This restaurant is like no other in UCF/Orlando area. They have the freshest dough made right in front of you! I think the best thing on the menu is the oriental pie, so fresh and filling, great price too, and shawarma was delicious. Restaurant is super clean with modern decor. Very honest workers as well, I had left my wallet there by accident and they kept it safe for me! Amazing atmosphere, food, and employees!

This is a really good place for Egyptian pizza or as it written on the menu as Oriental Pies. The Dough Show Oriental pie was so "doughlicious" as stated by my sister in law. It was fresh, favorable, filled with meat, olives, green peppers, onion and cheese. I ordered a regular size and it was more than enough to feed three people. All the food here is served fresh, hot and full of flavors. The service is so friendly and efficient. I was still thinking about how good it was the next day. You must go and try it out. It's a fun place to also watch the guy make the dough.

A Delightful and Welcoming Experience I had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant, and the experience was fantastic. From the moment I walked in, the owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, which set a really nice tone. Additionally, a Venezuelan guy on the staff stood out for his friendliness and attention to detail, making everything even better. The food was the real highlight: delicious, packed with fresh vegetables, and perfectly seasoned. Every dish was full of flavor, and you could tell great care was taken in the preparation. This is definitely a place I’ll be returning to soon. Highly recommended!

This is our new favorite Mediterranean restaurant. Everything was so fresh and delicious. We had the falafel platter, the babaganou, and the mint lemon drink. All was made fresh and out quickly. You can order right from your table and the service was perfect. Order the basbusa for dessert, it was the best I have had since I got it in Egypt. We will definitely be back!

The food is very delicious, and the nice thing they have a specialized cook for each type of items, ' a specialized cook of shawarma’ specialized cook with oven dough, a specialist in various salad dishes with vegetables, fruits with great taste and shape, and a specialized chef for grills 'with a varied taste' and the way of serving food on wooden dishes forms give a good and clean impression. Worth a stop! The best falafel I've ever had, not dried out and tasteless but a glorious taste bud popping gem. The signature DoughShow is unlike anything I've had before and well worth it.

Everybody is so kind and the food is spectacular. Their beef has just the right amount of spice and their lentil soup is mind blowing. Will definitely come back. I love that they are open late as well for my late night munchies. <3

Our lunch was so delicious! Three of us shared the Dough Show pie and Mixed Meat Shawarma meal and we had leftovers!

I have been here twice in about two weeks. The place is phenomenal. Some reviews state they are pricey but it is well worth the extra. Food is fresh and very tasty. The natural drinks are made to order and are delicious. If you haven't been, I highly recommend you come through and check them out.

Tried their beef oriental pie and baklava. The food tastes good, even though I expect the flavor will be much stronger. Their staffs are also friendly. The only issue is sometimes the wait is too long, 30-40 minutes is too much for me.

We had the mixed shawarma pie and the chicken kofta with fries, baba-ganoush and tabouleh (never had this before so wanted to try it. It’s basically a very minty, refreshing salad). We liked both, but the wife loved the kofta player especially. The fries were some of the best we’ve ever had. I also ordered sugarcane juice but had to return mine because from my vast experience of having sugarcane, I could tell that this one had red rot inside. The manager was kind enough to replace it with a watermelon juice which I absolutely loved. Wanted to try Om Ami but unfortunately they were out of it.

This restaurant is so beautiful on the inside and they make lots of different fresh delicious juices. But the star of the show is the food which is straight from heaven. My family and I were blown away by the food, definetly some of the best Mediterranean food you can get. Stop by if you want something out of this world! And if you’re somehow still hungry, I’ll also recommend a desert, it comes with Nutella and pistachios on a soft warm bread with custard inside. Just like the food it’s amazing, the secret is asking for biscoff on half it’s so good 🤤. Do yourself a favour and check it out!

