I go to Whataburger for one thing, a great burger, and this Whataburger has yet to disappoint.

The worst service they forgot to put my cinnamon rolls and they gave me medium coffees instead of large ones I spoke with the manager Michael I returned to the store. There were 6 employees and after 15 minutes the security guard asked me if I needed anything and he helped me and then he gave me my cinnamon rolls I really do not recommend this place The staff needs training and the manager really needs some advice and training on how to serve customers Terrible service, terrible attitude. Congratulations to the security guard.

Food takes forever if you go through the drive thru

Dang. The burgers are bigger than I thought. Seriously, a double burger from here is bigger than your other fast food places. Tasty sandwich, tasty fries, took a little while to get it but was worth the time. The price seems a little steep but honestly after seeing the portions the price seems fair. Friendly service here.

The best double green chili cheeseburger this side of the Mississippi. Got a pretty good strawberry milkshake too

Infested Infested Infested with flies. Lost my appetite because a fly flew onto and landed on my fries and the straw in my drink. Disgusting 🤢. Refund was issued.

Food is usually great. They do have their off days but otherwise good. Customer service is usually top notch and accuracy is also above normal.

The manager was helpful replacing food I did not like.

What’s is going on? For the past month my orders have been wrong service has been bad. Not adding items to burgers I pay for. Drive through is really going downhill. Someone at corporate needs to step in ASAP!

Horrible service even after I asked them to repeat my order. Lay off the pot and get it together.

This location has gotten my order wrong 10x more than they have gotten it right. We order through DoorDash and almost every single time they forget an item. PLEASE PLEASE check the orders before giving them out. We also don’t have a car atm, and they can’t help us cause we didn’t order through their online website (which we can’t cause the app never lets me place an order). Tired of getting the wrong order almost every time.

We went in to get our Whataburger craving and it did just that!!! It’s always best to eat inside but on the road again. Linda was so nice and had the cutest name tag! She made some for the whole staff… how great is that. She made the stop very pleasant along with the great food

Lines are long in the drive through People get food who ordered after you. The food is good if you’re looking for a saucy burger that’s messy this is the place for you. Shakes are excellent. Lettuce and tomatoes are not so fresh.

This was the best Whataburger I have been to in New Mexico, and I've lived here most of my life.

Breakfast is delicious!! Wait times can be pretty long most of the time but I’m hopeful that this will improve. Other than that, this place is great to eat at, highly recommend!

I believe her name was Melahnie, she took my order, she was super sweet and helpful! She had a great personality and was enjoyable to be around! Very very sweet women! Made me feel very welcome and comfortable at this location! I will definitely be making this my go to Whataburger!

I had a group from Florida they had never been to a wata burger they all loved the food.

I'm not 100% certain, but the interactions I saw between the gentleman, I'm assuming, was the manager or manager on duty, and his subordinates were professional and kind. He never stopped moving, I saw him deliver food, make small talk with customers, and clean the dining room the entire time I was in store. The employees were attentive and chipper, all around it a very pleasant experience! Thanks!

I would give this Whataburger 11 stars if I could! And let me tell you why. Not only is the food always hot and fresh! The service is unparalleled to that of any fast-food I have ever been. One night I drove my wife's car to get some food from this Whataburger location (8th and Menaul). I didn't realize how low the gas was in my wife's car until it was too late. And what was even worse is that I ran out of gas right behind the person at the drive thru window. Normally this would be a nightmare on wheels. Despite being busy the drive thru employee rushed outside to help me push the car out of the way. Normally I would be thankful for even just that much help. But they took it even further by giving me a ride to a gas station so I could fill my gas can and then back to the what burger. I was going to put the names of these two. But I didn't ask permission and I wouldn't want them to get in trouble for any political reasons. And it's actually the entire Whatburger graveyard staff that made this possible. To those that I am speaking of. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I promise to pay it forward. The world needs more people like you.

So I'm a door Dasher, and it would be awesome if the employee(s) would help me do my job properly, by actually checking to see if my order is ready or not in the building. It sucks having to call my customer service to have them call your store to see if the order is there, when the "little girl" at the register looked at me with beaty little eyes, as if I was shining too bright or something, just looked at me, I asked for my order and immediately she responded with "oh that order was already picked up" I asked "are you sure?" And she just immediately said,again, that it was already picked up. She had just clocked in, how did she know it was already picked up. Please talk with your employees with attitudes of hate towards other women, so we can all do our jobs properly and be on our ways. Thank you.

Used to be a good spot but take at times almost 30 mins to get your food and drink people be asking u for money when u try to order going down hill fast in the past year or so.

Ordered a bacon double cheese burger...got a single burger, no bacon and the meat was in 3 pieces. The place was not busy, no line ahead and still manage to get the order wrong.

Quick drive through service. Great food! Prices are high but not enough for me to avoid going back.

I'm very unhappy with the workers. I was standing outside over 30 minutes. The employees brushed off me, I already paid, and door dash workers walked off along with I. They didn't care that it was cold.

Why would you ask if I want spicy or regular ketchup and when I say spicy tell me you ran out!! And then offer me regular and I say that works, you end up not giving me any!?!?

