I’ve always had great food and service at the Eglin location! The food is excellent.

I thought the pizza was great and the guy who made it was sooo awesome but he was immediately pulled after he did the best at serving me. And he looked so sad the next time I seen him. Not a very good employer...he looked very mean it all made my experience there so dreadful I felt so responsible for getting that poor guy in trouble for making my pizza perfect. MAYBE I'D TRY THE OTHER LOCATION....SO LONG AS THE GUY'S WITH THE ARM TATTOO'S AREN'T THERE THEY ARE UNSPEAKEDLY RUDE AND POSSILE PREDIJUST!??!

Food was great and fast service

Ordered delivery to our hotel. Food was good but pizza was barely warm. Didn't bring cutlery for the salads ordered or napkins. I can't complain about the flavor though. Tasty pizza!

I was making a quick stop for my favorite blood orange lemonade and sprite. The young man who helped me, Turner was fabulous! He didn't know that my cousin passed earlier today and that his kindness and amazing customer service had such a huge impact on me. Thank u for being a bright star in a dim world Mr. Turner, always continue to shine bright!

Mediocre pizza and an extremely rude manager. I ordered a pizza online tonight. My intention was to send the order in online and pay with cash when I got to the store, as I have always done in the past with Domino's and Papa John's. Staying at a hotel, I was reluctant to put my credit card number in my computer because I did not know how secure their network was. When I could not indicate that I would be paying cash online, I called the store TWICE. Both times, their phone rang NINE TIMES, and NO ANSWER. Despite this red flag, I decided to chance ordering online by credit card and made the transaction due to all of the positive reviews about the pizza. When I got to the store, I asked the kid at the register why I could not order online and pay cash, and why they would not answer their phones. I also asked him to get his manager if he did not have an answer. The manager, "CeCe", had a very nasty attitude toward me from the beginning. I repeated my question to her, and she insisted that I could not order online "because of the app". I explained to her that I was ordering on the internet with a computer on their website, not an app on my cell phone. She very argumentatively told me that "it is still an app!". She also said that they were not answering their phones "because we are busy." Exasperated, I told her "I guess you don't want my business anymore." Amazingly, she responded "that's fine!". After dealing with this extremely rude woman "CeCe", I got back to my hotel room to try my pizza, still hoping it would be good. The cheese and crust were okay, but the sauce tastes like it came out of a can you buy at the grocery store (i.e. Don Pepino's or something similar). Perhaps people in Rapid City are not familiar with New York style pizza and have no clue what good pizza is...but I digress on that one. I do not understand how this place stays in business with employees this rude. "CeCe" certainly does not seem to care about losing customers (Domino's and Papa John's ALWAYS answer the phone when they are "busy" even if they have to ask you to hold--and I would have been happy to hold if they are truly busy). Needless to say, this place will NEVER get my business again.

We love Blaze. We were traveling in Rapid City, and were happy to see a familiar place to grab a quick meal. This location had great staff and quick service. And the same great food we’re used to.

Just checked this out on Google because we wanted pizza for a change. The pizza isn't huge, but for just the 2of is it was great. Sausage was really good and the cheese bread was a pleasant surprise. Glad we stopped in.

Ordered a large pizza and cheese bread for delivery. Arrived ok, but was slightly cold. Missing 2 toppings. Cheese bread was burned on the bottom. Reheated in MW; flavor was pretty good. Asked for reg red sauce, but mine was spicy.

Final update: I will never do any pickups or business with this location again. This place is absolutely horrible and probably the most ignorant of pickup times of any restaurant in this side of town. An absolute waste of my time. Update: another ridiculously long wait because nobody bothered to start the online order. This place is gonna start dropping a star every time the orders aren't ready on time, it's gone downhill bad because I used to eat here twice a week and they were always ready on time when I deliver.

Delicious pizza! You can build your own with toppings right in front of you. Then they fire grill it to cheesy goodness! Definitely recommend!

This was my first experience at Blaze Pizza. I thought it was pretty good and very interesting to get to see your food cook in the pizza oven. The pizza was pretty good. I look forward to trying different pizzas.

My mom and I got lunch today as an online order and our pizzas were not cooked all the way through even though we stated cook well done. I got the gluten free dough and it was not even close to done. Her and my son’s pizzas were very floppy as well. And the girl ( she had dark hair, hair up with a headband ) that was the smith was rude when we asked for another side of ranch, and she didn’t seem like she wanted to even be there. Definitely need to teach them how to smith better, you can’t serve customers dang near raw dough. And we love the taste of blaze and them having gluten free options, very unfortunate.

The staff were very friendly, and quick. And the pizza was amazing. Malachi, Aliagh, and Demetrius served me and they were great!

