It was truly delicious from the bottom of my heart. Since I was going to a town near Mexico, I wanted to eat authentic Mexican tacos that weren't TexMex, so I visited this taco shop. When I actually went to the store, I realized that it was a taco shop! It didn't look like that, When I entered the store, the interior had a THE Mexican color scheme and was bustling with locals. I came all the way to get Tacos, so I ordered Three Tacos (3 types of typical ones, including carnitas). The moment I ate it, it was so delicious that I could say "mmmmmmmm". The meat, vegetables, tortillas, salsa, and cilantro all shined, and they all came together to make a single taco. Also, what was interesting was that the seasoning was different from the carnitas I had eaten before. I was really happy because the tacos were really delicious and I could enjoy the taste that was unique to the restaurant. The beans and rice other than tacos were also really delicious, and it was a wonderful place where I could feel Mexico. Thank you very much. Lastly, the toilet was as clean as in Japan!

Excellent food with top notch service! This is one of those little restaurants where you just come in have a seat and decide what you want on the menu. The food is excellent and portions are amazing. Will feed the Hungriest appetite!! Will definitely come back again and again !!!

The best Mexican food I’ve ever had and I’m only here for vacation. Atmosphere is very chill and the employees are hella friendly. Will be coming here the next time I visit Orlando. This restaurant deserves the amount of glazing that I’m doing right now. This small business has to be known.

Really good, food, vast choice, no problem tweaking dishes and importantly vegetarian options, which seem to be missing on so many menus. Service is excellent, while the place is really busy, no wait for food to come out. It look longer for us to pick than for them to cook. We went there due to the excellent reviews, when we arrived outside, we did think we had arrived at the wrong place as the building looks a little run down from the outside. Finally the prices are extremely low, certainly for the quality and quantity of the food served.

The food & service here are phenomenal. We ordered & had our food in less than 10 minutes. It was hot & incredibly good. We had the quesadilla (it was the best I’ve ever had), the Chicago & the Green Burrito w steak. It was all amazing. You have to pay for chips & salsa, which we passed on & glad we did bc the food came quickly & not having chips & salsa made the rest of the food taste so much better. Highly recommend.

The food has always been amazing and service in the restaurant never disappoints. We just miss so many opportunities to get food from there when trying to get a to-go order because very rarely do the phones work.

My husband and I ate beef soup and let me tell you something, it was so delicious ,that feels like you eat at your mom's house. Chicken fajita is the best as well. Very nice place, very nice stuff 👍

The tacos here are really good! We had the grilled chicken, steak, and shredded chicken tacos. The rice and beans are also really flavorful. We came for lunch- we had to wait a bit for a table but it was completely worth it.

Visiting from Salinas, CA and loved the food, service and atmosphere. Ate chips and guacamole with salsa while waiting for some awesome fajitas, tacos, quesadillas, and a California burrito (yeah we were hungry). The food was authentic and delicious!

Wonderful! This is definitely a hole-in-the-wall hidden gem of a Mexican restaurant. Not fancy but very authentic food and atmosphere. They are very friendly and the food was so fresh and tasty - NOT overly processed or overly salty like many restaurants. Will plan to go back next time we are in town!

Amazing Mexican restaurant food was great. After a long day at the park we decided to go hear it did not disappoint. It had a lot of business going though and it handdeled the flow. The sitting area is small with about 6 tables and two out side. Highly recommend will come back next time I'm in town.

We have gone to Border Grill for a long time and I've never had a bad meal here. The food is always served fresh and hot and comes out really quick. My favorite is the Torta sandwhich with chorizo but everything tastes great here.

Salsa, Guac, and queso were super fresh, all homemade, and delicious. Service from the moment you walked in the door was quick, friendly, and prompt. Burrito and tacos were great, this place was a great find.

Amazing food it takes very little time to get your food

This place is an absolute must-eat. My partner and I decided to eat here after our day at Universal Studios and it was incredible. Food portions are enormous and the flavours were fantastic. Service was super friendly and wholesome. We shared the beef/chicken/shrimp fajita platter between the two of us and it was more than enough. Next time we’re in Orlando we are absolutely eating here again. Price was super affordable too.

I love authentic Mexican food. I was so happy to find authentic Mexican food- I didn’t take pictures!! Get the watermelon agua Fresca, It was delicious and refreshing. You will crave it on a hot day. I ordered the chicken mole enchiladas and yes, the mole sauce was authentic. If you aren’t used to it, the variety of peppers, and other ingredients should be a bit grainy, not completely liquid, so it was real. I also got a chile relleno and it was great. The owner, forgot to ask her name, was super attentive. The place was clean and you know the smaller places have the best food!!