I never leave reviews but I think this one is warranted. My boyfriend and I come here regularly for his lunch break during the week. Usually, the service is decent and quick as I usually order the food in advance so we can pick it up and save some time. This is NOT what occurred today. I placed an online order at 4:30pm, and scheduled the pick up for 5:55-6:00 pm. When we arrived, the girl at the front counter brought us our drinks and told us it'd be a few minutes so that they could get the order together. No big deal. The big deal lies in the fact that my boyfriend and I spent his ENTIRE 30 minute lunch break waiting for an order that I placed 2 HOURS PRIOR. In the time we waited for our food, I saw at least three cars enter and exit the drive through, and at least two customers inside approach the front counter asking how long it was going to be. A little disheartened, and realizing that my boyfriend's time was running out, I then went to the front counter and asked what we were waiting on. The girl then went to the back, and in that time, I saw most of the people running the line huddled together, chatting and laughing. The girl then returned, and told me that as soon as the fries were done, she'd bring our order out. That was fine by me, and I went back to my area. Between the time I had spoken to her and the time we actually got our food, another person came in, ordered, AND RECEIVED his food, fries and all. I approached her again, asking why it was that we were still waiting when he had just walked in, and was serviced in 10 minutes at MOST. Right as I went to ask, the manager or team lead brought our food to us, and handed it to me very abruptly and honestly very rudely. Given that my boyfriend then had less than five minutes before having to return to work, we left. Upon inspecting our order, it was clear that our fries were definitely NOT fresh, and didn't even have salt on them. Absolutely ridiculous. As someone who's first job was at a whataburger, I know that what occurred today was not at ALL how they function. I know it can get hectic, but there were maybe two cars in the drive through, and ONE group in the dining area. To say I'm disappointed is an absolute understatement. If I had wanted to wait 30 minutes for my food, I would've gone through the drive through, and probably would've gotten my order MUCH faster. I hate to sound like a Karen, but do better, you guys. I'm tempted to not come back at all after today. This is unacceptable service.

Tell me why I came for coffee at 8am for my husband and I and both coffee’s are cold! Smh why would you give out old cold coffee .. instead of warming it up we decided to throw it out and go somewhere else.. our food was fine though :(

Ok, there is really nothing bad to say about this place. It's the crazy prices that got me. I just can't see myself spending $13 for one person. The pattymelt meal was awesome, just too pricey.

$12 and some change for the sandwich alone. Thought that was the combo. *Edit* I ordered chili fries then added a sandwich and drink and they instead added a combo... The fries have waaaaay too much salt and even if they tell you the chili doesn't have onion, it does. **I wish I would have read my own review, I went back and ordered a 9 piece whatawings. Fountain drinks were not happening and three of my nine pieces were so small they didn't have any chicken in them.

They made my burger wrong. I took it back, and they made me a new one and added very little bacon the 2nd time. The good thing is they did give me fresh hot 🍟

When you're the only place open after midnight, nobody better say anything. But the food is actually good, and they do the damn thing. Prompt efficient service.

It's 11:40 pm on Monday March 4 2024. I don't know who they have on the grill for them, but they do not know how to make a patty mealt. Worst one I've ever had in my life. Will never come back to this location again. Will continue going to the one on Carlisle. It's apparent that this person needs some more training.

As with most Albuquerque area establishments (minus Police Stations and detention enters) if you don't mind wading through wave upon wave of our local 'housing challenged' Duke City residents asking for a spare 10 to 15 bucks (change - apparently is beneath their station). This virtual fast food paradise serves all of our greasy, myocardial infarction favorites. Of course there is the local epicurean add on which makes any random burger an instant gourmet classic, of course I am referring to Green Chile.... Be sure to try it on your strawberry shake (not really, but seriously try it on burgers and cheeseburgers and get hooked like you're sucking down some fentanyl fun!

My daughter and I stopped in for a late night dinner and we were coming from a concert at Rens Den and we were hungry. The number 1 was soooo good. A great burger is always made with just mustard only.

VERY impressed with the "Breakfast Burger" on their breakfast menu. The cashier/employee at the window could've been a little less serious though. The inside dining area of this fast food joint has been the same for years which is GREAT!

Trash all over the parking lot. Took a long time to get our food in drive thru with only 1 car in front and 1 behind and very few cars in the parking lot potentially dining inside. No condiments on the burgers, then when we asked for sauce to go with fries we were told they charge more for that, even though we got none with our paid for meal. A single pack of ketchup or sauce, at least, to go with fries should be included!

I have gone through the drive-through 5- 8 times this year. I usually order burgers. Food hot, orders correct, employees very courteous and service oriented.

Unfortunately this location is always hit or miss. The last few times that I've gone in the last week the food has not been fresh. The grease seems like it always needs to be changed, french fries and potatoes are greasy and not fresh. The food seems like it has been sitting many times when you get it now. Ordered a breakfast on a bun yesterday and received hash browns that looked like they had been dumped twice in old grease and a tired looking sausage sandwich with cold cheese. This is not the Whataburger that you write home about.

Great-huge Whataburger hits the spot every time. The parking lot and drive thru situation will box you in. Careful where you park if you get down.

Everything was good the ladies were nice service and food was great. Just the waiting sucked, a customer in the drive thru was blocking the road waiting for their food, so everyone had to drive around it, they to have a waiting section.

I'm a big fan of Whataburger and this particular restaurant was wonderful! The service was fast, friendly and efficient while the food was perfectly cooked, hot and delicious. Even though it was quite crowded, staff kept up and delivered an excellent product.

30 minutes for 3 cars worth of orders. This location has gotten worse and worse. One of the few locations to get food late night and it takes long than an entire lunch break. Mr. Winnikof do better.

The food and service was good but the atmosphere I couldn't really tell. I ordered online so they brought it out to me. Outside there were a lot of homeless people hanging around outside begging for money.

Loved the food but it was a little bit scary late night. There is a security on duty which was definitely a plus. I'd here again most definitely.