A buddy of mine recommended blaze pizza and he was right, it’s absolutely delicious! I had a long day and was very hungry so I stopped by blaze pizza and gave it a try. A young man by the name of Chance that works there was very polite and honestly made my day better. He definitely made my first experience a great one. Before I walked out the door after finishing my pizza he asked me how my food was and cracked a few jokes with me. This young man provides excellent service and made my day 100 times better! Definitely will be stopping by again for another pizza and look forward to seeing this young gentleman again!!

I had the most respectful teenager come and open the door for me to get inside, and then i accidentally spilt my drink and he cleaned it up very nicely without any hesitation. This young man’s name was Chance. The pizza was great and i am very glad i had this experience to eat here, i will definitely be back.

The worker flipped half of my pizza onto the counter while putting it in the box, instead of remaking it he just continued to put it in the box. They also either have the treats mislabeled or don’t check what they are handing you because they gave me the wrong treat.

Phenomenal service, food, and communication!! As someone with allergies, the staff took many measures from washing hands, using clean gloves, labeling my order, and using a clean pizza cutter! Thank you Blaze!

Came today for pi day. 3/14/2024 they had a special going where you get a pizza for $3.14. my kids were excited to go for that reason so we went we were in line and I had my son sit down at a table just as I always do and then I just ordered his pizza. Got to where you start ordering I told the girl I had two pizzas I needed she told me unless he is standing in line with me she would charge me full price so I had his brother grab him. As they got back to us in line a woman started shouting at us from behind the counter really shouting at my kids and said NOPE YOU CAN'T DO THAT YOU HAVE TO BE STANDING IN LINE THE WHOLE TIME!!! as my son who just rejoined us in line came back I said he has been she said NO YOU CANT JUST GET IN LINE YOU HAVE TO BE IN IT THE WHOLE TIME . At this point I couldn't believe this lady was arguing and yelling at me in front of the whole restaurant about my own son eating with me. People in line could have cared less as we were all in line minus one person 8 people total. And the other employee is the one who told me to go get him. I told her we had been in line just like everyone else she argued a bit more and then finally gave it up. I was embarrassed and pretty upset I asked the cashier who the manager was and he told me the lady yellong at me was the owner 😳😳😳😳😳 yikes !!! Not how you treat customers at all very out of line and rude. The cashier apologized but he didn't need to he was very pleasant the owner needed to apologize but she didn't so we won't be coming back. The old owner was absolutely amazing and extremely nice. This lady should find something for herself that doesn't involve customer service. Would not recommend

We came on Pie day the line was out the door, however we were sitting at our table with our pizzas within 10-15 minutes tops. The staff did great and Tina the manager was phenomenal. Thank you Blaze we'll be back!

Tiffany is always so sweet and makes the best pizzas! She serves with a smile and makes the whole experience pleasant and simple. I recommend asking her to make your pizza if you end up at blaze!

They routinely forgot the extra toppings (arugula/hot sauce/balsamic) at both locations whether we order online or in person. I order pesto cheesy bread and just get cheesy bread. It’s pretty disappointing.

Edit: Blaze reached out and sent me a code for a free pizza the same day. I’m upping my rating to 4 Stars. Thank you Blaze. Check your take out orders! They have everything piled together and will hand out other people’s food if you’re not vigilant. Customers have a limited amount of time for lunch and having to go back for the correct items is a waste of time. Hopefully I get the free order they promised on my next visit.

We had an 80 dollar order, they messed up and when we called, they said there was nothing they could do about it.

Ethan at the Eglin street location was so kind. This store is night and day compared to the west side location. The staff is so kind and they do a great job. I will always drive to the opposite side of town when I want a pizza, so I can avoid the chaos/ attitudes and bad pizza at the west side location

They didn’t give us any sauce. The man with the long arms was rude. And they put way to much salt in one of my friends pizzas. The onions were way to big. I wouldn’t recommend coming here. There were very loud sounds and it was hard to eat in peace.

Worst experience I have ever had at a blaze pizza on Sunday night. Stood in line for 30 minutes, ordered our pizzas, and mine was taken by a carry out order. I am coming back a second time and editing my rating for this location since I have been back. The second time I visited the staffing was a lot better and there weren’t as many issues seemingly facing the staff this time. My pizza was put together and cooked right and we didn’t have to wait an extended amount of time to eat.

When did this place turn into a dive? There were like two customers in the whole place and it was still super slow service. The place was filthy with food and crumbs all over behind the counter, on every table, and all over the floor. This used to be a nice place now it’s kind of a dump.

