Google states that this place is open yet it’s completely desolate. No cars in the parking lot, lights off, windows dirty and drive through boarded up.

This is the 3rd place in different states that i've seen that looks like there closed, building light low/dim, no cars parked, just looks vacant. Drove by and just lost interest in chicken. What happened to this franchise????

I think the food taste is not the same at all places, I love smashed potatoes but there are not like I remembered

The incredible shrinking chicken ....... ordered the quarter chicken meal. I would have sworn this was a Cornish game hen the portion was so small it fit in a side service bowl. Two stars for food based on serving, not taste. The flavor is still there. Corn bread was also tiny but tasty. Location had no meat loaf, only 4 side selections at prime meal time. Have to wonder if location is living on borrowed time.

They employees had already cleaned up for night so there was a very limited choice of sides dishes. The chicken was very very dry and the cornbread was under cooked. The red potatoes was delicious and was the only thing in our ordee that qas good. Could not get a fountain drink due to the machine already being cleaned. And they only had coke lemonade diet coke and water in bottles. The employees was not rude but the atmosphere was as if we was bothering them cause they was ready to go. My family stopped going to Boston Market cause they was always out of chicken 2 hours before they closed. Decided to try again after a year and we will never eat there again. It was a waste of $30+.

Online order was fast but the place was filthy. The windows, tables and counters are disgusting. It wasn't busy at all but yet there was definitely no one cleaning that's for sure. The food I ordered was wrong. Supposed to be mashed potatoes and it was yams. I'll never order from this place again because it's overpriced dry af and the place is gross.

I wish I could give this establishment zero stars. Absolutely awful manager. The meanest, most hateful person to exist. Be better.

Ordered food via the mobile app that included cookies and a bottle of water. When I got there, I was told there was no water or cookies. Which is fine, but they somehow could not give me my money back for the items they don’t have. I had to enquire about it for them to get the manager on staff to try and refund me my money. He told me he would contact the owner about it. As expected, no one called me back. Thanks for stealing my money!!!

How is this place still open? The chicken pop pie was bland, the 1/4 piece of chicken was dry and the place look like it is about to fall apart

The chicken was good the garlic potatoes were my favorite item out of them all. The Mac and cheese, and Broccoli were just ok the food was very basic and bland not alot of seasoning. No flavor nothing outstanding, but it wasn't the worst I've ever had I enjoyed it. The restaurant wasn't the cleanest though the bathroom toilet looked like somebody blew up and died while going #2. The toilet and the sink were yellow stained with black dirt lines running down it like someone smoked cigarettes in there for 40 years and never cleaned it.

The service was aweful. The workers were rude. And they were out of everything!

The employees were kind. Good service. The food used to be better, in my opinion. There is no atmosphere. The parking lot is scary. Dark and very rutted. It is in dire need of repair.

Thursday 2-23 walked in @ 5:45. There was simply 1 employee in the entire building. I wanted a half chicken with 3 sides. Noticed that the only sides available were garlic potatoes and Mac & cheese (that was it) he claimed that they were out of everything else. The place was totally void of customers during dinner time. This particular Boston market is going downhill very fast. I walked out totally ashamed for them.

I hadn't been to BM in years. I rolled up in there last night, and one of the workers was standing behind where they cut the meats, and she was study rubbing her eyes and face and coughing on the table! The sides behind the glass looked like they had been sitting there a hot minute. The place looked ratched and sus. After being grossed out, my son and I left and went to Mission BBQ. I didn't rate the food here because I wasn't brave enough.

Store looked run down and unappealing. Half of the hotbar was unfilled and covered. What was left looked old and crusty. Left without ordering.

The food was great, and the 1 worker that was there handled everything on her own. I was impressed

Went today for lunch - used to be one of my favorite places, hadn’t been there in a while. What restaurant has no drinks at all ?? I had planned to eat in but this place looks like it’s ready to shut its doors or maybe it should. Sad.

My husband and i stopped in for lunch today, both ordered the 2 dark meal 2 sides. We ate in and 1st thing we noticed, is no one there at all. 2 employees 1 in a booth on her tablet. Lights were out u couldnt see the 1 employee in the ordering area, No soda or tea machines working, only offered 1 beverage, when we sat down to eat we noticed how truly FILTHY the store is. When we went to eat our meals nothing was even lukewarm, My husband ate a small amt of his chicken and i said lets go, i was affraid to eat the food. After coming home i decided to contact the manager and explain how we felt, he argued was extremely, refused to listen to my concerns and hung up on me. I hope no one eats here until they are clean and food prep is at correct temps. Its dangerous. My husband is now sick.

