Got charged a medium and they gave me I small. horrible employee working the register I came here many times previously and had better service. Entirely unacceptable.

Unfortunately, we had hair in our food.

Used the drive through and ordered an orange-chicken over lo-mein. The portion was filling with good flavour and not too spicy. There was some mixed salad beneath the lo-mien that provided a nice contrast to the sweet of the breaded chicken covered in an orangy sweet sauce that had a hint of hot pepper and the oils of the lo-mein. Very reasonable price for the fare received.

Basically the best Chinese food in this area, with great prices and a friendly staff to boot. The resulting food coma is totally worth it. On that note, see y'all in a few hours. 💀💦

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! Military Vet !!!! Manager & employee Treated Veteran with total disrespect when trying to order food on 4/12/24. Other customers shook their heads! Manager & employee needs to be fired!!!!! This is a military state

Friendly and attentive staff. Someone even came around to tables to check on customers! Pricing is also very fair.

Store was closed at 8pm when they re supposed to be open till o30 also their drive thru is almost always closed

No service. Chris ignored the customers in front of him while chatting with another coworker. The coworker was only worried about cleaning to go home not helping the customer. Absolute worst customer service.

Ordered broccoli beef and chicken and it literally same with like 4 pieces of meat… whoever made this order should be ashamed especially for how much they charge.

Ordered (2) bigger plates with double orange chicken, grilled teriyaki chicken with fried rice and orange chicken, beef Angus steak, grilled teriyaki chicken with half brown rice/fried rice. Everything was delicious 😋

4 out of 5 times the food has been phenomenal, though one occasion my food was inedible. Cannot beat the noodles and Beijing Beef here.

Was buying food for my family and they didn’t put most of the order in the bag so i wasted $20. And the teriyaki chicken didn’t even come with the sauce??

I'm very new to Panda Express and out of the three times i.have gone, the food has been subpar. Either in.portion or preparation/taste. Last night I ordered a large plate opting for the chowmain.nodles an one of the entrees. When I got home to eat, the chow main was nothing but bits of cabbage with 3 noodles...yes 3 noodles. I dont.see a spot to post the picture so I'll put it on yelp. The only items that have consistently tasteful are the chicken. I options. The supergreens and rice are sometimes not seasoned. Perhaps the cooks aren't adhering to the recipe, but I'm disappointed not getting what I paid for. I will say the lady Krystal provided excellent customer service. If they can get the food to match, I'd probably be a loyal customer

This rating is for THIS location only (Dover, DE). The staff, including management, aren't always customer driven. I've noticed that they are lazy when it comes to making more food too! Their online information states they close at 10 pm, but they are always closing at 9 pm and will not make more food if they have run out!!

Just go to chick fil a where there’s quality and good customer service. Got my husbands order wrong. It was written on the receipt correctly. The person who packed it just put the wrong side and forgot the extra side. No big deal right? Apparently not. My husband goes in with his receipt to explain that the side was wrong and he ordered the bigger plate that supposed to come with 1 extra side. Apparently this was a big inconvenience for them to fix their mistakes. They informed him they no longer give the extra side for the bigger plate and they just pile it on top in the container. Not to mention the attitude problem. Won’t be back. When people go out to spend their hard earned money they at least expect good customer service and the right food. Apparently that’s hard to come by here.

The food was so bland, the customer service was nonexistent, and the bathrooms were terrible. I ordered my food with a specific time for pick up, and when I showed up, I still had to wait 15 additional minutes because they had no food, which was shocking because they weren't even busy. If I wouldn't have shown up to pick up the food myself I would have never known it was from Panda. Never again will I go there.

Their food is good but I wish there were more vegetarian/vegan options. They need to having orange chicken up until they close. If that's your most popular item, then it should never be sold out!

Shrimp and broccoli.... veggies were hard ....5 shrimp in the whole dish.... very very little sauce. ..rice was good.

I explained that I'm allergic to the offer that came with the T-Mobile Tuesday App. But they wouldn't let me substitute. So you have to create an account to utilize the special but they're app was not easy to manuever not only that you can't Access it while in the establishment, you can't pull it up at ALL. People had to keep going outside trying to get access, Horrible!😡 Don't think I'll be back.

I've been a customer of Panda express for years. The panda express on Dupont rd in Dover has the worst customer service I've experienced. a worker there speaks with a squeaky voice that sounds unintelligent, was wiping dropped food from around the containers, had the rag touching the foods in the warming bowls. this is the worst 😫 experience I ever had. I walked out and went to another restaurant nearby.

Wow, wow, wow. Food was extremely delicious and fresh. Had the Chow Mein and sizzling shrimp which was better than anything I've ever tasted from a Chinese restaurant or chain. I would definitely recommend this place for.that sizzling shrimp alone..

The food was so much better than I thought it would be. I was expecting a fast food version of Chinese food, but itnwas so much better. The shrimp was cooked to perfection and had so much flavor to it.

We showed up at this Panda Express at 8:30. This store closes at 9:00. All the chairs were on top of the tables. Asked the girl taking orders if we could eat in. She said "well, we want to go home so take out only". We walked out and will never go back again. Guess whoever owns Oanda Express doesn't need the business.

Honestly, for being a chain it tastes consistently better than most of the other Chinese restaurants around Dover and it’s cheaper than most.

If you want to enjoy this place you have to go inside & Wait for fresh food & eat it there . Do not go threw drive threw they will short you food & it's not that good when you wait . The low mein makes my jaw hurt .

Beef and broccoli was absolutely awful in my opinion.

