From parking lot and inside the restaurant are empty. It is filthy from floor to wall and the ceiling. Unfriendliness staff, no prices on the menu are not correct because the staff wanted to make extra more money on the side. We order family meal for four! The chicken taste like a week old , so dried, nothing is tasty at all. This place is not under any management staff. Seem to us no one care to run this Boston Market location.. It is a shame for it franchise corporation as a whole. Pitty a good business location, no one care about their jobs! I would not recommend to anyone come here to purchase a family meal! it is not a good environments for anyone to be in!

This food was absolutely delicious! My only complaint was that I didn't get a third helping of sweet potatoes!

Order online. Come at the ready time according to the app. You still wait 39 mins for your food.

The worst boston market in Delaware

The food was delicious! However, the service was very slow. There were 4 customers and 3 workers, yet it took 20 minutes to get my food!

This Boston market is re-Deculus I’ve had two issues with this Boston market the first issue was backdated on Mother’s Day where I ordered $38 worth of food and we’re supposed to get it delivered to my residence when GrubHub arrived I got a text message saying that they did not have my order done and I put my order in around 12 noon and was supposed to receive it around five I called Boston market to find out what was the complications and the person who picked up the phone stated to me that he did not have enough food to supply my meals so I told him he can replace whatever he needed to and he agreed on it and told me to call GrubHub back so I called them back and this was sent back out for the second time I received a text from GrubHub stating that they didn’t have my order at all and I call Boston market bank and they said that they canceled all delivery orders but never have I receive my money back at all I attempted to reach out to Boston market headquarters where you can only complain through email and I have not received any feedback back at all now on the second time marks for today August 4 at 1:44 and the store is close the sign does not say why it is closed with no explanation at all

They never have anything ready and the workers are so nasty

Disgusting place. Staff very unfriendly and we felt we were interrupting their time to serve us. Did not have anything we asked for but we were not informed until after we had paid. Did not have anything that the person behind us wanted also. My daughter found ants in her drink. I immediately insisted on a refund - not one apology from any of the staff. I wonder if the owner knows how the place is being run when they are not around. I will never put a foot in this place again.

Even though they didn't have everything on the menu, they made sure I was able to get something that I liked. Very nice staff.

Their online hours vary from when they're actually open. They have frequently not had items that you can still purchase online. You're able to place orders online for pickup during hours they aren't open.

Always out of something in this store. When they have what you want, it's great.

We stood in there for over 20 mins and not 1 person spoke to us there was like 6 people in there. There was guys outside talkin to some girl in a car it was crazy dont waste your time here

Boston Market is usually a great place to eat but this one place definitely needs new employees I would not recommend going there

ALERT : HIGH SODIUM! According to their menu, almost everything has an excess of sodium. Makes you feel like you're going to have a heart attack if you eat there. Bad for business. Management needs to find food that tastes good without all that sodium. Otherwise, their employees will be out of work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to this Boston Market with my husband and first of all this place smelled like Pine-Sol. There was a big bottle of hand sanitizer in with the sodas. The sides looked like they had been sitting there all day. Staff was extremely rude and slow. They allowed my husband to order what he wanted (they gave him an attitude while doing it) and I went to order a chicken pot pie, I was told "We ain't got none" so I went to order something else, I was told to get in the back of line!!!!! The whole time the staff acted like they didn't want us there. I will not visit this place again and I suggest you do the same. I truly don't know how they stay in business.

Mediocre food quality. Nice staff though.

Very slow service. The guy at the counter seem to really dislike his job. Ready for this? Out of corn bread, gravy,mac and cheese and bowls for sides. Place seems to not be managed very well at all. Food that we did get seemed ok.

We love visiting this restaurant. The food is so good, and I like the fact that it's rotisserie cooked instead of fried.

Dirty, no toilet paper in lady's room. Liquid all over counter at beverage machines, doors broken and hanging by 1 hinge on cabinets below beverage machines ( child safety hazard. Front entrance doors looked like they hadn't been cleaned for days and this was about 11 am. Decided not to order anything based on these observations

Friendly staff, quick service with just two staff members. Good experience.

It was only 8 pm when I arrived, they weren't closing for another two hours, and only had 1/5 of the entire menu available. Two sides . No meat . Cornbread was very questionable.

We probably waited in line for an hour for them not to have half of what we wanted and yo be mostly out of mmk ost of the side dishes and quoting a 5 to 20 minute wait on the sides we did want. The meatloaf got pretty cold waiting for the sides to be finished and the staff largely just seemed like they were going through the motions but had no overall sense of urgency even given the long line of customers. Several people walked out and left while we were there.

Worst Boston Market I've ever been to; Longest time ever to get my food (36 minutes according to my location tracking app), as one man cook his time to cook; I nearly wanted to walk away; When I got the food, the red potatoes were hard (very undercooked).

With COVID-19 still affecting inside dining experiences it's hard to judge atmosphere but the food was on point, not much to complain about.

Employee's face mask wasn't properly worn. The place doesn't look like it wasn't a prosperous location. Little food in the pans.

