Best KFC I know of in NewCastle

Nasty customer service. Chicken tasted fine, just rude employees at the drive thru.

Very unsanitary, the workers had no mask on nor did they have any gloves on. The food was very dry, no sauce. And the fires were very salty and soggy would not recommend.

Their employees have no manners what so ever. They do not belong working in a restaurant at all. The woman working the intercom at the drive thru was the rudest one of them all.

I want to thank Crystal from the bottom of my heart! My son has autism and has been earning a trip to kfc. Imagine my despair when I literally was at the drive thru window and realized I had forgotten my wallet. My Apple Pay wasn’t working either on my phones. I was bracing for a full on melt down if I had to tell my son he couldn’t get his earned favorite meal. Crystal read the situation and comped our meal. This sort of kindness is not seen regularly. Crystal absolutely made my day, week and maybe even year. This autism mom thanks you so much. It really made a huge difference to us!

I stopped by this location last night to pick up some food when i drove up to thew window every employee that i could see where not wearing a mask or gloves they where not following COVID-19 protocols. at this time i am waiting for some one from there head office to call me back STAY away unless you want to get sick.

Just grabbed some biscuits for our dinner at home. Good service, good food, quick!

From the moment we drove up to order our food, the drive thru employee treated us horribly. Very impatient with us for trying to read the menu before ordering... there was NO ONE behind us... to acting like she couldn't hear what we were asking for. Asked us to pull up because one of our choices had to finish cooking, then ten minutes later my SO went to the door because our food was never brought out, yet they were standing next to the bag .. which we saw from our car for several minutes...and said "oh, I was just bringing this out to you. We then had to drive back around to ask for utensils, sauce and napkins and got an even larger dose of obnoxious attitude. THIS RESTAURANT WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN. PS NOT ONE EMPLOYEE HAD A MASK OR GLOVES ON!

Stop at Newark. Nobody wears mask or gloves. Food not ready. Long wait.

Went there on my way home from work today. I have 6 people to feed so i got a 12 pc bucket. Only to get home and there were only 8 pcs of chicken in the bucket. I was beyond mad. Check your order before you leave the drive thru. Wont go there again

I was with my stepdaughter for lunch and I accidentally spilt my food and they were very understanding and helpful. I was going to clean it and they said not to worry and they gave me the same food right away. Everything is always hot and fast when I come here. The service is amazing and the women that work here are always welcoming!!

This KFC is by far the worst KFC in the country. The food was fresh, however the chicken pieces were very small. Didnt want to give more chicken. This is not the first bad experience. Been there in the past to find chicken pieces hard. Will not go there again.

People are as nice as can be, helpful, nice, pleasant, food was good, chicken pot pie, was good could have used more chicken. No senior citizens discount. Could use a little buffing up, the staff does tidy up and stay on top of spills and table cleaning, it needs a deep cleaning

Maybe it was the time of day I visited... but should it matter? The buns were hard, chicken dry and the restaurant AC was set to Alaska. I'm having a hard time finding a KFC with decent service around here :/

I am changing my review. New staff very friendly and they seem to be better trained. The food was good. The dining room was clean. Great improvement. I will eat here more often now. I recommend eating here now.

Everytime I order from here either food old or they mess up on your order chicken is always hard and when you ask for fresh chicken they say there not cooking no more mind you its 4pm never go inside you'll be waiting like 20 to 30 min

The food here was really good and it was fresh. We got 2 12 piece meals and 2 chocolate cakes.

Typical KFC treat, decent place and staff are good and quick not much of rush here. AC is super cool here

Customer service stinks. Food took forever to get and it wasn't even warm. For the high prices you have to pay you should at least be able to enjoy your cold food.

KFC's in India were honestly better. The chicken seems all greasy.

Really disappointed. It was exactly like this, imagine going to a place to eat and ABSOLUTELY EVERYONE is on their first day!! 20 minutes in the drive thru and went inside only to wait another 20 minutes!! Great place to go when you're on lunch break!

Got our order home and everything was wrong! No coleslaw, but 2 mashed potatoes. We asked for 1/2 original and 1/2 extra crispy all was extra crispy and dried out! Biscuits were rock hard! We live 16 miles away so it didn’t pay to drive back. These ppl want $15 an hour and can’t even get an order correct 😡

The food is decent and as long as it hasnt been sitting around for very long, it's enjoyable. Its important to visit here during peak times when customer volume is high. That will ensure you receive fresh food and would also guarantee the food has not been sitting around for a long period of time. Always fast and friendly service. This also could be enjoyable to visit by yourself.

Got the $21 8 piece four biscuit three large side fill-up. It was incredible I ate the whole thing

The $5.00 fill up meals are a good deal although the piece of chicken breast I received in the meal was pretty small.

Staff was not trained including the manager, they charged me 5.79$ for a 2 pcs chicken without any sides, i loved this place have been there so many times, but not anymore!

They were short staffed and running out of chicken. But they were pleasant and didn't let rude customers upset them

They never have you waiting for no long periods of time and that's important I take my 95yrs old grandma there every Sunday after church and she sits in the car while I go order for her... So time is very important for us..

It's KFC, of course the food is good! The service here was slow however. I had to wait almost 10 minutes once I was at the register before they even took my order.

Sign said open at 10:30, pulled in at 11:15 and no one answered the drive through intercom. I pulled up to the window and the steal gate was down. Not sure how you can run a business like this... Good luck

Food was good but they got part of our order wrong. People need to pay attention to accuracy and listen when a customer makes a special request like sauce on the side. We ordered the Nashville hot chicken with sauce on the side. Although they gave us it on the side it was also on the chicken and they put the biscuit in the container with the chicken so it was not edible.

I orderd a 8 pieces family meal, the food is really good and fresh. At the very beginning they there were not enough chickens, but then they gave me much more chickens than it should be. Really good service. The environment is clean as well.

I'm an out of towner here for work I went in there and I had a 20 dollar bill had a little tear in it and they wouldent take it so they lost 2 customers because of it

The chicken is dry and very bland. What is the point Sanders of making fried chicken if the chicken tastes like a cigarette in my mouth.
