Holding my daughter's baby shower here was a PERFECT decision! The atmosphere and large, comfortable gathering space were exactly right, and Heather and Debbie helped it flow SO smoothly, allowing us to better enjoy the moment, family, and friends! To top it off, the assortment of sweets provided by Bonne Vie were definitely a hit!

Always so kind and welcoming! Excellent flavors and selection and a huge selection of books In their little library. The decor is absolutely dreamy and so so sweet.

This is such a wonderful place with delicious treats and great little library! And everyone is always so friendly!

This place is so beautiful. inside, you never want to leave. Well you can stay awhile and have coffee, read a book and eat some macs. The staff and owners are the kindest and most welcoming. The macs are made fresh and so delicious, Petit Fours are my faves!

Delicious macarons as well as other desserts. The vibe here is unmatched for a day off or sweet snack with friends. Not to mention the book shelf when you walk in! I order from here often and the team here is consistently amazing !

We compare this bakery to the bakeries we have visited in New York, Paris, and Beyond… and everytime, BVM wins. Heather and her team are geniuses in the kitchen. They cook up weekly themes and new recipes that keep me and my family hooked! Dunkaroo, Chocolate Ganache, Lemon Curd, and Cookie Butter are our top picks, just to name a few!

I'm sorry??? These macs are dangerous!! I've followed this shop for over a year and was waiting for the perfect time to stop in. The perfect moment was today! The macs are crafted so perfectly and so full of flavor- biting into the first one (Chantilly) was an entire experience. My coworker looked over and had to ask me if I was okay because I genuinely spaced out. My first regret is that I hadn't stopped in sooner and my next regret is that I stopped in- because now I’ll have to keep stopping by. Outside of the macs, the customer service was great and the aesthetic of the shop in general is so cute! Seriously... go get the sweets. All of them! This is my new favorite bakery in Lafayette! After coming here for the first time last month, I now try to make it in as often as possible! I’ve tried several of their sweets and I have been disappointed yet!

I drove into Louisiana for spring break and was super excited to try this place out. I walked into this macaron shop a few minutes after opening and the lady told us that they were sold out of all flavors. I was disappointed to find out that we couldn’t get any macarons. If I may, recommend maybe closing the business and only be available to previous placed orders. The nice lady mentioned she would have more availability in a couple days. But we were no longer going to be in town.

Macaroons were fantastic, the atmosphere was very welcoming and service was 10/10. Zero complaints.

Our office loves Bonne Vie. Their macarons are so delicious, and while we all have different favorites one thing we all can agree on is that they are excellent. We have a wheel in our office that employees get to spin on their birthday, their employment anniversary, and if they meet certain work-related goals, and one of the dedicated prizes on the wheel is macarons from Bonne Vie. Only, we set it up so if someone lands on that, everyone in the office gets macarons that way no one gets too jealous (they’re that good). They outdo themselves with their other desserts too- some of their cupcakes in the past have genuinely looked too pretty to eat (though that never stopped us). The employees are friendly and kind, and they will continue to be our go-to source for all things sweet.

I have so many things to say about Heather, Isabel, Deb, and the rest of the Bonne Vie team I honestly don't know where to begin. Since discovering their delicious desserts through their macarons sold by Graze Acadiana in the late summer of last year, I have been by more times than I can count- I've become such a consistent customer that the ladies just know to say "see you next week" as I leave with my pink box of goodies. These are definitely the best desserts you can buy in the Acadiana area- the macarons are amazing and come in both traditional and unique flavors that are so fun to try, and they feature other rotating desserts like cupcakes, poptarts, sugar cookie bars (my favorite!), meringues, brownies, cookie dough cups, cream puffs, and more. I love the attention to detail that Bonne Vie takes in making sure their desserts look absolutely beautiful- they use unique sprinkles and artful splatters of edible gold and silver paint to make desserts that are truly works of art. Their customer service is top notch, too. During the holidays I stopped by to buy macarons to bring as a small party favor for a holiday lunch I was attending, and the team was kind enough to help me package them in individual boxes and tie them with ribbon (photo attached). I genuinely recommend Bonne Vie whether you just have a craving for something sweet or if you need a dessert platter for your next gathering- Heather and Isabel will make sure you are taken care of.

I love this place! The staff is super friendly and helpful with their recommendations. Everything I have tried has been absolutely fantastic and delicious! They also do fun themes and always have the store decorated nicely.

This was the best macaroon I’ve had in my life. The strawberry and cream was my favorite. Also the cookie butter tastes just like a Biscoff cookie.

These are the most amazing macarons & tarts I’ve ever had. The ladies working here are so friendly and helpful. It’s good I live 3 hours away, or I’d eat these fabulous treats way too often.

The items in this bakery are almost too pretty to eat, but they are so delicious, you can’t help yourself! Once you have seen their artistic macarons, you’ll never be happy with the plain, bland pastel ones you get at other places. They offer a wide variety of goodies and the menu changes with the seasons and holidays. And they are so creative with their themes and activities!!!

I can't say enough good things about this place ! First of all, Lafayette was desperately lacking macarons before they came around ... but they didn't just stop there, they also have the yummiest and most creative desserts, an adorable storefront where you can chill (complete with an amazingly stocked Little Free Library?!) and a super friendly staff. Also love their clever themed weeks !

This bakery is SO creative, and has such a great energy. ...and the baked goods themselves have always impressed me! They have a rotating menu of bars, and of course, macarons, with other cupcakes, mini cakes, and sweets mixed in depending on the week. Every item I've had has been top-notch in quality and construction. Their space is inviting and super cute. And it's owned by a young mother! Support local, support people making their dreams come true!

If I could give one hundred stars I would! Bonne Vie is my happy place. I’m a macaron junkie, they are my favorite treat, and I’ve had maaany macs from maaany places but none compare to this adorable little bakery right here in Lafayette! They are always perfectly on point made just as macs should be! I love that they are always trying and adding new flavors and playing with themes! My favorite is the crème brûlée mac! I’ll be spending all my monies in this place as long as they hang around which I hope they always do!

They are so nice and amazing but if you don’t like sweet things than I don’t suggest going here but the experience and place is so clean and pretty and a really well put together group of lady’s! 😁

Just visited this beautiful little shop for the first time and I am so pleased Lafayette has a place like this! The employees were so sweet and kind. They not only made great recommendations for sweets, they made great recommendations for books and great conversation! They have a cute little reading area with books available for taking. If I didn’t have to go back to work, I could have spent all afternoon in there reading, eating these delicious macarons, and interacting with the really nice employees. The macarons were absolute perfection! Chewy, soft, not too sweet, just SO good! I had to stop myself from eating all of them in one sitting. I will definitely be back!

We came for the macarron, and found out they have a wonderful variety and other collections of tasty looking and delicious sweets. We came all the way from lake charles and it was well worth it! The place decor is amazing and the staff super friendly. This will be one of our preferred stops everytime we are driving west! They have setup a small library concept for exchanging books and it goes well with the concept! Highly recommended if you are going through lafayette or you live near

Not only does this place have the best macarons (and I do mean BEST that I have ever tried) but their service is impeccable! Always so happy to see you and I adore the store front it’s so well designed and cute! Plus the menu each week is always so creative! Highly recommend the petit fours or homemade pop tarts!!!

Absolutely awesome! I didn’t even think I liked macarons until I experienced Bonne Vie Macarons. The macarons have so much flavor and are so beautiful. Heather is beyond talented and one of the hardest workers I have ever met. Her heart behind her business and supporting others is amazing. I’m always impressed with the imagination and innovative ideas that the Bonne Vie crew comes up with weekly! Definitely my family’s favorite. 💕