Usually the service is darn good. Staff friendly and courteous.. Last 2 visits, sweet potatoes 🥔 were all gone, and the corn bread was all gone - had to wait @ 10 minutes for it and it was not fully cooked, very mushy,

Rude unprofessional, customer service

Placed an order for pickup. When I got to the store, there were half a dozen orders waiting and food prep running around. I walked up to the App/Online register to check on my order, and the clown on the register held his hand up and told me, Don’t talk to me. I’m not logged in yet. Last time they get my business - the food isn’t so good I’m going to be treated like that.

To the owner I was waiting for orders for 25 minutes there wasn't anyone in line. There was a family who got tired of waiting and left at one point.

I love Boston Markit for the verity they have and last nite all they had was two of the things that sell the most . mash potato too runny sweet potatoes too mac and cheeses one vegetable one red potato was not as good as it usually is I almost forgot and one rice so blan I couldn't eat it

This place is disgusting! I seen them mishandle the meat while I was there, the yams were cold, and the service was poor!!

Almost always dead, covid obviously has had an impact on this place. This particular location is ok, nothing great and nothing bad it's just ok

Boston market use to be one of my favorite places to eat. I am very disappointed in tonight’s meal. We ordered and paid online. If we didn’t we wouldn’t have ordered at all because the facility was very filthy. At 5:30 they were almost out of everything. Hello that’s dinner time. Sodas were flat. Quality of food was gross. It was barely warm. The appearance of it all was just gross. So needless to say we will not return. For the price of it all I have higher expectations. It’s a shame it’s in such a decent location too but it looks run down, parking lot is dark and has pot holes. But they say don’t judge a book by its cover - this time we should have.

Just recently started giving business to this branch of Boston Market. I thought it was a pretty ok place until today. The food was awful. Tasted weird. I had green stuff in my sweet potato casserole. It was cold. My cornbread and meatloaf sauce were missing. And to top it off all the drinks in the fountain had no fizz whatsoever. Totally flat. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

Ehh... not great and the service was lackluster to say the least.

Ordered a few side salads and they were all rotten, but the service was so poor that I decided not to dare take them back. What's worse is the lady behind the counter made them. The manager, a young lightskin guy was walking around holding a piece of food he was eating. The thin girl at the front was speaking loudly to another girl about having the munchies after smoking. Please avoid this one at all costs so you're not dissapointed....

Tried the new 1/4 white meat chicken honey balsamic with mashed and creamed spinach. Nice pc of chicken, with ample sides. The corn muffins are still the best.

I was supposed to have curbside pickup. Called the number as instructed when I arrived, no one picked up. I sat outside in the designated spot for 20 minutes still trying to call. Then I had to go in-defeating the purpose of curbside pickup during this pandemic. Multiple people inside doing nothing saying they didn’t have time to answer the phone!? Then they forgot to include my salad so I had to wait while they made it, mind you the guy making the salad was not wearing a mask-only gloves. If you cannot abide by the rules and do the things necessary to accommodate people in this pandemic just shut down. I’ll never be coming back here, and will tell all my other restaurant friends my experience.

Restaurant quality, fall off the bone ribs. Best mashed potatoes anywhere! So filling, couldn't finish it all. Was on vacation. Sorry to be going home!

My wife and i ate dinner here for the first time the food was excellant and very comfortable atmosphere.

Same as every other Boston Market but this one is pretty slow and always seems to be out of sides. Sometimes you have to wait 10+ minutes for a side or pick something else.

Great customer service they greet everyone as you walk in and the food was very good I ordered the Tuscan sauce with a half chicken it was magical!

The food was hot and fresh, staff was very professional and place was clean.. Would definitely recommend to Family and Friends.

So I did my order online for an easy pick up, after placing my order it was to be ready within 15 mins. I get there stand in the line for online pick up and it's not ready 😩😔 I'm literally looking at the screen with my name at the top and others who are below my name are getting serviced mine you I've been waiting for a moment as the other people who order same way come in get their order and leave. After standing for 15 mins after my order should have been ready which has now been 30 mins. I give 3 stars b/c hands down Boston market has good food they just need to be a little organized.

I love Boston Market! But I am disappointed with their new carry out containers. The old ones held more food than the new ones and they didn't lower the prices for their smaller containers..smh. This is why I have not been there in a while.

Boston Market is not up holding the traditional Boston Market Family values of good food and service.......

Very slow service and the place it's not clean 👎

Service and food was not desirable. Staff did more laughing and playing then working. Restroom was so dirty didn't want to use it.

Okay place one staff member not so pleasant but others were willing and ready to serve. Quick and easy.

Seeing the condition they leave their restroom in before the lunch hour rush only makes wonder how clean the rest of the building is kept... Especially where the food is prepared😨. Ive eaten here in the past but will not again after that disturbing experience.

They were short staffed and therefore very slow service. The place smelled dirty and my quarter chicken was under cooked. The mashed potatoes and gravy were good and the staff tried to be nice about the slow service. Threw out over half the meal.

Not very friendly server today. Food was good but ordered a chicken avocado club sandwich which had no avocado in it. Also server neglected to tell us that kids meals came with drinks.