Went through the drive thru and received instant attitude. Even though we knew exactly what we wanted and had no questions. We were gonna let it drop but this was the bigger plate that we ordered and it's missing a bit of rice at least. Husband went in to ask about it and a couple were trying to order and the employee was incredibly rude to them so he left, knowing nothing was gonna be done without attitude.

There wasn't much to choose from and what little was left looked like it was sitting there all day.

The guy Caleb (I think his name is) is amazing and nice! I wish all employee were like him. He went above and beyond

The food here is very good, and I really like that it's basically Chinese with a drive thru.

My favorite place to get orange chicken

I always pass this place and finally got to try it. Clean and neat place. Service was good and I enjoyed the food. I meant to save some for the next day but I just kept eating till it was gone 😌. I will definitely come back I noticed some food was missing so I'll have to try and get those on my next trip. I do recommend this place if you have not tried.

The food is good and the people are friendly, but if you want the Super Greens, be prepared to wait for them to cook a batch, as at least 50% of the time they don't have any cooked. That's not a bad thing, as this way you get fresh greens.

The food was fresh and hot to order. Tai, was friendly and professional when taking my order. I got chow mein with black pepper chicken and teriyaki chicken🍽👍🏽

I wish panda express put less onions in the lo mein, got a take out and the lo mein is basically all onion except for 10 pieces of low mein

An hour before they close they simply stop cooking anything. It’s really frustrating to get there 50 minutes before they close and only be able to order half the menu. This has happened to me multiple times. And it’s always the most popular items they don’t have.

Good place when you don't have much time. Healthier than burger and fries.

Was disappointed in the noodles because they were dry. I Asked a few employees about the sauces and what ingredients were in some of them because I have an allergy, I was totally surprised when two standing to serve us said “ sauce number 5” one asked the line cook, he had no clue…. What was that all about!!! But then one young lady stepped up and stated some of the food had hot peppers and some had peanuts in them and she could help me choose which ones I could eat ! Thankfully she was standing there! I will not be back to that Panda Express because the employees don’t know what they are serving and if they actually cared they would have learned what ingredients are in the sauces!! I averted a bad situation for sure!!

I really enjoyed my food from here. The girl who took my order was very friendly and the dining area was much cleaner than most fast food chains. Only minor issue was the men's bathroom door wasn't working properly. I'll definitely be back!

Enjoyed the lo mein noodles the chicken, green beans and orange chicken dish. The meal was very delicious.

We spent about 38.00 for the food, its was little left and the lady made sure it was fresh. They were very polite and patient with my 9 year old who has speech issues. We definitely will come back for the Orange chicken and angus.

It's decent eating with variety for fast Chinese food and the portions are generous. If they are all out of something on their menu, just ask and they will cook it for you. It's best to go in, rather than drive thru. However, if you are looking for "service with a smile" it is very rare here.

The service is fine, the entrees are good, but the rice. It's literally called fried rice, we ate steamed rice with scrambled eggs and dried spinach mixed in. What's Chinese food if the rice isn't actually fried, definitely won't be back to this location!

Poor service...was sold out of what i wanted....alot of young kids work here and on there phone ...don't care about service...

I should not enjoy a fast food place this much.

Great place for a quick meal. The dishes are reasonably portioned. The food seemed fresh, but a little on the salty side. The facility was clean and well-kept. Single-person restrooms are available and were clean. Dine-in is available. Standard fountain drinks. What impressed me the most was the staff--they did a great job with their service. Very kind, respectful, and well-trained. Overall a great experience.

We have enjoyed their food for the past couple of weeks. We'll be back

Tried a new dish. Stir fried steak and shrimp. It was very good but a little heavy on the peppers and onions. The employees were friendly and efficient.

This place was amazing. This is my second time in one of these establishments and I have to say they don't disappoint. The amount of food for what you pay is incredible, the employees are nice and courteous and the establishment is very clean. I wouldn't hesitate to go back whenever I'm around, I still have many things to try.

I love panda express. It's always fast and delicious. I've never had a problem here. My orders are always correct. The establishment is very clean and the workers are nice. The honey sesame chicken and walnut shrimp is so good! I don't know which is better. I normally get the bigger plate, it comes with 3 entrees and a side. I got the honey sesame chicken, orange chicken and the honey walnut shrimp, with fried rice. It was very good.

Best ever, I think the Drive thru ladies should slow down a little but just so people could order young was very fast and kept interrupting my husband and then you could hear her take deep breath as if she was annoyed very un professional but food was good..

Good food but lay off the hot spice

The food was good and the establishment was clean. The only problem we had was the cashier gave us one fork set for our order. I of course did not check until we had already left. I also had to specifically ask for any kind of sauces instead of the cashier offering them to us. I feel like this shows a lack of training.

I like Panda Express, ordered the black pepper chicken bowl with fried rice, didnt like the meal.

If you don't like your place of employment, DON'T ever take it out on customers or even show that you hate your job. You choose to be here!!

I usually get mushroom chicken, black pepper chicken, fried rice and/or chow mein and it's always good. I think the value per dollar is good here vs many other restaurants. They would get 5 stars from me based on that, but their service can be extremely slow here. I've never seen anything like it. I generally use the drive-thru and regularly have to pull around front and wait for an order that is usually 2 plates. The first time that I ate there, I waited over 30 minutes and they gave me the food for free because it took so long. Since then, I have waited 15-20 minutes on multiple occasions and they never do anything for me other than to say they're sorry for the wait. At least half of the time, I have to pull around and wait. I'm always there around 11AM, so I'm not sure if this is just how it is during their first hour of business.

Food was great and fresh, but the service was pretty bad. They messed up our order twice, and even then we didn't get what we ordered but just wanted to eat and be done with it.