Coming from Clermont trying to order over the phone so I don’t have to wait 40 min for my order to get ready , call them 12 times no answer and when they answer the guy was like I can’t take your order try later , for me that was really disrespectful , even I told him that I’m coming from Clermont . won’t never order from them again I guess you are not that busy to take the time to respond to the review but you are busy to take my order , the respond you got from me in the phone is reflecting the way you respond to me

Must try NEW salads & bbq menu !!!! If you want an authentic shamerma/ aka GYRO the beef is so moist! And the chicken is even better it is the best in town just like I get it back home with the fresh veggies the tehina and hummus here are amazing the LENTIL SOUP is amazing and the Egyptian pies the feteer is amazing !!!!! The sweet and savory! The mixed cheese and veggies as well as the sweet ones are perfect! Perfect! Even my 3 year old loves her shawerma sandwich everything shareable ! Food was mediocre, 3 tables full of people got their food before us and we've been waiting for over 30mins after ordering. The tables were not all clean and the floor was left a mess, the workers were all over the place and couldn't get their things togather. They only had one server to give food to tables and some plates we went and got them, I'll tell you right now, if you're thinking of trying this place, don't even bother. Mcdonald's is a better option.

Came all the way from Tampa for this. Amazing food! Everything was fresh and made infront of you! Wait time wasn’t that bad considering the amount of pies we ordered! Love their service and everyone was so friendly and nice! Definitely will come again!

Portion have gotten drastically smaller. Not as advertised. An absolute rip off. I spoke to the manager about this issue. No action was taken. Rip off is the adequate word to describe such a practice. When a business starts with regular portions then reduces the amount of food drastically that is a rip off and stealing.

It was amazing I had the beef shawarma pie and my dad had the mix grill. The most flavorful food. The service was great I was treated kindly and they were nice to my daughter. I will definitely recommend it.

Great spot, love the food super fresh

I've never had anything like it before and I wish I could come here all the time. I had the beef pie and it was filling without being heavy and the dough has a good chew to it. I also had the lotus pistachio and it was delicious as dessert. The indoors is spacious and has a lot of seating which is nice, and the service was very friendly. Looking forward to being in the area again to go back.

It is worth every dollar. I had an absolutely amazing experience today! For starters, the service was superb. Gilbert attended to my mother and I frequently, brought our food to us, and offered samples. The food was amazing. I had the Greek salad, minced meat pie, and the Alexandria. The food came within 10-15 minutes and had beautiful presentation. The lemon mint drink is delicious as well. I will definitely be coming back and telling all my friends about this restaurant. My family of 4 loves Middle Eastern and Mediterranean food. Here for the first and last time. Ordered 35 minutes at the counter before any food or drinks arrived. Two in our party got served and then another 25 minutes later the other two got their schwarma. Simple order, no customization. Notified the manager and his response was rude and uncaring. Food is fine but beware rude and inefficient service

I took my family to eat here and we had a great experience! They had tables outside with an area to play connect 4 while you wait (food takes about 15-20mins) and the food was delicious! 10 out of 10 recommend! You have to try the sugar cane juice and their dessert pizzas are a nice finish to the visit!

Sooooo good! Worth a trip every time. Best lentil soup we have ever had. The chicken Shwarma pie was the family favorite (we had 3 kids with) and we were blown away by the Alexandria dessert pie.

Unique experience with great food, atmosphere, and service. Clean and bright restaurant with a unique atmosphere and foods. Although I am highly familiar with Middle Eastern cuisines I have never had an Egyptian Pie. The Dough show sums it all up in their namesake with the dough of the Pies adding such a multi-dimensional textural and flavor profile. The customer service was top notch with everyone treating us like family. Highly recommend everything we tried from the pies to the Hummus, Pita, Baba, Kefta Platter, it was all so flavorful and delicious. The value was also a win! Good size portions in which to share. Thank you for a great experience.

Someone recommended this and now I’m going to recommend everyone I know! The staff is SO KIND. They offered recommendations and guided us through the menu. BUT THE FOOD!?!? Fantastic. I really enjoyed it and will be coming again! I tried a chicken shawarma salad that wasn’t yet on the menu but they recommended it. My boyfriend had the beef shawarma with rice, tabbouleh, and spinach. Then we also got the Dough Show and some fresh juices. The flavors were so on point.

One of my new favorites!! Food was so amazing! The greek salad was really fresh and flavorful. The dough show pie was extraordinary. The lamb kebab and the Alexandria sweet pie were super yummy. And to top it all, service was superb. Gilbert made this our first visit one to remember. We will definitely be returning soon.

The food is delicious!!! We live in Tampa and Whenever my husband goes to Orlando he brings home some pies from here. The sujuk pie and the pastrami pie are soooo good!!! Kids love it as well. If only they would open another location in Tampa!!

