesn't even deserve one star, didn't get to complain didn't see till was home, last time I eat here! What a waste of money.

I recently went to this Blakes and ordered a New Mexico combo and I have to say the performance and the way the food looked has changed for the better. I will be continuing to go back from here on out just wonderful service.

Listen, we all know Blake's burgers don't taste the way they used to. Iykyk... However THIS Blake's is the closest thing to that. Idk if it's the seasoning or the cooks but burgers at this Blake's tops ALL the other ones in the city. If you gave up on Blake's try this one out just one more time lol.

Called in an order, came out to about 30 dollars I got there and was told they didn’t take a credit card.. left with nothing I feel like I should have been asked or informed of what payment they take 🙁

I normally do not have problems with Blake's lotaburger, but this time I ordered a chicken sandwich and they mistakenly gave me a chicken tender sandwich. Did not find out till I got home. Was not happy or satisfied with my purchase.

I ordered a chili dog and was not prepared like other locations. The hotdogs bread was not toasted, the hot dog was undercooked and the chili was cold and the fries were soft and undercooked. Not happy about eating an cold hot dog. Eeeeek!

This is the best location for that amazingly true lota burger taste. Made with love and care.

Giving up on a local joint for the past two years Blake’s has gone down hill from its horrendous quality of food to the mess up in service, this last time I went in for a Blake’s burrito before a oil change and was mixed up the wrong order had to walk back they remade my food and asked for fresh bacon, the bacon was horrible and made me want a refund stringy and chewy no matter how you cook it. The staff is nice at this location but Blake’s needs a extreme improvement as it’s fall from grace is literally heart breaking I will be taking my business elsewhere from here on out I’ve given Blake’s too many passes because of who they were but now I gotta realize who they are, a restaurant that fell off and is no longer a New Mexican household name in my opinion due to its lack of quality and service through out every location in Abq. The extra star is my respect for the years they’ve been here but they truly have worked their way into a 1/5

This used to be a great place for a breakfast burrito or a burger but it has changed drastically. The people working are great but i won't be going back. The ingredient quality level is hovering somewhere around jail food. At no point in time should an egg smell like fish

Does get me wrong, I love Blake's! But this location has seen better days. The parking lot is completely torn up. The food took forever. Once I got the food it was just fine, but I will not be going back to this location.

This Lotaburger location shut down for a while. The folks that were there before were kind of slow and a little bit dim. Whenever we opened in 2022, the new staff that have taken over seem to be harder working I think and provide better service. It could be a matter of training. There could be some stuff going on behind the scenes that I don't know about. But I got friendly fast service the last time I went. And that's what matters.

Breakfast burritos were good, however I do have a question. Do you have any Locations that the indoor dining areas are open for indoor sit down dining? We went to several locations that only had drive up windows open, indoor was locked up.

This location has fresh breakfast burrito options and fast service. I ordered online and food was ready exactly when it eatimated.

Blake use to be one of the best fast food Burger spots in Albuquerque. Now it is one of the worst. Not only the food quality has gone down but They lie when it is convenient for them. I just waited at the menaul drive thru for 15 min, there was no car even at the speaker when I pulled up then the first time ever they told me they are only serving breakfast. That’s a first I always get a burger from Blake’s in the morning. So they would not serve me because they were to lazy to make a burger and fries like they always have in the past. Then we go to the Washington location i ask my son if he will run up to the pickup window and ask if they will serve us burgers. This rude lady asks my son do you have a pick up order my son replies no I just have a quick question. She looks at him with a disgusted look and tells him to get to the end of the line if he has a question. Well my family and will never spend another penny at Blakes and I will do everything i can to make sure anyone around also avoids this bad company. Did Blake sell to some really bad owners or what??

Food is always good here at this location on Washington. Well cooked & prepared, courteous staff.

We have been waiting on our food for 20 minutes. The employees are making one order at a time & nobody seems to know what they are doing. If you are short on time don't pick this place cause you will be waiting a while.

Went to the drive thru and ordered a burrito and a shake that was complimentary with the coupon. Told that the wait is going to be 15 to20 minute wait and the shake machine is broken. I left hangry.

I like breakfast burritos from Lotaburger but this place here on Washington st. Is starting to get really bad. No customer service and they closed the window and customers will be standing waiting to order but they don’t respond to it fast enough. Customers are just leaving and they talking that the Lotaburger is not good anymore.

Not worth the wait. No one showed up to open the store or prep for the opening shift. An hour and 20 mins AFTER the store should have been open, did someone finally show up. There were 4 orders on the Online-order screen with no one inside prepping. After calling numerous times someone who was an off-duty manager took over the entire operation. She was able to get all the morning food prep solo to get orders processed and helped overwhelmed customers.

Went to drive up ordered food was wrong went inside made my order again then asked if it was correct the cook stated it was right well giving me dirty look I decided to check again my order was wrong again the manger was very unprofessional seemed to not care. I got home my fries were cold after 40 mins to remake my burgers. When I got home I found two little sticks in my food. It was a horrible experience check you food when u order there.