I ordered curbside. Order ready at 6:15 pm and I called when I got there and the pizza wasn’t ready. Fine.. I get that. They said it would be right out. At 6:40 I called and the line was busy. Finally hubby had to go in and get it. Which sucks because I had Covid. :( The pizza, sadly, was not what we ordered.. Both pizzas had no drizzle, one had no bacon. The pesto cheese sticks had no pesto! This is just super poor service and after paying good money, we expect to get what we ordered. I couldn’t go back in because I didn’t want to get anyone sick. I guess word to the wise: always check your order before leaving.

No more salami for a topping?! No more keto crust either? Tomatoes were bad! Not even ripe, still green on the ends. Order person had ipod ear piece in one ear! So they can't hear you!!! Is this the new way of taking orders in fast food?? They listen to music while they work? Seen same thing at Jersey Mike's! Come on, there is music on in the place!

The service wasn't the best, they misplaced one of our pizzas and had to remake it and they burned our s'mores when we asked for them to be toasted. The one was burned so badly that the marshmallow was caramelized and the paper that the s'mores came in was stuck inside of the marshmallow. Wouldn't recommend this location for blaze.

They use a gas-powered open flame style oven, has minimal flop. The crust is crispy. The cheese is light, and the sauce is a little bland. All in all, the crust is really good - 7.5.

I got my pizza thrown on the table. Service sucks and the lines are so long. Took me 1 hour to get my pizza. Lots of kids running around. I go to five guys because of how it is so busy and the pizza gets thrown. Also the papers under the pizzas when you get it, yeah those got thrown on my pizza to. Stuff under my box when I got it. The employees work there talk to each other and get sidetracked. Also other pizzas got set on top of each other. I hope this review helps out to do better. And the cups leak so bad

Teenagers look like that was running th place. Lines are so long. Tools got slammed on the table and no gloves just hands touching our pizza. I would not go there at all. Very sad it was good and now it just sucks.

Very slow to get the line moving. All kids working there and too busy goofing around to pay attention to what they are doing. Pizzas are thrown out and smashed on the counter. Guy getting pizzas out not wearing gloves and touching pizza to put on boxes. Other guy getting pizzas out slamming down tools. Horrible do not go here. Sad it used to be good. Cups are smaller now too.

This was the first blaze pizza location in Rapid City South Dakota. The staff is always very friendly and the facility is always very clean. As far as pizza goes, blaze seems to be a little healthier than your average. We like to get the build your own pizzas with the regular tomato sauce, the hot tomato sauce is actually fairly hot and we have a fairly high tolerance for heat. This visit, we tried the cauliflower crust for the first time. It was amazing! It was very crispy and kind of had a melt in your mouth feel to it. The flavor was excellent. Very consistent.

First time visiting Blaze. The pizza was excellent and so was the service. If we’re ever in the area again, will definite stop in.

First time eating at Blaze pizza. All the youngest guy's were super nice and helpful. The pizza was hot and fresh and done with in minutes. Plenty of different choices.

First off, I love blaze pizza. It’s an amazing food chain and probably my favorite, but if you order off the app don’t expect to get what you ordered at this specific one. I had next to none of what I selected to be on my pizza and my boyfriend had the ingredients I was missing on his pizza so they obviously weren’t out. This is the 3rd or 4th time this has happened to one of us at this specific location with pick up. My bf said that it was slow in there when he picked our food up, and most the workers were leaned up against the back counter when he came in. In the past I had a girl mess up multiple times while I was ordering in person and she was smashing flies with her gloved hands while making pizzas. Must be an issue with management or something since apparently no one that works here seems to care to do their job correctly or knows how to spell basic names, from all of my experiences I’ve had here the past couple years. Not going here anymore. I’ll go out of my way to try out the other location in Rapid. I’m not a crabby person. If there is a mess up I usually just eat it anyway, but every single time is a little much.

Fast, tasty, great gluten free options.

I’ve been here a few times and all I can say is, the manager should stop by more often to check on the employees. They ALL had horrible attitudes and were bothered/annoyed when a customer asked for something or just had a question. The service has severely degraded and the overall cleanliness as well. If you hate your job that much, don’t work there.

I love Blaze but when there’s a line out the door, pause your online orders. It’s insulting to those who darken your door.

Well I was out here for athletic purposes and me and my soon to be special someone were looking for a quick bite. We settled on pizza but we decided we wanted to eat in instead of take out. Low and behold blaze pizza. We walked in and the atmosphere was perfect like a simple pizza joint it was there where we had the flames kindled. The pizza was good and the service was great. All in all I can thank blaze for this great experience.

As always Blaze Pizza comes thru.... You get to order a pizza exactly how you want it they make it exactly how you want it they cook it they give it to you and you go on your way and it's fantastic!

