A little gem of a restaurant. Family friendly. Great staff. They made several recommendations. They were all great. Popper, Annie's burger, chicken and shrimp salad. Reasonably priced.

While driving in a rental car, I stopped at a supermarket next door to buy drinks, and a customer who happened to be there told me about it, and I ended up finding it. The cheeseburger and chicken wings are both great. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Great food, recommended stop if you have kids. The burgers are an 1” thick.

Good luck getting them to answer your call for phone orders. I guess they don’t need the extra business.

Mid afternoon, missed lunch, hungry and just wanted good food. This restaurant was outstanding, we had planned on just ordering shrimp on a bun and fish and shrimp in a box. The waitress suggested we try their gumbo. Everything was very good, but the gumbo was spectacular, perfect consistency, smooth clean flavors. Non of the gumbos I’ve had thus far in LA even came close. It is a must try. Sincerely

Nathan was the BEST! Literally everything we had was delicious. The burger, catfish, wings (sweet heat), gumbo, and potato salad were all homemade. If you visit Oak Alley eat here!!!

Owner, Nathan, was friendly and working the floor. He spent time with us and we have a family member that requires extra patience. Nathan was not just patient but respectful.

Ate here after visiting the Whitney plantation. Food was great and Nathan's service and conversation was excellent - a respectful and caring business owner out serving his patrons and earning business. Nathan cares about what he serves you. I had seafood and the others had the Bonnie burger, everything was good. Highly recommend eating here before or after your visit to the Whitney plantation.

This is the second time that I've been here. I came in 2019 after visiting oak Alley plantation. I came this year after visiting oak valley plantation again with my family. This place is absolutely delicious. The prices are good and the owner is a fantastic guy. I would highly recommend eating here anytime. I will definitely be back.

I had a hamburger combo plate. It was delicious and seasoned well the French fries were delicious and I had a fresh baked chocolate chip cookie. I love it.

Stopped for lunch after visiting Oak Alley Plantation & so glad we did.....it was wonderful. We got shrimp-both grilled & fried, with an order of boudin balls & all the fixin's.....we walked out stuffed & happy....lol! Highly recommend & we will be back on future visits to the area......🙂

We stopped here after visiting Whitney plantation. The food was excellent; I recommend the onion rings. We enjoyed Nathan’s personable service and conversation. The staff at Whitney needs to know about this place and recommend it to visitors. We inquired about eating places as we left and they said none. Thank goodness for Google and Siri.

Stopped here after seeing Laura and Oak Plantation. Had the shrimp fries they were great. Service was excellent. Boudin balls were the only thing we got that we didn’t love. If you are going to the plantations definitely stop at Bonnies

The girlfriend and I stopped in today after going to Whitney Plantation. The food was great. I had wings and she had crab cake burger both were excellent. Food aside the owner was such a nice down to earth guy. Took time out of his day to share the places history and gave us a ton of helpful tips and recommendations for New Orleans. We talked for over two hours and sadly never thought to get this name. Great place and great guy especially in a time where we are running out of good people. Highly recommend 👍

Freundliches Personal & sehr guter Service. Man kann während des Essens auch diversen Sportübertragungen folgen. Über dem Schild bei der Essensausgabe steht der Hinweis dass es nicht schnell geht, da sie kein Fast Food Restaurant sind. Die Wartezeit geht trotzdem total in Ordnung & lohnt sich.

Typical strip mall style eatery. Good food but nothing special.

Food was basic. Clean building. Order at the counter and pick up in the back. Food comes in styrofiam containers.

I asked what made Bonnie's burger a signature burger. I was told it was made fresh, unlike everything else that's cooked from frozen. Well, it didn't taste like a fresh burger patty, nor was there anything signature about it. It's a plain Jane burger. Sadly, for the cost of the meal, I would've enjoyed fast food better... which I refused to eat. The kitchen was receptive to the feedback, so let's hope they're food quality improves.