Ordered turkey ahead online for Christmas Eve dinner. The weather starting getting bad so I called to see if I could pick up early. The people working were so helpful and understanding and accommodated us with no problem. So understanding and kind. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much! Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays

There was very few sides to choose from. Could not even get a half chicken because they said they had none. My wife got a very small portion of turkey- sad portions. Must be under new owners Used to be my favorite place. Now the place is sad. The only drinks they had available was diet cola and water only. Second bad experience. Now I say avoid this place

We got our Thanksgiving meal from them and it was great.

Although the location and employees were good I feel like it was false advertisement on the meal for 3 turkey meal for $45. They show a whole turkey, but what you get are turkey slices not even equivalent to a half of turkey it seemed.

Food was so so. The chicken was a bit under seasoned vs most Boston Markets. No drinks available as both the soda machine and the lemonade machine were out of order. Somewhat disappointing experience here.

So disappointed in the lack of customer service and having a lack of sides at 7pm on a Saturday night. No paper towel for dining and the bathroom, soda machine out of order, 30 minute wait for chicken, no able to accept cash, and forgot to add my nuggets so I had to come back. Most of the servers were on their phones and little emphathy towards customer for not having the necessary supplies. Just expected more from Boston Market.

Terrible food/out of everything. Undercooked rice and all soda machines not working. We all ended up throwing the food away. I have to imagine this location will be going out of business soon :(

Worst experience ever! Nothing to say positive at all

The food was disgusting! The girl cutting the chicken looked nasty and the other girl was wearing a head scarf. So inappropriate! The corn bread was cold and the girl gave me the wrong portion of chicken. Good thing I looked. The soda machine was broken and the girl offered me milk. I declined and asked if I can get money off or sub it for a side. I guess she went to asked someone which was a joke. I was then only limited to like basic things like mashed potatoes and corn. It’s not my fault I can’t get a drink. They should of offered me a dessert. I’m never going back. I wish I read the reviews first. I hate spending my hard earned cash on food that is basic.

Is absolutely disgusting! They were out of everything. They were out of Broccoli, 3 different flavors of chicken, and believe it or not they were out of napkins!! They put nothing in our bag, and we had to ask for wet wipes to wipe our hands. Cornbread was ice cold.The place was absolutely filthy and the employees weren't very friendly. Wouldn't tell my worst enemy to go to this place

Had to wait a few minutes for someone to assist. She was pleasant and most of all the food is still good. Love the sweet potato casserole.

Very dirty has bugs in both restrooms and place is very dirty

The e building looked abandoned bushes weren't cut and the drive thru was closed down. The young lady there I don't know if she was the cashier or supervisor but her demeanor wasn't too welcoming. She looked as if she didn't want to be there. Food was okay but I won't go there for service anymore. Thumbs down 👎

Service sucks, cornbread was cold, chicken was ok, but could use a little more flavor. I gave them 3 ⭐ because I used to love this place about 15years ago

Food overall was good but the Manager is not so good. Yelling at a customer MULTIPLE times because she wasn’t speaking up!??? My cousin had to sit here and yell at him to get him off the poor girls back. I only rated it 5 stars because the food but this man was just rude.

This restaurant has seen better days. The entire parking lot is littered with giant pot holes. I thought I might need a new alignment after parking here. The inside was very clean. The man who took my order was very friendly and nice. The food was hot and it was very good. The booths definitely need to be fixes though, it felt like I had wood jabbing my backside the entire time. I will definitely eat here again but probably for takeout or Door Dash. Please fix this restaurant because I do not want to see it just waste away.

Staff was nice but c'mon, wear shoes! Slippers and socks is kinda unusual for a dining establishment. Not all menu items available is a drawback. Curbside said 45 minute wait but I walked in and got the food in 4 minutes. Meh.

I placed an order 8325775201353733 at restaurant number 639 in Dover, Delaware. Half the order was missing and the part I got of the order was inedible. The family sized meatloaf we ordered was black and charred on the outside and raw inside. The general manager was EXTREMELY rude and told me he did not believe the order was messed up and is refusing to issue a refund. He said he will always believe the manager that was on duty over the customer which is nuts. This is unacceptable. I need someone above him to look into this. I call the customer service number and it says you are not taking calls right now. I'd just like a refund for this order. This really shouldn't be this difficult. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well but with the people you hired as managers of this location it doesn't seem like you'd care about complaints there. Update STILL NO REFUND! I could not care less how you're going to "make my experience better next time". I want the refund from a week ago processed. This is the worst company I have ever seen as far as customer service.