Everything about this place was amazing!!. The food was sooooo packed with flavors, it was just lile a flavor burst when you bite into the dough show pie it was sooooo goood and the workers were very efficient and friendly. Especially Gilbert! He's amazing! He made sure everyone was okay and had everything and all the workers had a smile it was such a welcoming environment. I would definitely go there again and again...

We went there today. My wife and two kids. The The food was awful. The mixed grill was dry and the lamb taste was very obvious and overpowering. The chicken shawrma was dry and had no taste at all. Spent 80 dollars. First and last time.

If you value your time and money, go elsewhere. Took an absurd 40 minutes just to get my single Build-A-Bowl order prepared. There is no reason why a simple medium sized To-Go order should take almost an hour to get ready. The food isn't even worth the amount of time you wait for; it's good but nothing great. There are far better options around the area for your money and your time--such as The Halal Guys, Little Greek Fresh Grill, and others--not to mention in The Halal Guys you get your order prepared in 5 minutes or less and much bigger portions for the same price. This place needs to hire more workers. Not to mention this was the THIRD time they took this long to get my order ready, and my friend also had the same issue as well. This food is not worth the 40-minute stay.

This place is selling egyptian nostalgia and childhood food more than quality food. I loved my experience, but I won't come back. Shawerma sandwich is $12 and too too small, plus this is not egyptian shawerma with too much nutmeg spices. Fteera Basterma taste good as the dough is perfect, cheese is nice, but choosed a very poor pastrami which ended up as if it is boiled by the oven heat not crisped. Nutella fteera, you gussed correct... it is not Nutella but other products that mimic the real Nutella. The prices are made for high quality ingredients, but that is not what you get. Finally the service is very Egyptian style service and I will leave to your imagination.

the food is so good i had to write a review in the parking lot. the guy hooked me up today and i didn’t notice in the store but if u see this it’s much appreciated!! the workers here are the best and the dough show pie is genuinely the best food i’ve ever had. i had the beef schwarma today and it was a close second. i seriously have to fight to not come here every day i have dreams about it.

Ordered the mixed meat and pastrami pies, mixed meat shawarma platter with tahini and babaganoush. I didn’t really like any of it except the yellow rice and tahini and the pastrami pie was okay. The meat was very gamey tasting to me, but that’s just my taste. My coworkers loved the mixed meat pies.

I’m sorry to rate this place 1 Star . The staff is busy and they don’t care about your order .food was cold and small portions . I really wanted to rate the place better but I saw unfair treatment for driving an hour away to come to eat .

I really wanted to like this place but honestly our first time was not a pleasant experience, the simple request of doing half rice half lettuce apparently threw a wrench in their entire operation. To start there was no customer service whatsoever, were not greeted or given any sort of menu overview or suggestions. We both ordered a byo bowl and for a whopping 20 dollars you get a scoop of rice 3 cucumber slices and a teaspoon of babbaganoush with 4 small bites of dry over cooked lamb. We were also informed that our choice to have half rice and half lettuce counted as an additional topping.In addition to the meager portions after 40 minutes waiting for two bowls they did not have the correct toppings and only gave us one sauce per bowl and we asked about the protein portion being small so we were reluctant but willing to pay for another serving of lamb which then took another 35 minutes for 4 pieces of lamb. The entire time the staff clearly had some remarks about us but decided to do so in Arabic mocking us essentially. In total for two bowls half filled with dry over cooked meat, the entire order being wrong we spent about 60 dollars to leave hungry with a horrible first experience.

Wow! Absolutely phenomenal service and good. Watching the cooks making the Egyptian pies is a blast and eating them even better. G Took care of bringing our food and making sure we were satisfied and well taken care of. We will be back. Edit: dropped one star - showed up 7/6 and was told it would be a 1 hour for our food and it took 1:40 minutes. Still will be back but just hope they are better at estimating times - especially when it’s longer.

Most of these dishes can be shared with another person. Big fan of The Dough Show dish, was delicious and enough for me and a friend. A third friend picked off some slices too. If you're trying to carb up this is your spot. Loved the dessert as well. I've been looking for a more "bready" dessert and this hit the spot. Not much to look at inside besides the giant oven.

The food was okay. The chicken wrap was dry so I didn't enjoy it much. The fresh vegetables and pickles was my favorite part. The fries also were nice. I've had Mediterranean wraps b4 so expected a bit more in taste. A1 hospitality earns additional visit the next time I'm in town.
