I usually love this place, today was terrible. They had the door propped open. When I got to the counter I saw flies flying around and one landed on the ladies pizza ahead of me. The manager told me the door was not working well. I pointed out the flies and he didn’t seem to care. He told me they were fixing the door. I turned around and no one was there. I sat down with my boy and several minutes later he brought equipment out and started fixing the door. My boys pizza was undercooked and we both had upset stomach’s the rest of the day. I shouldn’t have to point out to a manager that flies in the kitchen is bad, and I shouldn’t have to argue with him when he doesn’t care.

Highly recommend if you're vegan. They have cheesy bread that can be made with vegan cheese.

I was picking up 2 order (separate orders) for 8:08pm. I arrived at 8:15pm and they were not ready. I was told they were coming up. I waiting until 8:30pm before asking again and was told the same thing. I waiting another 10 minutes before I talked to the manager (KJ) who did not care at all, did not apologize, barely said a word. Staff at this location doesn't care. The manager ended up giving me an expired gift card for a free pizza that expired on August 29th (today was September 1st). This location is the worst.

Delicious food, made to order; great atmosphere; & great service. Line builds up a bit during busy times, but food comes out quickly.

This really hit the spot while we were in disney springs. Very affordable, and you can maximize your toppings without extra cost. It was really loud and busy, but the service was extremely efficient.

"I recently visited Blaze pizza for a casual lunch with my family , and it was an excellent experience. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming, perfect for eating out. The staff were incredibly friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We ordered the red vine, carnivore and the customized pizzas, and both were outstanding. The crust was perfectly crispy, and the ingredients tasted exceptionally fresh. The red vine had a delightful balance of cheese and tomato, while the carnivore had just the right amount of spice. Overall, I highly recommend blaze pizza to anyone looking for delicious pizza in a great setting. We will definitely be coming back!"

I haven't reviewed Blaze in like seven years, so it's time to revisit. I gave this place four stars back in 2017. Not sure why. Douche move. Blaze is great. The high pace energy of the workers, the quick-moving line, the shocking amount of toppings they show on that pie, it's all good. The pizza itself is surprisingly good. Even with unlimited toppings, each of those toppings plays their part and adds to the experience. Of course, that's probably not the case if you ask them to add literally every meat, or five different sauces, but that's another thing. I try to add my toppings with a little strategy, even if my picture begs to differ... Anyway, with many different crust options, get the keto crust because you're probably not getting enough protein, all sorts of meats, cheeses, and veggies, you don't always need mozzarella, and a few accent sauces or drizzles, there are probably 64 quintillion combinations of pizzas you can make here. Good stuff.

Our first visit to a Blaze Pizza on a recommendation. They did not disappoint! Food made to order, and made to perfection! We also requested a unique dessert (recommend using the chocolate chip cookies together with a smore dessert!). It was so tasty! Service was great, food was excellent.

This location is very convenient to UCF students and residents of Plaza on University. The atmosphere is very warm and inviting, the food is delicious, and the staff is very kind. Server Jett was very attentive and caring towards me and other customers. Would definitely grab some pizza here again.

I love that I can see & select my own toppings! Everything is always fresh. And, the brownies are always warm 😋

We came with a very large group. They accommodated us very well and food was good as always. The staff works well together to keep the line moving quickly. The manager is also attentive and flexible, and was able to honor offers even if their systems were temporarily down.