The waitress who is young was rude. They messed up my order and I asked him to take it out of the bag and bring it on a plate. After ignoring several calls, he came to my table and handed me the tray and told me "FOR THE NEXT TIME, PLEASE NOTIFY" I asked him to place the tray for me. food inside the plate and she replied in a vulgar way that "THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM, IF YOU WANT TO, DON'T EAT HERE" but it wasn't her problem, that she did want me not to eat there. Finally another lady gave me the correct order. I left feeling mistreated by that person. This will be the recommendation that I will give to hotel guests who ask us about nearby places to eat.

This restaurant had amazing service, our server was super kind, and the food was among the best I’ve ever had!! The chimichanga al pastor was so good, as well as the guacamole. Highly super extremely recommend to anyone in the area.

Some of the best Mexican food I've had in a long time! I would eat here every day if I lived nearby. Also the price is surprisingly reasonable for the portions and quality of the meals! I split the steak fajitas with my husband and we were both so full, the queso and chips were delicious too. Salsa had a nice kick to it. I would strongly recommend this spot if you're looking for satisfying Mexican food in the area. The staff working was very kind. This restaurant seems to be family run which is wonderful, I hope this business stays very successful!

Idk how this place has 4.7 stars… Honestly the worst Mexican Place I have ever been to. I came because of the ratings, and was very disappointed. Atmosphere was loud and looked dirty, chicken in my enchilladas were awful! Tasted like old chicken… flavorless rice & beans… Looked authentic but tasted bland… I left everything on my plate.

If you like finding the best kept secret hole in the wall type of places this is the quintessential find. Local as can be, huge portions, fair prices, and great service. Let the masses go off to chain restaurants and take a detour here…thank me later!

Amazing Mexican food. Such a lovely place to bring the family (well we were 2 families) for dinner. Don't be put off by the outside, the staff and food do the talking! It's also walking distance if you are staying at the DoubleTree Hilton too. We walked in and they made us a table for 8 people without a booking, just had to wait a few minutes. The chips to start with salsa etc were divine.

I got the taco salad & mannnn oh man! DELICIOUS! First off, we got there & were greeted & seated IMMEDIATELY! The owner, im assuming it was - took our food & drink orders (all within 10mins tops). Coming up on 20-30 mins, our food was being served! The cooks…AMAZING! Food was definitely seasoned with love! The entire experience (first timer) was beyond exceptional, customer service superb, & they constantly ask “is everything alright?” THANK YOU!! I’ll def. be returning.

Been here twice, both times got the tacos (corn tortillas), and they were amazing. Served with a generous side of tasty rice and beans. The guacamole is also out of this world, as are their chips. The service is also top notch, super attentive. You really can't ask for more, this place is a 10/10, probably my favorite Mexican restaurant of all time.

I was super happy with the service. We got our food to go. When we walked in, they were super attentive. They offered us water and a place to sit while we waited. The order was simple to place and we waited less than ten minutes. The food was delicious! I have the verde enchiladas. The tortillas were homemade from masa flour. The flavor was spot on. My other family members got the street tacos and were super happy as well.

Service was incredible, food so good we were wanting to replicate it at home. This alone is the best compliment we can give. They took our order immediately and were busy the entire time, but checked on us regularly despite it being packed inside. Food came out faster than expected, and again...it was SO good. This will be a regular stop every time we are in Orlando.

The food was fantastic, scratch made and fresh. It's a great lunch spot. But if you're looking for a fine dining experience with lots of atmosphere, this isn't it. When you walk in, you step up to the counter, order and pay, then grab your table and they bring it to you. This is a small "hole in the wall" place with limited seating. But that is where you can get some really great food. Border Grill did not disappoint. I will definitely eat here again.

Food and service was absolutely excellent! Authentic and delicious, this is one of my go-to’s for an impeccable Mexican meal. A hole in the wall restaurant that exceeds all expectations - not only in the food, but also in the great “la familia” service you get. My favorites are the enchiladas verde and their flan, which is simply perfect - the right firmness, sweetness and smooth texture. This small restaurant gem is right next to Universal Studios theme park and within walking distance, so it’s easily accessible. There’s also plenty of parking in the strip mall where it’s located.

Very horrible place. When I went to go use the bathroom pipe started falling It seemed like treated us very rude because of our culture. Also, another thing I saw Jewish family there and they was very rude to them so if you are Jew, I do not recommend.