The pizza was nice, and we it was ready within minutes. I recommend it if you want to just enjoy a nice simple pizza, and you get to choose your toppings, which made it super nice.

First time here as I do not live in RC. I didn't understand the process of getting a pizza and had to ask several times. They had about 7 teenage boys working, all who looked unenthused and used minimal words with customers. It took 5 minutes to get the pizza ordered with toppings. Then it took another 5 minutes to pay as the cashier couldn't figure out how to enter the special. Pizza was cold by the time I paid as it was done but I hadn't been able to pay. Overall, pizza was average- I've had worse but have also had better.

I got a gluten free pizza and mine was forgotten about and left in the oven for at least 10 mins. The employee even admitted he forgot about it and left it in there 6-7 mins longer. It wasn't burnt, but the crust was super crunchy and I couldn't taste the toppings. It would have been great other than for that. I think this was single issue, not an issue for the entire establishment. I love Blaze pizza, otherwise.

Sorry to say pizza was burned. Bottom was black. Ordered extra pepperoni. Pizza came with fifteen pieces. Don't get your pizza from there.

This is the best Blaze Pizza in town. 9$ for a personal pizza made exactly how you want it. The line moves quickly even when it's going out the door.

Great Pizza and reasonably priced

I was so pleasantly surprised with how good it was. I have a somewhat sensitive stomach and me and pizza don't always get along. They have so many different options for crusts and toppings and sizes that there truly is something for everyone. The pizza itself was also not greasy like most pizza places and I know my tummy with be happy about that later.

Wow, this was the worst pizza I've ever had. We were visiting from out of state, ordered for pickup to eat at our hotel, and starving as we were, could barely get this down (I wasn't able to eat mine at all because it literally could have passed for cardboard). It looked and tasted like they made it this morning and left it sitting all day. I cannot express how angry I was at spending money on food I could not eat.

Very disappointed in customer service/staff and cleanliness of restaurant. We went in and explained that our daughter had peanut/tree nut allergies. When we explained this to them, they simply shrugged their shoulders and said they didn't know. Very indifferent, and they could have cared less about the allergies-we were an inconvenience to them. We have been to other Blaze Pizza locations, and the staff was outstanding in handling these types of allergies. After reviewing their online allergy info, we figured out that the pizza was safe. Still, this staff was ill prepared to deal with allergies, and their attitude with us was really unprofessional. Also, the restaurant was dirty-we had to wipe off our own table as all the tables were dirty, and there was food all over the floor. There were 4 workers talking behind the counter, while it was obvious that things could have been taken care of. The gentleman and the lady working the pizza oven were working hard, and we had no problems with them. Still, compared to other Blaze Pizzas we have been to, this one was the worst. Please teach your staff how to accommodate allergies, and not have an attitude about it.

tl;dr: Great pizza, just don’t get it delivered. Easiest way to get $50 in cold pizza is to order delivery from Blaze. I’ve never been let down more than with their 3rd party delivery. It’s a shame Blaze let’s this happen after their own employees make wonderful (when at proper temperature). So 5 star pizza, but 1 star delivery experience… I guess that’s 3 stars, though I would get their pizza again.

Create your own really good Pizza for a top price

Came here recently. Offerings didn’t match those on the website. Salads were sub-par, both in terms of size and quality. Pizza was good.

Service was good. Food was very good. The general cleanliness of the location was fine. The details like base boards and window sills were definitely lacking. The bathrooms were questionable at best. Blaze has great things going for it. I would love to see it be high quality across the board.

Sausage was not cooked. Not that great tasting. Couldn't find on the app the option to pick what type of crust you want. Had to go there just to order the thick crust. All and all won't be back. The girl at the front had long hair hanging which is a violation of health code. had to go done there.

Food was good, but this low review is due to staff. The staff here really sucked today. Not a lot of professionalism and they didn’t seem to care about speed of service. I ordered a pizza and after they were done making it and about to put it in the oven the staff was like “oh yeah, we are out of chicken. They had been out of chicken for hours… The ice tea container only had water in it, this was at a lunch rush, they forgot to add any tea 😆

Made to order pizza cooked hot and fresh in minutes. I was in and out of the store in just over 10 minutes. Individual pizza was $9.05, was about 12" and 6 pieces. 2 people could share. Delicious and excellent value.

Always good food. Staff changes a lot, but the service is usually good. The restaurant can be a bit messy at times, but that's to be expected with how busy it is. Overall a good experience.

This was a nice find during our trip to Rapid City. Gas fired pizza oven with build your own individual pizzas or choose from an extensive menu. Service is like toher chains (chipotle, subway etc.) only pizza. We all had a great pizza and service was very fast and efficient and the place is nice and clean. Great experience, recommended.