I love Boston Market but their sides... The Mac and cheese wayyyyy to salty, the broccoli and zucchini wayyyy to peppery and the sweet potatoes were a bit watery. And, i am still mad they stopped making the stuffing. Oh and the ICE machine was broken down. Also, because of covid I would suggest when making/preparing food to stop talking around open foods with no mask. There is still alot that is unknown about covid.

Multiple times my wife and I had gone to the Dover, DE Boston Market only to have them out of product. This time they didn't have chicken gravy. We didn't want beef gravy on our food when we were ordering chicken. The place was clean but they only had 2 people to take orders, assemble everything and handle checkout. We feel this restaurant is going downhill. We left without purchasing dinner.

This store handled their business with only 3 staff members doing Thanksgiving orders for catering, heat & serve etc.. They did a phenomenal job handling customers online orders, pickups and walk-ins! Even with staff shortages the General Manager assisted me and, carried my boxed order out to the car. High five to all the staff who worked tirelessly getting all those orders out to Kent County customers! I appreciate you ALL for making sure my Thanksgiving was complete.

Dover De. Worst ever.saw one person fixing a order, he had long hair, hair was hanging over food, no hair net. What I witnessed was unbelievable. I will never eat there again.

Best Food To Order, For A Real Tasty Food.

Boston Market never fails to impress. The cornbread is by far my favorite thing on the menu. The chicken is moist and tender and seasoned to perfection! Boston Market is the place to go when you want some good comfort food!

Great food, out of one side and the substituted drink {root beer} was horrible but love the chicken and ribs.

No drive thru, very long line inside. Place internet order for this location its faster!

Not what i except from a Boston Market. Looks a little ran down. Didn't have a lot of choices for the sides. It was like two people in the whole store.

The food was excellent as always but the service was not up to anyone's expectation. Even supervisor was arguing with a customer. Very slow. She called her order in but had to wait ove an hour due to walk in very busy??? We had to hear all that... unprofessional!!! Employees mainly looking around more than helping.

Ordered bottled lemonade. They were out. Had to get fountain lemonade. Not a big deal Ordered an apple pie. They were out, so got pumpkin instead. Also no a big deal.

Got a good deal on a whole rotisserie meal with sides through online ordering (their website, not Doordash or GrubHub). There was no option for curbside pickup, only pickup. I really did not want to walk in, but I was late informed that curbside is only available through the app... Great food and quick service otherwise.

Ordered online picked it up was ready when we arrived ,took it home everything was absolutely delicious, Chicken was juicy tender wonderful and The side dishes were great I highly recommend it, try it at least once, a big change from the burger.

Stopped in for lunch on a Friday afternoon at 1:00. Noticed the parking lot was full of litter. Went inside and Was told there was no chicken available in any form for 30 minutes. Ordered turkey sandwiches which were good. Can’t sit down as the seating areas and bathrooms are blocked off. There is a section of the wall that is crumbling and it too is blocked off. Maybe it’s all a money problem but not having any chicken available won’t help that

Even though I had to wait an hour I would still say excellent. Once the guy found out I was only getting a Turkey, he was like "I'm sorry I didn't know you were only getting a Turkey, here you go" 😁

Been here a quite a few times over at least a decade and even though the faces change over time they've always been nice, and helpful and the food is deeeelicious, you can't get real food so fast and cheap at many places but this is a real comforting place to go. Keep it up gang.

Food was good. But you could not miss that some of the staff were tired of trying to get others to hear or understand them trying to talk through their mask yet be heard over the oven and other sounds. It would of helped them to have had ear pieces

Fresh, nicely prepared food which is a great alternative to "fast food" restaurants. I always have a good experience when I come here. Restaurant is always clean and the staff is fast, friendly and accurate. They have been expanding their menu and now offer even more tasty food choices. The creamed.spinach is my all time favorite here. I also use Boston Market catering on occasion. Food is always ready on time, hot and the order is accurate and complete. The attention to detail exhibited by the staff here is what sets them apart.

This is a very nice place to go to whenever you’re hungry and undecided what to eat. They have a lot of hot, delicious choices from sides to entrees to desserts and the price is very affordable

First time going to this Boston Market location and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and everything they have for sides was there to pick from. Good cooking not fast food stop by and enjoy.
